WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING ME? OH MY GOD. [screaming] >> OH, THIS LITTLE KITTY, GUYS. COME ON. THIS IS UP, GUYS. CAMERA. HOW DO YOU FEEL NOW, YOU IDIOT? >> Some overly entitled women think they run the world. But what happens when their arrogance catches up with them and they learn the hard way that no one is above the law? >> Take the rules of me without my permission. >> I think you're in trouble. You don't understand how to say that. >> Sure. I give some space. Hold on. Keep the door open. >> No. >> Yes. >> I don't have to. Here are some incidents when bad thought they were above the law. Starting off with a couple of entitled women who thought they could drive away from a traffic stop only to be given a much needed reality check. >> And I'm going to take his badge number two. Please get your hand off my vehicle. >> We're not searching the car. >> I need you to step out of the car. >> Yeah, my dog is pissing in my car cuz of him. >> Please gradually. Oh, you're girl. You're more aggressive than him. Godamn. Chill. On February the 22nd, 2024, police responded to reports of a white SUV driving recklessly and crashing into multiple vehicles before speeding off [music] with two young women inside. When officers finally confronted them, one thing they didn't expect was to meet a bunch of entitled men who didn't believe that actions had consequences. >> Hit like four cars on fireworks. And >> no, I did not. >> No, I did not. Benny is >> We're in the middle of investigating that. That's what's going on. He just raised his hand. He doesn't know. Benny, >> I'm not going to give you. >> You're military police and tell them. >> Okay, go ahead, Ben. I'm Okay, go ahead. >> Yes, there is. There's vehicle damage that's consistent with all the damage that >> But that was not me. >> That's why you're being detained and that's why she's being detained. [music] That's why she needs to identify herself. >> Because I'm not being detained because that was me. >> You have proof. Exactly. Do you have proof? Because that is not me, sir. And you know what? My vehicle's been the same with a black fender on top of my bumper. And I got another bumper on top of that. >> Do you know them? Do you know them by chance? >> They don't look familiar. I don't know the car. >> No, nothing like that. But >> you don't need the business owner or nothing, right? >> Yeah. >> We're good. Thanks, man. >> What am I being stopped for? >> Okay. I'm going to explain this. Please don't. >> He's on the line, too. So, what am I being stopped for? Because >> Mr. uh all Nanison or whatever his name is cuz it's not presented and I'm going to take his badge number too. >> Okay. >> Are you ready for me to explain? >> Yes. Yeah. >> Somebody called us. >> Please get your hand off my vehicle. >> Somebody called us and said that a white Tahoe with a black quarter fender >> and guess what? >> Are you going to let me finish? >> Sure. >> Cuz if you're going to help me one more time, I'm not going to explain it. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. a white Tahoe with two females driving, hit some cars, don't know exactly how many, but more than one on Flaggler and left. Okay. This officer happens to find a white Tahoe with a black quarter panel with damage consistent what they're saying happened. >> So, you don't >> Hold on. I'm not done yet. >> So, he stopped you for that. If it wasn't you, we're going to find out and then you guys will be on your merry way. [music] If it is you, then we have another situation. That's it. That's as simple as it is. >> Okay, go ahead. Then >> the level of arrogance from the [music] young lady was unreal. She managed to irritate every officer on scene within seconds. And with her attitude only getting worse, she must now hope that the officers wouldn't uncover anything incriminating. >> What? What? What is uh going on right now? >> I've already explained it to you. He's explained it to you. I've explained it to you. But I don't understand what's going on. You guys have us pulled over for what? >> So what is the real red to rear? Because you put you put us over for [music] a traffic stop. >> I already told you to forget about all that. >> No, no, no. But it's nothing forget about [music] because that's what you put us over for illegally. >> Are you an attorney? >> No. Um, no. But my brother is military police and has >> Yeah. It doesn't matter. So I'm telling you, you pulled me over for a little uh traffic stop. So what goes from here? Well, he pulled you over immediately cuz you almost got into a car accident. >> No, there's no car setting cuz I have my uh >> Okay, that's your opinion. >> No, cuz I have my uh my I'm sorry, my signal light on. My signal light was on. So, where would we go from there? >> There's no sense of Don't Don't even >> Okay, but I don't understand. We're just all standing here and I want to >> We already told you [music] twice what we're doing. >> Okay, so my brother's >> actually, as a matter of fact, could you go ahead and step out of the car for No, I actually cannot [music] cuz you cannot search my vehicle cuz I have a a service animal in here. >> Let me explain something to you. Listen, explain it to you. >> Okay. And my brother >> You can hold on to the phone all you want, but there is a witness to the crash. >> But where's the witness? >> I'm not going to tell you again to stop interrupting me. Okay. Go ahead, Ben. >> It's going to go from me being polite to ripping you out of the car because you're not listening. >> I think just Do you understand? >> Okay. Well, he could search the car, but Taz is in the car. We're not searching the car. I need you to step out of the car. >> I can step on my vehicle. >> Yes. Stand right there. >> Okay. >> So, I want to ask you, but when I do step out, what is >> you're going to come over here and stand? >> And this has been fixed. So, this goes like this and this. Okay. The other side's messed up. >> All you got to do is sit stand right there. >> Okay. Well, I'm goes like that. The bumpers aren't even put into this panel. >> So, I'm telling you that right now. >> Okay. >> Where did Where did the damage over here come from? >> What damage? >> This damage. Look at that. >> Okay. Well, I'm asking you. This >> has been gone because this whole bender has been actually replaced. >> What about this thing? >> Okay. Well, if you haven't noticed, this hasn't been onto this actual car. >> I don't care about this. >> I'm talking about this. I bought the car like that. >> Okay. >> Realizing that the driver was as stubborn as a mule, the officers moved in to interrogate her friends. Unfortunately, they too believed in pretty privileges. There was a chance that the officers were not going to get anything meaningful from them. >> Did you guys explain to her that she was involved in a crash? She was a passenger. We need to identify her. >> What? Do you got a warrant or something? >> Then why are you failing to identify yourself? >> I'm looking to go to work. Come looking. >> Hi. Don't know. >> So, we're gonna either >> put yourself at risk of going to jail rather than just giving us your ID. That makes logical sense to you. >> Well, I was just waiting for your friend and I guess isn't like a negotiation. Like, you're not in charge of the scenario. >> Okay. Let me Can I call or No, >> you just hand me your driver's license. >> Am I still free to call or No. Am I still free to call? >> We are. >> Am I free to call? >> You can do whatever you want. Okay. So then >> you're not leaving here until you get ID, >> right? So I have a >> So the longer you prolong this. >> So she has her boyfriend who is in. So I will just call her and ask what she thinks. >> It doesn't matter about an attorney. [music] We're just asking you to identify yourself cuz you were involved in a vehicle accident in a car. Do you understand? >> Were you in that car? >> No, no, no. So I'm just trying to identify where I need to be identified. But you're identifying me in places that I don't need to know. >> That's fine. from the stress and anxiety with an emotional support animal and they're trying to tell me they don't got any video or anything. They got me [ __ ] up. >> It's just a simple she IDs herself and then she goes on on her [music] merry way. Otherwise, if she doesn't want to ID herself, then that's when she would go to jail. We don't want that to happen. We just want her to hand us her ID or tell us her name and date of birth so we can ID her and let her go on her way. But she doesn't want to help herself. [music] So maybe you can help her understand this a little bit more. >> Yeah, my dog is pissing [music] in my car cuz of him. Hey, Hans. Take that down. A Hans. >> Yeah, it's okay. And I got your I'm going to get your badge. No. >> The only one driving today. >> I'm asking you to stand there and look north. >> What do you want me to look north for? [music] >> Stand there. >> Benny, he's on my phone. And Benny, he's taking his off. >> Listen to me. >> He's taking my phone off. >> Stand here. >> Benny, he's taking my phone off. >> Forward. That's all I need you to do. >> So now you are not free to go. But why though? >> Because you've been positively identified as a person driving this car when it hit a car and you >> So guess what? What is my identification doing what you guys did with her? >> I already talked with somebody and >> stand right here. She's free to go. Actually my location >> I'm not going to tell you again. This is not a game. Stand right there. >> I have a question. >> Give me the phone. >> Am I free to go? I was free to go. man right here. >> He gave me free to go. >> With neither suspect willing to cooperate, the officers shifted focus to the evidence. Piece by piece, the situation began to make sense. >> He gave me free to go. >> No, he or did you say she's free to go? >> Did you say she's free to go or not? >> Right. Turn around and put your hand behind your back. You're being detained. Don't flex. >> Being detained. Don't flex. Okay. But I'm asking Don't flex. >> What am I being detained? >> Because you're not cooperating. You're not listening. You're doing whatever you want. >> Cooperating. You said that I stand by this car >> and I stand by the car. >> You're not listening. >> You're doing whatever you want to do. I'm trying to explain it to you. >> And I told you >> now only way to get you to listen is to put you in handcuffs. >> So what are you talking about? And I got video on my car. So do not play with me, sir. You took my phone out of my hand and I was on the phone with my brother and you told him to hang up. >> Yeah, that is absolutely right. >> Yes. So what do you mean? Listen to a lawful order. >> What do you mean? I stood in front of my truck like how you said. So what is that not a lawful order? >> I'm done talking to you. >> Oh, you almost got spit on. >> So cheese is with another victim that their car. >> The driver was able to identify this driver. >> Okay. Well, we need to get him down here. >> She's just bringing emotional support animals are not covered in our ADA. It is >> Why are you listening to her? >> I know. I'm just saying like then we could just bring it to humane society and call it a day instead of having the brother come. >> It's his dog. >> How far away is he? >> She said he's here. >> Oh, >> and it's fresh. >> I'm not 100% sure, but this is all >> it's all fresh. >> My truck. >> And then where they're standing, there's also like fresh >> has different fenders. So, how can you tell me that I crashed with my truck? >> That's crazy, bro. No, there's none of the headlight damages cuz I just bought two headlights and this comes like that with the headlight cuz it's a default screaming. >> But it's a default. There's no proof. Can I call my brother right now? Because you took my phone. >> No, >> my brother is the owner of that [ __ ] dog. And I'm telling you right now, he will press charges, bro. >> I'm telling you right now, he will press charges. You have no proof. >> Can you stop talking? >> My truck's been bought like this. >> Can you stop talking? >> Okay. Okay. Go ahead then. >> Give me your brother's phone number. And >> I did not have his phone number because guess what? All this all these satellites went out today if you wouldn't notice. I mean to call my brother, bro. >> Yeah. I don't care. I'm giggly, too. And you know what? This is not funny because you don't have any proof. >> We're not even talking about you. >> Okay. And guess what, bro? What are you pulling me over for is what I want to know. Mention it on your camera. said it a couple times already. I'm not >> What? Okay, so Okay, I'm gonna get my attorney. I have the right to know. What are you pulling me over for? >> We already told you. >> And you're causing me distress, anxiety, emotional distress, and depression. My dog is in a vehicle and he's a service animal. >> How about that? >> Yep. Service animal. Yep. And he has his vest on. >> A witness quickly confirmed that the driver was the one responsible for the hit-and-run crash. As the last of their excuses collapsed, things looked far worse for the two brash young women who had argued and bluffed their way straight into deeper trouble. >> I want a female officer. The fem the male officer is not handling me right. I want a female. >> Just talk to him >> and then you can take it over. Yeah. >> Come back the car. >> And you being kind of the car >> gradually. Oh, you're a girl. You're more aggressive than him. Godamn. Chill. CUZ YOU'RE DRIVING ME CRAZY. >> You need to have some chill. >> No, you're going crazy. >> Look, all I'm trying to ask is shorty can't even see my face at a truck. So, what I'm trying to ask is even if I put my face to her, how do you know if it's even me? >> Like, I don't understand what the hell is going on straight up, dude. [laughter] Yes, >> sweetie. Miss, serious question. Okay. Can we get a phone number so that family can come get the dog? I don't want to take it to the pound. The last Okay, >> I can give you a number. >> Okay. So, >> okay. >> She needs her phone. >> Can you just look at my She can look at my phone. I don't need >> baby. You got to stay right here. I'm sorry. >> Listen. No, you don't have to do that. Listen. Just just don't keep walking backwards. >> Okay. >> Where's the phone that I need? Her phone or your phone? >> Mine. And it's >> in the purse on the front seat. This car, >> you know. I want >> What is your code again? >> Sometimes I wonder what I do because I want to pay but I don't know what. >> What's your code again? >> What did I throw? Tell me so I can pray. >> The what? >> Tell me what I can so I can pray. >> So if you would have just listened, you would have been okay. >> Yeah. I know, but I wasn't there for it, so I can't really say what exactly happened. Okay, listen. >> Hold on. You want me to get you the number? >> Hey, can I talk to you serious? This is your mom on the phone. >> Yeah, my mom is on the phone. Exactly. I already know they're arresting me for something and they hung up on Benny and he's taking the phone away and he's blocking it. >> Hey, listen. This is serious. They need to get your other dog. >> It's okay. I already know that. >> That's your house key. >> No, that's not my house key. That's Mom. They're literally arresting me. don't have. They can't tell me what they're being. >> That's on you. I tried. >> I'll tell you, they cannot. >> She's not listening. She wants to argue. And this is how it's been the entire time. So, >> okay. >> I've got a cut on my phone. >> Hey, you got the witness's info. >> Send it to Hansen, please. All of it. >> There you go, buddy. All you got to do Hey, roll your window down. >> My job. >> Yeah, don't worry. I'm gonna call Joe. I promise it'll be done. >> You're just going to hang out at the car for now until a doggy gets picked up. Is that okay? >> Apartment. >> Yeah. >> You have your keys and yours? >> No, I need those keys. How can I get >> Well, how are they going to get in to take care of the dog? >> Well, no. She has to get >> unless I can get in contact with my literally accusing us of something. >> Well, I'll tell Benny when they get here and then he can talk to her cuz she's not cooperating. The driver [music] was charged with DUI with damage, leaving the scene of a crash, refusal to submit to testing, improper lane change, failed registration display, following too closely, [music] and avoiding a traffic control device. The passenger was charged with resisting an officer without violence. These kaku ladies got what was coming to him. But up next, the officers had their hands full when they had to confront a crazy woman, Destiny, who got involved in a car crash and thought she could walk away without any consequences. >> Hey, where's the >> Where's the gun at? They said you're >> I don't have no baby. >> No, don't touch me. I know my laws, baby. >> Am drunk right now? >> No, I'm not drunk. I don't know what to tell you. I wasn't driving, so you can't do a DUI test. >> Stupid. On October the 20th, 2024, officers responded to a serious car accident involving a flipped Honda sedan. Upon arrival, they found a woman acting erratically near the crash site who allegedly also had a firearm on it. >> She came out with because she thought somebody hit her friend, but her friend hit me. >> Okay. You're the other car involved. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cuz they were racing. She lost control. >> Keep an eye on that chick right there in the blank. It's heard another guy. I don't know who was driving. >> There's a there's a girl out of this side. I don't know. >> Okay. >> Hey, this chick might have pulled out of Oh, we need to talk to her. >> Which direction? >> Tell them. >> He has northbound shut down. Uh, southbound is good to be open still. Nobody. >> Hey, where's the gun? >> Where's the gun at? They said >> I don't have no gun. >> Where's the gun at? >> I don't have a gun. >> They said you pulled out a gun. Where's the gun? >> Put your hands on your back. All right. Where's the >> Come on, baby. >> No, don't touch me. I know my log, baby. >> Call my man. >> Where's the >> I don't have a >> Is it in the car? Where's it at? >> I don't have a car. >> They You don't have a car? >> Yeah, baby. >> What do you What do you talk? What do you mean? >> Were you involved in that? >> No, sir. That's my sister. She called me. Okay, >> Siri. comment everything. >> Stop pulling away. >> Okay, I need my phone. >> Stop pulling away. >> Stop pulling away. I can I can I can smell alcohol on your breath. >> But I was in the car accident. >> Okay. >> I wasn't in the accident. >> We're getting to the bottom of it. >> Help her. >> Okay. >> Don't pull away. They said someone said you pulled out. You can't run out. >> No, I didn't. >> We're going to get to the bottom of it. All right. We're talking pull away. Who was in the Corvette? >> That's my Corvette. >> Okay. >> I rented them out. >> Okay. Were they involved in the accident? >> No. Are you hurting anywhere? >> I'm I'm trying to escape out of the cuff. >> No, I'm not, baby. I've been in prison before. >> I know. I'm on probation. I know what my rules are. >> Officers moved swiftly to assess and contain the situation. The woman, Destiny, clearly intoxicated and wreaking of alcohol, offered little cooperation. Her erratic behavior and contradictory statements made it [music] nearly impossible for officers to determine the truth, further complicating an already volatile [music] encounter. >> All right, babe. You want to see my father? that >> they want to feel. >> What are you talking about? >> Who you threaten now? >> No, it's not a threat. >> What are you talking about? What did you just say? >> It's not a threat. >> Who Who are you talking to that cop? >> I said, "Can I get my phone?" >> And he said you're going to kill that. >> No, I was telling her like I need my [ __ ] because my car >> You're Listen, you're you're running you're running all over the place. You're not making any sense. You can sit down. Yes, absolutely. You have no on you. >> I don't have a gun. >> Okay. >> I'm on federal probation. >> Okay. You're acting really crazy right now. She She flipped that. That was a truck that hit her. >> Yeah. Someone said y'all were racing. >> No, I don't race. I don't have a license, >> so why would I drive my car? >> Take a phone. >> No. No. >> All right. So, just just sit just sit back for me. Sit down. >> I can't sit down. My legs hurt. >> Okay. Yeah. So, I I >> My knee hurts. >> Okay. I I jumped in the car to get her out cuz the car started smoking. >> Okay. >> And I've been in car accidents and that's how I lost my father and my father. >> Fine. We need to identify you. >> All right. But >> you got your drive. You got your ID on you? >> Uh yeah. >> Where's it at? Hey, listen. This is very serious. Okay. Where's the at? We're going to find We're going to find the Where's the gun at? >> I want I just want to make sure it's not a threat right now. >> It's okay to have gun. I want to make sure the >> Sorry. What? We have guns. >> Okay. Where's Where is >> I don't have cuz I I'm on probation. >> I came in to save her and I'm the I'm the criminal. >> The two the two she was in this Corvette. The guy said they were racing. >> They said she came over here, run into this black car, pulled her friend out and said, "Hey, where's my where's my and she got the she walk around with the >> two people said that." >> So, I'm just carrying her right now for officer safety cuz she's saying she doesn't have a gun on her. But there there's a somewhere. >> Sit down right here. Just sit right here. Sit down right there. Once they're done with her, they're going to come check you out. Okay. >> Who's the driver there? >> I don't I think I think her. He said she came from the Corvette. >> I don't drive. I have a Corvette. I have >> Corvette at Who's the driver of the Corvette? >> I have owners. >> Who's the driver of the Corvette? >> My brother. >> Where's he at? >> Where's the car at? Where's the car at? >> I don't I can't. >> Where's the car at? >> I don't have a driver's license. I just own the car. >> That Where's your car? Make sure it's not the road. >> You're going to let me go cuz I didn't crash that car. I know the raw the laws, baby. >> Go play with me if you want to. >> Where you from? >> I'm from Jersey, but I've been here. Doesn't matter. >> I'm from New York. >> So, what's up? So, you get them. >> I understand it. >> My sister is in an accident. What you do? You going to run and jump? >> Sit down for me. >> Officers continued to question Destiny, trying to make sense of her story, but the Karen seemed completely out of it. >> You want to sit down right there or you going to sit in my car? Which one you want? >> Which one do you want? >> I'm going to sit down right here. >> Thank you. We from Jersey, baby. So it get out when you >> want to calm down. All right. >> Okay. Yes. All right. Cool. >> I just I don't care about my car. Go have my car. >> So can we maybe just like >> Well, you're distracting us from assessing her and giving her back. So come over here. >> So I can get my phone though. So that's a law, right? So let me get my phone. >> Come over here. >> So let me get my phone. That's a law. That's a law. >> Let's go over here. It's quiet over here. Let's go over here. >> Report that. >> Everything's being recorded. There's no law. You're You're detained right now. Okay. back seat. >> Yours is yours is safer. >> No, I can sit here. I can sit here. >> We had two witnesses over here in this the car that got rear ended. >> She won't say where the >> No, she's saying no. This is on federal probation. >> All right, ma'am. We need to find this gun. We don't want to. >> How come two people said you had one then? >> Well, baby, I'm the I'm the one that was asking and I don't have a gun. >> Okay. Where did >> we have license to carry? >> Where did that come from? I don't understand cuz none of these was there in the accident. >> I didn't say the police. I said witnesses. >> All right. I don't have a I'm sorry. I can't help you. >> Okay. So, here's the deal. You're on probation right now? >> I'm not. We're on. >> You may look me up. >> Okay. We're We're going to Where's your ID? Let's start there. >> I have an ID. >> You got a Florida license? >> Yes, sir. I have it on my phone. >> Okay. We're going to find that out. >> 416 CRL. >> Okay. We're going to find all that out and we're going to get to the bottom of it right now. So you're secured. All right. While we sort everything out. >> I pay for everything for her. That's my sister. That's my best friend. Her family lives in Miami. A truck hit her from the back and she flipped. I've been to prison before. I'm >> What's your first name? >> Amanda. I just came out of jail. >> Destiny. Amanda. What's your last name? >> Can I Can I like help myself? >> What do you need? I can try to help you. What do you need? Don't Don't come out of jail. >> I know. That's another baby. I know. That's another charge. I don't go [ __ ] I got money. >> Can you just clean me? Cuz I don't >> I'm phobia. I'm phobia with blood. >> I got you. I got you. Just calm. Can Can you Can you sit down right here on the curb? I'm going to help you. I'm going to help you sit down. I'm going to have the FDA come over here and clean you up. Okay. >> Wait. >> Put your shoes on. >> My phone. >> Can you sit down? >> Can I get my phone? I know I'm not under there. Nobody. >> Sit. Sit down right here. Go ahead. >> I got you. Sit down. >> Sit down. >> I got you. Where'd you fall? >> That might be the net. What is the [music] other two? >> And then I'm going to have >> So, who was driving the Corvette? >> Who was driving the Corvette? >> Officers exercised caution, keeping Destiny restrained while ensuring that she [music] wasn't injured. Despite their efforts, she chose to remain defiant and uncooperative, pushing back against every instruction. Despite all that had happened so far, the young lady was still entitled enough to want to call [music] the shots. A delusion that she would soon regret. >> What's going on? >> I need to let go so I can help you. All right. He was telling me, "Use [music] your words." >> I can't. Doesn't matter. Destiny. >> Look, I feel Destiny, you're not you're not coming out of cuss right now. So, just so I'm detained. >> Yes, you are detained. >> How do you want me to help you? >> This was also inside the car. All that was in this ring here. >> Oh, that's my ring. >> I'm putting right in the bag. Is this your bag? >> See, where you going to sit down? >> I'll check you out. Listen, we can take the handcuffs off, but you were acting real. You were all over the place. >> She was in the floor. >> That's fine. >> That's my car. That's my father's car. That's her stepdad. It's my dad. >> Okay. Where's the Where's >> Where's the Why are you talking to me like this? >> You are. >> Are you ever drunk right now? >> No, I'm not drunk. I don't know what the tell you. I wasn't driving, so you can't do a DUI. [laughter] >> Stupid. >> Okay. Do you want them to check you out or not? >> Yeah. Okay. >> And you can help me. >> I I I can't take you out of cuss right now. Do you want F to check you out? Oh, I understand the procedure with end. >> See, you want them to check you out. >> No, they can't. And you got to let go of me when they check me out. That's the rules. >> I got to make sure you don't fall on me. Exactly. But you got >> We're going to keep a hand on you. >> No, those are the rules. So, let me know if you want to go without it or with it cuz I know my laws. >> You You want to get checked out? >> Exactly. But I still need this. Uncuff me cuz I know the rules. >> We can check it out. We can check it out. >> I know the rules, baby. I shouldn't be getting transported because I didn't do anything. >> I can walk home. Don't worry about my car. What's that? >> I can walk home. Like I didn't >> You're drunk. You're not walking home. >> I can smell the alcohol and beauties on your breath.
