I heard a GU Whi around and he was pointing it in this direction surrender we got4 we got it while it is normal to have disagreements with neighbors some neighbors get psychotic and threaten the lives of other neighbors but what happens when SWAT teams are called in to whisk off these psycho neighbors now move you're good no no Police Department here are several cases when straight up psycho neighbors had to be swatted the first yet least interesting case is the case of a crazy neighbor who opened fire in the direction of his neighbor only to end up in the hands of SWAT officers and he was pointing it in this direction just like this come on out come to us do it now lay go ahead lay down on the 21st of May 2023 officers received a call from a woman who reported that an unknown man had opened fire in her Direction and nearly took her dog out while she was taking out her mail in response to the call officers were dispatched to the location however the officers didn't know that the situation was about to get really heated up hi what happened my little I get I was sitting out here bagging he came up my sister and uh the ma carrier stopped earlier than normal and I was talking to my neighbor on the phone to was getting ready to go to a graduation mhm so uh I came out here and checked the May was asking her if she wanted me to check hers and the normal occupant over there if Diablo gets out he goes over there call the regular occupant who's old Diablo a Diablo who is that that's oh your dog okay I got you um if he gets out and goes over there is because the regular occupant are feed him that's the only reason go we've been here December be 10 years mhm we don't pass and we pass you know you keep your mess over there don't let it transfer across the road M you know I got grandbabies I don't even think he's there or he would never let that happen M I don't know who that man is I couldn't see him real close up front as I was turning around I was still on the phone to my neighbor so the dog went over there the dog went over there as he would because he would used to being bed by bro that's what they might call and uh I was across the street coming back with my mail and I heard a gun whipped around and he was pointing it in this direction just like this what kind of with a hand what kind like this or a revolver I couldn't tell what color was it it appeared black but I was not sure because like I said he was he turned and duck like this and ran between the house and the car okay where were you when this happened don't go all the way up there just kind of point it out cuz uh like that first crack right there okay so um took your dog out he goes over there and you start walking up there you see him standing there I didn't I didn't see him until I heard a okay that's when I whipped around my dog comes LLY by me and he's still standing there pointing in this direction okay all right went to the end of driveway heard a gun I yeah I was on the way back from checking the mail okay the mail carrier was actually at their mailbox had just turned down that road and stopped at the next mailbox he turned around and came back and stopped back here and and asked me oh my God are you okay the mail and then he left and went back that way I don't think he ever finished uh doing the mail he might have but I didn't see him go back by so you go up there you get your mail you're coming back you get to about the end of the driveway the first crack all the way across you hear a gun and I whip around my dog comes flying by and he's standing there well he ducks like this he got on a white T-shirt I couldn't really tell the pants because he's ring like there and he DS between the car and the house and I CL are you really shooting at my dog after getting the necessary information from the woman the officer then met up with his colleagues while they were trying to figure out their next course of action soon they found someone who fitted the description of the suspect provided by the woman however it was not certain if this was the suspect or not stand by you hear that let me see your hands let me see your hands now come out walk towards us is there anybody else in the house yes there is there's another guy with a beard yes watch Crossfire Crossfire turn around got one coming off the back he's got his hands up come to us walk to us slowly somebody cover on that door will you thank you keep walking keep walking all right you got your knees place your hands behind your back y'all step up and cover me yep clear this is not the go how many more people you've already lied one time tell us the truth one time tell us the truth tell us the truth sir how more people are inside in the freezer now in the freezer inside just one yeah come on I they're saying he's hiding in the freezer inside does he have a good no where's it at we know he early where's it at I don't know okay we don't want anybody to get hurt okay you give us consent to go in your house and give what's your name being DET T man you're not the guy we're looking for but what's your name what's your birthday yeah okay all right we there's a foot path back here we can walk you out I'm going to get you out of here okay where Let's Walk This Way I'll go with [Applause] you who's inside what's his name what's his name we going to find out one way or the other can you tell me [Applause] huh oh okay you're good L hi does he live here sir no C he's a cousin he does not live here you okay sir bearcat's coming come on over here man to put you in my car he's giv us consent to go to get the guy so um he's homeowner he's not under arrest all hey tell me tell me what you know about what happened today turns out the man was not the suspect however he provided useful information about the suspect to the officers soon the SWAT team arrived and the situation that should have been resolved in minutes began to stretch into hours he come running in there talking about the police out here okay he said a neighbor somebody mother thought that he was okay but that's what that's what he said to you yeah that uh he thought that the neighbor thought that he was he was shoo or something then he ran in the house where where he was already in the house all right so where did he run off to he in the house now okay in the freezer the freezer at that back door yeah okay it don't work freezer don't work there anything in the freezer yeah did he was it just went out a couple couple weeks ago and to clean all the stuff out so how do how do you get in the freezer then and you just take everything out of it no it it ain't nothing much in there is it a chest freezer or a stand up freezer ch okay so it's got the lid on it did he have any any weapons or anything like that on him I didn't see one okay he ran through the house he couldn't he in the house you know when he you know wake waking me up yeah okay does he have a bedroom in there no he don't live here okay soon the suspect's sister arrived at the location only to be thrown into shock she couldn't believe that her brother who needed medical attention had attacked someone and was surrounded by SWAT team members how you doing ma'am I don't know they not telling me anything but they said I can stand right here thank you yeah no problem so I'm officer Lance um so the last phone call I got was that um that somebody is coming to open the door that's the last phone call I just got who who who was I don't have a name I don't I don't know I don't have a name I could try to get one like a law enforcement officer going to open the door the um owner I guess the owner was going to come yeah so hi puppy dog we have a I guess uh there's a older not older Dr probably in his 50s or so that's there he came out with us uhhuh is that him and then I understand that you're is that him no no this gentleman's halfway down um does he live here your brother no does he do you know why he'd be there I don't I don't oh you don't have no idea so from what I understand I all I came to see was that my brother was getting medical attention because he has he does have a they told me that number out I don't I don't I'm not giving you his number I mean I want to do everything I can to help you I will make the phone call for you and put it on speaker but I'm not going to give you my brother's phone so the reason we at we have a negotiator down there trying to talk to him and so that's why we're trying to call negotiator yeah cuz he's inside the house and he won't come out so that's why we're trying to talk to him7 she said she will not give it to me like that that's what he needed medical attention yeah and so that's why we have an ambulance here as well since the suspects remained stuck in the house and refused to come out the SWAT team sprung into action and deployed more weapons in no time the situation begun to escalate we are not going away you need to exit the residents immediately with your hands up and nothing in them and follow our instructions we have a valid arrest report for you exit the resident now well that's the other thing we can do Dan we can if we break and rake that window OC vapor in there just try that yeah y ready ready yeah you ready McGee yeah you right let me police department all right pull back P all right pick that window how's your view from the from the turret on that window so we got a uh I can see it it's got a mattress uh some sheet coming down like a shower curtain type thing does that look like the freezer might be in that room or do you think it's inside the kitchen I mean there a possibility I can't see all the way in it almost looks like a old bathroom chill the freezer he was climbing into is it just inside the back door or is it in the little old bathroom that's like to the right of the back door the windows to the bathroom all right the one you broke is the one that goes to the bathroom you are under arrest you need to exit the resence now with your hands up and nothing in them come to the back door with your hands in the air follow our instructions despite multiple instructions to step out the building the suspect remained adamant and refused to comply with anyone escalating the situation further any of the res move away from the door have a lot ofos of the res move away from the door any occupant step away from the door back away from the door of the resident are we on the tank or something Scot give need coverage on that window I'm move out get away from the door back away from the door we can see in through this bathroom into that next room yeah he can't still be in the freezer yeah I no way it doesn't work under arrest come to the rear door of the residence with your hands up and nothing in them follow her on construction do it now down up what's your thoughts about chemicals certainly warranted it's not his house I I hate the shot at the neighbor that's the problem I'm hoping the breach would get him to comply let's try the robot but I don't have because of the stairs I don't have the freezer I got the light the FR yeah we got the freezer yeah we got the freezer from this thing the SWAT team began to deploy their big toys and were ready to go in with full charge when the suspect decided to turn the situation around all right go ahead that one actually went into the kitchen cuz the window was open I think it went all the way to the kitchen all right let's not mess around let's send another one if we're worried about there being a fer let's go ahead and send it cu these are not going to cause a fire go again same location all right let's go againa keep coming back keep coming back let me see your let me see your hand hey curl out of the freezer C out come on out come to us do it move do it now you're good C on your hands and knees hands and knees hands and knees come to us hands and knees hands and knees keep crawling to us keep crawling to us hands and knees your your hands and knees hands and knees go ahead put your hands ground get him out we go to him lay down go ahead and lay down do not move do no move you're good do not move I got the roll up on your left side knees up as soon as he's secures I want to team here he's secure sh up step in slow and deliver go all right hey I need a block her on my right I need a block her on my left need a block left left bathroom's clear with than all right I'm going need a couple one this is clear need run got it done Lo right walk right BL blue blue blve after three long hours of persuading the suspect to surrender he finally came out of the house defeated however hiding the freezer for too long in the room filled with tear gas had an effect he didn't expect on him hey let me see out water sit down for me boss sit down for me sit down more 1095 you got weapons on you roll on yourself we're 1095 is there ambulance a are you hurt anywhere other than just the chemicals that makes makes you I only remember being in there for like huh huh knock out all right stand up for me I don't think I can we're going to go out here get you get you cleaned up all right 1 think you out the way go ahead not looking that's listen I'm going to walk you up here to the road all right pull your pants WIP my face with my shirt do I wipe my eyes out so I maybe can see a little bit all right listen listen to me I'm going to walk listen I got a medic right here I understand listen that's that's pepper spray all right it sucks but you'll be to okay okay I got a medic right here while talk to you sit up talk to her there's a guy there watching us through the woods I'm fine with it just beware for about 3 hours I've been there 3 hours yeah I don't know what going on all right we ain't worried about that we worried about you and what what hurt anywhere see or Bree that's the gas you're going to be okay so listen let us walk you up here to the road and get you away from this gas so it stops messing with you okay something coming out of the house man grab his other arm I know I just I want to support him so he don't would K me in we going to do that to you hey he's been exposed to pepper spray okay okay and some gas baby it was it was pepper spray it was all aerosol yeah I a Freez for can we sit him on the back yeah so Deon him a little bit I really just want to blow my nose I want to sit him here so you don't contaminate your truck have a seat right here for me watch your back on this thing right there look I'm going to cut your shirt off and wipe your face with it all right you pull my pants up stand up I'll pull your pants up all right cool blow my nose front you cut my shirt let me blow my nose I ain't asking all this we're working on it [Music] man let them rinse you off real quick cut it just cut it start cutting cut them all I want to blow my nose I won't be in nobody face like this cut it off after providing Medical Aid to the suspect it was placed in the squad car's back seat however on the way to Jail the suspect's demeanor swiftly changed just all a sudden walk yard and pick up probation violation you know what happened that's not down man I swear you is say say what you want you know what went down and you know why we were there if you want to if you want to talk about it you can talk about it y talk about what the man you full bro well rights in mind you wish to talk with me talk to me tell me what your show yeah so just tell me what happened over the weekend I don't know what happened that's the only thing only thing I know basically is this I's on phone Amanda you take this down okay cuz this this is going to be proven it's like God truth I even I when I talked to her from the jail I was like what time I know you call my phone now this going to throw me in some but I'm going have to tell the truth the only way I'm going be able to get out of not it's a girl not even supposed to be talking to okay you know what I'm saying because I got a girlfriend you feel what I'm saying but me and her just been cool for forever I got you me her supposed to see over the night before and then she called me the next morning say we had went out and ate hook and Rail and she was like look the food all the salt it just I meant to wake up but I didn't so she com like 10:00 her son got a game in norros playing football M upon arrival at the jail the man began to argue with the cops before he was eventually charged with aggravated assault possession of firearm by convicted felon possession of firearm during commission to commit certain felonies and obstruction of Leo next we go to the case of anai who threatened to take the lies of his neighbors because of his end of time's belief nobody is here to hurt you we are only here to help I am thew you got to have the I Surrender yeah we got it 94 we got it on the early morning of the 12th of March 2023 officers received a call reporting a man named an Ty who was threatening to kill his neighbors and police officers in response to the call officers were dispatched to the residents however the officers didn't know they were about to face a man who was out of the ordinary Charlotte 911 do you need police fire or medic I need police and what's going on that you'll need the police well I neighbor my neighbor threatened me threaten threat still police I have it on video we scared okay and when you say he's he's threatening you he doing in person on the phone what he on the phone with a megaphone he's out in front of his yard he's at the door yelling with a megaphone following the urgency of the call the Officers rushed to the vicinity to deescalate the situation however instead of coming out to negotiate with the officers anti chose to use the megaphone to talk to the cops did you what you are not the police I am the president of the USA we're talking Donald on oh Mom's at the door heads up I thought she was why didn't she just open the seeing the officers in front of his house didn't coax Tai to surrender his arms in fact the side of the officers increased his adamancy escalating the situation more due to the language barrier the cops called Tai's sister to discuss with his mom how many Firearms Tai had in the house however when they found out how dangerous the situation was the stakes increased rapidly we're just trying to clarify what the language barrier for your mom but um we were trying to let her know that an has a order for his arrest to go to jail so we're trying to peacefully get him out of the house come outside but she's she's advising that he has what we can best tell is a revolver a gun I just want to confirm that he does have that with your M if you if you can ask her if he does have a gun yes yes Department we know you're inside we need you to come outside with your hands up through the front door Nothing in Your Hands we would like this to end peacefully we are not going anywhere with the stakes increasing and the warning from the offices would think Ty would come out and surrender to the officers but that wasn't the case Ty remained adamant and began to say words that revealed that there was something more to him that meets the ey you cannot arest me I am above the law I am above the you cannot do nothing to me okay I am the law you got to have to me I Believe In Lord Jesus out here no King we need you here after long hours of going back and forth with Tai he finally revealed that he had a firearm and soon walked out the door with it before heading back inside this prompted the SWAT team to assemble themselves and take the next step at this point they were now aware that he was armed and dangerous and it was necessary to take Extreme Caution in dealing with him that's it ready yeah out yeah go y [Applause] we just had to hit all three I hit the main one and then I just hit all them just to make sure the SWAT team tried multiple times to break into the house but they could not reach Tai while trying to figure out his location in the house a drone was flown into the house which Tai took out at around 900 p.m. that day Tai came out with his firearm which resulted in a shootout before Tai claimed he was hit only to change his words into something unexpected charlot 911 do you need police fire or medic I saw the police uh a person because he was holding case of Jack cineo Jr who engaged SWAT officers in an hours long standoff because he wanted to to un alive himself just just come walk down to us for a second okay we can take you back into the bathroom buddy shots fired yeah it's just you me and you J stand by on the 3rd of June 2023 a 52-year-old man named Jack cinemo Jr contacted a crisis hotline and threatened to end his life or instigate suicide by cop in response to the call SWAT officers were dispatched to Jack's location in order to stop him from taking his own life however when the officers arrived what started off as a simple encounter soon escalated into something else the officers confirmed that Jack was serious with his threat to un alive himself the officers then tried to enter the building so that they could save Jack but unfortunately it was impossible to do that after failing to enter the building the officers then placed a call to him and tried to talk him into coming out of the house peacefully however Jack revealed that he had multiple weapons in the building every attempt from the officers to resolve the tense situation continued to take another turn you got through that though didn't you I mean that you walked your way through that situation and that and I mean look at where you're at now successful job you draw blood as a for okay he okay can I can I ask a question how do you know that is going to keep for 3 or 4 days yeah I I I know that but that doesn't necessarily mean that just because you go and talk to somebody hospital that they hold you for 72 hours like he has an American flag or something in his hands come to the door let's do this thing see flag get you see something that one two window to the left of the door I think St to seeing movement over there yeah that okay like he might have a flag in his hand or something the officer found out that Jack was once a firefighter and began to Rec commend him for his past humanitarian service hoping that that would deescalate the situation however Jack decided to make a request that made the officers realize that there was something more at play with him so is there a way that I can repay this you know the the the work volunteer hours that you put in and all the time uh as a volunteer fire is there a way that I as anable person and keep treating my world and take you up to the hospital myself denzo Washington why do you feel like denzo Washington Jack why why do you feel like denzo Washington oh I I thought that was uh somebody else in that movie yeah I think it was Samuel L Jackson and uh guy chrisan oh or Chris saan yeah that was the character's name yeah yeah what what did uh what did uh Samuel El Jackson say I want to talk to Chris Avan okay well I have your Chris Avan on the way and and that is Eddie after making a mention of a movie he wanted to recreate in real life Jack still didn't agree to walk out of the house till Daybreak however as the morning came the officers who had been on a standoff for hours with Jack began to think of another means of deescalate the situation all right he's out on the steps we're talking to okay okay awesome can you can you make it down the that check hard for me talk you when you pointed the gun at put down we can help as the officers were planning to move in Jack could be heard telling the officers how armed he was incriminating himself and escalating the situation more prompting the officers to take the next necessary step I got AR and I got 50 and they're all loaded you better bring more than that mother I'm going to BL mother Jack Jack go back outside so we can talk you shots fired yep he fell backwards into the into the uh house hey bring Watson around grab the bunker get the uh get the uh bot over here can you see the couch maybe yepy to get all right all shoes did he have shoes on though pretty I don't remember down pick up the so where's the there's a door so it should be just in that yeah then go up see the blood yeah that go up look like that way you see the there too yeah that's that's his feet there okay on yeah okay after long hours of trying to deescalate the situation with Jack making that difficult he was eventually taken down by fire a bullet from one of the officers the officers then moved into the house I'm on this side I think we I guess there's no way to get that door from down no without going up on there got a pipe hole if it's open already you can probably push it open I don't know if it's looks like it's already open we're call okay let's go up you two post on the left side there on the Hing side see if you can pop the door and get a look in with a bunker okay cuz that's the direction there that we need to be looking okay he's got eyes on him still got eyes Roy all right go ahead yep got blood at the door jam there so Jack let me see your hands brother Jack let me see your hands Jack it's just you me and you J D stand by oh man all right I need hands here need hands watch your head un un fortunately Jack couldn't survive the injury obtained from the bullet and eventually passed away
