call regarding a domestic disturbance between a mother and her 13-year-old daughter when they arrived at the scene the mother visibly agitated met them outside the home she quickly launched into a stealing my mother's cigarettes and taking the ashes and dumping them behind the dresser okay I found that and I was I'm cleaning all her room out and she's not to have a room okay I went to the on the bed I went to the bed to lay down to lay down okay she comes after me attacking me wants to act like she's slapping me this and that so she was just doing this yeah okay like this to me like that like that so she takes the phone and comes up with the story of a lifetime in the bathroom okay I have real problems real okay why don't you hang out out here the cops were more concerned about her daughter and asked the mom for her whereabouts but the mom was not done berating her daughter she kept complaining to the cops that her daughter was the root of all her problems and began listing out in the grass that way don't have to be on the hard concrete she got kicked out of took her and we took her to brard County and her other grandma's mhm they kicked her out the same problems so we put her to Charter School the imagine Academy she lasted 3 days she was threatening people with a gun at school lot yeah I'm here sure it's very stressful yeah so I'm here doing the virtual program and trying to get that together so she came in talking about when I'm going to register in school and it started bossing me around just this filter doesn't stop it's the most nasty stuff like suck my and and and just everything I can't control her she's bigger than me I can't walk I had back issues and I went to the chiropractor this morning at 10:00 a.m. and I came home to do all these things I needed through the email documents and birth certificates getting everything going and I wanted to lay down on that bed because it was a hard surface for my spine to be straight Y and she didn't like takes anti-depressant she takes a mood stabilizer and she makes trome cakil the list goes on okay and she has these episodes where it's out the wall and then my mother doesn't help me she takes her the sciatic nerve okay so sitting is the worst for me okay but she comes in there swings her hands at me and stuff she has a scratch on her neck from M from my nails scratching her she's so proud of the legal guardian so Grandma was here during all of this she didn't see it but she heard it and there's a long train of history with the mom just disappearing for weeks and then coming home and you know uh she I tried running over to the couch area and she swung at me and hit me in the back with the back I tried jumping over the couch she hit me in my arm and in my uh elbow and I ran outside and I was just yelling at her and she uh what I think she tried she tried to grab the it was a BB gun rifle in the corner she tried grabbing it on me and I grabbed it from her and I threw it in the lake and I said um what you're doing isn't right at all to us and my sister's on the phone with my grandma and she used the phone and I uh tell her I'm I need to talk to Grammy and as I'm telling her to do this I said unlock the gate please I need to talk to my grandma got injury or anything oh yeah let them check you out um just by looking at it you tell there's not really much going on you want to go to the hospital we can take you but I think they're just going to they would just x-ray you and send you back you know it would let you know if I felt that something was off or something was the police I closed my gate behind him she finished talking to my mom picking up the rest of the rocks that she had thrown out there and we went back in the house I I was getting ready to take my son to baseball when my bell rang and then guys were she conveniently shifted the blame onto her Elder son she told the officers how he disliked her and wanted to be the man of the house but she cunningly admitted the details about her hitting her son but the officer was not about to let Mrs Smith get away that easily okay so at any point did you strike your son no whether was your hands or bed or anything like that no I struck the phone okay could see the phone was smashed up I don't know if he still had it in his in his hand okay so how so did you were you aware of any injuries that your son has no injuries somewhat okay so he's pretty banged up on his back and on his arm can you explain those whether was my come for is on his arms and on his back for what I have no idea I don't have any idea either he we would ran through the house and he knocked over the table ran in the corner where the BB gun was I don't know how he's got anything on his arms or on his back it's definitely not for me now what he did outside of the gate I don't even know where he went after he ran off with the BB gun he came back a few times couldn't get back in the gate and he left so I didn't know where where unnecessarily and he then was picking up the shoes um still my daughter was still on the phone with my mom she was coming back inside the house and I don't know what they were saying on it he was yelling or something like old gry C she's always starting drama or something like that and then I went to tell him like shove him out the door I did just shove him out the door and he pushed back when I tried to shove him out the door and then like came at me and I grabbed the back from the door he ran around through the living room I thought you said you never never touched him well I didn't I didn't hit him I like nudged him shoved him wasn't forceful he's much bigger than me anyways wasn't forceful I nudged him try to get him out the door mhm but I didn't even really push him hard like you know just pushed him on his shoulder yes ma'am and um he got upset about that and came towards me which is why I end up having the bat in my hand he ran around the sofa knocked the table over in the corner so he could get through to the side grabb the BB gun out the out of the corner because it's over in the corner behind this chair that's in the corner push that up against the window and ran out the door and then ran off came back telling my daughter to open the gate left again because I was standing there still at the gate with the back still but I didn't touch him with the back is that all is that all that's it that's it was nothing you didn't let him back in the I didn't let him back in the house I didn't let him back in the gate and I told her not to let him back in the gate and I told her to come in the house and she went and got in the shower and then that's and and that's when the rest of it happened cuz we were getting ready to leave I was getting ready to take him to officers at craige head County reached a farmhouse shop whose owner had called them after he found a kid in distress and far away from his home when the officers talked to the little boy they realized morning and had started walking to his school which was 7 m away but what he told the officers next was shocking to say the least did did you talk to your mom this morning no she she she I got in trouble and then my mom said today you have to wake up up on your own and try to get catch the bus if you don't uh you should maybe maybe like now she doesn't want me to just she said like I'm like I unlocked though doors unlocked she's up here at my house my wife's freaking the out she's like I don't know if this kid's went in the house and I was like honey I'm driving here to the house he said there's a cop down here and I see see a p ride back down here make sure he didn't head back he said that his mom was going to get really angry if he didn't make it to schore while we're fixing the head over there okay he said he's got a 2-year-old brother is what he told me down there yeah yeah he's got he was all way down there by lanfield he walked that far yeah well I picked him up and I brought him back and he whenever I was cuz he called he opened the door and I didn't go in but I was yelling for her and he walked around the house so I thought he went in the back and I've been yelling for him and I can't get him to come to the door well I know why he I don't know how he went past me he said mama's going to be really mad if he didn't make it to school yeah that's what she was getting ready to take a shower and get my kids how did he do it in there and how are you not able to leave the bathroom sir I just got here we was starting to clean everything to get out the next thing I know I was I took my medicine you passed out in the bathroom ex do you not hear what I'm saying how how did he just leave you passed out in the bathroom sir he was not here the cops just picked him up the cops just got him within him not function or not functioning with them or anything I literally opened the door took it's a j name on there when was he taken away today uh around 1 2:00 we we got here like maybe 20 minutes ago and whenever we got here you were pass are you not hearing what I said you were unconscious I just took my medicine went to the bathroom to pee my it was I take it three times a day apparently that's where he had his medicine balled up in that with a foil a uh bag or whatever I was literally on the pot sitting there within the time and then the next thing I know I was in the floor and this has happened I was not willingly taking no medicine um I was on the phone with my friend and I told her I was going to call him to work because all this crazy stuff has happened um all I the owner could say was there was a squatting Mexican that stayed here um and that was it was hell getting him out I was not aware of any of this until um all this started happening with the landlord and them for the ho8 and like I said once again um the lady was literally a judge like that's what she is a retired judge so her daughter-in-law has went to the prison all this was my best friend um I was not aware that this J this place was hot my dad passed away went through divorced and they offered to start ring this to me um within in the month and I thought it was just a good idea to start up here start working at Mercy Hospital and just going from there so when the cops started asking how her case was related to her in anyway she claims that she must have passed out due to the remnants making the cops realize they had encountered a high Storyteller even look at my veins or all this um like literally it just happened so like what happened when I got back I got back uh the door was locked I was getting ready to take a shower the next thing I know I woke up to this so what like someone called my kids called what like we was getting ready to take a shower I was getting them ready we were doing homework and we were going to just grab something from the Mexican restaurant at the mall right through of here in days or whatever well according to the notes that I saw when we got dispatched here M and from what I've gathered from us being here you weren't able to let yourself out of the bathroom in fact you were slumped up in the bathroom and you weren't able to open the door and then the kids got upset and called 911 CU they were concerned about it when after Clos my suspicious activity is it that strong strong whatever he had in that bottle like that was all CED up in mind for it to just be on my medicine and me take it and be whatever it happened is it that strong to do like I I don't know exactly what was in the bottle besides of what I heard y'all say shouldn't make out not my medicine I'm saying the stuff this powder stuff that was on my medicine in the bottle remember what the powder was they said it was that's what he was on is child in need upon their arrival they discovered a vulnerable 5-year-old boy alone and crying for help outside an apartment building did you call yes I did hey y'all come here what happened there
