I don't want to fight, especially with my baby. >> I'm scared. Like, are you going to try to do that to me every day because it's a disagreement online? >> I don't want her down on my property. I want a restrain order against him and I want to press charges for harassment. >> He's coming at me. He wants to fight. We can get it. >> You don't know who you with. >> On October 30th, 2024, officers responded to a resident following a report from a woman who claimed she felt extremely unsafe after being assaulted by another woman over comment she allegedly made online. She just kept threatening to fight me and then she started slapping me and I'm holding my baby and I'm like, "Can you please stop? I have my child. I don't want to do this." >> Yeah. >> I don't know why she's acting like a psycho. I'm not a fighter though. I don't want to fight. Especially with my baby. I'm sorry. >> You're so Did your baby fall on the ground? >> No, but he almost did, but I caught him. >> You heard? He hurt it all. >> No, I think he's fine. >> Okay. I'm gonna go around and talk to them. You get this deputy here organization and stuff. >> Sorry. >> Figure out what's going on. Okay. We'll back to you soon. >> This is her in the black shirt down here. >> I Yeah. >> Are you guys just friends or were >> um and we had a disagreement and I guess that my disagreement really triggered her. I guess she's from like James Town >> and she's like real aggressive and like hood acting or whatever. I don't know. That's what she like claims. She's like, I'm friends with like >> dangerous people and like that. So, she's like very aggressive and she's a very uh I don't know what you call it person, but I got out my car today from grocery shopping and I grab my son and she is like yelling about me like >> just across the parking lot. >> Yeah. like at her house and I'm unloading my car getting him and I can hear her and I turn around and I looked at her >> and she just started like, "Oh, you want to fight? Like, it's on site. It's on sight. Every time I see you, it's going to be a fight. Every time I see you, it's on site." And I was like, "Do you really want to do this right now? Like, I have my baby. Like, can you please calm down?" And then I tried walking around her like to there were some people outside, some like um black people down there >> and I walked down towards them because there were people and I wanted my baby to be safe. >> So I walked towards them and uh she just was like, "Oh, are you scared? Are you scared? I'm scared." I was like, "I'm being kind of because I have an infant with me and I don't know like you're really hostile right now and I'm just trying to calm you down." And I was like, "I just want to talk. I have no issues with you. And I kept trying to like explain that like I'm fine with you. I don't. And she's just like, "Oh, you're just scared." And then she kept bringing up like my stationation that happened to me in Waterl years ago to try and like dig at me or something and like talk about the rape that happened and she's like, "Oh, like this happened to you and that happened to you and you're scared and this that." And I'm just getting really like upset at that. So I tried walking home and as I'm walking home, she's like, "Yeah, that's what I thought, bitch." And I was like, "You need to leave me alone." And I said the same thing back to her like, and she was like, "Oh, did you just call me a I was like, you just called me one, right?" >> And then she ran back to me and slapped me and she just kept hitting me. Where did she slap you? >> She slapped I don't even know. She was just slapping me everywhere. It wasn't paying attention. >> Okay. >> And he was or Yeah, he was in my arms. And I was like, "Can you play this way? I'm trying to move him." And the old man, my neighbor, got in front of me and he was like, "You need to leave her alone." And then >> defending her. >> He was defending me. >> Oh, defending you. Okay. >> And the her man came at him. This old man. He's freaking old. Like leave alone. >> And he's trying to fight this old man. And I'm like, are you guys tao? My fiance's got homies at work. >> Okay. >> So, I don't have anyone here. >> Do you have any marks or anything that she left on you? >> I don't know. >> Okay. And you were basically just trying to fend her off and get back over here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, obviously, we got to go. My lieutenant is talking to her. Um, do you know her name? >> Jasmine. >> Jasmine. Do you want charges pressed against her? >> No. >> No. >> I I'm not a mean person. I just I'm scared. Like, are you going to try to do that to me every day because of a disagreement online, >> right? >> How about I'm going to go talk with them if you want to kind of get settled because obviously you have a long sleeve on. Just check yourself in the mirror to make sure you don't have any marks on you. If you do, obviously, I'll come back and talk with you. I'll make sure obviously you're decent before I come back, but just go check yourself. Make sure you don't have any like marks. Okay. >> Check him. Just >> I know he already said he's fine. Just check him over real quick. >> Okay. >> I think the lieutenant was asking cuz his his butt's a little dirty. >> Oh. >> Oh, he pooped himself. >> No, it's chocolate. >> Oh, well, >> he was eating. >> You never know. You never know. You're making yourself look bad, buddy. >> They're going to get their ideas. >> So, what's going on? >> Hello. Um, hold on. >> That was push, buddy. Like Batman. >> Sorry. It wasn't really nothing. It was just like pretty much >> she's mad. I don't know if you know Tegan probably. She's talking. She's Jana or something like that. So that's >> Yeah. Okay. So that's my friend. Okay. And she looked into her, you know what I mean? And like texted me. She was like, "By the way." Yeah. She texted me. She said, "By the way, your friend is on me." Cuz we're friends. We were friends. You know what I mean? And I'm like, "Dude, that I don't know. That's not my business." You know what I mean? What she does is her business. She's like, "I just think it's disgusting you hang out with little like that." Like, you know what I mean? Like harassment type text messages, sending me paragraphs and paragraphs about stuff. And she's like, "She's disgusting." This and third, you're over hanging out with her. So then she ended up block she said that she's supposed to block me on Facebook. I know that I don't judge people because my situation ain't all that great for me to be judging other people. You know what I mean? So she's like, "Oh, I don't judge other people either. Unless they're right." So like you don't know her story. You don't know what's going on with her. Like So then we started arguing out here. But before we argued, I asked her, I said, "Do you want to talk about it or do you want you want to do you know what I mean?" Cuz like the way you're coming at me, it's like you either want to fight me or you want to talk about it. So that's what I said to her. But at first I was minding my business. I was sitting here listening to music and she was talking over there. So then I like went over there and then that old man see me chasing her. So he came out and he was like he said something. He got in my face. I don't even remember to be honest. I was so mad. >> And then that's it. He just like he got in his face. He was like, "That's a girl. You don't need to get in her face, you know." And then and then um then he was like, "Well, you just got to go. I'm going to call the cops." And I was just like, "Yeah, whatever. Just go." So then she just went back to her house instead. Then she called me initial and I ran back over there. >> Did you touch her at all? >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. Do you have a New York ID? >> No, that's just the only ID. >> Okay. And no middle initials. All right. >> Thank you. >> Just stay away from her. >> Yes. So she's I want you to take this another way. She's claiming that she hit her when she was walking away. Okay. She doesn't want anything done. >> Okay. >> But obviously either way arguing with she has a baby in her arms. It's really nothing. Yeah. It's not the time or place. >> Child. >> Yeah. It could be endangering the welfare. So obviously you don't need that. She doesn't need that. So just I mean obviously I know we're in very close proximity here. >> Just stay away from each other. >> What? 11. Never mind. Answer my own question. Just go ahead. >> Was he out here at all witness this? >> No. Okay. Okay. >> He was inside there. >> He only came out at the time when he had the manual and that's why. >> You guys have good phone numbers. Obviously, there's some issue going on between you two or somebody's feeling petty over something. >> She's feeling petty cuz I hang out with T. But like at the end of the day, like >> she like used to be friends with >> No, she doesn't. She don't from high school. >> So, it's like they probably have high school drama, but I don't know who >> I got. No. >> No. >> Don't have a license. >> What do I have? >> I know that. I guess what does Jasmine have? [Laughter] >> Just don't drive. >> I don't have a >> That's all you got to do. Don't drive. >> All good. >> He does have a bruise on him. >> Where at? >> Which is right where I was holding him right here. There's like a little mark cut wherever that's from. >> Do you think it's from you grabbing him so tight or >> No, I wasn't holding him back tight. He's a wiggle one. His heart tight. >> Okay. Okay. >> Do you think that's fresh or >> I don't know to be honest. That's the only mark I found on see it there earlier. So maybe from the situation. >> All right. Just going to take a peek at your shoulder again, buddy. >> I mean, it's already I mean, it kind of looks scabbed over already. >> I don't think it'll scab over that quickly. >> You're stating she hit you. >> She's denying all that. >> Okay. That's why we're talking to him as well. >> I don't get hysterical. What are you doing? >> Jasmine attacked me. >> Jasmine attacked me with my arms. >> Is that why there's so many cops right now? >> Yeah. You probably did that. She came over and they hurt the back over here. >> All right. So, I'll say, "Do you want to press charges on it?" >> Yes. >> Yes. All right. >> Cuz I don't know what else to do. How else I'm supposed to protect myself? >> All right. >> I can grab your statement real quick. >> Okay. >> Hello. Would you be willing to provide a statement? >> Yeah. I was I was I'll take the statement because I seen her get hit by that girl down there. >> Okay. >> And she was carrying a baby at the time and she got hit in the back. So, >> all right. So, what I'd like to do is get a statement from you. Um but I'll do is I'll type it on my computer what you say and then you just sign it. That's it. >> All right. >> Willing to do that? >> Yeah. >> Let's get it done. >> How am I going to get back home? >> I have no way home. We'll figure that out. They have buses that come through there or there's transport vans that will bring you back. Okay. We'll we'll figure it out. Okay. So, they're coming out here quickly and get this done, >> right? >> Um so, I think >> What about my kids? We'll start having my kids. >> You watch this. >> Okay. I'm just making sure cuz my kids weren't even involved. >> Set up your ticket, right? >> Well, you have to see a judge. [Music] >> Okay. >> Yeah. You'll be out in the next couple hours. >> Well, here's what we'll do. I had pull his car up here. I can bring you down there because my man hey hey listen >> listen listen. >> It's my grandkid >> and we're arresting people for it. >> You know what? Take his jail. >> We're arresting people for it now. It's going to get >> You know what? >> You You stay right there and don't talk. Okay. Don't talk. Just stay there. You're sad. >> Listen. Listen. We're arresting people for it. You know what? >> We are taking care of it. We agree with you. >> Is wrong with these people? >> We agree with you. >> Something about it. Stop. >> No. Don't you talk, right? He's upset. We're trying to calm him down. You're fairly calm. That's good. wrestling right now. >> You just with my grand force car down. >> What is going to happen? >> Sorry. You're getting my grandkids, my daughter. >> Why is she out there laughing? >> We're going to arrest her right now. We're going to address that right now. >> What are you? >> So, she press. Can I press charges on that man? Am I allowed to press charges on a man for coming over here harassing me? I want to press charges on him for harassment and I want a restraining order against her dad. >> Well, we'll discuss that down at the office. All right. >> Here. I don't I don't want her dad on my property. I want a restraining order against him and I want to press charges for harassment. >> No, I can come get me. >> Can you come get me? Sir, >> here. Okay. Route 96. >> You can take care all in the office. We don't want any more conflict. >> You can call. I'm going. I'm going. I just have to tell him because he was coming over here to do the trunk. My >> He'll call. You can call him down there. No problem. Down there. >> I don't know your number. So, just keep in contact with Polly. Okay. >> Are you bringing your phone with you? >> Can I? >> Yeah. >> I'm going to bring my phone down there. I got paperwork to do. We'll sit in the office. You can make phone calls while we're sitting there doing paperwork. All right. >> Okay. I love you. Okay. You heard him. >> No. No. No. No. No. >> Can I press charges on him? >> Yeah. Well, we'll talk about that later. Right. So, and this is >> I'm just kidding. >> Hey, I try to keep you clean in here. Come on. >> I'm kidding. >> I said you got an issue with you. You can get it. Nothing. >> We're just going to leave. >> No issue with her. That was between her and my girl. >> I wasn't there. >> I got You serious? Yeah. What's good? >> I'll beat your little ass. You want to >> put him in a car and calm down? No. He coming at me for no reason. I didn't do nothing to her. Not one thing did I do to her. Not one thing. >> Okay. That's between her and my girl. That's We're here. >> No, >> he wouldn't do it if we >> He wouldn't He wouldn't do it if we weren't here. That's the whole point. So, that's what we're trying to do. We're trying to clear out. So, we No more shouting. >> I'm calm. I'm calm. I know. I I know exactly how he I would be the same way. You're You're controlled rage. I get it. I'd be the same way. Um, and that's why he's that's why he's running the mouse cuz we're here, right? >> And he's going to continue to do it. I get it. >> My dad, >> that's the goal. >> I will tell him too much. I think it's just worried about Jasmine >> and him and them messing with me, which obviously I'm nervous about too because she lives here. But I don't know what to do in that situation. And even if you guys arrest her for the night or whatever, like she's going to come back here. >> Well, she can't come near your house. >> Yeah, I don't think she's going to listen to that. >> Well, here's the thing.
