put me in handcuffs I left the car inside on July 26th 2023 officers responded to a Target following a report of a couple attempting theft the man had allegedly tried to steal the battery from a motorized shopping cart while the woman was seeing putting on store clothing in a fitting room and leaving without paying hey ly Police Department I need you to stay seated stay seated stay seated changed my clothes yeah yeah I know so you grabbed that shirt you grabb that skirt I can change it in my regular clothes and give it back so and then you you changed and walked out without paying for this off right so right now you are under arrest for theft okay um and you're going to go down into squal jail for theft okay for stealing the clothes not Lacy nope my suggestion is go to another city if we can do this stuff because we we lace seed books every single time you the and then your your boyfriend was stealing the batteries off the cart and then he took all those so he's he's also under so the woman was charged with theft and a misdemeanor warrant
