I'm not on a speaker cuz I will have it at my full potential because I pay I pay more than kids inside. I have five kids so I'm going to have my fun outside. I am a single mother. I can't breathe. >> They say it's good to love your neighbor, but that's hard when your neighbor is an entitled Karen who thinks laws don't exist and has zero regard for your welfare. >> I hope you all get the night. Every last one of you kids, I hate you. >> No. Shut up your [ __ ] off my property. You >> did you say you're going to threaten her with a gun? >> No. I don't even I said I hope I said I hope she got but I didn't tell you that I was I didn't say that I was going to do that. I said I hope she got >> Here are intriguing moments when entitled Karen neighbors who thought laws didn't exist got a rude awakening. Starting with Victoria, an entitled Karen neighbor who acted like she owned the entire neighborhood. She took her arrogance to a dangerous extreme when she decided to BB kids playing outside. I scared them like what are you doing? >> Came around in a circle again. She ran inside, got her gun, and then when we came back down this aimed at us, she aimed at us and twice. >> I had driving by the house antagonizing, like flicking me off and I did something stupid >> Victoria. >> On February the 12th, 2025, officers responded to a neighborhood after reports of an altercation between a Karen and several neighborhood kids. When they arrived, they began their investigation. And like any entitled Karen who believed that she's above the law, she saw absolutely nothing wrong with what she had done. >> All right, ma'am. How are you? >> I'm fantastic, thanks. >> You're the owner of this house? >> I am. >> All right. You mind if I talk to you for a second? >> Definitely. >> All right. So, before I talk to you and before that, I got to respond to you real quick. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. So, listen. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to your lawyer and have your lawyer present with you while you're being questioned. If you decide to answer questions now with our lawyer press and you still have the right to tab answer anytime I speak with a lawyer. You understand? >> So are you're arresting me? No. >> I'm just asking I'm reading these rights to you before we talk any further. You see what I'm saying? Cuz I don't want to violate your rights and all that kind of stuff. Okay. >> You understand what I'm saying? >> Okay. >> All right. So what what happened earlier between you and was riding a bicycle? A bike. >> I'm kind of wondering the same thing because they drove by pretty recklessly and fast. >> Mhm. And then they circled right back around and my kids are out here playing and they flicked me off for no reason. >> Okay. >> So then they get down past to the to the end of the road and continuing to flick me off and then we hear and my little one's learning how to or my oldest is learning how to BB. >> Okay. >> And I scared them. Like what are you doing? >> What do you mean you scare them? >> Like I just held it. Oh, okay. So, you grab you grab the baby and hold it at them. >> That's it. >> Okay. So, by holding at them, you mean like pointing at them, right? >> Not at them. >> Okay. But towards in their direction, right? >> I'm trying to understand. So, how do you what do you mean like hold it at him? >> Well, I just held it. >> Okay. >> Not as they drove like not at the same time as they drove by. >> Okay. And did you say something to him? >> No. >> Okay. What's the baby >> inside? >> Is anybody else on the house? uh my boyfriend's oldest daughter. >> Okay. Uh she stay here for a second. Can come over. Let's retreat up. Maybe second the door. >> From her version of the events that had unfolded, the officers could tell that she was leaving out a few key details. So they turned to the kids involved in the altercation who unsurprisingly had a very different version of events to share. >> So um >> down six AB and then we came around in a circle again. She ran inside, got her, and then when we came back down this >> like she aimed it at us. >> She aimed at us and shot it twice. >> Who was she? >> We don't know. >> We don't know her. But >> what house is it? >> The It's like a blue screen video. >> Okay, show me. >> Was that when she shot you? >> Yes. >> Yes. >> What was going on with her? Did she >> She was outside with her two kids. >> Yeah. >> Seems like she holding something, but I can't tell what it was. >> It's like one of those ones that were like long and skinny. >> Like a rival. >> Something like that. It was like maybe a gun. Okay. All right. How how big was the the the bank? How loud was it? >> Like uh throwing a rock at like a garage or something. I don't know. >> Okay. So, it wasn't a a real If it was a real, you would have catch it right here. All right. Regardless, um did you feel threatened? You feel for your life? >> Yeah. Uh a little bit cuz we didn't know what was happening. >> Okay. So, >> so what is going on with this lady? Like what happened? Why did she do this? >> She's always had a problem with us for no reason. >> Hello. Uh, tell mom what happened. >> She twice. >> Yeah, >> she at it. >> She kids outside >> twice. That is us. But she missed both times. >> It almost hit my foot. It was like skin. >> Just riding the dirt bike when he does. >> No. >> Take them home and I'll we'll go meet up with you in a few minutes. Okay. >> Okay. >> Do you want to press charges? >> Uh, I left my husband out to come. >> Yeah, sure. Give me a second. Hold on. >> Okay. >> He said yes. >> We want to press. >> Okay. Do you know by any chance her name? No. >> No. Okay, just do that. Go home. Uh, we'll go meet up with you in a few minutes. All right. >> Okay. Thanks. >> Unaware of the evidence stacked against her, she clung to her story, confident she could talk her way out of trouble. But sooner rather than later, her world was about to come crashing down. >> You like shoot or anything? No. >> No. Okay. Just making sure. >> I'm not that stupid. >> I got I wasn't I wasn't assuming. But >> so they rode by and then you you pointed at them to scare them or Okay. I didn't know if they were driving by >> No, like originally they came by super fast and then they came back by again and like I was after like after them like >> they passed and it was after that not right at them. >> No, I know. That's what that's what I was asking. They were outside. >> They came this way and then they came back this way. >> Okay. >> No. >> And then at what point down the road did you point at them? >> Like they were probably in front of that mailbox and I was pointing it this way. Okay. All right. I thought I thought you meant they were going out and then you pointed it. I got you. >> Um, >> is there any adults in the house right now? >> No. >> How old is the the girl here? >> 14. >> 14. Your boyfriend and boy, what time would you come home? >> M about 11. >> About 11. Okay. Just come over here to my car. You want to talk about 11 more? >> Me? >> Yep. >> When we get to the car, I'm going to need you to make a phone call so I can come over here or unless you're okay with her. Um, come on. Let's keep walking. I don't want to do this in front of your kids. But, um, are you okay with her keeping an eye on the kids until your boyfriend come with them? >> Yes. But Mary asked what's going on. >> You're going to go to jail >> for what? >> Pointing this at two kids. >> I didn't point it at them. >> Well, they they think they did that you did. And there's a video you're doing it. And they think that you shot them as well cuz they felt something on their legs. >> Nothing hit them. >> Regardless, that doesn't give you the right to do it. So, I didn't want to do this in front of your kids, but that's why I brought you over here. Okay. You got anything in your pockets? >> No. But am I going to have a bond? >> Um, not until you see the judge. Hands behind your back. I'll be praying. >> Okay. Can I call somebody real quick, please? >> Yeah. Let's do that. Give me a second. Now, some more alcohol. You give me a drink as well. >> I had I had I'm on my second drink. >> That's fine. Let's go this way, man. Okay. >> I have a lighter in my bra. >> Okay. When we get to the jail, they'll they'll take it away and throw it because that's not permitted in jail. All right. So, how do you want me to do this? >> Hello. Um, >> really going to arrest her? >> Yeah. >> Why? >> Cuz I guess Okay, >> but come on. Like, you see our kids, they're always here. You see, we had to put up those charges. >> I understand. But they they want to they want to they want to press charges. Okay. >> For what reason? >> It's you can't point a weapon at someone. It's a BB and she didn't point it at them. >> I understand. >> We're always out here playing video. >> Okay. There's a video of her pointing it at them. >> Okay. >> So, what happens now? >> Well, she's going to go to jail. So, I came over here. I ask you if you can look out for the kids for the meantime. >> Of course, I am. >> She's making calls, arranging. >> Do you know that how does that get a bond? How does that >> not get a bond? It's a felony. >> Are you kidding me? >> I guess. >> So, what happens? So, she has to wait until court or >> Yeah. Uh 8:30 tomorrow morning. warning first appearance. Yes, ma'am. >> Can I go talk to her and see if there's anything? >> Not right now. I mean, if they pull the car up, yeah, definitely. Um, but he's he's doing his thing. So, >> while sitting in the back of the police cruiser, the weight of her actions finally began to sink in, but by then it was far too late to make a U-turn. >> Mom. >> Yes. >> Um, I need your help. >> What? >> I need you to come to the house. I had driving by the house antagonizing, like flicking me off, and I did something stupid. Um, and they're accusing me of doing something even worse, but I'm being taken to jail. >> You got to be kidding me. >> No. >> What did you do to do that? I >> What did you do? >> I held up a BB, >> Victoria. >> Okay. So, what do you want me to do? come to the house just to be there >> until Mike gets home. Please. >> Oh, >> and it probably won't be until tomorrow I get out. So, I need somebody to call Bobby. >> So, you're the police are at your house right now. >> He's holding my phone. >> Victoria, you you just weren't Okay, I got to get dressed and I'll be over. Okay, Victoria. I'll pray for you and and and and good luck. I don't know what to tell you. >> Thanks, Mom. Do they get in trouble because they got a video of running and just lazing through here like they did reckless? >> We don't we don't have we don't have proof of that. >> Oh, but you do have a video that shows. >> Yes. >> And it shows that they're stopped, but they're driving by fast. >> They're driving by with her raising her hands like that and then she admitted to pointing a baby at them. So, it aligns. >> It's so crazy. >> I I know. But unfortunately, that's not the right action to take. Could have hit them in the eye. Could hit That's like with anyone though. She wasn't going to hit them. >> I understand. But still, you're pointing like right here. >> I understand. But you're pointing a weapon at someone. That That's not a kind action. That's okay. >> A baby doesn't though. >> You'd be You'd be surprised. >> All right. >> She wanted to talk to her. It's possible. >> In the end, she was charged with aggravated. Just like Victoria, here's another entitled Karen who made herself a menace by blasting loud music without giving her neighbors a moment of rest. >> It's my speaker and I live at about four apartments on this block and I can take it here, there, and there. And nobody can do nothing about it. Okay? So, please do me a favor. >> But the concern tonight is >> I don't give a flying. >> Well, behind your back, >> y'all not taking me to jail for nothing. On July the 15th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a residence after a neighbor filed a noise complaint. When they arrived, they were met with a full-blown Karen, someone who clearly didn't care about the law and definitely didn't care about anyone around her. >> We're outside enjoying our night. We're not disturbing the peace. >> You are disturbing the peace. I'm getting neighbors calling on you guys. They're saying, "You're being too loud." >> After I told you guys, after I was in need to get >> like 2 seconds ago, >> you had to turn around. So they called like 2 seconds. >> No, I didn't. I didn't even clear the call. >> I parked down the block. I didn't hear all the way down there. I did got called the first time. >> Well, do you want to You want OB's for loud music or what? Excuse me, sir. No, no, no. I see that. >> It's okay. It's okay. I live here. I live here. >> I've been living here for three. It's okay. I've been here for 3 years. I've been here for three years. OG would let it go through. >> I know. I done dealt with the ocean. >> It's okay. It's okay. Here, get your phone. >> Beautiful kind with the blue eyes and the blonde hair. I've been here for 3 years. >> Okay, >> you can. And that's my girl right there. Moral of the story. >> More story. >> You're going to be Moral of the story. >> Wait, please don't. >> You have to have her lights on. >> That's not her. >> You don't have an apartment, too. Please. >> They don't. That's not even This is not where the music's coming from. >> It's literally coming from a speaker right here. >> It's my speaker and I live at about four apartments on this block and I can take it here, there, and there. And nobody can do nothing about it because I pay rent. I do what I want and everybody know what the like I'm not disrespecting nobody. And it's okay. Doesn't have to be a big deal. We just >> I know. But this is not my first rodeo. This is orchard luck. Yeah, >> for the last like 5 years, it's been more than music being a problem over here. >> Like seven. Hold on. Time out. Excuse me. >> I'm not here here. >> It's okay. So, don't come over here talking to me about music. >> Hold on. Sit down. >> That's the whole problem. >> Calm down. >> I will. >> Excuse me. Beautiful kind. >> We're not having issues right now. >> Excuse me. >> All I'm ask is a turn down. >> Excuse me. >> Y'all been over here. I've been over here for almost four years >> and music is the least of y'all concerned. >> I'm well aware. >> Okay. So, please do me a favor. >> But the concern tonight is >> I don't give a flying >> as long as I'm not fighting. I'm not being disrespectful. I'm not being combative. That's fine. And if time out cuz I know it's probably her right here upstairs that called the police. It don't matter. Honestly, I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but it technically don't matter. Please be quiet. It don't matter who called the police on y'all on me because I can take this speaker, which is mine, and I can take it to my apartment building. Hold on. Wait. And then y'all still going to get a call. And then I'm still going to play my music because I still pay rent. It's still my birthday. And I can I'm not fighting. I'm not Please shut up. I'm not shoot. I'm not fighting. I'm not cursing y'all out. I'm not getting into it with my peers. I'm enjoying myself. And the fact that that's a problem is a personal concern. So y'all can get in y'all car and if y'all get another call, then y'all can take y'all can do what y'all need from there. But moving forward, I really don't care. So y'all can have a good night and if they choose to call y'all back, then we can go from there. And don't just sit around the corner and be like, "Yeah, y'all music was too loud, so I know it's a problem concern." be 100 with me. >> I ain't being 100. >> It's okay. No, you are being 100 because them people up down there, they called the police because I was down the first time. It's my birthday weekend. >> Turn it down. >> It's I listen, y'all. Lucky I'm not on a speaker cuz I will have it at my full potential because I pay I pay MORE THAN EVERYBODY ELSE ON THIS BLOCK to do whatever I feel necessary, too. the >> you can't. >> Okay, Erica, please be quiet. >> In true Karen fashion, she talked over everyone, ignoring her friend's advice and completely dismissing the officer's orders. It was a choice she would very quickly come to regret. >> If they call y'all back, if they call y'all back, if they call y'all back, if they call y'all back, come talk to me. I got excuse me, don't talk to them. >> IF THEY CALL Y'ALL BACK, COME TALK TO ME. Shut up >> if they call y'all back. >> I don't know. >> I'm not trying to tell y'all to shut up. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes, sir. >> Take it inside. >> There's kids inside. I have five kids. So, I'm going to have my fun outside. I am a single mother of two sets of twins and one in the middle. >> Turn the music down. >> So, like >> Yes. What I said when I passed you volume for the music, right? >> I'm not doing it. >> Totally fine. >> It's not enough. If it goes louder than this, we're going to have a fine. No louder than that. The dogs chasing them kids are shut up. I know something about come GET Y'ALL. WE GOT TO BE down there every day of the week. Back down and you can talk. Listen y'all. >> You going to go down there down there? Don't listen to them. I'm going to move to my apartment which is like four buildings down and then they're going to call y'all again and then you know the real Listen, I know but it's not going to happen. I've been here for 3 years. >> It's been worse than this. You know what I'm saying? People didn't got here and you know that >> I don't people. I'm a mom. Okay. So I can listen to my music and enjoy my peace. when you're disrupting the entire block and I can hear your music down there with my windows down. >> If I was listening to drill music like nothing. >> Yes, it does matter. >> Yeah, it does. >> The music is too loud. That's all that matters. That's the baseline. >> Sir and ma'am are you saying? >> You will find out when I go down there and then they call y'all in like 30 minutes and tell my music too loud down there. Are you riding an OB or not? >> I'm going to if they don't turn it down. >> Oh, it's OB. >> Ordinance violation. You have to pay the city. >> That's fine. BUT YOU ALSO GOT TO know who lives here for that. >> So, here's the deal. If you want to write an ordinance violation, >> it don't matter. You have to leave and come back for that. >> Yeah. Huh? >> You have to because listen, give me a just identify yourself. >> Wait, understand where I'm going. >> Do not raise your voice. >> Okay. Because y'all being disrespectful to me. >> You're drunk and disrespectful. All right. First of all, I can walk a straight line right now and I'm on property. >> Just chill. >> I don't care. >> I'm at home. Wait, I don't need your help. >> We're not trying to have issues here, but you're making this a lot more bigger deal than >> just hear me out, though. We've been listening for like 10 minutes. You haven't said anything to the situation. >> I get what you're saying. You asking me to respectfully turn my music down to respect. >> That's why I get what y'all saying. Y'all think I'm being drunk and disorderly and you are being disorderly. >> Listen to me, sir. So, what do you Wait, I asked you to listen. I listen. >> You lived here four years. You're a single mother. Got five kids in the house. >> When we pull away, you're going to take your music and continue to be disrespectful. >> But I can do it right here. >> No, you can't. >> But I can't pull up. >> You can get OV. >> But do you know who I am to get a OV? >> If you don't identify yourself, >> you going to take me to jail? >> You can't. It's called trucking. >> Go ahead and read. Y'all don't come over here. >> We can rap my kids. >> And all of y'all are new. I'm going to tell y'all right now today. Neither one of you have been a bigger deal than it needs to be. >> Excuse me, [ __ ] You being pretty chill with us. >> Turn it down. Pause it for two seconds. >> WE GOING TO RAP IN SILENCE. >> Y'ALL PLEASE JUST BE QUIET and just let me speak. >> The music we going to rap. >> Okay, I'm going say this. Oh, I'm stepping in mud cuz y'all got me. I mean, e, please be quiet. Just hear me out. >> Neither one of you three have ever been on orphan before cuz I've never seen y'all. >> Never. I've never seen y'all. Whether it's for Ashley >> was out here like two days ago. >> Excuse me. Were you for Ashley and Rob? >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's what I'm saying. I know. Were you knocking on my door at 8:00 in the morning? The next door neighbors? No. >> We work night shift. We don't work. >> Okay. I'm here all the time. I work I work 8 to 5. I sleep. >> Is this relevant to what's going on? >> Yes. I'm telling you, I Wait, give me a second. >> All right. The officers tried everything they could to deescalate the situation, but she was fully confident she was untouchable and seemed determined to push them to the edge. That illusion, however, was seconds away from shattering. >> Just shut up. Just give me a second. Shut up. >> Here's what we're going to do. >> It matters. I don't care. I don't care. I know. And then you're going to park around the corner. And if YOU FEEL LIKE >> STOP. >> And then you feel like my music is too loud. And then you're gonna park around the corner and then you're gonna come back because you didn't have a phone call. And then you're gonna say, "I heard your music around the corner and it was too loud because you picking with me." But in all reality, it's people out here stealing and robbing and you worried about music. >> My turn now. >> My turn. >> I kind of don't care. >> I don't care. You >> kind of work for me. >> No, I do not. >> So you're not a public servant. >> Oh my god. Okay. First of all, >> it's okay. >> I don't need a phone call. >> It's okay. >> If I park around the corner, I get to hear the music. >> It's okay. I technically don't give a Okay, go ahead and play on your Are you going to identify yourself? >> You taking me to jail? >> Are you going to identify? >> Are you going to identify yourself? >> Time out. >> You either tell us your name or you're going to be arrested. It's that simple. >> Okay, give me a reason >> because we need to issue an ordinance violation. >> But that was Wait. Time out. >> No, we're not. >> Wait, wait, wait. >> Hands behind your back. No, >> I'm not taking it down for nothing. >> Back up. Back up. Ying phone ring in the back. Behind your back. >> Come on. GRAB YOUR PHONE. WHERE Y AT? Where y? >> I'm fighting. >> I'm fighting. >> I'm fighting. >> I'm fighting. >> WHAT'S GOING ON? >> AM I FIGHTING? >> STAND HERE. GO GRAB IT. >> Am I fighting? >> What the >> Am I fighting? Am I fighting? >> Excuse me. Excuse me. >> Am I fighting y'all? >> Excuse me. Before y'all rough house me, >> ask me a question cuz I'm not resisting. Am I? >> Am I resisting? >> Y'ALL BACK UP. >> BACK UP. >> BACK UP. EVERYBODY BACK UP. >> I'll talk to you soon in the squad car. >> Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Can we talk right here? Listen. >> Listen. Y'all being aggressive. >> I'll take her, but just I'm going to get her out of the way while we deal with our rest. >> Hey, can we talk? >> No. Get in the car. >> Y'ALL DON'T LIKE THE way I was talking to you. >> Get in the car. >> I will. Get in the car. OKAY. >> I WILL. DON'T DO THAT TO ME. >> HEY. HEY. Don't touch me, GANG. >> Go to my house. Go to my house. GO TO MY HOUSE. >> COME TO ME, BRO. YOU GOT TO LAST WEAK as hell, bro. >> You pound on that door one more time, I'll pepper spray. >> You pound on that door one more time, YOU'RE GETTING PEPPER SPRAY. That's your one warning. >> Hey, you knock it off here. This is your one. >> I have kids at home. >> Do not pound on this door one more time. >> My hands. >> Put your feet in. >> Talk to me, please. I have kids at home. Why y'all BEING SO >> You better stop. >> This is your last chance. You do that again, you're getting sprayed. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> Breathe. Please. Please. I can't breathe. Please. Please, please, please, please. I can't breathe. Please, please, please, please, please help me. I can't breathe. Please, please, y'all, please. I can't breathe. I got kids at home, y'all. Please help me. I can't breathe. Anything, y'all. Please. My name is I DON'T HAVE NO PROBLEMS, Y'ALL. PLEASE. NO. Y'ALL NOT. PLEASE HELP ME. PLEASE. YO, POLICE. Y'ALL PULL OVER. PLEASE HELP ME. I'm so sorry. >> I told you to stop pounding on that door and you just didn't. >> No, it was my hands. Y'all please hear me. Y'all can't breathe back here. Please. >> I will open the door in a second. And you got rescue coming to look at you. >> Help me. Please help me. Y'all, I can't breathe. Just outside. Just a friend. CRACK THE WINDOWS OR SOMETHING. PLEASE. Y'ALL, I can't breathe. Oh my god. Please. Please. It's y'all. I can't breathe. Please. I ain't never been made before in my life, y'all. Please, God. I'm not a villain, y'all. I'm just trying to enjoy my birthday, God. Please. Please, y'all. I didn't do nothing wrong. I can't breathe. >> Can you help me, PLEASE? >> She was eventually charged with resisting arrest and obstruction. Then there's this Karen who was so confident in herself that she marched right over and destroyed her neighbors property. And when the cops showed up to hold her, she went full psycho on them instead. >> My home is being intruded upon. >> Okay, I'll be with you in a moment. >> My property is being intruded on and I'm getting ordered TO GO INSIDE. LET ME OUT. PUT ME IN THE HOSPITAL. NO. On July the 9th, 2023 in Kirkland, Washington, officers were dispatched to a neighborhood after reports of a heated dispute between a Karen and her neighbors over a property line. When they arrived, they were met with a Karen who wasn't willing to listen to anyone. Not her neighbors, and definitely not the cops. >> Yep. Can you put her inside, too, for a moment? >> Yeah, it's the police. Can you go inside? >> Go inside. I'll be with you in a minute. >> Me? >> Yeah, you. >> I live here. >> Cool. Can you go inside for me? >> My home is being intruded upon. >> Okay. I'll be with you in a moment. I just want to separate you guys so there's no further disturbance. >> From who? >> You. You're screaming as I'm walking up. >> Me and who? >> You are screaming as I walked up here. >> My home is being intruded upon and you're telling me to go inside. >> I'm I'm asking you. >> May I request a different officer, please? >> Sure. You can talk to Officer Valpone here if you don't like the way I'm treating you. While the officers tried their best to deescalate the situation, this entitled Karen, who believed she outranked everyone around her, had other plans. She wasn't interested in reason, cooperation, or compromise. The only thing she cared about was getting exactly what she wanted. >> I was here last time. >> You were? >> Yeah, >> absolutely. That's fine. >> What's going on? So, you built this metal thing, right? Okay. >> She complained because the the hand support her property. Okay. Supposed to be on her propert. She say like that, >> but I don't know. That's why I made my own. >> She says it's like too far over on her side. >> Their dogs pee. All I do is just pour water on it and it only goes onto our side. My dad put like something here to block it. >> Like a like this gutter thing. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, are you guys >> This is my wife. >> Your wife? Okay. >> Yeah. So, >> I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. That's awesome. >> A lot of this started off with these people being very rude to my wife. I told them, "Hey, get your property off of my property." >> Oh, so you put the concrete thing here to block it and then she broke it. >> Broke it on one area and she broke it today. >> They built a fence back up onto my property and destroyed it. So, I was contacting the city >> to get it taken care of. >> Um, and then this curb is on my she's rolled her ankle multiple times, which I said, you know, it's on my property. We're taking it off my property. >> Yeah. And don't please do not look at the line cuz they drew the line. >> The line is based on the property. Here's the thing. Property line disputes, not a police matter. I know we're not that's also not a police matter. >> If you Well, here's the thing is if you destroy it and it turns out it's their property, then >> Well, until then, it's not your matter either. Then >> are you shaking your head and have an attitude towards me? I'm trying to figure out what's going on and you go like this and talking to me in that way. I am a very respectful person. >> Well, then speak in a respectful tone. I am. >> No, you weren't earlier. And I'm trying to say that. We're trying to keep this simple, right? Right. The second I got out, I was told to go back inside. >> Okay. And yes, we're someone different. And now I'm talking to you and you're throwing attitude my way when I'm speaking with your husband and he's explained this. You chime in with some snotty remark as we're trying to figure out what's going on. Correct. >> I'm not trying to be snotty. >> Well, you're acting that way and you're speaking in a snotty way. >> Well, if you've lived here long enough to have to put put up with this, I'm not trying to be snotty. >> But do you think when we're trying to figure out what's going on that making snark comments and speaking in a manner like that helps? trying to also >> she's really upset because they told her to go back to China at this moment because of this type of stuff, right? >> I mean, I mean, she's not trying to be rude to you guys, but the heating up of like telling her to go back to China, that's a really messed up thing to say. >> Someone ends up being arrested. >> So, your decisions is based on my behavior. >> No, I'm not trying to saying she's screaming racist remarks in our neighborhood. >> So, so I understand that was actually if they say go back. Okay. Right. But two wrongs do not make a right. >> But we're seeing that's why this officer asked you to go alongside to calm the situation and we begin to speak with you. >> In the officer's short encounter with the families, they could clearly see exactly where the trouble was coming from. The source of the discord was obvious and it was only a matter of time before her entitlement poured gasoline on the fire and made the situation even worse. >> Forgive me for that. My property's been intruded on for as long as it has. The fact is, like I said, I have to live with this every day. And I am frankly sick of it. And for them to tell me to go back to China, I'm not even from China. But like I said, this is the line they drew. This is the curb they laid. And this, as you can clearly see, crossing >> the structure of the home of mine. >> Okay, I get that. But then why are we destroying this today? Because like I said, if you come over here, this line was not laid by the HOA. >> Okay. Who was it laid by? >> Them that ain't going to be here. >> Okay. But then you can be that is if it is their property that they built and you destroy it, right? The Hold on a second. The property line thing is it we don't know. So now you're destroying someone else's property. >> Nope. It's on my property. >> You're being unreasonable at this point. Yes, you are. I am not. >> Can I finish talking? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. They poured concrete there because you guys were urinating and defecating your yards out. >> That is not the case. >> Okay. They put anyways they put that there. Correct. That's what you told me. They put that cement barrier there. Correct. >> What they did? Yes. >> So then that is the cement part is not your property. Correct. >> Correct. So someone has the right to put it on my property. >> Is it your property though? Do you know for sure? Do you have a legal document? >> Do you have a legal document that says that it's your property? >> My deed will more than definitely tell you this is the line. Here's the thing. Don't you You've taken a day. You emailed a day ago, right? These things take time. Just because you decide you're whatever goes on and you're going to destroy this, that's not how adults behave, is it? >> Neither does a husband, right? >> Okay, hold on. Hold on. We're talking about an inch or two. >> Inch or two? >> No, it's like more than six. If I go onto your property being your next door neighbor and I go do the exact same thing, >> I'm polite with my neighbors. >> I am until I'm not. That doesn't make sense to me. >> Well, what law did I break? >> That's malicious mischief. >> Malicious? How about they maliciously built something on >> which you have no legal documents to? That's what you're missing. >> What is their legal document to build anything on my property? Legally, physically, as you can see, attached to my property. >> There's two ways to resolve this issue today. Ma'am. Ma'am, you look at me. There's two ways to resolve this issue today. You calm down or we may have to take you to jail. >> Why? What did I do? You committed the crime of malicious mischief. >> Malicious mischief. >> There's two ways. >> How about that? You won't you say that again in front of them. >> They know this because they you destroyed their property. >> How about they maliciously laid it onto my property? >> How long has that been there? How long has that been? >> Does it matter? Because I have been asking and asking and asking and they refuse to remove it. >> And how long have you taken any type of like I said official? You know, husband, how long? What have you done to actually >> How much have you had to drink today? >> Too >> too much. >> No, >> too much. You've had too much to drink today. Your behavior. >> Why is it always me and my drinking? >> Well, let's see. You're the one destroying stuff. >> I didn't destroy it. I am removing something that is on my property and it does never It does not always eat white to me, my drinking. >> I'm going to tell you how it's going to go right now. You are going to go inside. You are not going to cause a disturbance the rest of the night. I'm >> What disturbance have I caused? >> Screaming racist remarks. >> Oh, and they haven't. >> I'm not saying they haven't. I'm saying that. >> Why am I going inside and they're sitting out here? >> Because they're not the ones screaming at the police in the parking lot. >> Oh, cuz they just didn't do it. Walk here. >> They have not done it since I'm here. Correct. Two neighbors came outside and said that you were screaming racist Hispanic and Mexican related >> and I told them to come here and look and then they went back inside. We're not going to get into the specifics. >> No. And >> here's what's going to happen. You're going to go inside or you're going to jail. >> Than what you think it is. >> So unless of you have it on video cuz I didn't say what you think. >> Go inside or you're going to jail. This is your last chance. Do you understand? >> At that moment, the officers had finally had enough of her tantrums and were ready to shut it down quickly. Whatever she chose to do next wasn't going to matter. >> Please go inside, please. Okay. I didn't do anything. >> Then go inside. >> Okay. >> My property is being intruded on and I'm getting order to go inside >> just right now. Just right now. Please go inside. >> You guys, can I be taken to jail for yelling at them saying jail? >> You guys move your fence. Move your fence. >> Go inside your house. >> How about you guys do something about this? Can you please go inside? >> HOW? WHY AM I GETTING ORDERS TO GO INSIDE? My property is being intruded on. >> I'm going to talk to you. >> No, YOU'RE NOT. YOU NEVER HAVE. >> You never have. You never have. >> If I go to jail, it's your fault. It's your fault. >> She steps out. >> Move your face. >> She needs to go inside. >> Nancy, you need to go inside. >> Why? This is my >> I can hear you screaming. You're causing a disturbing >> property. No, >> it's my property. Why are you removing me from my property? >> I'm not removing you. I'm putting you deeper inside your property. >> No, dancing. >> No, I'm not smoking. >> I'm not going to let them out. I'm standing right. Hi, puppies. >> Sorry. I'm making sure it doesn't get physical because if it does, >> it's not it's not inside. >> I know. I really don't want to make this a thing. No, it's not. I'm trying to Let me step outside so it's not she going to go to go inside. She's causing a public disturbance. >> Nancy, if you don't go inside, please fault. >> Okay, it's my fault. Please go inside. >> Please go inside. >> Let me go. >> Sister, just >> then she crossed the line. And from that moment on, there was no going back. >> Get me in. I'm going. >> Come here. You're under arrest. Why? Put your hands under your back. Put your hands on your back. >> Because I'm going inside, sir. You're under arrest. >> Cuz I'm already going. >> I'm not. >> CALL my lawyer. >> Congratulations. My kids are fine. >> Yeah, >> that's your fault. How is that my fault? You ain't DOING ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO. >> STOP. >> They will. >> WHAT AM I DONE? WHAT AM I DOING? >> DO not kill me. >> I didn't kick me. >> You stepped on me. She didn't mean to. >> YOU STEPPED ON ME. NOW GO AHEAD. TOSS ME. >> SHE didn't mean to. >> Go ahead. Toss me on the ground. Go ahead. Toss me. Let's go. Toss me on the ground. YEAH. WEAR MY fence while you're at it. >> Though you did that, I clearly see your hand. >> Yeah, you hope you're happier. Doing nothing. Doing [ __ ] nothing. >> Okay, she needs to behave a little better. >> I'm behaving you. I'm a adult. >> Act like one. >> You act like one. >> I'm here. >> You ain't doing [ __ ] about people encroaching on my property. >> That's not my >> You arrest me. No, of course it's not. Nothing is your concern until this. >> That absolutely% you guys do. How? What do you do? >> I was going inside and you still arrest me. >> You did not go inside. You began wrestling with your sister. >> Does she complain about it? >> It doesn't matter. That's illegal. >> You Oh, is it? >> It is. >> Now you two seriously think about it. My property is being intruded on your arrest. >> Do you have anything sharp that's going to stick or poke me? >> No, I don't. You are welcome to search. >> I am going to search you. Can you stop moving? SPREAD YOUR FEET. >> HOW MUCH FURTHER would you like? >> That's perfect right there. Can you hold that for me? Thank you. Go ahead and get inside the apartment there. >> All right. I want to let you know that you're under arrest for malicious mischief in the third degree, and I'm still going to investigate whether we're going to arrest you for disorderly conduct. Okay. >> Yep. My home is, like I said, being intruded on. >> Okay. >> And this is what you get. Is this your quota? >> Uh, no. We >> to arrest somebody just because. >> Nancy, I'm going to be honest. I would have preferred to just leave and resolve the problem. >> I wish you would have. And I was going inside. I was just trying to have a smoke. I was seriously just trying to have a smoke and you came in into my little corner of where I was going to smoke and you arrested me. >> That is 100% correct. >> Yeah. So, I was going to do what you wanted. >> Do me a favor and just stop talking. Stop. >> And stop talking. Yeah, of course. That's what all you guys ever want. Stop talking. Stop talking. That's all you guys ever want. >> Let me know when you're ready. >> Ready for what? >> To read your rights to you. >> You have the right to remain silent. Let me finish. >> I didn't I WASN'T AWARE THAT I HAD ANY RIGHTS. >> YOU have the right TO REMAIN SILENT. ANYTHING. >> I HAVE RIGHTS AS A WHAT? My [ __ ] property is in on and I get a >> present with you while you are being questioned. >> If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning if you wish. >> Can you >> you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements? Do you understand those rights? >> Nope, I do not. >> Which part did you not understand or would you like to agree with the whole >> I do not know why I'm arrested for protecting my home. I thought this was a stand your ground state. >> Before we talk any further, I need to understand that you understand your rights. >> I do not. >> I do not. And I would I would like to ask you to please ask my husband to call into work for me. >> Okay. >> To >> I can do that. Can you let me read your rights again so you understand? >> I don't understand it because I don't feel like I violated anything other than maybe that wasn't supposed to be there. >> And that's exactly what you're under arrest for. >> Well, you know what? That's great. You guys want to arrest people whose homes being intruded on? Kudos. >> Okay. It's really important that I make sure you understand your rights. >> DON'T I DON'T UNDERSTAND. I have lost brain cells. I don't >> With the on-site investigation finally wrapped up, she was transported to the station. But her outburst didn't end there. In fact, that was only the beginning of the chaos that she was about to unleash. >> You need to stop punching yourself and Okay. >> Yes. I have to put you in cost. >> Oh, yeah. You can put me in c. You can probably PUT ME IN THE HOSPITAL, BUT I CAN'T. >> I can't. >> You going to put her in cuffs? >> Yeah. >> Just put your hands behind your back. We're going to put you in cuff so you don't hurt yourself. >> You would, huh? Put me in cuffs again. Yeah. Go ahead. Go ahead. >> Oh, I'm resisting against you. >> You're not resisting. >> I am not. I NEVER WAS. For her own safety, she had to be transported to a different location. But getting her there proved to be a tedious and exhausting task the officers were forced to endure. >> Please don't take me down there. Please. >> I don't have a choice. >> Put your leg back. >> I CANNOT GO TO SCHOOL. THEY WON'T give me care. >> Put your leg back there. >> Please take me to our hospital. I can't go to school. >> Let me see if you have any injuries. Do you have any pain anywhere? >> Yeah, you're giving me a pain in my ass. Get it off my eyes, will you, please? >> No. >> Why? Bing me. >> Thank you. >> Oh, no problem. >> Head down. >> South Kirkland. >> Head back to the stage. >> You're not getting the helmet off your head. >> Well, YOU'RE NOT FITTING IT PROPERLY ON MY >> YEAH, IT'S TOO BIG. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT FITTING IT PROPERLY on my head. That's against the safety rules. >> Yeah, that's why we're stops. >> Stop. I know the safety rules. >> Okay. We're going to have another helmet, though. That's smart. >> Let me stop. >> Yeah, you're hitting my head against the wall. >> NO, I'M NOT. >> YES, YOU ARE. YOU JUST DID. You just hit my head against the wall. >> I'm wearing a helmet. You're fine. >> Oh, so it doesn't matter. >> Yeah. Well, you're doing it. You're doing it as we speak. THE >> OFF MY HEAD. LET THE OFF MY HEAD. GET OFF my head. >> Stop getting your head. I don't want you to hurt yourself. Begin to do this. >> NO. LET ME OUT. PUT ME IN THE HOSPITAL. NO. HELP. HELP. Let go. Help. Let go. >> STOP. LET GO. OW! I CAN'T BREATHE. >> GET OFF OF ME. I CAN'T BREATHE. GET STUFF OFF OF ME. >> WE HAVE MEDICS COMING. >> NO, you don't. >> Please work with >> I begged you. I begged you. I said please get off of me. THINK ABOUT HOW WELL THIS WOULD GO. THINK ABOUT IT. >> IT WOULD GO A LOT BETTER if you listen to what we were trying to tell you to end with the program. >> Hey Nancy, I'm Officer Baker. I haven't been here before. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. Okay. That's great. Give me my Can I help you? >> I need my Put me in the hospital right now. Can you get it off my eyes? >> I can try to do that. Yeah. >> Okay. It's all over my face. Okay. I cannot not see. It's It's beyond like less than human rights. You can't do that. I want to be able to see. >> Get me the out of here. >> All right, Nancy. My friends with the Belleview Fire Department are here to check you out. Make sure you're medically okay. are requesting to have immediate medical attention at a hospital because you it's beyond all of you guys's capabilities. >> Hi, Nancy. >> So, here's the medical professionals. >> Hi, Nancy. I'm Jessica. >> Hi. We're just going to get your blood pressure and go. >> In the end, she was charged with malicious mischief and resisting arrest. Meet Callie Robertson, the kind of neighbor nightmares are made of. so entitled that she smeared her dog's waste on a 70-year-old neighbor and thought that she'd get away with it. >> She comes slamming over to me and took the dog she had her dog and rammed it into my face. >> I said, "Stop." I was like, "I really don't know you. You don't know me. I'm a young woman by myself." I was like, "How did he get dog face you smeared across forehead?" >> What? No. Why would I? That's gross. Who would do that? On 8th of October 2023, the cops received a disturbing report about a man who had been smeared across the face by his neighbor with dog fecal matter. Shortly after receiving the call, an officer was sent to the residential area to check what was going on. And upon arrival, he met the victim sitting with evidence of the fecal assault plastered across his forehead. >> What's going on? >> I have a dog. I had walked my dog this morning and I was sitting on a park bench down the end of the road. You want to show me where do you want me to show you where it was? >> No, it's good. Okay. And I sit in the bench with my dog beside me and I see somebody over on the corner tea that we call it. I call it. And I I waved and yelled hello. Now I couldn't see the person's face. I didn't know who it was. But I always yell and wave hello to everybody. Always. And nobody ever has reaction. They say, "Hi, how are you?" Blah blah blah blah. Or come visit the dog. Well, she uh got done walking her dog and I saw the she the dog and he she picked it up and came walking over to me sturdy as you will and saying something. I said, "Wait, wait. I can't hear you. I'm I'm hardly hearing." So, uh she comes slamming over to me and took the dog she had from her dog and rammed it into my face and uh said, "I told you not to talk to me. I'm a woman alone. I'm a single woman alone. I have no idea what that's about. >> And then as she walked away, she called me. >> You have any idea where she lives? >> Oh, yes. But I can go get it. >> Sorry. I'm going to get a photo of you here before we do anything else. >> Okay. >> I can't believe she did it. I don't know why she did it. >> Did you ever had any interaction with her before? >> Uh, >> I was sorry to tell you. Face me. >> Only time I knew her was >> Can you face me? I'm gonna do this with her. I was walking my dog up the road here and for some reason I stopped to look behind me and she's crouching with her dog down like this uh on the road and I don't know what why but it startled me and my dog and I almost stumbled and fell over and uh so I just walked away and went up that way and nothing else was no nothing said. >> Mhm. So then I came out one morning and we flew and said hello and she told me to call and read me a tyranny of cursing you won't believe. And I said what did I do to you? I don't even know you. >> She says I told you not to talk to me. Sometimes you talk to me and sometimes you don't. I have never known the woman to talk to her. I don't yet. So, I I did say good morning a couple times after that simply because I say good morning to everybody. And uh then this morning she did that over there. >> What's she wearing today? >> Oh, good lord. I couldn't tell you, sir. >> What's she look like? >> Uh she's my height almost. Uh little not as big as me probably. And uh long hair, very long hair. That's stripped on the lower ends of it. Both strips on the ends. >> After speaking with the man, the police officer tracked down the neighbor identified as Kelly Robertson, who was said to have committed such a sickening act. When the officer questioned her about the event, she denied about anything other than yell insulting words at him. But as much as she tried to deny it, the evidence was too overwhelming for her to walk away unscathed. >> Hello. Need to speak with you. >> With me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Do you have an altercation with the gentleman standing over there today? um yelled at each other. Is that an altercation? We yelled at each other a few times. >> Okay. What's going on between you and him? >> Um honestly on his you know I'm a woman yelling by myself out here. He has yelled he has yelled at me before several times. Seven in the morning just yelling hello. And I told him I said hey. I said I don't know you. You don't know me. I said don't yell at me. >> He keeps doing it. I said I was like hey I said stop. I was like this last time I said stop. I was like I really don't know you. You don't know me. I'm a young woman by myself. I was like off. And then today I yelled a little more. I didn't call him a I do feel bad for that. I don't usually use the for. But all I want is him to just like not yell at me in the morning. Like can he not do that? >> How did he get dog feces smeared across his forehead? >> What? >> There is dog feces smeared across his forehead. >> I don't know anything about that. >> All right. Cuz he's saying >> I mean I mean I do have a dog. I don't pick up his feces like that. Well, he's saying you picked it up, walked over and smeared it across his forehead today. >> No, >> I did walk over and yell at him cuz when I was yell cuz I was probably about here to that camper from him and he said he couldn't hear me. So, I walked a little closer, but I didn't. No. Why would I? That's gross. Who would do that? >> I'm just telling you what I'm saying. >> Okay. No, >> nothing more than yelling. >> Do you have Doesn't matter. >> Do you have any identification on you? >> Um, I know I can get it. I live right there. I can get it out of my >> Would you be so kind? >> Yeah. Although she claims that she never shoved her dog's feces on her neighbor's face and even showed the officers proof that she properly disposed of the waste, it was easy for them to see through all her lies. >> How many times have you had an altercation with him? >> I mean, yelling back and forth like six or seven. It's mostly him yelling at me and telling him to off and walking away. >> And how long have you been staying here? Quite a while if you got it on your driver's license, I'd imagine. >> Yeah. Um, I've been I've been living in this RV park 2 years. I just moved over to this spot 3 months ago. >> Were you uh walking your dog to let it go to the restroom this morning? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And did your dog use the restroom? >> Yes, my dog used the restroom. >> Okay. What did you do with the waste? >> Um bagged it up like we're supposed to. Do you want to see it in the trash? Okay. >> Like if we got to get that serious about it. >> Well, considering it was buried, I would would not necessarily tend to believe that was the first one of the day or the one he just >> like his Yeah, >> I'll be perfectly honest with you. >> That's fine. I should probably call you think a lawyer or like what's what's this going cuz I cuz now he's saying these things. We've only yelled at each other like just like how serious do I need to take this? >> You're being there's a crime being alleged. So, I'm investigating a battery at this point. >> A battery? >> Cuz smearing feces on somebody would be considered a battery. >> Is anybody else here with you? >> No, just me and my dog. >> Okay. Having interrogated the lady and getting a contradictory statement, the officers needed to determine who was telling the truth. And as a result, he went back to question the assaulted neighbor who was going to eventually lead him to crack the case. >> I yelled, "Hello." >> You were sitting at this bench right here. >> I sat on this bench here. >> Okay. >> And I saw somebody. I know it was her. But then later she came out from there and walked around over there behind the boat and I saw her dog trapped and I saw she picked it up and I Oh, that's good. And then uh I just sat there like I do often with my dog and she was rolling over with a purpose, but I didn't know what her purpose was. And as she was coming over from about the middle of the gray [ __ ] she was yelling at me. Mhm. >> And I said to her, "Slow down. Slow down. I can't understand you. I can't hear you." And she came up upon me. I guess she said, "I told you not to talk to me." Blah, blah, blah. I'm a single woman living alone. I don't understand. She said that to me a couple times. I don't Yeah, I don't know. and she slammed this bag of in my face and I pushed backwards and then I tried to push her away and my hand got caught in her long hair on the on this side but she got up and she's getting up she called me a something out and she stroed. >> So the feces was in a bag that she had in her hand. >> Yes. >> Okay. What do you remember what color the bag was? >> You know I was thinking about that. It was >> you know they make these neon colors. It was copy >> sort of like a teal, the color of my house. >> Mhm. >> It wasn't blue. It wasn't green. It was a mixed shade. >> And what hand did she push push up against you with this hand? I'm sure. >> So, right hand. >> Yes. >> And then did she take the bag with her as well? >> Oh, yeah. She took it all with her. >> It's up there somewhere. She threw it away, but I don't know where she threw it away at. >> Okay. >> All right. cuz she's not. She says that everything you said happened except for that. The only thing >> my face >> correct. It's the only thing she doesn't admit to. She says that's the one thing that she did not do. She admitted to using the foul language. She admitted to using the very unkind description of you. However, she she says that it was verbal only and there was no physical. >> That's a lie. I want to charge. >> Well, I'm going to. I mean, cuz that's what you want. I'm going to charge her. But >> Oh, I do. Dude, do >> Callie's lie was immediately brought to light after she was caught with a waste bag that fit the description provided by the victim. >> So, you're going to be charged with battery because the physical evidence is still sitting over there. It's that bag right there, the green one. It does have feces on it. It matches the feces that's on his forehead. Unless you would like to amend your statement to me. Would you like me to show you the bag that's still sitting on the ground over there? Cuz it's going to match that one specifically, right? And there's a reason you started pulling that one out and shoved it back in your pack and then pulled out the dark black one, which is what you showed me over here. >> Am I about to be arrested just so I can give them to somebody or I'm looking to try to not to do that, but you haven't been honest with me up until this point because when people are dishonest, that shows a a decision to do criminal activity and not take ownership of it. >> You have no criminal activity. I just ran your criminal activity history. You have nothing. >> I know cuz I don't I don't like to be a bad person. I don't like to yell at people. I don't like >> Okay, you understand. Listen, I've been doing this for 12 and a half years. I've put in so much investigation on this one silly silly thing that probably shouldn't be a thing at all. >> Oh, yeah. >> You had to go that way. >> Well, the fact that I had to just prove the the dog bag thing drives me crazy. But what happened between you and him today? Cuz this isn't the first altercation, but this is the first time it's gotten >> him to stop yelling at me. >> Okay. >> Would you yell at a woman by herself? >> But how did all this start? Is my question. >> That's it. He just yelled at me and I and I yelled back. It probably the wrong day that I yelled back as I said I I told him I and then he I went inside. He came up and walked on my lot told me to know what the was wrong with me and that's the start of all of it. >> Okay. >> And then ever since then he yelled morning at me and I tell him all not to yell morning at me. >> So as far as what happened today, did it happen the way you said or did it happen the way he said? I think we all know what happened. >> Ma'am, I need Did Did you smear feces in his face with a green bag that you have in your in your pack? >> Okay. The reason I asked you and the reason I I cannot push this issue with you any further. >> I know you can't help me. >> Well, here's the thing. You committed what you did today is considered a battery, right? In the in in Penllis, listen, please listen. >> I know. I know. I'm listening. I know. I'm in. >> In Penllis County, we have something called adult diversion, right? >> He's 76. >> Oh, God. >> Just call the lawyer. >> Well, I mean, regardless of what happened, >> seniors. >> Oh, this No, not it's not senior abuse. Now, there's it's battery of a a gentleman of 65 or older, which makes it a felony. >> Does it always get charged like that? No, not always. Right. But >> And if he yanked on my hair, that wouldn't matter at all. >> Oh, he said he got a hold of your hair, but that was after. >> Yeah, he yanked me and pulled me. >> But he said that was after he got the the feces smeared his face. >> He yanked on me when I walked up to him. >> Was he sitting or standing? It was it was he he was sitting and I had walked up to him and and I held the dog up and I said, "Don't say hello to me anymore." And he naked my hair and I put the dog. It was simultaneous. I'm not going to sit here and say I didn't do it first or he did it first, but it >> if you if you're really looking for the specifics of that, you closed the distance to him where he was in a seated position. He was in a position of disadvantage as you walked up to him at that point. I I guess you sit back. >> This is probably what he wanted. This is why he kept yelling at me. He wanted me to get to this point. Now that I really think about it, I'm stupid. >> Do you have somebody that dog can stay with? >> I can take them down to my neighbors. You got to take me in right now. >> Due to the severity of the crime, yeah, I do. >> Callie was charged with battery felony on a person 65 or older. Every last one of you. I hate >> She's threatening to burn the house down. She's threatening in the head. >> I apologize for threatening the neighbor. I understand. I understand why I'm going to jail. >> So, what were you saying to your neighbor? >> I told her she was a snitch and that she should have let my husband hide. On August the 12th, 2024 in the city of Federal Way, Washington, officers were dispatched to a neighborhood after receiving reports of an individual violating a protection order. When they arrived, they didn't find a victim seeking help. They found a belligerent Karen, the very person the order was meant to protect. >> Hello. >> Hey, >> what's going on here? >> What's going on? >> Interested. >> The first time ever my mouth shut, you guys. You guys are pieces of >> Okay. Do you want to provide a statement or anything? >> Yeah. You guys are You should all >> That's my statement. >> Were you aware of the order between you guys? >> Yeah. Like I hope you all get every last one of you. I hate you. >> I not going to go anywhere near him. I know the rules. >> Well, you're going in his direction. >> I knew where the [ __ ] I was freaky. Get me. Don't arrest me for my daughter, dude. >> That's your choice. >> No, it's yours. >> Yeah. All you have to do is go inside and walk away. >> THAT'S MY HUSBAND. YOU JUST UP MY ENTIRE LIFE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT? WHY THE DIDN'T YOU RUN? I BOUGHT YOU ALL KINDS OF TIME. >> YOU'RE TRYING TO get in the wrong way. >> Get him away from >> Yeah, I want him to run. Like when 10 minutes, we wouldn't have been here. How would you like if someone shut up with your with you and ruined your vacation? I had a no contact order. >> If against your will that you've gone to court multiple times to get rid of and they just won't do it because they're stupid. Do you understand that you're ruining our life? >> I'M NOT READY. >> YES, YOU ARE. Let him go. >> I'm not I can't do that. You know that, right? >> Right. I know that because YOU GUYS ARE OUT FOR THE FEDERAL POLICE DEPARTMENT is only out to hurt people. You guys won't do any good in the world. >> That's not true. >> I love you. I'm so sorry, Justin. I will make sure that Justin pays for this with his life. I hate you. >> Okay. I hope you I hope each and one of you get in the head so that neither one of you could go home and be your wife either or your kids. If I could myself, I would. Hey, can you say goodbye to his daughter? >> No. >> Cuz you're acting like that. You're going to make it worse for her. >> Did she give her dad a hug? >> No. >> Please. No. You of your behavior. >> Yeah. >> Your behavior. >> No, it's too late. >> You're not going to threaten our lives. Call racist remarks and then ask us for a favor. >> No. after we're protecting an order that protects you. >> It doesn't protect me. It >> does. And I'm not going to argue with you, but no, you she cannot see him right now. >> She can't give him a hug. He's going for like 10 years. >> She said 100. >> I think you're causing her more problems than than he is at this point. >> Wait, you're damn right I am. >> Yeah, you are. I don't think that's very kind of you as a mother. >> You've already told me that. >> Can we bounce? I don't think she's going to. >> We're ready to go. >> Yeah, let's just go. >> You want me to take him up there? >> We have him. He's going back to PD. >> She doesn't want to do anything. >> OKAY. >> Just out. I'll go real quick inside. You guys really get the off my street. >> Okay. >> God damn you. I think I should give her a pamplet. >> It's a RCW. You have one. I can do it. I need to go grab one out of my car. >> I don't want to do no shuty you. We didn't do a goddamn thing. You did. We're going on a vacation. Are you with my boyfriend people? >> Not long after, the neighbors called the officers back this time in a panic. Whatever restraints that she had shown before was now gone, and the situation was spiraling fast. >> The neighbor is over there yelling it currently, correct? >> Yep. Uh would you be willing to uh aid in prosecution if we can develop uh some sort of criminal threats from this? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Um what is she saying to you? >> She told me that she's going to my head that her gun on her way down here. She's going to set my house on fire that I'm to her. She knows I lose everything. Like she's called me several times. >> Okay. Um how does that make you feel? What how are you feeling right now? I'm one scared for my life because I'm being threatened to be >> and two I own my home and so her threatening to damage my property is me. >> So you believe that there is potential credibility to her threat? >> Yes, I do. >> I do. >> Is she armed with anything right now or >> She's outside calling somebody else to be with somebody else. >> Are you and your family safe inside right now? >> Huh? >> Are you and your family inside away from her? >> Uh we had to put a TV inside the car and that's how we got into this altercation. >> Now is your family back inside? Yeah, we're heading back inside now. >> I would just say go inside, lock the doors, try to keep distance from her. >> Okay, we'll go inside. Um, >> she's calling the police on somebody else that's leaving our house right now, too. She's claiming that they have weapons. Um, a lot. >> No, I totally understand. Um, we'll have some paperwork probably to do with you when we get there. Hopefully, we'll be there soon. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> I'm here to talk to you first. >> Okay. I thought you didn't arrest me in here. >> Are you on the phone with the dispatcher? >> No, I'm on the phone with my mother. >> Hi. >> Yeah. >> So, I know we talked about it before, but she's starting We have a niece in here. She's talking. He's been >> he he's been sitting here the whole time knowing that she's threatening to burn the house down. She's threatening to her in the head. >> Yeah. Same thing she was saying before before we left. >> The other lady, whoever she just did, she's gone, but she was that's who she called the police on just now. I'm afraid for my niece. >> Yep. um in regards and she's literally saying she just called somebody to bring literally said I just called somebody to come here and >> my hand for 30 minutes about all the things. >> Can you guys do me a favor? Can you go write down your full first name, middle initial, last name, date of birth, >> phone number, >> okay? >> Um on a piece of paper for me >> and go wait inside. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Yep. And you guys I'm assuming you guys know this lady. >> Okay. >> So you were talking with her? Yeah. >> What's she have to say? >> She's upset because they took her. >> Yeah. Yeah. I know what she's upset about. >> She's talking about burning their house down. She's crazy. You know that. >> She's I'm trying to cool her down. Tell her that you going to have a heart attack. You know, just go back in the house. You know, >> you okay, girl? Yes. >> Okay. Come over here. >> You all right? >> I'm fine. I'm just here. >> It's been one of those days. So, I don't want >> I just got off of work and I'm getting getting here to pick up my kid and trying to figure out what is going on over here and it's >> so I can tell you she and her husband >> Yeah. >> have a no contact order. >> Okay. >> She is protected from him. >> Yeah. >> An anonymous person called today and told us that he was here in violation of the order. >> When we show up, he's outside. He runs inside the house. >> Right. >> Mhm. >> She comes out saying he's not here. >> Yeah. >> I don't He's not here. He's he he doesn't live here. We haven't seen him. She doesn't want to cooperate. >> Yeah. They call us 5 minutes later saying the homeboy is in their backyard. >> Yeah. >> So I go inside, see him sitting in the backyard. He sees me. I take a picture of him. He comes out here. We arrest him, take him to jail. >> Okay. >> She is pissed. >> Yeah. >> That we arrested him and ruined their vacation. She's out here running her mouth, calling everybody every name under the sun. >> That's what my sister's calling in word. >> So now your sister called us to come back and deal with her again. So I'm waiting for other officers to come out and deal with her. >> Okay. >> So >> all right. This time the officers had no intention of going easy on her. She had pushed every boundary, ignored every warning, and now she had walked herself straight into the trouble that she had been begging for. >> And I don't really care. >> Yeah. >> I want to be with her. >> Yeah. No, totally. Yeah. I'm not worried about that. I want to go arrest her if we get her out. >> Gotcha. >> We'll just try and get her out. >> Yep. >> How do I lost myself somewhere? >> I'm being arrested. Don't be hanging right now. I'm not resisting. I'm not going to resist. >> Mom, I'm being arrested. Can my mom come get my guy, please? That'd be preferable. >> Okay. >> Yes. Mom, come to Haley right now. I'm not. >> Hey. Hey. I'm not I'm not going to resist. Haley, GRANDMA'S ON HER WAY. I PROMISE. >> Tell her Grammy's on her way. Get her Tell her to get her cell phone. >> She's in there screaming. Her cell phone's in the car. Mom, I can't tell her anything. They're taking me to the car. I can't tell her anything. >> Okay. Well, then ask the officer to tell her to get the cell phone. >> No, I don't want to get in there. >> Ma'am, all we're not leaving. We're not leaving it. We need you to come here as soon as possible. That's all. Don't worry about anything else. Don't worry about granddaughter yet. We We'll stay here with granddaughter until you arrive. We just need to be as soon as possible. >> You do not need to hear my daughter. >> That will be I'm on my way. >> Why am I being arrested? Because I got inside with the neighbor. >> I'm sorry for my neighbor. I shouldn't I mean you you got understand my husband was just arrested. We're on our like 10 minutes later and we wouldn't have been here. My ex-boyfriend Can I >> Anything you say right now can be used against you in court. Okay. >> Can I show you what happened though? >> Nope. Just a sec. >> So Justin, I understand he's the one that called you. >> We'll go ahead and step my boyfriend. Okay. and he's super mad that um that we're going on vacation without him. And so that's why he called and told you guys about Nikki being here or whatever, okay? Cuz Nick's my husband. He was my boyfriend and he wanted to go on vacation with us and told me he couldn't go cuz they don't get along. Okay, so there was Nick Nick didn't do anything wrong. There's no reason for you guys. Okay, I apologize for threatening the neighbor. I understand that. I understand that why I'm going to jail. Um but she I was just so upset that they ruined my vacation and took my husband from me and you guys you guys understand that, right? a little bit. >> Again, everything is being on video recorded right now as well. We just have to tell you all this. >> But I'm just saying, do you guys like as just as people, not as cops, you guys understand that that like really sucks. Like if someone were to come to your house, when you're going on vacation and take your wife from you >> at this point, you should not be saying something like that. You know, >> I'm just saying like as a person that you said Nick was the one who called. >> No, Justin. >> Justin, I can understand that it's extremely difficult situation, >> but there's just other stuff going on. We're on our side as professionals. >> I understand. But as but as a person, we understand how I would be. >> For reasons known only to her, she suddenly tried to win the sympathy of the very officers that she had been threatening moments earlier. But it was far too late for tears or excuses. All that was left now was for her to face the consequences of her action. >> This is so long. On vacation right now. >> So, what were you saying to your neighbor? I just thought she was a snitch and that she should have let my husband hide. >> What else? >> And then I hope she threat her with anything else. >> No, I hope she like she should have let him hide or he should have ran. I just I just wanted everything to go back to normal and just go on vacation with my husband. >> Did you threaten her at all? Did you say you're going to threaten her with a >> No, I don't even have a gun. I said I hope I said I hope she got but I didn't tell you that I was I didn't say that I was going to do that. I said I hope she got shot >> and that you're going to burn her house down >> and that I hope her house burns down but I didn't say that I was going to do that. I said I hope your house burns down and I hope you get shot and that's what I said but I didn't say that I was going to do I don't even have I don't even own. So I was just mad. I'm sorry and I'm sorry that I said that to her but and I mean I wish he would have let my husband run or hide. I wish you would have done something other than tattle on him, but I should I shouldn't have said those things, but no, I don't have anybody that could bring me. I don't have anybody that could do that. I didn't say that. >> And you were aware that your husband, Nicholas, was in the house, right? >> No, I did not know he was in the house. >> He had just gotten He had just gotten here. He hadn't been in the house. The first time he came in the house was when he saw you guys. He had just gotten here. >> He got But you lied to us when we said that we saw Nicholas and when he went in the house. Correct. And you But you >> I didn't. I thought it was Jeff. I truly honest to God thought it was Jeff. >> But you said to Nicholas that he should have ran and you bought him time. Correct. >> I did say that. >> Okay. So, you knew that he was in their house and you're helping him. Do you see where I'm coming from, Elizabeth? >> I do. >> Okay. So, you're lying about that. So, now your neighbors >> I'm not lying. I'm sorry. >> Okay. Well, how am I supposed to believe you when you were already lying to us before and now? How am I supposed to believe you about this? >> Well, because I was trying to protect my husband. >> Well, now you're probably trying to protect yourself is what I'm getting at. >> But no, I'm not. I own everything that I said and that's what I said to her. >> Don't you think that you're in front of my daughter? Don't you think I've learned my lesson? Don't you think I'm not going to lie to you anymore? >> No, I think you are lying to me again. >> But I'm not lying to you. >> Your daughter's not even here right now. We're just here. >> I know that. But this my daughter's in the house by herself right now waiting for her grandma and I'm supposed to be on vacation right now. I'm so I'm sorry. I didn't I didn't I didn't get I didn't No, I did not do any of that. She's making that's that's an embellishment of what I said. You dumb. You should have let him hide is what Iing said to her. >> Well, right now you're under arrest. Okay. >> I I understand that >> cuz before you we said that you were just detained and now I'm letting you know that you're under arrest. All right. >> No, I know. >> Is there anything else you'd like to say? >> No. Can I say goodbye to my daughter? >> No. >> I just want to tell her that everything's going to be okay. Please. Please. >> I'm going to go ahead and shut it. >> No. Please. >> In the end, she received a harassment charge. Just when you thought that you had seen it all, along comes this Karen who was so wildly entitled that she actually called the cops on her neighbor for bringing her misplaced packages. >> What's the matter with >> I will press charges. This goddamn woman right here. I'm going to press charges on my government goddamn phone. Press charges on her now. >> I'VE BEEN IN MY HOUSE FOR SEVEN MONTHS. I've went to jail three times. I went to life seven times for crazy Sonia on a fiveletter word. >> On April the 15th, 2025 in Chilikoth, Ohio, police were called to an apartment complex after a resident insisted that she wanted to press charges on her neighbor who had returned her package that had been delivered wrongly. When officers arrived, they immediately began sorting out what had actually happened. Because from the get-go, the situation sounded more like petty drama than an actual crime. >> I don't know what's going on, man. >> I don't know. She was yelling crazy threatening her. >> Okay, we'll see what the matter is. >> You have a lampshade, A LITTLE WAXED into the wall, a lock, a to the window coming in, bringing wired into the wall, and a tiny house. NOTHING IN THE GODDAMN HOUSE. THE WINDOWS CLOSED. >> HELLO. >> And a goddamn radio on. >> Did you call She called. >> Is it Helen that called? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And then across the hallway called too. >> Okay. I talked to Helen just for a minute. >> Yes. >> Hello. Are you Helen? >> Yeah. >> Did you have you said the the aid delivered a package >> or something? >> Okay. I got you. >> And they put it in front of my door and my aid just picked it up and brought it to me. >> Your aid? Okay. >> I didn't look at it and I just opened it and I saw that it was for her. As soon as I saw her, I said I said, "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to open this. I didn't even look at it, Sonia." I said, "Nancy brought it to me and I didn't even pay attention." And she didn't say anything then, but now she's going nuts. She's been in the hall screaming and cussing. This is the third time. >> But she took she actually took she has it in her apartment. >> She's trying she threw it in the hallway and was trying to give it to me and I wouldn't take it. I >> put it back by her. >> Okay. But she told me that she's going to file federal charges on me for opening her mail and that I'm the reason she's getting evicted, which this is the third time that the laws come today. >> Yeah. >> And they got >> I was here earlier. >> Oh, were you? I know that one of them said that if she if she does it again, they won't take her. >> Yeah. See what we could do here. After gathering enough information about what likely happened, the officers headed to the Karen's apartment, hoping at the very least to have a reasonable conversation. But the moment she opened the door, it was clear she was a living definition of common sense, not being too common. >> Tanya, come to the door. >> What's I know somebody broke a cell on my goddamn government phone and I am pissed. >> What's the matter with this? >> I want to press charges. This goddamn woman right here. I want to press charges on her on my government goddamn phone. >> What happened? >> She broke the cell. It's got 17 presidents. Press charges on her now. >> You have the phone. >> No. >> Looks like you do. >> I want this replaced. See this? See this? IT'S A GODDAMN GOVERNMENT PHONE. >> THE seal hasn't been broken. And still uh >> it's got codes now. Shut up. >> It's intact. >> You see this truck? You see this pop right? Thumb thumb. You see this thumb? See this thumb? You see the thumb? See the thumb? You see this numbers? You see this name and numbers? You see name and numbers to security. My name is five letters. This switch on the phone. >> And then you can code that. You code this. You go. >> You're done. Yep. You're under arrest. >> No, I'm not. >> Yeah, you are. Now, who opened my phone? >> Who opened my phone? I threw in the hallway. What? Candy? >> That's a government phone. And somebody opened my mouth in a hotel. They broke their cell on staff. Now, Helen arrested, too. We're both on handcuffs. Get Helen, too. We're going together as twins. Get Helen. Let me pick up my trash. >> No. >> Get Helen. >> No. Quit yelling at me. I've had enough. >> No. Helen's going with me. Straight for us to sell. Give me a cell in my mouth. >> Give me a cell in my mouth and my license. >> We're going to leave it there. >> No, you're not. You're locking my door. >> Give me my goddamn license or my purse. >> Where's your keys? >> You're giving me my license, my purse. >> Wait. >> You're locking the door. Give me my license, my purse, and you take your hel with me and cop. >> Where's your keys at, Sonia? So we can lock. >> Give me my goddamn purse on my neck, my ID on MY CRACK. AND YOU DON'T REST IN HELL FOR BREAKING A CELL. SHE CRACKED THE LAW. >> YOU THREW the keys up on the fridge or is that JUST A >> THEY'RE ALWAYS ON THE HOOK EVERY GODDAMN TIME TO THE BANANA. You never get back here. It's on the banana. CATCH YOUR THE BANANA. >> THERE THEY ARE. >> Put it over here. >> I hope so. >> THERE'S A GODDAMN ENVELOPE THAT WAS OPEN ILLEGALLY. UP. LOCK UP. >> GET THE GODDAMN THAT DID IT right now. RIGHT MOTHER NOW WITH ME. >> All right. Your apartment's locked. OKAY. >> YES. THE GODDAMN YOU DID IT. >> LET'S go >> on a government phone. >> See this right here that kicked me out of a haunted hotel. You see that goddamn >> you can walk it kick in the goddamn nut. Put on my ass crack. >> You don't need it. >> I got to paint with >> calm down. >> It's jail, mother. >> That's where you're going. >> For Helen, too. >> Helen in jail. SHE EXPERIENCES TOO AND SHE EXPERIENCES GODDAMN HANDCUFFS. >> NOTHING the officer said or did could shut her down. She was a Karen through and through and was fully committed to putting her entitlement on full display. >> HANDCUFFS AND GODDAMN JEW. >> WHAT are you trying to do? >> PUT OUR HANDCUFFS >> AND PUT ON SHE RIDES AND BACKS WITH ME. >> YOU better put Helen IN THE OTHER GODDAMN >> START. >> You put Helen. Start knocking out some of the report for me. >> Is there any other goddamn right now? >> You're going to have to pick me up. They're picky. Time off. Heavy. We're not playing with >> Get in the car now. >> I can't. I got to touch my leg. >> Get in the car. >> I can't get my left leg in without you smashing it. You're going to have to help me with my left leg in cuz you're going to smash into the board. >> Sit up there on the seat where you watch. >> I can't cuz I don't have both hands. I'm short. So, she was just telling me to make her speech, my speech long enough because her husband was coming in. He was stuck in traffic and he had to make a speech afterwards. So, that's what we were talking. I guess he's on a power trip. So, he came in and got on the face again. And I asked him, "Hey," she asked him. Technically, she asked, "Hey, can you step away?" He said, "No, it's public property." I was like, "We're inside. It's private and we're trying to have a conversation."
