Don't put your hands on my child. My child don't bother no about it. I don't want my way to work, but I miss a day for that. >> Look, >> no, don't put your hands on my child. You don't feel the same way about yours. I don't play by now. One of mine got all three in mine in my car. >> Bullies are some of the worst nightmares in any high school. And sometimes they get away with their antics. But what happens when they think they're above the law and the cops come in and give them a harsh reality check? I don't care cuz I'm still going to jail either way. >> Yes or no? >> Yeah, sure. And then I looked behind me and they were hiding. And then I got up and then I started to help my sister. Yeah, I did. Here are some moments when entitled school bullies think they're above the law. The first bully is an entitled trans girl who attacked her school security guards who dared to pull her out of a fight. >> So >> Alex is a girl. >> A boy? I don't know. It's confusing. >> Well, you you and Alex did get in a mutual fight. Physical fight. >> Yeah. >> We got me on the side and then Mia, >> she turn around and hit you. They punch you. >> Mhm. >> I want to go. >> I understand that. >> On September the 14th, 2023, New Mexico cops were dispatched to a school following reports of an intense physical altercation between two students before involving police officers. The school security officers tried to peacefully deescalate the situation when one of the girls suddenly became very irritated and violent. When they arrived, they quickly dispersed the students watching the fight and took the girls to separate rooms for questioning. >> I'm sorry. >> Um, we were at lunch. Everything was fine. And um he started throwing food. Like they were like throwing food like oranges over the building and stuff. And >> who started throwing food? >> Alex. So >> Alex is a girl. >> A boy. I don't know. It's confusing. >> Yeah. There we go. That's cool. So you know like coming down from the main building, it goes towards the cafeteria. You know what I mean? We were all sitting right there at the table and the tables over the wall or whatever the hell it is. He went and started buying oranges. So, I guess they thought we threw the oranges at them. So, they went and choked them back at us and almost hit me and my friend. So, we went and told them something like we we weren't trying to hit you. Like, we weren't even throwing crap at you. So, like, sorry. Like, it was him who did it and they said, "Okay." >> Your friend was throwing stuff at >> No, Alex was. Me and Alex were friends until all this happened today. >> So, I went into the bathroom and I told him, "Quit throwing crap out because they're thinking it's us doing it." I walk away and all I hear is you and I was like all right then I was like I'll let it slide like walked away. He came outside like to like look for me like looking around and that's when he turned around and that's when I told him I was like you're starting [ __ ] with them. We're going they're getting pissed at us because you're throwing at them. And I was like, "They're getting mad at us." And then he's like telling like I kept telling him, I was like, "You do all this." And I was like, "You're pissing them off." And then that's when he started telling me like I'm a [ __ ] and all that. And then I told him I was like, "You talk all this stuff." I was like, "You do all this shit." I was like, "You don't do nothing." I was like, "Stop." I was like, "It's embarrassing." And like he kind of started like trying to make himself look bigger, I guess, or whatever. Like And then that's when like I pushed him back. >> And then that's when he went straight for right here. And then he went for my hair and then that's when I hit him back. >> When you say you pushed him, you went, you said when you say you went for right here, like what do you mean went for right here? >> Like he went clogged me in the face like all right here. They said it was red. I don't know if it's still red or not. He went clawed me in the face. He grabbed a hold of my hair. Like he kind of had me like he had me by my hip. Like he was holding me by my hip and like at my hair like he has like his arm under me I guess or whatever. And like he had me by the back of my hair like by by my ponytail. And then he had me he scratching me in the the eye and I was hitting him like trying to like push him off and hit him. And then that's when um the security guard that's when he came and then that's when he grabbed me and that's when I was asking them to let me go. I wasn't going to hit him or nothing. I was kind of like I don't like being held down like not held down but I don't like being held like that. Like so it was just I just started freaking out because I don't like being held like that. So >> did you hit the security guard too? >> No, I didn't hit the security guard. He I don't know how to explain how he had You kind of have like my arms like kind of like behind my head in a way. So like I don't hit nobody. But I guess mom was like freaking out like how to let me go. That's all. Like I didn't hit them. That's all. >> Well, you you and Alex did get in the mutual fight, physical fight. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> Having heard all she had to say, they turned to the security guard to get his side of the story. But as they started talking, it became clear to the officers that they were dealing with a typical entitled school bully who thought she could get away with anything. So, what happened exactly? >> Uh, we just finished. I was coming down the hill. I saw a group of students hanging out right there by the west side. Then I saw Mia and another student. They were confrontational, verbal. I let Lonnie know. I said, "Lonnie," cuz he was busy with some other students. I said, "Hey, we got a situation. Dr. was walking down and I passed out." So, that's where you got to go. And right in the moment, they both engage. When I separate them, separate me and the other one. Mia turned around and hit a couple on me. >> So, they're Both were >> they were both left. They they were engaging. I separated. Then Lonnie came separate the other one and I got me on the side and then me and she turned around. >> She turned around hit you. They punch you. >> Mhm. >> Where? But she just >> she hits you. >> Yeah. And then I cut it out and then she got confrontational and then I restrained her. >> She got confrontation with you or the other person. I'm sorry. >> With everybody. >> She got confrontation with everybody. >> With everybody there. >> I had to restrain her again and she started kicking me on the back. Yeah. Lenny had to restrain her her leg cuz she was just out of control. >> She just did a lot of profanity to everybody. Told us off and said next time something's going to happen and she just going down the line. >> Okay. Um since you all got kicked too. You guys are victims matter school personnel. I have to ask you all do you want to prosecute? >> I'm going to visit with Mr. Doctor on this. she found special needs and I know what she goes on and she blows up all the time but somewhere they has to come some, you know, turn the light on for them or something and the parent, hey, this is what you're dealing with. >> And sometimes it could be somebody else. Yep. >> It could be a Carol. I agree with you. You just don't know. >> Let Well, let me know too if you guys do cuz if you if you do, I'm going to put that charge on there, too. Okay. But I have to ask you guys cuz you guys are victims now, too. >> So, >> I'm sorry. I would say because she's scary when she >> Yeah, she's scary with everybody. >> She, you know, she has her moments, but this time I guess something with the AirPods and the girl was talking to her. I said, "Oh, she's going like that already." And then and the people started getting in the way door >> and I said, "Let's go." And then I didn't I got in and >> she got like three punches on you. >> That's not That's not right. Yeah. >> She just couldn't control herself. >> So, I'll talk to her quick too and then um after I'm done talking to her, I guess if you want to talk to Dr. later about this and just let me know >> and then we'll go from there >> cuz it's a whole >> special needs this whole but you regardless though you guys >> you guys are the victims regardless to >> and then after that we broke up she still got confrontational I said you need to stop you said I won't hit you again I said no you won't >> she said that to you >> yeah we were in the front right there and then finally then she then she came and held her again and she started hitting cuz she just >> we tried to contain her there so she wouldn't >> Yeah >> by this time they had just enough reason to clamp her wings, but she wasn't about to let that happen. At least not so easily. >> Okay, bro. >> All right, Mia or Alex, I'm sorry. Go ahead. Stand up. >> No, you're making me anxiety. I don't need your freaking officers in here. >> We have to. We're just working. >> No, I don't need you guys in here. You're making me get anxiety. >> We can't. >> I'm scared, y'all. I don't freaking need y'all in here. Y'all making me get anxiety. >> We can't leave. >> And still, I don't care. I don't want y'all in here. Y'all making me anxiety. Y'all making me have anxiety. Y'all need to get that through your head. I'm getting anxiety from them. >> They're about to detain you. They're going to put the cuffs on you. >> For what? So, Alex, let me let me tell you what's going to happen. Okay. >> No, you guys are not going to do that. >> Listen to me. Okay. I'm not being completely honest with you. I'll be straight up with you. Okay. Just listen. >> So, we can you can either be cool, calm, collective, put the handcuffs on you, or we're going to have to go hands on, which means we have to >> grab you and force you. I don't want to do that. We don't want to do that. >> Those are your only options. >> Alex, >> we're not asking you. You have to. >> No. >> Okay. >> No. >> So, I I'm going to ask you one more time. Okay. >> I'm not going with y'all. Right. Have my mom take me and not freaking get y'all. >> That's not how it works. >> Yes. You're not taking me. I don't need to go with y'all. Danielle, stop being let me go with y'all. I don't want to go with y'all. >> You have to >> I don't want to. >> No. What the did I do? >> I didn't do your own. >> No. What did I do? What did I do? >> Stupid. That's not me. You should go [ __ ] take her to jail. >> No, it's not me. No, I have to run. Please say that's not that you beat the out of me. Don't do that. >> Yes, because y'all be trying to take me to jail for no reason. >> You have to go to jail. >> No, I'm not going to jail. >> You have to go with us. >> Y'all trying to take me to jail? No. I'm too young. I'm too young to go to jail. Y'all don't understand. I'm not y'all's age. >> No, I'm not going to jail. No, just not. >> Okay, just real quick. And I don't give a You're not doing that to me. >> We We We did last year. >> No, you did not do it to me yesterday. Or last year. You did not. >> You did not do it. I knew y'all. Yes. Last year. If I knew, y'all would have been with them already. Not didn't. I wouldn't. My mom. My mom got me. >> Alex. Hey, just just look at me real quick. Okay, >> I cannot be with y'all. >> I know. I do not know him by his name. You feel me? I didn't know. >> You don't know him by his name? >> I didn't know him by his street name. >> What's his street name? Good. You feel like I don't know him real. >> Little D ain't standing up over there. No, >> bro. Man, >> I'm looking for little D. Let me get that last meal. >> Yeah, we'll get you. And so all of his like arrested and felony probation, but but he's never served any time for the felony. >> And so we're not really sure what to do with the firearm >> and and now he's under misdemeanation. He's up on the fire. >> Oh, is he really? >> Mhm. And >> so that kind of leaves that firearm. >> See this this this this medicine these it's got somebody named Goss on it. They said I don't even know whose car this is. Look the key still in it. >> Do he know? >> He said his his homeboy's uh mama >> run out the owner of the vehicle. >> 40 such a reference to this vehicle. Can you see if you can reach out to the owner and see if they can meet with me over here? What's up? Yeah, I'm about to let one of these guys >> sit with the keys in the vehicle. >> Hey. >> Hey. They said the mom is in route to pick up this car. I didn't want to leave the keys with somebody out here who >> I'll just take all this and put in evidence. Appreciate your help, man. >> He was finally booked for possession of a firearm by felony and violation of probation. Here's another case where an entitled couple attacked a school resource deputy for detaining their son over bullying. >> He was the primary aggressor. >> You feel this proud that you are this worthless. >> Shut the up because I paid your salary and you don't. On November the 19th, 2024, a couple, Jorge Rivera and Aonte Urino, stormed Deltona Middle School, Florida, to protest their son's battery charge for shoving a girl at school the day prior. Upon their arrival, they headed straight to the school resource deputy's office with their son leading the way. But what the deputy never saw coming was the unexpected turn of events about to unfold. >> So, I understand the frustration of the whole situation. Mhm. No idea. I'm sorry. >> No. You have no idea. Okay. But let's let's continue. Let's let's forget about the I'm sorry here, I'm sorry there. Let's go and take care of what we have to take care of. >> What you can do is like I was just explaining when this process goes through court, you can explain your side of the story to the judge. It's ultimately going to be up to the judge what is going to happen from here on out. What I made a determination on is probable cause alone, which just means that that he was the primary aggressor >> being that the primary. >> This isn't an argument at him. >> Okay. >> And I'm going to I'm going to finish this conversation. >> You fail a kid. Okay. That that's okay. You are failing kids right here. We're not talking about us because believe me, if you were about the adults, we can solve this a whole different different level. >> We are talking about a kid that I'm now. I'm telling you, I have I'm talking. >> Okay. Yes. I am going to do guess what? Because I feel you. Okay. What happened to you? >> Okay. Why are you so worthless? Do you do you feel Do you feel proud that you are this worthless lady? >> Do you feel this proud that you are this worthless? Shut the up because I paid your salary and you don't >> your hand. Okay. This is going to happen. >> That's what happened. Look. Look. What is going to happen? >> What is going to happen? You need to leave. >> You are a worthless piece of >> Yeah. Go back. >> No wonder that you No one No one. >> You need to leave. >> There's nothing we can do. Okay. But don't worry. We're going to keep this high. >> You need to leave. Even amid that chaos, she managed to stay calm, determined to deescalate the situation peacefully. But the kid's parents decided to play God in a world of laws. >> You are put in my one more time. >> [ __ ] [Applause] Please, please go out. >> Put it down right now. Put it down right now. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back now. That's the way you want me. That's the way you put your hands [ __ ] back now. Yeah, please. Thank you. >> They were both charged with battery on LEO, resisting with violence, disruption of school function, trespassing, armed robbery, and grand theft. Just like the arrogant couple who thought the laws weren't meant for them, two sisters assaulted another student thinking they could get away with it. Honestly, I don't know why I kicked her. >> There's a girl on the ground. She's beating the snot out of her and then you start kicking. That's what you do. That is what you do. >> Listen, not everybody's as cool as I am. >> We got cool. We got fake. >> What? All of y'all. >> On April the 8th, 2024, school officers received a call reporting an escalated altercation involving three students at the bus stand. They rushed over immediately and requested that the culprits follow them to their office for questioning. But before they left, a passenger on the bus had an important piece of information to share. >> Gentlemen in the back. I asked them to stop. They videotaped a thing. >> So they videotaped the whole thing. These gentlemen in the back, one of the um girls >> um and the girls they can explain to you what happened. I don't know. >> You Oh, wait. >> I was about to say >> I was about your sister. >> Yeah. >> Come on, man. >> Come on. Let's go. >> Oh, what happened? I told her I stopped cuz all everything was going good cuz you know I I have a So, um I'm telling everybody not to sit with me. She she she came in. the girl like she got the phone just like she came in the top conversation talking about are you good or you're doing too much and that's when I got like that kind of like got to hear it cuz like who who are you talking to [Music] there is some back here that video. You don't have it on video. Do you want to see? >> You got We got We got it. >> That's it. All right, let's go. >> Um, y'all going to act right? You going to keep your mouth shut? >> I know. >> You going to keep your mouth shut? >> Okay, but you going to keep your mouth shut. me while we walk. All right. >> All right. Come on. No, we good. >> Come on. Come on. You coming, too? Come. Let's walk. Come on. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] She says here. >> Yeah, >> she's been bothering me, by the way. >> No, >> you've been bothering him. >> I'm talking to ignoring me. >> All right, have a seat. >> Turning red and I know yall don't care. But if I stop like if my You see you see how red my arm is turning? He tried to loosen it up. >> You see that? >> But this metal thing is tagging on my leg. Well, he just loosened this for me. >> All right. So, which one's making it >> is the one that's still tight. >> I put my whole hand in there. >> Yeah, but ow. That hurts. It's still tight. See, my arm is turning red. Yeah. >> Then stop moving around. >> Stop moving around. >> But I can't look at this. This can't get in my skin. >> Well, stop moving around. Cuz you're moving around. All right. This is going to be quick. Okay. Quick and painless. All right. You know, >> you know, you know what your Miranda warnings are. >> All right, I'mma read those to you and then if you want to talk to me, talk to me. If you don't want to talk to me, then you don't want to. >> Cool. >> We still going to jail. So, >> doesn't change anything. All right. >> You don't know by heart. >> I got to read it from a card. >> I do know by heart, but I still got to read it by heart. You have the I have to read it from the card. You have the right to remain silent. Anything seen can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have them present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to execute these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me? >> I don't care cuz I'm still going to jail either way. >> Yes or no? >> Yeah, sure. >> All right. >> Wait, no. My my my history teacher just told me to say no. >> Okay, that's cool. Well, yeah. I'm just saying. Yeah. But my teacher, his teacher told me to say no. >> Yes or no? >> Yeah. My teacher told me to say no. >> Okay. What do you decide? You're an adult. You make the decision. >> Yeah. Well, he said if he get stopped over in the car to say no, but I'm not getting stopped over in the car. >> Okay. >> So, yeah. I'm I should >> So, is it yes or no? Do you wish to talk to me? Mhm. >> Now, she decided to tell her side of the story, but it wasn't without the arrogance of an entitled bully who felt the law had nothing on her. >> Okay. So, what happened on the I already I know what happened on the >> So, why are you asking me? >> I want to know your side. >> Um, I just I was just up front about to watch a movie on my phone like I usually do. I usually stare at the window a little bit and then I get on my phone, watch a movie, but then my sister started arguing with him. Well, my sister kept saying that she wanted to play with her and it's kind of got annoying to me too. So, I was just like, she thought she going to say this and then to me I was like, "Oh my god, how she going to say this?" I'm like, "Oh." So then I looked back there and she was starting to say it louder and then the girl I saw her was like, "Oh my god, that's so aggravating." And she was like, "Are you?" She was like, "Are you good? You want to keep saying that? Are you good?" And then my sister, I already knew she's going to get upset about it, but they both started fighting. I didn't actually fight, but I was in my head. I had it in my head. They fight. They were going to fight. And then I looked behind me. They were fighting. And then I got up and then I started to help my sister. Yeah, I did. So why does it matter what you're writing >> when you got involved? How did you want to help your sister? >> Um I don't know how to explain it. Like my intentions were not to get into the fight, but then at the same time I was just like M >> I don't know. It was kind of hard, you know. I don't even know what to do, honestly. My real intentions was not to fight, but then it happened. Yeah. I was supposed to get up and stop them, but then I don't know what happened. I just stood up and then I kind of like went the opposite. Like it wasn't just because I It wasn't because I don't I don't know how to explain it. It wasn't to like hurt anybody in the way. It was just because I was trying to help my sister. >> Well, when you stomping on somebody and you kicking someone's head, what do you think is going to happen? >> I was trying to stop her from holding on to my sister. If she was just holding on to her and just I don't know. Honestly, I can't remember what exactly happened because I wasn't really like there all there at the moment. But yeah, I can't remember like 100%. Like I don't even know who hit first on. I can't really remember. Well, I don't think I've seen that part, but like >> um yeah, I'm going to admit I did hit her. >> Oh, I know. I know you hit her. >> I know that. >> But I mean, yeah, honestly, I don't know why I kicked her. I don't really know why, but it probably >> multiple times, not just once. >> Well, like >> yeah, >> I don't explain it, but yeah, >> I don't remember kicking her multiple times either. >> I probably I just probably don't remember it, but I kicked her, but I don't think I could have done that many times. >> When she was done talking, they decided to see the video recording of the incident. And that's when they realized that she had told one too many lies. But instead of taking her into custody, they decided to take a softer approach, hoping she would come clean with what had happened. >> You want to fix your statement? >> I didn't write a statement. >> You want to fix what you telling us? Cuz there's video. >> I know there's video, but I'm trying to tell you when they started fighting, I'm trying to stop it, but at the same time, that's my sister. So, I got to help. I'm not going to let my sister get I'm not going to let them. >> Your sister was not getting whooped. >> Well, I'm not going to let them I'm not going to let my sister fight by herself. So, I'm just saying >> it doesn't look good when there's a girl on the ground, she's beating the snot out of her, and then you start kicking. That's what you do. That is what you do on on top of everything on a bus, on a vehicle, on the road, surrounded by cars. We went through this last year already. >> You acting like I started the fight. You had no business. >> You jumped in, too. You know what? You coming at me like, "What about coming at us? >> She's got questions, but consequences." But I'm just telling you the severity of you, we go by the code of conduct, >> okay? We've got to talk to administration. Go ahead and write your statement. But typically, when someone jumps in on a fight, I don't care if it's their brother, sister, whatever, you're jumping in. And that's expulsion. That's a That's typically an expulsion request >> on your senior year. >> Yeah. >> Y'all be acting like she's so different. Okay. Just >> She wouldn't But you coming y'all coming at us because you feel some type of way. Okay. >> Because No, I'm not. I don't feel some type of way. I'm just explaining to you the consequences for you. You No, because I saw how what happened on the bus. I'm disappointed. >> You know, >> that is another person. >> If it was just your sister >> Yes. and that girl fighting, I would be like, "You know what? All right." But the fact that you got into that fight, >> your sister was not getting whooped. Your sister, >> your sister, but there was no You said You said I got in it. I got in it to separate my sister. You did absolutely zero separating. >> I was trying to separate. >> You made No, no, no, no, no. You made zero attempt. You went over and pushed her again when she had my hand. You made >> She was holding on to my hair and then I I grabbed her hand and pushed her away from me. Yes, I did. I know I did. Go ahead and write. >> You're 18. Y'all 18 already? >> Yay. >> Okay, great. >> No matter how hard they tried to make her see her wrongdoings, she refused to take the fall. So, they invited the girl's mother, but her response after hearing what her girls had done took them by surprise. Um, so basically the girls got into um fault another young lady. Uh, Lan Nice. >> Lamese. >> That's a small one. >> Yes. Lanise went on the bus cursing upset about something. Nobody knows. And um, next thing you know, she's fighting a girl and then Latrice joins in fighting the young lady. So they're both receiving consequences from the school and also from the SRO. So um do you have any questions for me? >> So Latrice, >> so let me tell you what happened cuz I I can give you more. >> All right. I know she said it's Lamese, but on all of our paperwork, it's Lenise. So Lenise >> was upset. She was in a bad mood telling people, "Don't sit next to me. Get the f away from me. Don't effing sit here. Some girl took offense to that and just said, "Hey, like calm down. Like, you don't have to be rude." Lame told her, "Shut the f up." The girl's like, "Dude, just chill." Lenise gets up and gets in the girl's face. The girl stands up. Lame just starts wailing on her. The trice at the front of the bus comes to the back and just starts wailing on the girl, too. And they start both going at it with this girl. The girl is on the ground. Lenise is on top of her just going in and Latrice is at the girl's head going in. Starts kicking her and everything. Latrice. Latrice can't fight. Latrice is the boy. Just this. So, I'm trying to figure out what was this cuz when I dropped it off, she wasn't in a bad mood. So, I don't know what could have been, what could have happened. >> Some boy said his mom said she is something. And after that, you just got some free stuff. Some boys tries to step in to separate them. They still are going in at it. [Music] So all that had caused the bus to have to pull over and everything. So the girls are going to be placed under arrest. They're going to be charged with battery and disruption of a school function. Okay. They're going to be taken to Marian County Jail and booked and processed. They will have a bond. Um the bond will be either a,000 or 1,500. I have to be I have to review it. You can't take the video. >> No, I'm not going to take a video. I was reading what Latrice said that didn't match what she said that happened. So Latrice was telling me while they're walk while I'm walking into the school, she's like, "I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. I was I didn't do nothing." And then I see the video. >> Yeah. She said she tried to separate the fight. >> That's what she told me. >> And the girl held her here and she held the girl's hand and say, "Let me go." >> That's what she told me, too. And >> so this is not the same person. She told me somebody, a boy and a girl that ride a school bus, the boy pushed her. This was last week. The boy pushed her and the guys who, you know, ride a bus with her was like, "Hey, don't don't just don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it." So, she said she let it go. I don't know if this is the same sister. Do she have a brother? Cuz if that's not the same person, I don't know. Lame was good this morning. So, I don't know what could have escalated. >> She got to the bus stop. A little boy told her something his mom said about her. I can't It's in my notes in my >> So, that's the little boy that they pushed her last week. >> No, no. It seems like someone she friends with like he would say, "My mom said you're very like rowdy, like some something like that." and she took offense to it and after that she got in like L like me said she got in her oh god Latrice said she got in her mood afterwards so I said why didn't you have your sister sit next to you since you didn't want no one to sit next to you cuz you can't just tell people >> I told her the same thing I said >> and I said Latrice why didn't you sit next to your sister knowing that no I sit in the front I don't have time for that as I said >> because of an incident that happened two years ago I think with the school bus so >> Mhm. This is why I'm like I'm back in the scare one. Like she told me that um um >> and just let you know they said if you believe that young lady over then they're moving out today. >> Well none. >> What they going? Nobody don't care but my sister. >> At first they thought she was about to pick sides with her daughters. But what she was about to say next would prove them wrong. >> A small one. Say I'm leaving cuz I know she's going to pick her side over mine. So just want to let you know. So >> I don't know. I could I'm just looking at a video so I don't basically know what escalated before because the video just starts where they just started fighting. So like I told him I say only way you you defend yourself if somebody putting their hands on you. Latrice text me and told me that the only reason why she got involved when she really wasn't involved is because the girl had Lise on the floor punching her in her face. But I see the opposite. I'm not here to take up for them like this. Like I tell them this is your last year. What? You shouldn't be. I don't care if somebody talked about my mama. I'm getting up out of here like this. >> I've been talking to Lenny's for the past two weeks. I got on an alpha schedule. I've been telling her to take a test cuz she needs to pass the test and graduate and she needs to fix some classes to graduate. And ever since I got here last year, November, she didn't talk to me at all. She felt like I I don't need to be in her business. I said, "I'm not in your business. I'm just trying to tell you got to get your classes together. You can't just be walking around when you could be using this time to fix your classes." I got to keep this. >> I'm so tired of this. I am really tired of this. Le feel like somebody can't say get and she just want to r up. Like she's like that at home eat this. Like she just get upset. Can't nobody say anything to her. She is offensive. Like very That's why I'm surprised with Latrice. Latrice is more of the one like I'mma break it up and and stop and this. But when I see the video I'm like >> yeah there was no. So I went back into the office. Initially I believed her. She was like, she was like, I didn't do nothing. I said, all right. >> And then I got video and I go into the office and I'm like, you sure you want to you want to keep that like what you just said? She's like, I was just breaking it up. I said, you you did absolutely zero breaking it up. Like there was no And then she says, "Well, I didn't want my sister to get get whooped." And I said, "Your sister was nowhere near getting beat up." I said, "Your sister was on top of this girl." And um they kind of she kind of laughed at it and I said, "Well, now we got serious consequences." >> After speaking with their mother, it was time for the girls to face the consequences of their actions. But in that critical moment, their reactions completely caught the officers off guard. >> Come on. It didn't hurt. Come on. Let's see if you going to be that happy when we get there. >> Oh, I know. I like this over with. I ain't got time for it. Yeah. >> We going to go over this way. >> They adults. >> Oh, are they? >> Yeah. >> This is done. Damn. They getting booked in the big boy jail. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yep. Yep. Yep. They're sisters. So, >> I don't need copies of it. >> Okay. >> Um I think that's it. Okay. Why >> smell like trash? >> She could move them up. >> Smell that? >> Yeah, >> cuz the trash is back here. >> Smells like nail. >> Do you mind if they're in the phone or you want? >> I don't mind. >> Don't run. >> Why would I? >> You going to get >> I'm out of here. If I run, I'm out. >> For real. >> You going to be out? >> You going to be right. >> How far you going to make it before you fall? >> Right. Far. Real far. You won't see me on the regular. I run a lot. >> You run a lot? >> Yep. I I run outside from my mama when she try to when she try to chase me in the hospital with sticks and stuff. >> I run from dogs. Let me tell you, I know how to run. Don't let them fool you. >> She be running. Okay. Wait. I got a grip in my arm. For real. >> Come on. Look. She being nice and letting you have them in the front. >> Well, those are very nice, >> right? They're nicer than the >> black. >> No, it's plastic. You want to try to get out? >> Yeah. >> Good luck. >> Okay. Yeah. Why you always do you >> you see my fingers? >> Okay. But that hurt cuz my arm is already cramped up. >> You'll be fine. >> Listen, not everybody's as cool as I am. All right. >> We got cool. We got fake. >> What? >> All of y'all. >> We made sure you got fed and everything. >> Yeah, you were right. Those were just in the back. Yeah. >> How do you do it? Let me see. It hurts sometimes cuz I'm like you just like >> Oh my god. >> Back problem. >> Are you double jointed or something? >> Yeah, mom. >> Those are your seat. Hey, are you happy I got this today? Otherwise, you'd be in a tourist. >> Yeah, you'd be in a little car. >> In the end, they were both charged with battery and disruption of a school function. Just when you thought that you'd seen the last of school bullies, a woman sneaks into a school to confront her child's bully. >> Don't put your hands on my child. >> My child don't bother nobody and I want my wife to hurt, but I miss a day for them because I want to see the child that put their hands on >> going after a student who had an issue with her child. >> She's coming to pick up the kids. >> Thanks for pressing charges. I'm going to get out. >> Hold on. >> On August the 17th, 2022, a school resource officer received a call reporting an intense altercation. She quickly rushed over to deescalate the situation. >> No, because you know better. >> Come down. She started with me. >> Hey y >> sport's going to step away. We're going to stand right here. >> Okay. >> But while she was still dealing with that situation, she received another call reporting something so shocking she could hardly believe her ears. A woman had sneaked onto the school premises to confront her child's bully. So, she immediately called for backup knowing that things were about to get real ugly. >> No, she at eighth grade. >> So, is that you right there? It looks like you're running your mouth inside the class. >> Let me see. >> Right here. So, is she in that classroom? >> Yeah, she in. >> So, where are you supposed to be at this time? >> No. So, there he came and told me like he came he was telling me to come in the classy. So that's what I was going to go do. >> I'm taking her to Douglas if you want. >> Yeah. Thank you. [Music] I need a unit. [Music] [Applause] >> Ma'am, I need you to stay here for right now, >> man. I don't want you in trouble. >> I really like that for real. >> Just relax. I don't want to hands on my child. My child don't bother nobody and I'm on my way to work, but I'll miss a day for that. >> Look, relax. >> I don't want to have to arrest you. Okay, just relax. >> My baby don't bother nobody, bro. She don't bother nobody. >> Disagree. Okay. >> You put your hands on my need. Y'all need to control these kids cuz another little girl came home. She got the fight with a child. First week of school. >> Y'all need to control these kids in here. My baby don't bother nobody. She a good student. She good at home. Put your hands on my damn child. I don't care who it is. >> Straight up. >> So, you're going to stop pulling away. We're going to stand right here for right now. There's an appropriate way and appropriate way. No one should put hands on anybody. >> Hell no. Y'all need to y'all need to fix that right then and there. Ain't no talk about nothing. Y'all need to hold them mean to something. My baby don't bother nobody and she get in my car and she tell me somebody put their hands on her. No. No. Hell no. >> Any adult being aware of that and so I am No. Don't put your hands on my child. You'll feel the same way about yours. I don't play by now one of mine. I got all three in mine in my car. Sure do. >> Mom, let me ask you. What was the point of coming to the school though? >> I was I was coming to the school to pick up my child cuz I'm on my way to work. I'm a welder and caterpillar. My baby do not bother. No. >> What was your point of coming in? >> Because I wanted to see the child and put their hands on. >> So she I was doing with the fight that literally just happened. >> Thank you. >> All right. Go ahead and turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Go Jackson. Do you have your ID, honey, ma'am? >> No. >> Okay. >> Record the other children, man. What do you do? Do you have someone who can pick them up? >> Yeah, if I can use my phone. >> Where's your phone? >> It's right here. So, I can't let you use it right now, but I can call whoever you need me to call. Okay. >> All right. Come on. We're going to walk right over here. >> Put your damn hands on my child. You crazy, [Music] >> ma'am. I know she knows you. Do you have your ID on you? Yeah, I'm the principal of the school. I just came out. She came in to assume to >> Can you unlock this? Oh, nope. Hey, Lance, can we unlock it? I gave him my keys earlier. >> Go after >> She was when we walked inside, she was addressing the student. >> She's going after a student who had an issue with her child. >> Okay. >> Unacceptable. Gotcha. >> And you saw it as well. I guess you were here. Do you have your ID? >> Yeah. >> All right. Can you hold that for a second? >> Yeah. I don't have anything with me. I was just dealing with a fight two seconds ago. So, >> you want to shoot me a face and I can call whoever you need to. >> I can I can use my phone. I can >> We I can't It's a safety thing. So, we have to put it on speaker number. >> Yeah. >> All right. What's your name, ma'am? >> How are you doing today? >> I'm the administrator. I I have crazy days every day. >> Your administrator, you said? >> Mhm. Assistant prison. >> Gotcha. I don't know how you do it. >> One minute at a time. >> Do you enjoy it? >> You know what? I love it. >> Thank you, >> Amanda. >> Yeah, >> girl. I'm up here at the school and somebody put their hands on Zakaria and I done went in here and showed my and the police going to take me to jail. So, what I need for you to do, my car is up here at the school. Can you come up here and get it and drive them to the house? While she was making plans to get someone to take her car and kids home, one of the officers was still talking to the school's administrator, hoping to get the full details of what had happened. >> So, she just came in and uh was she like yelling at the student or >> Yeah, like the student in front of the other other kids. >> Okay. >> I don't play by my damn children. My baby don't bother nobody, >> right? I don't >> My baby don't bother nobody know. Period. >> So, um I'm about to um go I'm going to go. They fa to take me to the county or whatever and um I guess I'll try to call you or whatever, but just sit at just sit there with them until I figure my situation out. >> What is her name so we know to tell the principal? >> Um come up here and get my car. >> Okay, I'm going to have my mom. >> Okay. >> J's in the back. >> All right. >> Okay. Appreciate you getting out that crosswalk. >> You're welcome. I was literally I had kids in my office doing the fight that literally just happened in the gym. So I was like >> the fight and then uh we were leaving east and then we heard you key up and I was like I didn't hear that but we were right here at Ponderosa. So >> that's three juvenile complaints I'm about to do. So >> this will be our fourth time in the jail today. >> Yeah. >> She's coming to pick up the kids. >> Thanks for pressing charges. I'm going to get out. >> Hold on. >> Having sorted out her car and kids, they turned to talk to the school principal. But somewhere along the line, a serious concern was raised by one of the officers. I don't I don't want to talk to you, but you don't. >> Stop. I'm going to get out. >> Stop. I'm going to get out. >> Just shut the door. Don't even >> We're not We can't go into school in the text. >> I'm not clear if they're coming to pick up the kids, but they're going in on Mona is coming up here to get the car. She might >> Can I get that anyway? >> Do you know who she was confronting just so I can put it in my report? >> No, we were in the office. >> The other issue. Yeah. And then I get a call to come out here and she said that she went into the gym to >> why I want to know why the doors are unlocked. That's another issue of concern. >> I think they were coming out. Those doors are locked >> cuz they just transition like >> correct. That's how she got in. >> According to her, she went into a child. >> Child. Yeah. >> He saw it. I guess >> doing that. I want to see that in my office right now6. No, ma'am. And >> next thing I know, she's coming out car trying to get the bill. >> How long did it take for her to get in contact like like from when you called her >> to to tell her about the student? >> So I So I She came She checked her out at the main office. She drove around here to pick her up to go. >> Well, no. No, I don't think No, she didn't know about it at that point. >> Okay. So by the time she came around here, she did not know about the incident. >> But we check kids out at the front door. >> Oh, right. You're right. So I don't know why she came around here. I was walking the girl up to the main office and she said that's my mom right there. >> The girl that she was trying to >> She had already come back. >> Okay. >> So I do not believe that the mother had prior knowledge to the incident >> until today. Until she picked up until she picked her daughter up. >> Okay. What is What is her name? While the investigation was still ongoing, they decided to serve her the first slice of humble pie. >> Miss Douglas, did you want to bar her as well? >> We need to find out what what happened. But yeah, you can't come. >> I was going to say cuz if if she's barred and she comes back to drop the kids off, y'all don't have to press charges for that. But then if she comes back and she knows, we could be absolutely absolutely >> if you want to get her bar real fast. And >> let me uh Mr. Mitchell, you mind doing the barring real quick? >> Yeah. >> Oh, never mind. Miss Douglas says she has it. >> I was getting Russ. >> And you're the one that saw all this? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Did she ever make contact with the other look at the camera? >> No, I did. Uh >> um if you >> talk about the the mother >> Yeah. Did the mother ever make contact? >> The mother did not make physical physical contact. No, but I think verbally and I think she and I think she had the Well, she made it the other coach answered the door and she >> that's how she got in. Coach, open the door. >> Yeah, coach, open the door. >> Um, so you could tell her however long you want her barred. So, it's up to two years. >> Missing Miss Douglas here has to inform you of something. Okay. >> Which one? You're you're barred from the from the campus for 2 years. And so, if if we change that, then we'll be in touch with you. Once all of this is over, I do want to sit down and talk with you, Mom. There's ways that we can handle all of this, but what >> Yes, ma'am. But this my my baby been telling me she been be getting getting picked on for a long time. You call me and I don't even know nobody else. I'm a single parent. I do what I supposed to do. I'm not a bad parent. I'm not no bad person. And for you to press charges on me, it ain't nothing but going to be a blessing because at the end of stand up for my children. I ain't got nobody out here and I do what I can for mine. So for another child to be putting their hand, that's who you need to be putting to pressing charges on her. >> But mom, let me ask you this. >> I don't care, ma'am. Would you feel the same way if the other parent came and did that to you? >> My baby don't do that. That's what I'm telling you. My baby's such a good a good girl. It's pathetic. That's why I did what I did. Her dad is not in her life. I'm the only parent in her life. Ain't nobody going to put their head. >> Well, so you you understand the barring process, correct? >> Yeah, I do. So, what you want me to do? Change her school? >> Okay. That's what that she was trying to find out is how she got in as well. >> She got in. Yes. We were telling her not to come in, not to come in, not come in. She goes in past the other coach to go into the gym and um you know soon as I see that I'm radioing and I'm getting up here to try to block her. I mean she's physically confronting children. I'm sorry. She's verbally verbally confronting your um >> I can't think of the role here. >> Okay, that's what I was making sure just so I can put in the narrative who we spoke with. >> Get off the car. >> Okay. And there was another coach that opened the door and then she just walked in past y'all. Cool. All right. Thanks. That's your pen. I was using >> Sanders. I'll get back. What's mine? But >> do you have any questions? >> No, just if y'all need anything and you got any other questions, just ask myself. >> It should be good. >> Contact me through the school. Um, if I don't answer, >> that's pretty much all. >> Yeah, I don't it will be it will be uh a 613 number from dispatch more than likely. >> Uh, she'll write this report up. It's going to be all your information will be like a more of like a reporting person and then um >> I guess you know the children name that she confronted >> cuz that's technically the victim. >> We can get that the information >> if I give you my phone number you want. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Well, we'll go ahead and grab that before we leave though cuz >> or we can get give it to S. >> I tell you what, let's um let me get that information from the other coach. >> Okay. >> Cuz that's technically the victim of it >> before. >> And then does that parent get called? I don't know how y'all do things. So >> that's that's parent coming in like that. I've been doing this 21 years. >> I'm also going to give you this just in case anything else comes up with my email. Okay. >> So, if the videos or there's any more details or anything like that, just let me know or if you ever need anything. >> Now, you could still, she's still allowing you here to drop her off, pick up, but if there's any type of whatsoever outburst, anything. >> Oh, I'm not a crazy person. I'm just crazy. >> And I understand that, but you have to understand, you know, the outlook of a grown person coming to >> Can I use my phone? >> We can't. You could do that when we get to the jail. Okay. Okay. Cool. All right. Thank you. >> Mom or parent or I guess parents >> do they get notified? >> We need to take Yeah, we're going to pull the footage and see. >> Technically, I mean, >> did she did she >> did she get in her face? Did she? >> Uh, as far as I know, we >> disruption public school, y'all victim of this, not the student. >> So, I can put in there an unknown student cuz I don't want to put a kid's name. The investigation continued with more unexpected details reeling out. >> Coach Frasier physically was in between her and the children. However, she was talking to the children, all the children. >> Were there any threats that were made? >> I I that I'm not sure. No. >> Um she did say something about, you know, putting her hands putting somebody's hands on her child. >> And I'm pretty sure she had the wrong student picked out uh that she was directing her comments to >> because I haven't heard anything about anyone touching this child. So, >> I mean, so neither have we. >> Yeah, most of the time we at least hear at least once about something. >> Um, this is the first time that I have heard anything concerning her daughter. Her daughter's a sweetheart. >> Um, >> if it's bullying, bullying is chronically. So, >> so you just do the the public school. Just do or domin. >> Yep. >> And then obviously you could do the barring in it. Um, and then I could still do a supplemental cuz I'm going to go watch video as soon as I get inside. >> This mom does pick up uh her daughter daily. >> Yeah, she up in the front, but if she if she comes around, >> this is not her first time picking her up. >> That's what I was saying is is the barring that she can come here to like drop her kids off cuz it's up to y'all if you want to press Yeah. It's up to you if she want to press charges. So, um, >> you explain that to them. >> Yeah, I did. >> Yeah. I was like, so she can come here. She can come out here and be civil with y'all and y'all don't have to press charges. But if she does something where you want to press charges and >> but I guess it has to be more than just picking up the kid. If she gets here and I guess it's verbal or something, she's picking up her daughter, I can kind of see, understand that. But she gets out and starts making confrontation with somebody, that's when I would say the criminal trespasser at that arrest. >> Um, so just to also document they were still transitioning when she came in. >> Uh, they were seated in roll call. The other coach let them in >> like open the door. the the mother the mother was knocking on the door >> and then Fraser came to the door >> and then she pushed past Fraser and >> she went on through >> even though Frasier told her not to come and I was I was telling her from over there ma'am >> trying to get her attention >> keep her from going into the jail. >> If you just want to do a supplemental if you have that video and put it in we'll do disruption of public school. >> I'll get it done. Someone's on the way. >> Are there kids in that car? >> Kids there's a baby who was just >> Okay. So, we might need to call Defax and if she doesn't have somebody that's going to come pick her kids up. >> Uh, are you going to hang out here? Cuz we can go drop her off and come back. >> Unlock it real quick. >> Hey, so is the person that's coming to get your car, are they coming to get your children as well? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, just wanted to make sure. >> Yeah, she going to drive my car and my keys and go to the house. >> Okay. I just want to make sure so we know. >> What's her name? >> Amma. What's her last name? >> And all the doors are locked here, right? They all stay locked. That's Ben. She she let she not open the door. >> Kind of like in Okon County schools. I think she's here. >> Is this her? Okay. All right. Give me one second. Okay. >> Okay. >> Yep. Hey, how are you? Just to make sure it's clear, you are taking the children with you, correct? >> So, I went to Aone County Schools and they stayed open for years and then the year I graduated, that's when they decided that you have like even the students had key cards to get in >> and uh well, that was at the high school level, but >> Correct. Okay. I just wanted to make sure that we had somebody to take them. Okay. >> All right. >> Is she still checking out the daughter? >> She's inside right now. >> She's still inside. >> They took her inside to get her way across. >> Okay. Miss Douglas, I think she wants to check out daughter. >> Yeah. >> So, she can go ahead and go with her. So, if we can go ahead and get her >> I know the baby was in the front, so the car seat's not in. >> Yeah, the car seat's not in. >> Yeah. It's not connected. >> Oh, yeah. Cuz she was just she was just out of it. >> All right. I don't know how to work in this proper. >> Yeah. I don't know how to do those. My baby got two months. I don't know how to work that. >> Hi, baby. >> She's got a >> Come here. >> We actually have like a week program that will teach us how to do that. >> Yeah, cuz I don't know this. >> Give me a little money. You put over here. >> Yeah. Here. Put it in the car over here. >> Put her in the car. >> Can we bring him over there to y'all? I'm going to check her out. Okay. >> She's getting all wet. >> This car seat is not for her. >> Yeah, I'll open it up for you. >> Can you grab that, baby? I'm sorry. Just we can get it out the way. >> I'm actually going to let the window down and let you talk cuz I'm going to come back over here and help them out. The that side will be easier. >> I know it's cold. I know. I know. I know. I'm so sorry. It's okay. >> While the officers worked at ensuring the kids were comfortable inside the cars before they were taken home, she was made to face the consequences of her actions in no small way. Okay, y'all. >> Of course. She's just getting that car seat buckled in because it wasn't buckled in and she can go back in there. I just didn't want it getting wet. >> Bye. >> So, someone let me in this side door. >> That I've got I'm in. >> Where's the other seat? Was it underneath it? I can't see over here. Thank you. Because this car seat isn't meant for that baby. >> You see, this is all they have. >> Yeah. >> It's what, maybe a one-year-old. >> Just sneak past you. Okay. >> All right. All right. >> She's a two. >> She's two. >> Is there no clips in it? That's why. Yeah. >> Well, this is a booster. >> How far are y'all going? This is >> right here, >> let's say, cuz she's she's technically too young to be in that. >> Where's the other daughter? >> She's in that car. >> Oh, the other daughter. Yeah, it's coming. Cuz this is for a booster seat. So, this is for like a like up to six years old, right? So, this is going to be too big for her. >> So, they're going to get them though. But, if you want to go and take her, I'm going to grab um go get that stuff for you. So, this >> So, I think they're checking check another girl out. I think that's what we're doing. Uh so, what I would do is just make sure you're uh one sec. We're getting another kid. >> Someone's here to pick them up. Can she just go ahead and escort them escort her outside uh the sixth grade door like that? >> You got to come buckle. >> So, she's in this car seat. Okay. That one's the little too that that one's a little too small. So, you aren't going farther. Just going across the street, I think. Okay. I would say don't go too far cuz really what we should do is just wait here for another car seat to get here. But that I think that car seat would be fine. I'm not certified for that stuff, so I don't really want to say yes or no, but from what I understand, that is a that car seat is too small or too too big for her. >> So, it does need to get a new one. Uh, I think they're getting the other children, other little girl out now, and they're going to check her out so y'all can get her as well. So, that's what we're waiting for. But, hope you have a better day. I'm sorry I met you like this. >> I have a doctor's appointment. I've been sick as a dog. Doctor's right there. >> Well, I hope you feel better. So, yeah, we were we were coming here to direct traffic for the kids getting out. So, uh, >> yes, we had a meltdown. >> And if someone put hands on my kid, I'd probably feel the same way. So, um but there is better ways to do it, but I I don't have kids, so I can't say how you'd feel cuz >> it's a ra You kid. >> Yeah. >> Uh in about 8 months, I'll know how it feels. But right now, I don't know, though. So, thank you. >> Yeah, those are one of those arrests that I'm not a fan of, but >> I I ain't no fan. I don't care. >> It is what it is. Just make sure next time we're going through the principal. That way we don't be like this next time. But I had to do so. >> You think I should have some? >> She was later charged with disrupting operations of public school. Like I saw it like she ran over her leg. >> But you were aware that you hit her? >> Yes. >> And you didn't stop. Why didn't you call after you hit her? >> I don't know. I just wasn't thinking about it. >> Put your hands on here for me. Okay. Like I said, you're not arrest just yet until we can figure out what's going on. >> On December the 18th, 2018, police responded to an urgent call involving a hit and run incident. A teenager, later identified as Jasmine, had struck two teens, Holly and Chris, with her car. According to reports, Jasmine had slashed the tires of her ex-boyfriend's car after attempting to retrieve her belongings from his home. When confronted by her ex and his girlfriend, she escalated the situation by deliberately running them over. Holly was left with severe injuries while Chris narrowly escaped harm. Without checking on their condition, Jasmine immediately drove to school to take a test, showing no concern for her victims. >> What hurts, man? >> My leg. your legs. >> I can't feel both of them from the knee down. >> Okay, I just need you to breathe for me. Okay, you got to calm down. All right, you're in shock. >> That was bad. Like, she ran her the over like I saw it like she ran over her legs, dude. >> Can you tell me what happened? >> I got my tire slashed. Right. >> So, we're parked over there and the girl came back. Are you hurting anyway, sir? >> No, I'm good. >> Oh my god. >> Okay. >> Did you see what happened? >> Yes. A white car just passed and then after that just hit her and then I just seen her flew back. >> Yeah. >> And the white car just kept on going. >> What was happening last night? Why is she so mad? >> They broke up. While waiting for the emergency response team to arrive and attend to Holly, some officers quickly rounded up the suspect at school. They sure were not expecting to meet one so nonchalant. >> Who's this? Jasmine. Okay, you're free. You can go back inside. >> We need to talk to you. Okay. You know what we're talking about, right? >> Yep. And I'll tell you exactly what happened. I'm trying to get my >> Like I said, I'm just going to >> It's your keys. >> I know. I'm just going to look. All right. So, we're going to talk to you, but >> I just want to get myself out of that house. And so, she starts charging at me and she runs in front of the car when I'm trying to leave >> cuz I still have stuff in that car. In that house? What? >> Who is she? >> Holly Griffith. >> Holly Griffith. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, walk me through what happened. >> Okay. I just want to get the rest of my stuff out of that house cuz that was my house and I paid the bills and then I moved back in with my mom. So, I just wanted to get the rest of myself out of that house. >> So, so you went there, right? >> Yes, I went there and I tried to get into the house and so I go back into the car and then I pull up and do a three-point turn and then she starts running at me and charging at me. >> You guys didn't exchange any words before you got in the car? >> No. >> You just tried to get in the house and you couldn't get in? >> Because I have stuff in the house. >> So, you tried to get in, you couldn't get in and then So, you just got back in the car and you started to leave, you're saying? >> Yes. And she started charging at the car. >> And then what happened after she started charging at the car? >> She like ran in front of the car while I'm pulling out. >> Were you aware you hit her? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Can I tell my mom that I'm with you, Dad? Cuz she's like freaking out. She's like, "You need to have my car back in 15 minutes." >> Well, hold on. Let me Let's Let me get through this. Okay. >> Jasmine was charged with two felonies, including aggravated battery with a weapon and leaving the scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury. She also posted a $15,000 bond 6 weeks after arrest with a pre-trial supervision order stating she must be on house arrest with GPS monitoring, can no longer drive, and also must undergo a mental health evaluation and have no contacts with her victims. She later pleaded no contest to the charges and was sentenced to 9 months in jail, 4 years of probation, a driver improvement course, 50 hours of community service, and a letter of apology to her victims. It even gets more interesting with this student who boldly disrespected a cop in front of her friends, convinced that there would be no consequences. >> See, now you're testing me. >> Well, come on inside and talk to me and I won't have to lay a hand on you. >> Oh, no. You want to touch? I'm not going to hurt you. >> Don't give me a now. Shut your mouth. >> Why did you throw it? >> I think we need to check for maybe cuz she's acting very strange. >> Too bad. And right now, you're disrupting everything that's going on right now. You hear me? >> Yeah. So, here's the thing. >> I'm on I'm finished my online class and I'm sitting here at lunch. >> This [ __ ] over here is telling me that Oh, you can't be here. >> It's not making disturbance. She's >> Well, she is now. >> So, hey, don't get don't get involved in this. Let me and her deal with it. Okay. Shut up. >> I don't want you to get in any trouble. >> Me neither. >> Okay, but >> I'm already getting in trouble. So why don't I just enjoy my friends? >> No, you can't do that because they're not because right now you're creating a disruption. You've got him here. We got her here. Okay. >> Despite having a cop with them, the kids were supportive of the suspect. She probably should have thought of the consequences of her actions before acting so difficult. >> Come on out here. >> I love you, my friend. Stand up. >> No, don't touch me. >> Stand up. >> Do not touch me. >> Stand up. >> Don't touch me. >> Everybody out. Get everybody out. You're hurting me. >> And then you probably should have thought about that before you decided to be stupid. >> Roll over. >> Stand up. >> My phone. Ow. Stop. Did >> you just throw my phone? >> No. That's your phone right there. >> Why'd you throw it >> now? Shut your mouth. Throw it. >> I think we need to check for maybe having cuz she's acting very strange. Can you test her? >> Yep. >> That is >> It's absolutely ridiculous. [Applause] Oh, too bad. Too bad. That's what happens when you resist. Sit down. >> Sit down. >> Don't touch me like that. >> Now that she was in his custody, she began to act like she did nothing wrong. Unfortunately, there was no going back >> for resisting and also for obstruction as well as campus disruption. What's [Music] come on? >> Don't do anything stupid. All right, have a seat. You want to check that trying to be helpful to you, but you had to go and do that. And this is where we're at. this other. >> Nope. But that was episode. >> Well, guess what? You shouldn't have stood up and came at me because that's why you ended up on the ground. I got everything on video. >> I >> You might not have realized what you were doing. You don't resist me. When I put my hands on you, it's for a reason. There ain't no reason for you to sit there and try to pull away and resist me. That's why you ended up on the ground. >> And you didn't try to get out of it, too. Well, you probably should have listened to what I had to say and I was trying to be nice to you, but you didn't. >> Until then, the kids still didn't understand how grave her actions were. >> Think I like doing this stuff? No. >> It seems like you're doing it twice, >> apparent. Yeah, I've done it twice because people don't listen >> for skipping. >> It's more than that. Do you not understand that? >> I don't understand that. >> Yeah, you've got a problem grasping your hand around that concept, don't you? When an adult tells you to do something here at the school, you do it. Simple as that. This isn't a hard concept. [Music] Hey, is Yianoff coming up here? >> I don't know. >> Yeah. Make sure she comes on up here cuz we need to do the discipline and uh parental notification. on. >> Yeah, you need to come up with Robert. >> Um, let me do it as soon as lunch is over.
