I can't go to jail right now my mom just died late last week come here don't be stupid no no I don't have a warrant I went to court for this on March 5th 2024 officers patrolling the area stopped a vehicle after noticing the woman driving had an active warrant can I sorry can I step out to talk to you cuz the dog's going to freak out yeah that's fine oh is it in park yeah okay just hang out know exactly what it's for it's out of our court though but I recognize you but I'm going to make sure and see what it's for okay see what's going on so I can't go to jail right now my mom just died like like a week last week and I just I'm sorry to sorry to hear that do you have the registration and insurance on the car as well um it's at the house it's not in in the car uh-uh I I just looking for it I don't think I think she kept it in her wallet your mom or yes okay what would it be for I just know that you had one um I had one I went to jail for that a while ago yeah what was it for um it was for um uh resisting and um I did my time served and then um I've been was it through our department from our azte yeah yeah okay yeah um that was back in September okay yeah and so was did you ever go to court after for that I know you went to jail you said it was dismissed cuz well it wasn't dismissed but I get time served so like I like everything was I did my time I took care of that okay I mean if that's all it is if it's just a misunderstanding then you'll be good to go right so so yeah I just got to check into a couple things wait for a second for dispatch get back to me and just stopped to pick them up oh okay there's supposedly some guy in like a white hoodie or something over there being sketchy but I wouldn't sure do you guys see anybody like that no so they said me figure some stuff out you said that you got it taken care of so I'm going to try to see what's going on there right so you said that you got it taken care of when yeah in September in September that September like when this most recent sept oh it was like 202nd or something like that okay you said you did time Ser to jail yes um I had two warrants it was um resisting arrest and um failure to the failure to comply and then one um cuz they didn't come to my court cuz I had been arrested a year prior um and uh so this one then would mean that it's because you didn't show up to court for this event no I did go to court for both of them when I was in jail and I got a notice of dismissal when I went to court I got out of jail I had two courts when I went to jail um the next morning and um one was um for the resisting arrest and that judge he gave me 5 days and um some fines which I made a couple payments on those um and then the other warrant was for um the other court there like the magistrate and the municipal the two different ones one of them was there and um she um gave me another court date about a month or two out and I went to that and when I went to that she gave me a notice of dismissal like I didn't even I went that's the one in the magistrate yeah so yeah this one's out of out mun yeah no that was the municipal the lady Jud you have that notice of the missal with no with me no this yeah it was like I mean I know exactly where it's at the house but yeah it would doesn't really help with that you know what I mean but so I mean it's telling me that she still had that warrant that it's active right now so it was it may just be failure to appear or something like that on that right so that would mean that you still didn't go to court for it even after that I did I did go to court I had and they did gave me a notice of dismissal and it was just for uh improper display of registration I just it was just traffic stuff that one okay well I have to take care of this for right now okay turn around I'm going to put your hands on your back come here don't be stupid no stop no come on no ST no no please don't please I just lost my mom please you want to be your Miranda rids you know what those are you've heard of them you've watched cops on TV says you have the right to remain silent anything you say can will be used against you in the court of law do on and stuff like that um what do you guys need out of the vehicle is what's yours what's inside of the vehicle what oh just my backpack just your backpack um my dog and that's about it when whenever I first came up she was handing you something no she like was it that torch she was looking in here oh yeah this is my she was looking in here for the registration when you walked up and then she was you're aware of in the vehicle that I need that shouldn't be in here according to my set of rules no she told me that there that there might be a little bit of other paraphernalia in the car paria things I don't have enough time to go about that and you could probably school me on it honestly right so the other option would be is I can get a search warrant and apply for that now what that means is that would be that um it gets impounded you can search it I'm sorry you can search it you sure like I said I'm not trying to sway your position either way I just need to know so that I know what
