no we're not calling your nephew right now on October 30th 2023 officers responded to a Walmart following a report of a physical altercation during a child custody exchange where a woman grabbed the child's mother's hair and snatched her phone hello so they told us to stay from Parish follow coming no youly here now well I understand but I need to talk to people one at a time so why don't you go talk to him all right so what's going on I um so this little baby here very cute little baby um the father isn't here he had to leave to go work they already have a abusive history where she needs a friend to be with her and he needs his mom to be there but he left to go to work or whatever I never met this woman like that before so as soon as she comes as soon as I get here walking she comes directly up to me you watch your mouth who you talking to who you think you talking to and she grabs my arm I'm 35 years old I respect my elders I so instead of trying to retaliate and fight and stuff I said I'm going just call the police I'm not going to fight no older woman like that but you're not just going to talk to me and I I don't understand why she did that like why she just came at me like immediately once you walked up here she just started acting all aggressive and everything she was parked in the back her she got a big nephew she told him to park around the corner he get out all aggressively trying to come at us too so he's back there somewhere parked in the car but he says we've been waiting here for fing 4:00 or whatever the case is the court order at 6:00 and all we did was ask if she could come to the front we didn't want she they parked all the way in the back and want us to go in the back so now let's in the front where the cameras are we're going to do an exchange in the front of course why you want us to be all the way back therefore like that that wasn't there no Reas for that wasn't sanking well to me so I'm like let's just say okay we need to get groceries seller her to come to the front they got so upset about coming to the front for whatever reason I'm not sure but we said we want to do it in a public place where there's cameras let's do it in the front that's why we told her to come to the front period and then because I said that she did probably hear me that hear that on the phone she came directly at me and putting her hands on me and she like just grab around your arms okay I'm like both of your arms yeah I'm like I don't know this lady I'm just here support that's my best friend I'm supporting her this little girl this see how she's talking on to me she doesn't even want to go to her she doesn't want you have anything to do with this I've been here since she's been born your son just now meeting her for the first time and she's 2 years old y'all why you haven't been around how's it going what's going on I don't know wasting your time for one thing but no and I my son used to be married to a lady in the black shorts okay and um it was his uh visitation this weekend we had to come down here he had to leave I don't know why she put visitation on Sunday uh Saturday and Sunday he had to be to work from Monday so he had to go to work we don't live here I live uh up A Mir in Alabama my son lives in Leeland uh Leeland Mississippi so I stayed in town you have to drive down here for visitation uh for for the first couple of months okay and um so um we made an arrangement 6:00 so we've been in that parking lot close to an AIS waiting we know at 6:00 we just want to make sure was here so about 5:45 I called her then my son called her and you know she you know me you know she said what 1 6:00 and she gave this address and she told us she was at Walmart Subway in Walmart so we go in the subway we going to Walmart there's no Subway so we call her again is yapping in the back told her we be parked in the back so we want to be around anybody so we can exchange you know she can get the things out they want us to come up M here to the front of the store right here front of the store okay cuz she you know they go there and get Grocery and stuff I said well what about the things and the one in the backen well how much is it the sh one with the braids like I said we got a 6h hour plus drive and she you know wouldn't answer the phone at first I just playing games and I asked who was your and you know I might have touched the hair that she put a camera in my face and I took it from her and put it in the cart and I was trying to tell get your baby out the car cuz she's crying and we want to get on the road and you know here the things this what she gave to us and this what we you know brought the give to the baby she want to call the know police and the file charges against me they they ruin it all up I you know really I know not you know touching her hair I didn't pull it I just touched it and I just got a phone out of her hand put it there uh so you say you touched her hair what what happened you just I just had had to braid you know oh grabbed her hair yeah I I didn't grab it hard my hand went up and grab you know hard the bra you see how long they are and she been got up in my face she documenting stuff and I'm like get the you know the phone out my face and I took it out of hand and put it in the cart and she said she's calling the police uh that I assaulted her I know you don't supposed to put I you know touched her hair and got her phone out her her hand and everything um is your is your son here he had to go to work okay that's right so if he don't go to work that mean he going to have a job he ain't going to get to pay child for and um it's been a little problem with her playing okay making a hard they live here I'm assuming they live here okay let okay yeah like I say it's it's six plus uh drive for us I got you do you have an ID card I can add you to the call I don't have it on me all it's in my car where's your car let me go get it okay why you haven't been around why you haven't been calling why you haven't been here why this little girl don't know you because she's siding with her son that's why she siding with him instead of trying to be real parents took my phone out of my hand she so she grabbed you by the arms pushed you back and then grabbed your phone and yanked it no this was another time okay so she still tonight or it was today it was today so I moved back or whatever I'm like why are you touching me who would you think you touching and then she cuz I uh took her license plate that's why I was videotaping her license plate and who she is and that's when she had grabbed my phone out of my hand and I'm like please give me my phone she was as if she was about to throw on the ground so I'm like okay you going to break my phone she's like this is not between you this is between us we never met her whoever that big guy is so how does get involved him or barely even know her so and then after that you guys just separated your phone back yeah I have phone because I like I said I don't want no she's just grabbing her ID look at it is that it right there look this is way she saying who my friend kale we've been waiting here an hour for SM you gave us the the address when you give her address put the name on it if it's one hush hush I'm not talking to you well it started right away oh really doesn't have the she doesn't have the video where her tou oh okay so what did you capture in this 10 minutes probably where she took my phone yeah I probably the whole thing recorded the whole it's ready yeah could just go back over to your cart like the extent of like the physical contact where she walks up grabbs her arms push you back and then later on went and grabbed the phone well when I umap you see it on there I did not push her well we just got to do our investigation whatever they say we have to document it and what you say we I already got I already talked to you so I already have your side of the story and I'm going to document what you said as well okay this woman is putting her hands on it's fine we're good it it's fine we're good we're good y get the bab out give her her phone back I want you to get just focus on this incident right now listen we picking up dropping off I'm picking up with or with her mother I don't know who she is I don't bring I don't bring your son I watch her all the time I've been there way ever well you know you know why had good that she had been communicating with him something take back to the court that's not something that you know hashing it out between the two of you can sometimes get a little bit more messy so it's better to go through the court my question to you I just ignore her because she she's just going to keep rambling or whatever but after that apology do you still want to do a statement in prosecute I want I want to do a statement I won't say I prosecute but it needs to be documented yeah it well their all this money they taking her to court they making her look like the bad person trying toed whether you want to prosecute or not or even if you do a statement either so yeah it's it's it's going to be documented you don't have to do a statement it's if you want to you can it's still going to be documented regardless I'm going to give you a case number with everything that happened um documenting I'll even ask you um not ask you I'll send you a link to upload that footage or it's your phone right so I'll send you a link uh to your phone and then just upload the footage that way it's all going to be documented report you're going have video evidence of it um and she just told on in Fr of you guys y make sure y put that in the statement so they won't be lying L like she don't put her hands on yeah why why why we can't get talk with you about all that okay yeah if you want freshh charges she can go to jail tonight but you will have to keep on following that up in court and you'll have court dates up at the various cours so regardless of if you press charges you can still get an injunction like a restraining order against her so no matter what you choose to do yes or no we will have this report and we'll have a case number and we'll give you all of that going to reach out to my son yes they're going to reach out to your son probably they're going to talk to you guys left involved but honestly hold on let me let battery that happened in Florida so uh unwanted touch or strike counts to the battery so when your this is your mother your when your mother reached and grabbed the phone out of uh uh I think it was k k Anne or something uh out of her hand that counts the battery um they're kind it's kind of up in the air whether they want to prosecute or not I'm I'm sure they just want to documented essentially um so I doubt she's going to prosecute um I'm sure I could probably convince her um but because this happened in the presence of going to get the the report initial report um chances are they're probably not going to even come out and do an investigation because this is this is kind of minor compared to it comes out to which is more severe child abuse and things along those lines this was vice versa we wouldn't be having this conversation understood and that's what it's coming down to bottom line period oh if it was put here in Walmart right yeah going over there he would put he would have put me in jail I touch we shouldn't be going over this all this time in this park B what's the hold up we're get regard just a do a statement if you like to do a statement too you can do one it's not about me I stood there with my camera recording the whole thing it's not about me I'm say so the consequences the punishments repercussions whatever that's what comes with it period regardless that's for why she knows what she is signing up for should she choose her way or the other so either way she can still file for an injunction you have have tring ask to take information just add to the report if going to get me no nothing all right I think course easier if you sit and then swing your legs in all right your stuff that you had in your pockets will still go up with you to the jail to go in your property anything else on you that you forgot about cuz now's your last chance before you get to the jail I don't have anything on me all right perfect the woman was charged with simple battery
