little patio and then I detained her and she's been coopera since then she hasn't she doesn't want to talk she's staying quiet but that's why I asked is she 59 like she is she like a mental does she have M mental issues or yeah possibly they still working on it Trish is the one working the case what is uh what are they telling you saying that so this1 right here Wasing out her vehicle CU they're about to leave ready for her son she's about to pick up okay um whenever she was cleaning it out that lady came corner I started just like looking at her and started like walking towards her and telling her uh I need this car like where you going in this car I need this car and then she was like uh don't worry about it like it's not your veh uh and she went inside got her boyfriend and then her boyfriend came outside the lady started rushing at the boyfriend and started opening the door to the car they called 911 and back and forth about the car yeah about the car to open door open the door to the house did they did she cause any damage or anything does she live in that apartment that I found her at or no wa yeah I suppose I I think so cuz like last time I went to go watch she she um she was talking to me she tried talking to me but she was gone that's me had a baby she had a newborn baby I told her I saw you last NC [Music] where's the newborn at then yeah that's why I told her she she said she needs to go get it bro I don't know and I I couldn't talk to her right cuz she tried Rush she get my house cuz she knew the car she lived in an apartment 47 I'll you through what happened that's why she couldn't go in that's crazy yeah she has a diplomas we need to make sure the baby's not in here how are we going to get in though so you said that she that the lady was yeah that 4 getting L at Big Mess was cleaning her car out they're cuz they're about to leave clean out the back seat for her son that they're about to go pick up down the road somewhere okay she tell anywhere um whenever she was cleaning it out that lady came around the corner I was just looking at her and looking at the car and the girl ask can I help you and she was like yeah where you going in that car and then she's like don't worry about it she like well I need that car and the 41's like no and then uh so she goes inside gets her boyfriend or she tells the girl I'm going to call the cops she goes inside gets her boyfriend uh boyfriend comes out and then uh that's whenever the 41 the other 41 that you5 tries to start opening the car door and uh the male individual was like what are you doing and then that's whenever they call the cops um she tries opening the door the M individual tells her to leave she don't leave and she tries to go open their their front door right here that's in the garage yeah um tells her to leave she's not leaving and then she starts like running at him and rushing at him a few times I guess and that's when they call the cops and then that's whenever they separated Police Department cross back police it's clear down here she has kids so yeah let's just make sure they're not like hurting here or something they said she had a newborn which I don't see any newborn stuff like a crib or anything yeah she has pictures of kids right here on her fridge do we have any crimes for them I I don't know that's what I wanted to talk to him about I mean at this point he's under arrest for resisting but as far as damage anything only she tried to do was open doors but they all locked she she told them I'm going to need that car yeah she's an attorney for the point she is under arrest for for resisting um I was trying to investigate what happened and she wasn't wanting to comply she was trying to to me she was trying to go back into her apartment um so I was trying to tell her to get out and she didn't want to so nonetheless um let's talk about what happened prior to you guys calling what caused you guys to call the police because I was out here cleaning cuz we were fixing to get my baby okay and when I was cleaning I was minding own business she At first she was minding own business just walking whatever walking around here yeah okay and whenever I was I came back I came inside when I came back she just came back and she was just standing right there and asking me oh is this your car and I was like this is my boyfriend and I said we're fixing to get my baby and and then after that I went inside to go get my boyfriend I asked him if he was ready I'm took my baby's car inside cuz I had a feeling that something was wrong I'm feeling something was going to happen so when I told my boyfriend let's go I said I'm I said then this lady's outside I told her tell her get she better get off my yard before I tell her something or I'm going to call cops so that's why my man came out here talking to her so I don't know but he was saying cuz I was calling okay so at the point where she called you what happened when she was when when I came out here when she told me that check out here I came my here she was what was she what was she first she was there she was just like right here was like like bro she like chilling right here and then like I don't know what I'm supposed to do and all this and I'm just like what I'm trying to GA things like I was shocked too like why she right here and then so um I told her to leave she moved over there she went to the trash can yeah she went to the trash can I went back inside she's all like I'm going start I'm going to call the cops cuz this is weird she called you guys was in the trash can so I was like you know what I'm going just keep eye on her cuz it's too crazy so I went over there kep her eye out she was there for like 2 minutes 5 minutes like right there then she went back to the house over there back to her house and then she came back over here that's when I came back outside and she was right there on that side and then she St she stared hard at my car and I was just like I was still like trying to get around and she like I'm going to have to take it and that's when I started getting alerted like what the she really just said that and I like what I was like no you ain't like what are you thinking and then she all like um she was just murmuring a lot bro it's cuz you mentioned earlier that she was rushing at you yes like okay she open the car outside I didn't touch her at anything until until the point where she was in my car cuz I knew my car was locked so I didn't touch I say I just just step away from my car I told her a lot of typ of step away from my car to step away from the property and now that's when she was like go about it I know I know this cuz she'll go think about it and then she'll come back like like if she plants and she like all right let's do this I hear her she like I'm going to do this you come over here and she come she start rushing at me she came into the door she like she like what do you mean rushing at you like explain that what was she doing like running at you or she well at first she rushed into the house she ran into the house like trying to get into the house did she make it inside or she made it to the door bro but I wanted to see how far she was going to take you know cuz like I was going to see what was up so she she did get to the door she touched the door now and then I put I started pushing her away from the door I pushed over here I told her move go over there go over there and then she tried coming into the car again and then she was saying she was saying I need a car I need a car and then she's I was like I like um I kep tell to leave so she she made it clear to you that she was trying to take your car from you yeah and then she made it clear to us that she was going to get aapon to attempt unlawful taking on Motor Vehicle assault did you ever feel like she was going to hit you or like yeah bro I was just waiting for I was going to take what she's capable of so you felt like you're you felt like she was going to hit you like yeah she said it she like I'm going have to I'm oh she said it she said it she like I'm going to have to I'm going have to fight against you I'm going to have to fight against both of you and I was just like damn this really like through throughout wasn't she saying that she was going to like take on both of us and like that she and then she left she like she said I need a weapon or I need did we run this 28 already like I said she's already been placed under arrest for resisting um she's we've came this far she's she's trying to get into your car she's you know causing you guys to feel in fear for your safety are you wanting to prosecute we've that's I well the thing is the thing is you're a victim ad me because you you came out here to protect your girl protect your property and for her to tell you that she was going to take both of you on and to run at you ultimately I need an answer from you cuz you're the victim she's the one that committed the crime so she's already under arrest for resisting for resisting me it's I mean it's not going to make a difference whether we whether we charge her for assault that's the whole
