Run of >> [music] >> Run of your name. Cuz you a [ __ ] ass white boy, that's what you want to be. >> That's fine. STOP RIGHT THERE. You want to show me your car? Put your hands behind your back. Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND Hopefully you get second camera, right? Okay, good job. All right. Street kings like to believe that they own the streets, at least until they meet tough and no-nonsense cops who really run the streets. So, what happens when these so-called [music] street kings go head-to-head with cops who play by a different set of rules? So, get your off Officer Cruz. I'm a black man, I know the law before casing. Get your dick eating ass on. TASED ME TWICE. THAT [ __ ] DID NOT WORK. AND THEN HE JUMPED IN THE CAR, GOT THE DOOR, PUNCHES ON ME. Nothing like no gun on my waist. Nothing like no taser and two clips. Here are intense moments when street [music] kings run into street cops and get humbled. Starting with Daryl Baker, a self-proclaimed tough guy who tried to flex a false authority to intimidate officers, but his act quickly backfired when he came face-to-face with someone [music] who showed him where the real power truly stood. What is the problem? Well, people are concerned that you here What people is concerned? What that got to do with me? Is it Is it a problem? Get off my dick. Okay. Is you following me for cuz I'm in this neighborhood? Got it. Do what I want to do in my morning though. You want to shoot me? Is this my gun now? Is you going to shoot me? >> my gun? Shoot me. >> Is this my gun? Shoot me. Right now you're being detained. I do everything's fine. You got everything's Everything's fine. On July the 6th, 2022, officers responded to a call about a suspicious man roaming a North Brook neighborhood filming houses without justifiable reason. But the moment they approached him, it became clear Daryl wasn't just any man [music] on the street. He was the type who was going to try and turn their shift into a nightmare if they were not tough enough. How may I help you? How may I help you? Because I want to see if you lost anything. What? I want to see if you lost anything. You okay? I want to see that for Because I had got a couple calls saying you was running around here. >> Head, I can't wander? What that got to do with me? Is it Is it a problem? Yes, it might be a problem, people. People are concerned about you. They want to know about these people. Okay. But they want to know why you're in the neighborhood. Why they don't need to know why I'm in the neighborhood. I'm in the neighborhood cuz I feel like I'm being in the neighborhood. So, you feel like being in the neighborhood? I feel like being in So, you just feel like So, you just wandering through the neighborhood? >> neighborhood. Yes, absolutely. I can't walk through black. I'll just walk [music] beside you. But this won't be with you, huh? Despite the officer's calm approach, Daryl's fury only grew stronger. It was obvious that he was mistaking the officer's kind and calm approach [music] for weakness. And with the kind of cops he was dealing with, it was not a mistake he should be making. He probably still had the chance to walk [music] away, and it would be smarter for him to take >> you harassing me, bro. No, I'm not harassing him. Yeah, harass by black cop in a white neighborhood. The harder officers tried to reason with Daryl, [music] the more ignorant he grew, fueled by pride and a desperate need to prove that he was the street king he claims to be. The officers were beginning to lose their patience with him, and now they were prepared to deal with him if he crossed boundaries. If Daryl had a bit of smartness left in his head, he would [music] be picking up the hints. Listen, Mr. Baker. Run my name. Mr. Baker. Why your hand on your gun? I'm unarmed. Ultimately, Daryl was taken jail [music] and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer. Keith might have thought that he could outsmart the cops, but he's got nothing on Wyatt, a rebellious driver who turned a simple ID request into a full-blown standoff until he realized that he was dealing with no-nonsense cops. Naturally, a routine traffic stop was initiated. Wyatt, who happened to be behind the wheel, seemed to be already in a bad mood and for some reason the officers were the perfect [music] people to bear the burden of his frustration. Freddy. Freddy. Get ass on. Everything you need to know right here. I ain't drunk. I ain't intoxicated. I don't even do Is that even worth trying to talk Get your dick eating ass off. What's up? FROM THE VERY FIRST MOMENT, it was clear as day that Wyatt [music] had no intention of making the officer's job easy. The officers, on the other hand, were not in the mood to deal with this street [music] king's arrogance, at least not when they could show him who was really in charge. >> Cruz, WHERE IS HE AT? That officer Cruz tased That [ __ ] just LITERALLY TASED ME TWICE. THAT [ __ ] NOT WORK. AND THEN HE JUMPED IN THE CAR AND GOT TO THROWING PUNCHES ON ME. I REALLY DO IT. THAT'S WHY I GOT HIS TASER. THAT'S WHY I GOT HIS TASER. I TOLD YOU I DO THIS I DO THIS [ __ ] I'M IN the car. Shut up. The officers were left stunned by how a routine stop had now taken an unexpected turn, escalating into a tense standoff. But just [music] as things seemed to finally settle, Wyatt delivered one last shocking surprise at the hospital. All right. I'm good. Man, all cuz of this All cuz of this All cuz of this I was banging on him down there. >> Yeah, man. The light was on and everything. I mean, that happened. Honestly, I was just going to tell him like, "Hey, man. You'll be all He didn't pick it up. He didn't Good. We on the hook for all for no reason. I mean, cuz of him, but it didn't have to go like that. That's what I'm saying. I I could have I could have let him go. I was just going to tell him to put it in the car. Oh, he was dragging it out or Yeah, he dragging it out. Lights on. I was like, "Oh, okay. Let me go." And right when I walk up, he's just yelling at me. I saw that. I just looked at it. I was like, "I'm not even going So the jail requires us to get you checked out at the hospital since you've been tased. I'm cool. So we got to go to the hospital and get you cleared. All right. Do you have your phone on I'm going to do everything you need to do. Wyatt hid his fear behind taunts and bravado, desperate to provoke [music] the officers, but beneath that hardened act, it tore him apart to realize that the so-called street king could be brought down so easily. You got You got my phone. Do you have my phone? >> He needs to get checked out before jail will accept him. I was tased twice. She would need your name. Go ahead and give it. They They They took my ID. And they took two of my IDs. >> name. You give her my name. You give her my name. >> have it written down. It's in my car. Just give her your name. You see You hear that? He wrote me up, wrote a ticket, took my took my wallets. You are a dumb ass. Two Two of y'all tased me. And all y'all stop pushing me, dude. You got all my information, but you telling me to give her my information. You coward. Last name is Wyatt. Look me in my face, you coward. You coward. You just sat in the car and talked to me and took down all that information. Your license is in the car. So I asked you to give her your name. Why would you leave it in the car if you Cuz I don't need it inside here. In the first place. I thought you knew the law. Why you call ME A DUMB ASS? THAT'S IMPROPER misuse and disorderly conduct. You know it is. You know it is. That's disorderly conduct, stabbing this conduct, police brutality. You know it is. Y'all know it is. Real black man. Nothing like yours. Nothing like no gun on my waist. Nothing like no taser and two clips. It disgusts me to talk about American flag and justice. Need to turn in y'all badges. Chumps. Call me stupid and call me dumb. When you're the one wearing a badge with all them weapons. To close out the case, Wyatt was charged with aggravated battery on an officer, resisting / obstructing an officer, and disarming an officer. If you still think things couldn't possibly get any worse, wait till you meet this entitled driver who tried running a traffic stop on his own terms after breaking the law, only to be hit with a harsh dose of reality. I really feel like I'm being violated right now for real cuz other cars are doing it as well. First of all, cuz if you get aggressive with me, it's going to be a lawsuit. Now you see how they being I'm asking for my safety in here. >> Yeah. Give his badge number. I'm going to sue his ass. Look at the handcuffs on my LEFT WRIST. HEY, STEP BACK. STEP BACK. SHOOT HIS ASS. ON THE 13th of January, 2025, during a routine patrol, an officer spotted a car making an illegal turn and initiated a stop. But the moment he approached the driver, it was clear that this wouldn't be [music] a quick stop as the man behind the wheel was determined to convince the officer he was some important guy that the cops should not have dared pull over. Hello. I'm Officer Lasky with the Kirkland Police. Just so you know, I'm audio and video recording. I'm going to record you and I'm going to I know why you pulled me over cuz you said it's a no left turn. Yep, exactly. Okay. Yep. And so Yep. Yep, that's why I'm here. I'm so I'm only one person. I can only stop so many cars at a time. But yeah, uh just because your GPS says to turn left, you still have to follow all the signs and markings on the road. I know, but that's why that sign's there. Do you have your driver's license, registration, proof of insurance? Do you have any sort of Do you have any sort of identification? Why do I have to identify myself? Because you still do not follow the traffic control device. That's the sign there. So, you still like the speed limit all of a sudden says on your phone or anything like that like 40 miles an hour, but it's a construction zone that says it's 25 and that's what's posted out on the street. I I'm just giving you an example, right? So, the line the devices that are on the road, meaning the signs, those are more lawful and what we're supposed to do rather than a GPS, which is not always accurate. Right? GPS may tell you to turn left somewhere, but that road's closed. Doesn't mean you can turn your left there. I really feel like I'm being violated right now for real cuz other cars are doing it as well and I feel like I'm getting pulled over for driving while black and hurting. Well, I'm sorry you feel that way. Like I said, you're the first I just parked there and you're the first car that I saw. Do you have And then this looks like this is the title. Do you have like the actual registration for it? Okay. All right, just wait here. I'll be right back. Following his demeanor and unjustified assertions, [music] the officer decided to run his ID. The results of the ID check were going to determine if the arrogant driver was going to get a simple citation or a government-issued bracelet [music] to jail. If it ended up being the latter, there would be nothing he could do to stop it. When you get here, you might want to grab your spike seat. He did not initially want to comply and give his ID. One hand radio to forget. 301 normal >> Driver's license status expired. I'll take it on a second. Why don't you grab one and I'll I'll put So, >> [music] >> passenger is also recording. They have a kid in the backseat, but I just they're FYI, they're pulling a I only stopped them because they're black. I stopped The original reason for the stop was just the no left. That's fine. That's fine. Let's put the spikes down. I'll put it behind here. Just go and open the door, sir. For what? I need to have you step out real quick. For what? And why spikes by my car? So, you're not free to go. First of all, first of all, so I'm done with your aggression. I'm recording just like you are recording. And this And just FYI, so this is a supervisor. This is a sergeant. You're being detained. So, you have a warrant out of Bellevue. So, I need you to step out of the car. So, what am I being arrested for? Just a warrant? Just the warrant is what we're taking you on. Bellevue has confirmed on the warrant. You are under arrest for the warrant from Bellevue. Step out of the car, sir. Okay, cool. I'm asking you again for confirmation. I'm videoing. I'm going to step out the car. I'm not fighting with you. Right now, you've been issued a lawful directive to step out of the car. You've been advised the reason for your arrest. I understand. Listen, listen. Hold on. First of all, cuz if you get aggressive with me, it's going to be a lawsuit. I'm not aggressive towards you guys at all. I'm going to tell you one last time. You need to step out of the car or else I'm going to put my hands on you. I am asking I am asking a question. So, right now I'm both of y'all are in the car. >> What's What's What's the question again? Tell me the question again. The question is is my family going to be able to go? Yeah, you were You were the only person being placed under arrest. >> Only the Bellevue warrant. That is why you're being placed under arrest at this time. Yes. >> Okay, here's Here's my hat. Here's my hat. Here's my hat. Give him my wife my belongings. >> That's fine. I'm not doing anything crazy. Getting out. Can you please back up? I had bad intoxications with the police. >> Just go and step out. >> get out, turn around, and put my hands on the roof of my car. Yep. Let's go and step out. >> Please. Okay, he's right here. I don't want to step on this man. Bump into this man. I'm not worried about you doing that. Step Just stand out of the car and then turn around for us. Now you see how they being I'm asking for my safety in here. Yeah. Sir. Nobody care. Wait a minute, dude. I don't want to talk to you. I'm talking to the supervisor. You need to step out. I'm talking to the supervisor. He tried to make the officer's job harder, testing their patience at every turn, but they were done playing games and they were about to give him a reality check he wouldn't forget anytime soon. Wait. Wait. Why you driving? Don't get aggressive with me, man. You're being placed under arrest. Don't get aggressive with me. Put your hands behind your back, sir. Don't get aggressive with me. Stop touching me, man. You're getting aggressive with me. He didn't even let me put my hand on my car. Bro, y'all didn't even let me put my hand on the door. TAKE ME TO THE GROUND. I'M going to sue your ass. What the Okay, man. What's going to happen? Bro, hold back. What's happening on the hell out here, bro? He's twisting my arm. I understand it's a misdemeanor, bro. Come on, bro. I didn't kill nobody. I know, man. It's ridiculous, but you don't need to fight back. Give his badge number. Give his badge number. I'm going to sue his ass. Look at the handcuffs on my LEFT WRIST. HEY, STEP BACK. STEP BACK. SHOOT HIS ASS. SHOOT HIM. WAIT. OW. >> [screaming] >> BRO, HE JUST HURT MY WRIST. HE HURT my wrist. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. I asked him Listen to me. Listen to me. I asked him to let me out my car so I can turn around and put my hands on my car. I've had bad altercations with the police abusing me like this before. All right. I'm sorry that's happening. So, wait. Wait. Hold on. Get their badge number and report them now. All right, we'll give you my badge number. Hey. Hey. Record this. Kirkland Police is abusing their authority and another black guy. Sir, stand right here. See what I'm saying? Separate your feet. I'm not doing anything. SEPARATE YOUR FEET. ALL you are going to get sued. All you're going to get sued, sir. I WANT A LAWSUIT. You're going to get sued. I'm not even aggressive, bro. I'm smiling. Nothing about me is Nothing about me is aggressive. See how he TWISTED MY WRIST? >> [laughter] >> I LOVE IT. I LOVE IT. You're going to get sued. Hey, this dude is named Jay Nick. Supervisor, I don't EVEN SEE HIS BADGE NUMBER. He didn't even give me a badge number. We're going to put him here at the front of the car. >> give me a badge number. I love these You're getting sued, dummy. Y'all let me go. Put me in a car. You got bullied on in school, didn't you? I'm going to reach across here so I can get your seat belt. I'm assisting, man. I'm sliding over. I'm sliding over. I'm all the way in the car. Sir, I need you to >> resisting anything. I'm sitting I'm maintaining my position. I am maintaining my position and my safety. Can you reach [music] across Cuz you have twisted both of my arms out of human goddamn twisting form. Cuz you're that angry. You're given every option to comply, sir. Did that And I did. You did not. >> I got out of my car. It's on camera. It's on camera. Fight me in court. Fight me in court. It's on camera. I don't want to talk to you. >> This is on our cameras as well. And it is. And I got out the car. I got out the car. I'm not saying you didn't. I got out the car. I submitted I Hey. I got out the car and let them arrest me. You a At this point, he was learning some bitter lessons on humility, but this didn't mean that he was willing to cooperate with the cops. He was a tough guy after all. However, one would expect his wife to pick up some lessons from her partner's situation [music] if she was smart enough. What can I do to help you? >> Y'all just manhandled my husband. See, y'all should be here for a misdemeanor, a nonviolent misdemeanor. >> I know sorry that's what's here. I wasn't talking A nonviolent No, I wasn't talking to the cop. I'm not talking to you at all. He has a warrant He has a warrant for a stop. I don't want to talk to him. I don't want to talk to She talked to me. I wasn't here though. He can help explain better what happened. I just I just pulled up. It's a non-violent misdemeanor. That right there I was there for the incident. It's non-violent. That man lied. It was not an assault. I understand it was not an assault. I was there for the crime. It was not an assault. That man lied. There was no need for all that. You almost you threw him out of the car for what reason? He wasn't he wasn't he wasn't resisting or nothing. He wasn't He has a bad arm. And you were you were assaulting him for no reason. For no reason at all. You guys man four officers beat up one man? And it's not even a felony. Four officers beat That really serious? He didn't get violent. He said, "I'mma go with you." Three times, "I'mma go with you." And they still manhandled him. There was no need for any of that. Man, how do you think it looks? Four or five white men and one black family. Well, I can't say it wasn't four or five. It was three, okay? I was Now it's four because obviously things got escalated when he wasn't going to go into handcuffs. He was. The thing he said three I but on video he said three I'm going to go with you. Because he said he was going to go with us. He did eventually step out of the car being directed multiple times. I asked a question. He has to put his hands behind his back for us to put it in handcuffs. And he said he would. But he didn't. But he said he would. You didn't give him a chance to. You're impatient. That's your problem. I'm talking to Corporal. I'm very mad at you, sir. I'm going Is it just you and I I missed his name. Just you No, she have a baby. a baby? How is the baby? No, she Sorry, you didn't know her baby. I'm in here right right here in front of her. We didn't even move. We didn't move right in front of her. Why are you getting so close? I'm not I'm I had a valid I'm sorry. I didn't mean to I had a valid my card. That was it. I was just handing you a card for the case So you guys have record of it. That's what he wanted. Can we just go? You are welcome to go. I'm just making sure you have a valid license to drive in this state. My license is valid now. What the Y'all don't know the making in this world. You manhandled that man. For no And he did. Oh, whatever, dog. Y'all see a black man and get violent. This man this whatever officer pulled him over saw five his car go before him. They didn't pull out one car over. Lied and said they only saw us pull over. There were three cars in front of us that were going the same direction. And he pulled us over. That's profiling. Six more cars went by and Nothing. That's racial profiling. You can't tell me it's not. Three cars before us the same whatever the legal way. We got pulled over. Why is that? He only saw us? He only got to us? No answer. None at all. Why are we the only ones that got pulled over? Here's the answer I can give you. Please? He violated the law, right? He violated by making a left-hand turn Okay, so with that in a in a section where it's [music] unlawful to make a left-hand With that, why did the three cars before us not get pulled I don't know if Officer Lasker saw other cars or not. What I can say is What I can say is he clearly violated the law and he was and he was held accountable for the actions for what he did, right? After countless failed attempts to reason with his wife who refused to listen, officers finally decided to take him to jail. But the officers would soon come to find out once again that if there was one pill that a street wannabe tough guy hated to swallow, it was the pill with a humble dose of humility. You got a case coming for you. You don't even know who the is. Who is she connected to? But since y'all want to rough somebody up You And I'mma be out back in the courthouse doing You ain't your partner partner. I'm a black guy. You're racist. So you're actually You're actually going to be under arrest for resisting arrest, okay? So go to Cook County Jail. That's fine. You have every right to do so. And I will cuz I did resist arrest. Stupid. Never resisted. I got out the car, gave my property away. Dumb. Does not resisting. Hey Sarge, I want to press charges on the officer. Okay. Real talk. I'll comply with whatever, but I want to press charges for real. I'M PRESSING CHARGES. I'LL GO TO JAIL, BUT I'M PRESSING CHARGES. I DID [ __ ] WRONG. HEY SARGE, OPEN MY DOOR AND LET ME TELL YOU. Nothing against you, buddy, nothing against you at all, but I just got I just got abused by you police officers for real. I'm a jack. I'm totally different than out there. Let's get you out. Okay. I got my sergeant in here. Who's Who's Who's right with the actions of these police officers? I definitely think this is wrong. 2014. They make a call. Watch Watch my Okay. Like this. And I'll comply with fingerprints and everything, but y'all going to have to beat my ass in this jail if y'all don't let me press charges. That's real [ __ ] Yep. Camera going. I hear you. Okay, cool. Camera now. You I'm going to press charges on him and the other guy. Got it. On me? No. On the other guy. Other guy literally just I'm not doing [ __ ] I'm not doing [ __ ] till I press charges on y'all. Y'all He He He writing me a dry ass case trying to railroad me, too. At the station, the man stubbornly held onto his plan to sue the officers, but the response he received was enough to send chills down his spine. I had plenty of altercations like this. All I want to do is stand up out my car, turn around, and place my hands on my roof. Okay. That's submitting and surrendering to your arrest. So no reason to throw me against the car, no reason to twist my wrist, no reason to throw my arm out of proportion if I was not a threat to you or your officers. Got you. What's your name, boss? So here's [music] the deal. I talked to my boss. He's aware. We're not going to take any statements or anything like that, but Why? >> [music] >> Cuz that's our policy. No, no, no, right? There's still cameras and all that stuff. If you want to pursue stuff on your own time, you're more than welcome to do that. That's your right. But I just wanted to let you know there's not anything more that we're going to do for you, okay? So you take care. What's that? So I just have to be booked in with them being able to do what they want to to me. No, no, no, right? That's against my That's against Hold on. First of all, that's against rights. I was not a threat to nobody. Right. Your rights haven't been suspended. Yes, you have to do Okay. And if you want to pursue that on your own time that is your right. You can absolutely do that just like anybody in here. I just wanted to let you know that my supervisor is aware. Your supervisor was one of the ones that twisted my damn arm. Okay. Um That's what I'm reporting. Okay. I hear you. He came and escalated the whole >> [music] >> situation. Nope. Your supervisor is the Your supervisor in that officer's car I just got out of are the exact people who wanted to throw me on the ground, threw me up against the car. I had other bystanders even recording this [ __ ] Okay. It was out of pocket. I never said I wasn't getting out the car. I opened my car. I gave all my property to my wife and I got out the car. In the end, he was charged with resisting arrest. Moving on to Keith, a 36-year-old drunk guy who thought he could get away with challenging some no-nonsense cops because of some reckless and misplaced confidence after a heated road rage [music] incident. Get out of the car now. >> [screaming] >> Get out of THE CAR NOW. YOU'RE ONLY GOING TO FIRE FROM YOUR JOB. All right, but I bet you will. Mark my words. Maybe you'll end up in a coma. Maybe you'll do a Is that a threat? No, I'm not saying nothing. That's what I thought. On the 7th of June, 2024, officers rushed to a road rage incident where a man had reportedly attacked a trailer driver with a hammer. But as they got to the scene where the incident occurred, Keith hit the gas and took off. What they were unaware of was that they had just crossed paths with a self-proclaimed street king who was ready to bring down mayhem on anyone who dared cross his path. We're stopped at Half Round right now. I WAS STOP INITIATED. STOP RIGHT THERE. SHOW ME YOUR CAR. Taser deployed. Put your hands behind your back. Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW. >> [screaming] >> GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW. I AM. PULL OVER. PULL OVER NOW. [screaming] I'M PULLING OVER. I'm [ __ ] lying. I know it's a lie. 40 count 1 mil 95. I know it's a setup. I know it's a setup. Jared, you got some blood somewhere? I know it's a setup. Okay. I'm not I'm not trying to do nothing. It's a setup. Just like the highway to be [ __ ] What do you mean? Cops. What do you mean in highway? I mean Like for [ __ ] YouTube. It's a [ __ ] setup. Just like how you're [ __ ] trying to get everyone out. I'm wrapped in these wires. It is. Remember I was talking to you and it's setup. Don't try even doing that. You're trying to set me up. Go for 12. Perfect. Perfect. Keith's erratic behavior had officers questioning whether he was under the influence, but without proof they couldn't be sure. But we're not going to tolerate his crazy antics if he crossed all reasonable boundaries. As he was taken to the hospital, other officers remained to search the car, and their discovery left no room for doubt. It is. It's >> [music] >> the crooked. Hopefully you do your jobs, right? Crooked bastard. Crooked. Crooked. Crooked. Crooked. That's all I'm saying is you're [ __ ] crooked. [music] Yeah. Crooked. Crooked [ __ ] police officers, right? Not at all. Yeah, you are. Well, I can believe it. I can look at YouTube. [ __ ] crooked. Ooh, yeah. Canadian Mist, baby. Meanwhile, inside the police car, Keith turned the ride to the hospital into pure chaos, pushing the officers' patience to its absolute [music] limit as the short trip became anything but calm. >> Why am I getting pulled over? Well, you got called for a disturbance with you at first, and then you wouldn't stop, either. Because No, because people kept following me. What do you expect [music] me to do when they keep following me? You don't expect me to stand up for myself when people stand up crooked. Cuz I never would do that to you. I've been getting harassed for how long? What do you mean by [music] that? What do you mean? I don't want to fight no one. I'm not trying to cause no drama to no one. That's what I mean. They have been trying to cause drama to me. What's that? When you were charging at the other officer after you told you to stop. And did I? I stopped. After you were tense, yeah. I'm not I'm not trying to do nothing to no one. We're just concerned that you you fell and hit your head hit your noggin pretty hard. You want to get checked out at the hospital? I feel fine. Okay. Okay. All right, Keith. I got to read this form to you, okay? Go ahead. Is it right or wrong? All right. This is an informative queue under Wisconsin implied consent law. I'm required to read this notice to you. You have either been arrested for an offense that involves driving or operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both, or you are the operator of a vehicle that was involved in an accident that caused a death or great bodily harm to It was a setup. Will you submit to an evidentiary chemical test of your blood? No, it was No? Okay. It was a setup. It was [music] because I didn't see you guys until then. It was a good setup. Otherwise, I didn't see you guys patrolling until then. It was a setup. But hey, I'm trying to be honest with you guys, but that was a setup. Cuz what the hell else does a person do when they can't find no more else to go? And no funding for nothing. It's a setup. On their way to the hospital, the plan was simple: get Keith medically cleared, then head to jail. But Keith, on his own end, seemed to be realizing the consequences of his actions to the relief of the officers. After all, it was not unusual for suspects to express a [music] great deal of remorse when arrested. >> I appreciate everything. I'm sorry that everything But when there's no nothing, housing, nothing. I asked to be let out of the housing. I'm sorry. Hopefully he gets taken care of, right? [ __ ] crooked cop. Well, you'll be able to take it to court and you can file a complaint later on, so. I'm not complaining. It's your livelihood, right? Like I said, if you're upset with the arrest, you can take it to court. Oh, I will. I will. But I mean, that's your livelihood. Yeah. You want to live your life? You want to do that? That's fine to you. You want to get fired from your job? Oh, I bet I bet you will. Oh, I know, brother. You'll lose your job and lose your family, everything. You want to lose your job and your family? You [ __ ] the wrong person. >> [music] >> I'm just saying. I'm just saying. Oh, yeah. You think about it right now, right? You thinking about it right now. Not really. Yeah. Watch. Watch. Just come on. Watch. Yeah. I'm not [ __ ] joking. We didn't say that you were. Mark my words. Maybe you'll end up in a coma. Maybe you'll do it. >> Is that a threat? No, I'm not saying nothing. That's what I thought. Right. Right. Hey, I bet [music] you I would recommend you stop talking, then. Yeah, you shut the [ __ ] up. You're telling me that I'm going to end up in a coma. No, I'm not I'm not. Just wait and see. I had no problem with this girl. But you? That's fine. You can have a problem with me. That's fine. But don't be saying I'm going to end up in a coma and You will. Just mark my words. How am I going to end up in a coma? Just mark my words. Okay. Knock it off. I'm not now. I'm going to add another charge for threats to law enforcement. Oh, okay. So, I'll bother you now. What do you mean "bother me now"? All right, Keith. This is what we're going to do. Hey, I can walk I I can walk. Well, we're You're cuffed. You fell. You've You've been We're going to wheel you in, okay? You've been pretty straight. I have been. I don't have No issues. you out of the car, I need you to act accordingly. Understand? Right. Okay. I just have issues with that other guy. I understand that. But you've been pretty [music] straight. Okay. All right. So, we're going to get that out. >> I'm ready to walk. Okay. All right. After Keith was medically cleared, [music] he was taken to jail. At the end of the case, Keith was charged with vehicle fleeing/eluding an officer, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting/obstructing an officer, tampering with an ignition interlock device, and operating a vehicle while revoked. Officers may have shown patience with Keith, but Anthony Anderson wasn't as fortunate. His tough act during a traffic stop quickly shattered when the same cops he challenged put him back in check. You has touched my property. You cannot touch my property, man. DO WHAT YOU GOT TO DO. I GAVE YOU MY ID. Do what you got TO DO, MAN. NOT MY CAR. STOP. STOP. STOP. ON THE 5TH OF MARCH, 2024, OFFICERS on patrol stopped a car for its dark window tint. However, the moment they saw who was behind the wheel, everything changed. The driver was a familiar face, and that realization set the stage for tensions to [music] rise faster than anyone could have anticipated. Roll the windows down. You can't roll them down? You saying You can stay in the car. Okay. You can stay in the car. Is anybody in the back seat or not? Ain't nobody in the back seat. I got stuff in the back seat. But what your name is? Cuz you the one that ran down on my Come on, sir. You touching You touching my my vehicle, sir. You has touched my property. You cannot touch my property, man. What did you pull me over for? Bro, this the same Man, you was a It's not no racial racial slur. Bro, cuz you keep on You is harassing me. You tried to pull me the other night when you was at neighborhood on Market Street.
