her so we can charge that if she has open cases those open cases that she has Bond on would be another bill jumping charge cuz she's not to commit more crimes while she's out on bond for another crime safety he had locked himself in the bedroom following threats from his wife whom he claimed had severe mental issues the officers arrived on the scene ready to investigate but they realized the building was locked to prevent anyone from rescuing her husband from her they decided to take a different route but little did they know they were about to encounter a crazy woman with severe abusive to make his life help by this time the officers had already heard more than enough from the husband but for the sake of documentation they requested to see the footage showing the woman's aggressive behavior as they prepared to head back to the station the woman continued to rant about her relationship unloading her side of the story to the unresponsive officers desperate to justify her actions for with my best friend behind my back for 12 years for him to get caught doing it multiple times he got caught and then his friend told me well he's cheating on you and I'm well again he's cheating on me again it never stopped is what he said to me it never stopped for 16 years he continued to hurt me and I never found out about it this all happened because I was by that NE nebor there and the trauma caused all these memories to come back of stuff that I did forgive him for I did forgive him for having an affair with her but at the time I forgave him for it I didn't know that it was still going to happen and then it still continued to go on even when he moved Me 2 hours away to make sure that I could never find her at his job site to make sure that I had nobody no friends no family nothing I was stuck with him he gave my house away he turned my son against me for what a ad junkie he heads ads he hates addi he has doged my sister for years and she got cleaned and he told me I couldn't see my sister because she used to be a but he knew for a fact that she was shooting we had discusted it multiple times he's racist as hell he knew she was having with black people for money and he still continued to with somebody and put me at risk to get a disease and then going to hide from me and not even have the common courtesy to tell me no chmer I didn't love you or no your feelings are valid you have a right to be mad I can't help that trauma made everything come back in my brain because had I chose for any of this to come back I would have never wanted to remember that it's not like I've suffered enough having to be and everything being dismissed because there wasn't enough of his DNA to prove that it was him but there was Melody and in my underwear and then my reported vehicle crash a woman had arranged to meet her husband in a Kmart parking lot hoping to persuade him to sign divorce papers things didn't go as planned leading to a chaotic scene when officers arrived at the crash site they quickly learned that the woman had fled on foot it didn't take long for them to locate and confront her as she began to explain herself it became clear that there was much more to this story than initially met the eye getting away huh she getting away she ran in front of the building over there 122 121 I got one run foot front of Kmart 12 FL come on out to hit her boyf boyfriend and he moved and that's how she hit the tree after learning the initial details of the situation the officers then proceeded to do what would have saved the husband in the future me and lock your fingers just like your prayer they said she aimed at him oh yeah just when you think you have relationship problems it's never that bad we're married but div where were you where were you at we we were right here so first I'm coming in this way and I see her and she like turns at me and like you know dead stops me and then I got to go around her and then she followed me back right here we're sitting right here arguing she's like telling me I don't know I need to get the lawyer this and that some stupid like just get your lawyer that's it we don't need to talk you gets set a bond um the judge part of her bond is no contact with you in any the same her training order she can't call you she can't text you can't email you can't go to your house any of that is a incident as evidence to ensure the woman didn't attempt any tricks they conducted a quick search before Gathering more details from her husband he then disclosed some shocking revelations about her about a woman named Mindy r havoc on a car upon the arrival of the officers they met a crazy and abusive woman stop stay back there stop why you yelling at me stop go back there like I just said why are you yelling at me go back there now I'll step back I ain't going in what's the problem today that mother wouldn't take me to the damn store before he went to work I've been asking this forever to take me to the store that's it and he told me I couldn't get told him I didn't [ __ ] need him to tell me the story can tell my sorry flipping out again today um so I'm trying to leave she wants me to take her to Walgreens to get a glucose monar I said you have to have a prescription for that turn this way so she can't hear you sorry good she climbed up on top of the car again beat the car so this is that's the hood she just did all this just now the Hood um Kick the side of it up on the roof DSE all over the back of it trunks beating it with their phone I've got video over on top of it she wouldn't let me leave I want to go to work she's hanging on top of it said you know take me to Walgreens refuses to get off unless I take her to Walgreens threw her cereal on the car she Mak any comments about self form or anything like that no she said she wanted did you guys get into any kind of physical altercation today um as long as he don't step to me it's cool I hit the car as long as he doesn't step to me it's fine when he comes at me then he comes at me I don't want that phone in my face recording me he's been showing my kids different recordings and I know that because then when officers saw the evidence of Mindy's threats to her husband they decided to confront her but her response was not what they were expecting so did it get physical today I don't remember you don't remember yeah it kind of did because then he comes at me and I'm going to his face up if he comes at me it kind of did can you explain because it hit the car and then he came at me and then I tried to get the phone out of my face because I can't have someone badgering me trying to record me all the damn time he's already done that this is all he does is watch that wife can't have a relationship when you just watch the damn do you know why do you know why he was recording you or anything yeah because I'm acting up I know why he's recording me got on top of the car I want to go to the store sir that's it did you rip out a camera or something yes he keeps putting his stuff up there he keeps wanting places to record me and I'm tired of that I'm going to take it down every time I don't need car with her cell phone okay so she's beating the car with her cell phone okay did she make any other threats towards you or anything like that no she's very smart about stopping where to where to draw that line was there anything physical today no nothing physical she just hit hit your phone she didn't try to hit you right she didn't try to hit me other than when she well you saw that first video when she came at me was that she just hit your phone in that though she hit my hand and the phone knocked it out while one of the officers spoke to the husband the others were trying to deescalate the situation with Mindy and get her details of what had happened between them when I got home from the hospital he put his hands in here on me to get me then he walked away and said I'm going to Cops to get a protection order on you I said mother you just put your hands in here on me damn dumb so can you uh describe what happened today yeah you said he he he had the phone in your face recording you why was he doing that because I'm acting up because I want to go to the store my community doesn't want to hear me grip anymore more okay they just need a man if he's going to come back and forth in the home so where were you guys at when he was recording out here where at out here I don't know I try to bring it all out here so everybody can see my questions anything I ask him I try to open my door to like I want to open my door so people can hear how many times I have to ask them and how much I have to beg and how long I have to wait okay so when he was recording you what protection order to keep him out of my home sir hang tight for a second ma'am when she was asked about the situation she outrightly denied it knowing to her her husband had provided the officers with the footage of her threats and aggression before the officers made their next move they decided to double check the incident from the husband and Mindy wasn't pleased with their next move what were her words again she's going to have my head on a platter or something along those lines what did what did you interpret that as uh well I think she wants to try to kill me honestly okay like I said I've removed all weapons and everything from the house for my protection did that because it's did you perceive that as a threat to physical it sounded like a threat to me are you concerned that maybe not at that time that she was going to do second but do you think by her making that threat that it's something that she could potentially act I think it's something that she could do in the future as many times as she said it if given the opportunity the opportunity I think she would I'm going to go to Texas and check on my daughter he wouldn't let me he wouldn't even take me for a ride he doesn't even take me for a ride I can't even get out of the house it's it's opposite anything I want a lawyer I want to sue him for mental physical and emotional abuse I want to file just calm down please I got an ex that came in and got my kids and then everything just went whatever Haywire which is fine but he wouldn't let me have any communication he tells me my kids don't want nothing to do with me arrived at the scene and approached the officers they started making false accusations against the husband but the officers were smart enough to know they weren't being totally honest so now office has probably been here 20 times oh more than that probably just in February you've been here 20 times yeah 47 I believe is my my email I got from your department so I mean she's got to be willing to a certain extent to help herself unless there's a court order that for and I want to tell you something else too he don't want us on his property cuz he's got a little black box in the woods that he
