The previous day he assaulted her and confiscated her phone to stop her from calling the police. The next morning, the suspect barged into the woman's house and assaulted her before forcefully taking her car. Though the man managed to escape, it was only a matter of time before he would face karma. Just answer me that. Do you have a gun on you? Yeah, I got a gun. I need that other hand moved. I'm not moving. You said you have the gun on you. Slide it straight through there. I don't feel safe now in this place where I don't Not good. All right, I understand that, but I'm going to ask you this. We'll talk all day, but you got to show me your hand. You got to show me your hand. All right. We're not going away. Yeah, I got a gun. I know you're not. All right, but you got to show me that hand. Slowly. I'm not going to hurt nobody. The man was reaching into his pocket. As a result, the officers had every right to be cautious [music] and bossy. However, the bad cop approach was clearly not working. So, the officers were left with no choice but to switch tactics. Get the hand out of the pocket with nothing in it. Don't worry about us. Don't even worry about him. Are you able to at least meet us halfway if we give you the cigarette? Give me a cigarette later, I'm coming out. You got Yeah, it's right here. You got You got a cigarette. And I got back Where? here and she started dogging me because I didn't have time to stop and get cigarettes and drop her something off at home. I got to work. My phone fell off. I connected it to Wi-Fi. As soon as I connected it, there were a bunch of red lights at work. I got all kinds of messages saying dogging me, saying she's called the cops, this and that, blah blah blah. I could have just brought her cigarettes. How you want me to bring cigarettes back when I got to be at a job interview at 9:00? Did you go to the interview? Yeah. I got the job. I'm at the job now, though. where You're good. Come on. Sorry. You'll be all right. Probably a reason. Hey, you'll go down there and then you get another court date. You'll want to explain what happened with the whole people monitor everything. You know? It was good that they give you one of those things. We'll get you the monitor, get you out of there. You'll be aware of the protection order. And you'll know not to go back there. Yeah, I didn't know I had a protection order until after I got there and she told me that they were there. I'm like, why And then she allowed you to continue live there, but look, the first thing is just to come out. In the end, he was charged with domestic violence, strangulation, assault on a police officer, burglary, and vehicle theft. Continuing the theme of psycho exes, we have Chelsea, an eighth-grade lunatic who thought being a woman gave her the right to assault her ex-boyfriend. >> She came in again. I was sitting and she ripped me by my hair and threw me down. Chelsea. Okay, put your hands behind your back. You're You're under arrest for battery. For battery of What is battery, first of all? You physically assaulted someone. We have you clear-cut on video pulling a guy by the back of his hair. On June the 22nd, 2023, officers responded to a distress call reporting a dispute at a local bar between a man and his ex-girlfriend, Chelsea. During the altercation, the woman got extremely aggressive [music] and dragged the victim out of his chair. Upon arrival, the officers questioned the man and the bar owner to figure out exactly what had happened. So, I did one officer. Uh this girl comes in and she comes straight over to the bar and she kicks me sitting on the chair. This is the first time she's comes in twice. I'll show you all her information. I have That is the second time she came. Red hair, short, this long, Chelsea. Last arrested on 5:30, trespassing and resisting arrest. I told my security guard to go stand at that bar in case she comes in, but he must have moved. So, you want to This guy's ID? Yeah. Uh what's your phone number? All right, I'm sending you his ID right now. So, apparently she's been arrested uh recently. So, I'm going to show you two times that she's in She comes into the bar. >> It's coming out. It happens like 12 14. And she grabs the chair. Swings him around, puts him on the ground. All right. That's my guy. >> five. Let's just run off. I'll show you the one on the side, but then we'll Send them out. 14 female has short red hair. Going to be wearing a olive colored short sleeve shirt, short jean shorts, uh sandals, and a black purse. Told my guys stay in the bar. I do in case she comes back. So, she comes in again. Do you know if this guy I guess he's getting after it. Uh do you know what this guy wants to press any charges? He said he did outside, yeah. Okay. Um he knows her name. I guess they got some beef. She did something to him or he did something to her to make her want to do that. I don't know what, yeah, but something. So, I don't know. Um I guess she's already been arrested recently and I guess she's out on bond, so you mind rewinding that just I'm going to record the the hair one or the first one, too. She really gets him good. So, I don't have long hair like that. Grabs him by the back of the hair. Yeah. She really gets him good. Come on point five. Signal 14 female might also be wearing a long sleeve white shirt. The video footage showed a disturbing scene and proved that Chelsea was a total nutcase. While one officer reviewed the surveillance clips, another questioned the victim and heard his side of the story. After one of the encounters, I don't remember which one it was, but it was on the corner of the bar. I remember taking it off my head or something like that. >> Oh, okay. Like when you see the videos, like both times I ended up on the ground, she came up and attacked me. So I'm assuming you want to press charges for battery? I'm pretty sure at this point the woman is in a real problem to me. She doesn't see comprehension. She just got arrested on 5:30 last month. Love you guys. Yeah, they were sitting there, they were witnesses to it. Like I mean they were completely disrupting. We know everyone. We're all Yeah, bro. We can't When you see the videos, I'm pretty sure you'd understand my answer. I got to I got to get a yes or no. Do you Are you the homeowner? I heard that, officer. We're working together, but do you want to press charges for battery? I'm pretty sure at this point we need to. Okay. Let me ask you this. I don't want to be on tape though while I ask you questions. Okay. I'll go go it off. He doesn't want to be recorded. The officers already had everything they needed to make an arrest. However, there was still one more piece of video evidence that proved to be the final nail in the coffin. All right, this is the first sighting. Uh do you want to see the The time just one more time? I think even catch that video. Let's finish watching the video. She comes back in again the second time. Yeah. All right. All right, I'm going to go talk to him and see what he wants to do about it. Oh, yeah. Well, she got from behind grabbed me by the back of the head and pushed me and whatnot. That's the second time. Yeah. Yeah, twice. Uh so, what do you want us to do? >> [laughter] >> Well, I think at this point like just a restraining order or anything will be really hard to do. I think for my protection I know you guys aren't really for giving advice, but I think I don't want any problems. I'm not a problem maker. I got a lot of jobs in town. I'm a good citizen. I don't want this [ __ ] in my life. Uh so, do I twice I have to press charges? Do you know what may have caused this? Do you know what may have caused this incident? Well, it happened twice. >> Yeah. Do you know why she would have done that? She just got arrested on 530. Do you know why she would have done that? Trespassing, resisting arrest. Seems like she's really pissed off about life. I'm not an officer of the law, but she resisted you guys on 530, so Yeah, I guess I'm going to have to press charges. It's I you know You saw what she did, twice, right? Pretty malicious like Sorry, sir. I told him to bring his food on your property. Glad you're okay. Man, she had you by the [ __ ] out. He knows me. I come here all the time. I don't cause problems. Like I know you guys. I work security sometimes, you know. Do you know what's her name? I don't know. I didn't ask her. Okay. She just got arrested. I showed on the my trespassing, resisting arrest. She said Oh. Yeah, she and she's a like Would you mind filling out a statement for him as well? Um sure, yeah. All right, let me go get that. Uh she threw me across the floor, I guess with the chair, threw me down, something like that. The DJ came, picked her up off me, she got kicked out. 10 minutes, 15 minutes later, something like that, she came in again. I was sitting and she ripped me by my hair and threw me down. Okay. Is that about what you thought? Yeah, that's that's about what I pretty much I mean that's what I remember of it. Yeah. And you don't Do you know where she might be going or anything like No. No, I mean I don't know. I mean I They kicked her out and my buddy that works security here said as soon as he looked that way she came in and that was with the second altercation happened. And how do you know her? Uh originally I met her at Rock House Live where I used to work. She's working at Sabi Joe's. She's been fired from Waterfront Brewery. All the previous mentioned places, Dante's. I feel like there's one other one but I can't remember at this moment. Okay, I got it. Uh she was last got arrested on 5:30 for trespassing, resisting arrest of officers. All right. After confirming that the man wanted to press charges, the officers circled the area in search of Chelsea. But all these efforts proved abortive. However, the sergeant wasn't ready to give up just yet and swore to find her by any means necessary. Here's my business card with the case number on it as well. So if I can't find her tonight, uh probably end up writing a warrant for her arrest. >> [music] >> So After seeing the video? Yeah, would you happen to have her phone number? No, I'm cool. All right. Uh yeah, I'm going to let you go. >> Yes. Take you off that for a second. For sure, go on. Chelsea is not available. At the tone, please record your message. When you finished recording, you may hang up or press one for more options. To leave a callback number, press five. Hi Chelsea, this is Officer Gruber with Qwest Police Department. Hopefully you can call me back or you can call me back at the number and ask for Officer Gruber. Hopefully I hear back from you before uh this morning. Or else I'll start the warrant process unfortunately. All right, bye. Fortunately, the officer got a tip on Chelsea's whereabouts and eventually located her. The woman tried to play dumb, but the officer was on top of the case and was determined to put an end to it once and for all. Chelsea. Okay, put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Chelsea, put your hands behind your back. Okay. Put your hands behind your back. Stop resisting. What am I You're being under arrest. Placed under arrest. I have no idea why you're stopping me right now. >> illegal into the jail, that will be an additional felony, okay? >> Why are you stopping me? >> Okay. So, we have you clear-cut on video pulling a guy by the back of his hair. All right? Pulling a guy Okay, I can repeat this all night long. Pulling a guy by the back of his hair, okay? And pushing him to the ground. So, you're going to jail for battery. I'm going to jail for battery Yes. Okay. Resisting what? When I told you to stop, you did not. When I told you to stop resisting, you kept your hands in front of you, okay? What should I do? >> placed When you're placed in handcuffs, you put your hands behind your back. When a cop tells you to stop, you stop. >> you should announce yourself as a cop, and then maybe I would have understood that, eh? When I pulled up, you looked at me right in MY EYES. >> NOT LOOK AT YOU. I looked at you. I looked at you in your eyes and your cop car. >> friend told you that the cops are looking for you. YOUR COP CAR WAS Nobody told me anything. >> HAVE A GOOD NIGHT. YEAH, I'M GOOD. WHAT? Thought she was resisting, but I got her in cuffs. According to the caller, he tried to break up with his girlfriend, and she didn't take that news very well. Rather than cry or grieve as most people do, Tiana went into beast mode and wrecked his apartment, destroying all the valuables she could lay her hands on. When officers arrived at the scene, they spotted Tiana destroying her now ex-boyfriend's PlayStation 5. Wasting no time, the cops began their investigation. However, Tiana had a sinister plan to get out of trouble. HEY! GOOFBALL! GET OUT OF HERE! NOW YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED! I'll call the police! You just laughed at Get out! I'm calling you now. God, I'm literally calling the police. You just all walked up and laughed at HER BREAKING UP. HEY! Cover blanket, cover yourself. >> [screaming] >> So, you said What's that? However, even Oscar winning performers sometimes slip up and Tiyana was no exception. It was obvious that Tiyana couldn't keep up the act for much longer and eventually she showed the officers her true colors. Nobody's hurt, okay? No. Well, you can't stay here. I don't care. Call the police. We are the police. Okay, you can go before we take you to jail. >> No, you need to go to jail. We're not going to argue with him. Stop it. Let me go. Now, don't touch me. OH, WHERE'S MY MAMA? SIANA was a full-grown adult. However, with her childish tantrums and incessant calls for her mommy, one would think that she was a 5-year-old. Soon officers had enough of her annoying screams and finally decided to do what everyone had been waiting for. LET ME GO! >> [laughter] >> LET ME >> [laughter] >> LET ME GO! >> [laughter] >> LET ME >> LET ME GO. NO, YOU RUINED THAT. YOU HAD THE CHANCE TO leave and you tried to charge [laughter] him. But we just got to get through that quick, okay? >> [laughter] >> So, if you can keep it calm for me, we'll be good, okay? Cool? All right. All right, hop out for me, Tiana. Can you come back here? Over here. >> [laughter] >> Sit down on that bench for me. Thank you. Please. >> [laughter] >> You didn't even arrest him. >> [laughter] >> In the end, she was charged with aggravated battery of an officer, resisting arrest, domestic abuse, and domestic damage of property. Tiyana was clearly a danger to society. However, she was nothing compared to this woman who was crazy enough to threaten her partner with a butcher's knife. This is a picture of the butcher knife that she cut my clothes up with stuck in the pillow cuz she said she wanted to stab me with it. You both are scaring me. You're making me feel intimidated, both of you. >> WE ARE NOT MARRIED. I've never been married in my life. YOU'RE LYING. SERIOUSLY. On the 25th of January 2023, officers in Florida responded to a hotel after a man reported that his wife cut up his clothes with a butcher knife. Upon arrival at the hotel, they were met with one of the strangest stories ever. She's got a problem with alcohol. Okay. And this has just happened like so many times. Okay. She gets drunk and and then she just turns into She's been diagnosed bipolar disorder. All right. And so I've been as tolerant as I can about that. >> Mhm. Um but it's resulted in the past in me getting arrested for [ __ ] that I never should have been arrested for. Okay. Um and uh she's been Baker Acted like four times, dude. I mean, she's just she's a mess. Okay. And she took a butcher knife to all my dress shirts up in my apartment. I mean, one of them was like Egyptian cotton hand tailored in England. You guys are married? Yes, sir. This is a picture of the butcher knife that she cut my clothes up with stuck in the pillow cuz she said she wanted to stab me with it. Her shooting of a bird. I mean, she's just when she gets in this mood, dude, she's she's nuts. >> she at? She's out of the back of the parking lot. You want me to take you there? Sure, I've never been back there before. Okay. Come on. Just don't say anything to her when we get over there. The suspect was found sitting in a vehicle behind a parking lot. However, the situation escalated when she refused to cooperate with the police. Excuse me, ma'am. Hello. Police. Hey. Police. Do you mind opening up the door? Um no, I don't mind. Can you lower the windows then? We got to talk to you. Sure. Okay, can you lower the windows? Sure. All right. I can't hear you, ma'am. I need you to step out this way, okay? >> Okay, I heard you. Yes, you can. You have your hands that you can pull the door open. No, I don't you both are scaring me. You're making me feel intimidated both of you. I'm going to call someone. I'm sitting in the passenger seat of my car. I don't have the keys. I don't feel comfortable. Okay, ma'am. If you step out, we can have a conversation with you and we won't have to >> Okay, I can't I'm sorry. You can't hear me. I can't hear you on the phone. >> Right, because you're choosing to stay in the vehicle. So, you're you're only leaving us with the choice of having to break the window. Sorry, I don't feel comfortable. The woman was making her position more challenging than it had to be. Her denial just made her look more suspicious. Open the door so we can talk to you like human beings face-to-face. I can't we can't hear you. We have you're Listen, you're Listen to me. Listen to me. I can't hear you. You're a suspect in a crime. Somebody who's over there has a bloody toe, while I'm over here sitting in my car in the passenger seat with no keys. Are you joking? A bloody toe? Sir, you have the keys? I'm trying to get your side of the story, so if you can step out here, we can get your side of the story. Or else I have to go with what he's saying. Well, I'll I'll pull up his record. That has nothing to do with anything. No, no. Past records have nothing to do with anything. No, it does. It does, though. No, it doesn't. The officers would later discover the real reason why the woman acted so erratically. Do you have the keys? Oh, yeah, this is a game that she plays. She sits in the passenger seat when she's drinking, so that if you guys come up on her, she can't say that that you can't say that she was driving the car. This is she's done But she has the keys? I don't I don't want anything I don't have anything to say to you. All right, we're not leaving. Okay. Whatever, dude. By this point, the police had given her a last warning. Eventually, she went out of the car, but that didn't simplify things for the police. All right, ma'am. Go ahead and step out this way. >> you have any shoes or anything? I don't think so. No, okay. No, I don't think so. I don't I know. You have to step out of the >> No, I Why? Cuz I'm telling you you have to get out of the vehicle. >> the passenger seat of my car with all of my belongings. The woman continued to act proudly, but the joke's on her as she ended up crying at the back of a cop car. All right, ma'am. I'm going to read you something, all right? >> No. I can't hear you. So, I You have the right to remain silent. >> can't hear you. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. I need all of it. Thank you. Oh, it's so close. So mean of them to go. I had everything except for my toaster oven and my microwave. And literally everything except for my toaster oven and my microwave. I had everything but my toaster oven and my microwave. In the end, she was charged with battery and resisting an officer without violence. She also had another offense when she was on a pre-trial release, proving her craziness. Up next, we have this crazy felon who showed up to his ex-girlfriend's workplace and went completely nuts before racking up a whole plethora of charges. He's left his bag in there, which had a gun. Um Is the gun still there? He threw the gun in the woods. >> Sounds like he forced you in the vehicle, but you got in the vehicle willingly. Do you feel like he would harm you if you didn't get in the vehicle? I'm not talking to you. You don't talk to police? Cool. you're under arrest. You need to tell me why I'm being arrested. Right now, aggravated assault, motor vehicle theft, possession of a firearm. Charge me. I didn't assault Charge me, hoe. On January the 9th, 2022, officers received reports of a fight at a local bar. According to the caller, the dispute was between a bar employee and her ex, which quickly escalated to something serious. Upon the officer's arrival, the ex-boyfriend was long gone. Law enforcement questioned the employee to get more details in the case, and her revelations were the type that was going to shock the officers and leave them completely speechless. Did you call or who's? >> Yes, I called. Okay. I own the bar, but one of my employees I watched it literally go in her car out back. He came and got her car. Um her spare key, come this morning, got her >> Let me Let me check on her. Where's she at? Let's go talk to her first. All right. My kids are too. I was just going to That's fine. Thank you. Thanks, sir. Hi, ma'am. You need an ambulance or anything? Come check you out. Okay. So, what's going on today? My ex um I've kind of avoided him all weekend. He's been I've tried to break up with him, but he didn't have anywhere to go, so I've just kind of stayed away from my house. >> Okay. And um Would you prefer to talk outside? I know this is your place of employment. Okay. That's fine. You can go outside then. So, what what happened today? I know you I know you were trying to avoid him from the house, so you were here at work. Did he come here or did you invite him here? No, I So, this is my car. Okay. Um so my car I I had gotten here at 11:30. Mhm. Or 11:15. He He called me like 200 times last night, and I just kept avoiding him avoiding him avoiding him. I know he was at the house though cuz I have security cameras and stuff. I just didn't know I was going to get off work today and then just figure out how I was going to get him to leave cuz he didn't have anywhere else to go. >> Okay. And my the the store phone started ringing about 15 minutes after after I got here. Mhm. And I don't recognize it was his number, so I just was silencing him. Okay. And then my cell phone number called. And then it hit me. I was like Why is my cell phone number calling? And then it hit me that I left my cell phone in my car. >> Mhm. And then it hit me like, oh god, like cuz he don't have a vehicle or anything. So it hit me like maybe how like how's the how's the phone calling? So I answered when it was my phone number calling and he was screaming and going crazy. I looked outside the door and I and he's like dumb with the spare key. So he somehow got a ride here and then the was gone. And he was screaming at me on the phone and my car was gone. He was gone. So he left in your vehicle? >> He left in my vehicle. Okay, does he ever drive your vehicle? He don't have a license. Doesn't matter. Do you ever give him access to your vehicle though? >> If you do, it's okay. >> Yes, I mean I have Yeah, I have four keys. >> Okay. All right, so he's driving your vehicle. He can kind of come and go with it as he pleases. No, okay. All right, so he was screaming at you on the phone today and then he drove off in your car and then what happened after that? >> So I was I called my number back cuz he hung up on me and I couldn't even understand what he was saying. And then he I called him back. He was screaming at me. So then he said, you don't get out we're going to talk. We're going to talk about this right now. You're not going to avoid me. Whatever. Uh I saw him swing back in the parking lot. And so um my the other my ex-boyfriend is here with me. And so and that's who I've been with this weekend. So I told him to stay in here cuz he doesn't know you're here till you [ __ ] get that dumb with you blah blah blah. Just stay inside cuz he doesn't know that you're with me at the moment. Cuz that would just make things even worse. So I was just going to go try to get my key my car back cuz I don't want to I don't want to go to prison or prison or whatever cuz he's already going through a He's just got out of jail for 5 months for theft by taking a motor vehicle. Like cuz he did this just like took off in someone's car and >> Okay. So I go outside I told him to stay inside and I locked it was just me and him and I was the only I made sure the door locked, so he could get in it cuz I know I've known him for 5 years. Me and his ex used to be best friends, so he goes crazy. Okay. So, he returned with the vehicle. Did you confront him outside about the vehicle? Okay, so what happened at that point when y'all outside the vehicle? This story already painted a very bad picture. However, that wasn't even half of what had actually happened. The rest of the story was about to take an even more sinister turn. His girlfriend, he left his bag in there, which had a gun. Um Is the gun still there? He threw the gun in the woods. He was He was hitting with the gun, huh? He He took So, so when I first came outside he said, "I've got this gun." And I I said, "My gun's in the car." And so, I I I Sorry, I didn't You're fine. I um I didn't know how and he was He was parked right around the back of like first parking By the dumpster area? Yeah, but like right against the building. And he had the gun in his lap, and he told me to get And I was like, "I'm not getting in the car." And he started pointing the gun at me, and I was like, "I'm not getting in the car." Mhm. I'm not getting in the car. And I was going I didn't know what to do cuz he When he was He was sitting in the driver's seat, and he's pointing the gun As he like opened the passenger or passenger door. Okay. >> He was telling me to get in or he was telling me like, "I'll kill you. I'll pointing the gun So, I got in the car because of that. You know what I mean? So, I got in the car. And he took off. I thought he was going to hit the building, then he took off. And then like I I tried to jump out of the car when he was like right here, and he had the gun at me. And then he took the the the bullets out. >> Just ma'am. And he took the Go on, keep going. the bullets out, and there was nothing in there. And Okay, keep going. So, I I was trying to jump out of the car, and then somehow But ended up like tackling like he Yeah. He kept He kept grabbing my like feet. He kept grabbing He was grabbing your feet. Okay. >> Yeah, because I was trying to get out. You want to take a seat while we keep talking, ma'am? I know there's a lot going on. Thank you. I got him. I was just trying to get Change this to aggravated assault, please. Calm down. I got like I was cuz he kept telling me he's he's he's drowning. Like he was yelling that and I didn't even he's reckless. Okay. And he told he pulled pulled and parked the back again around the back. >> Mhm. And um he he hit me. I don't even remember when he hit me. Which side of the face did you get hit on? >> Right there? He like it felt like he full armed me. And he always would have been doing it that hard cuz he's a big guy. You swim? He just kind of like >> said that was with the gun he hit you? No. He Okay. All right. So, what did he do with the gun after he pointed at you and threatened with it? And y'all y'all took off this way. You tried to get out. You say he threw it in the woods, right? So, I kept telling myself the cops are I saw my boss. I didn't I thought it was just me and Joey still here. So, my boss cut out the side. When Joey at that point he was screaming. He's like, "I'm And I remember seeing Sandy and I said, "The cops are on their way." Like I know cops everywhere. >> Yes, ma'am. I knew and I said, "You need to give me my keys. If you take them just let me go get some Let me go get some I'll bring you to our back into So, is he is he sick right now, you think? And you haven't seen him in a while. You said he just got out of jail, right? >> So, he's been out of jail for like 3 weeks. Okay. And he's been doing good, but I haven't been I haven't been around him this weekend. Okay. I've literally only seen him this weekend. Okay. But he's got like he looks sick. Like he looks demonic like he he has white all around his mouth. All right. And his tongue was white. I don't Do you you said now you were talking about him you and yourself, right? Do you think he's actually ill right now? With how he's acting? Okay. All right. Let's take a break for a second. I know you got a lot going on, all right? I hate to even tell you, but it's going to be some repair-related questions just to kind of narrow everything that's going on, all right? Obviously, he needs to go find somebody to talk to, get away from you, not be around you or your employer right now. So, obviously, getting in your vehicle and taking a gun that didn't belong to you and then threatening to kill you with it. So, he's not in the right path or right state of mind. What is his name? What's his birthday? Do you know what? Do you have a phone number for him? I do in my I told I think he's got my old Okay. one six thousand. We'll check on that in a second. What is your name, ma'am? Okay, and your birthday? Okay. And this is your vehicle here? Okay, I'll be right back with you, okay? After learning what had happened, the officers received a description of the suspect and logged the complaints in their records. However, before they could pursue the suspect, the officers had a couple of things they needed to clarify. He's been acting crazy over the weekend, right? Where's your house at? At Nicholson. Nicholson, okay. So, you didn't want to go home because he's he's going crazy there. Has he been living there with you? Uh yeah, so we were best friends for five years ago. Um or not best friends. I've always been there. I'm like a big sister to him. Okay. We kind of a a year ago started a little bit thought we could have feelings for each other. We were both there for each other when we needed each other. So, then he ended up going to jail. Okay. And he I put him in jail. Uh he was in jail for five months. With county county county for probation violation. And he um He's been out for three weeks. He's been doing good, but I He doesn't have any family. He doesn't have anywhere to go but me. I'm literally the only person that that he has left in his life because he messed up with everybody over the holidays. He doesn't have any family. So, he's at the main right now. Yeah. >> Okay. I'm the only person I And I don't feel that feeling with him. He says he's in love with me, and I told him that I wanted to see, you know, to see where things went like once he got out, but those feelings are not there. Yes, ma'am. So, I've tried to tell him that this last week. And he's just not hearing it. He doesn't want to hear that you don't >> me. Yeah. Cuz he doesn't have anybody. Okay. I can't help it. Yes, ma'am. And I can't My we work together for 3 years and Get walking up in the gray shirt, okay. >> That's right. Um, he's a he's a good friend of mine and and him and him and I have been together for 3 years, too. But like uh I think because just to get me through this weekend so I wouldn't be alone. And um So that infuriates I mean I I mean >> [music] >> he assumes that He's very upset with me because he knows he's sleeping with me. And and I can't if I get if I if I decide to stay with me I can't like >> Yes, ma'am. cross that border friendship line. >> And he wants you to stay with him and obviously you're trying to cut ties. Okay. So I'm I'm going to kind of jump pieces just so I can get a good clarity and make sure we have what's going on today. No, you're fine. It's just we got to kind of piece it together once things kind of calm down a little bit. So super high Here's what I mean. Somebody's going to go into you with what you're telling me. So from what you're saying, so he showed up today, kept calling over and over the store. You wouldn't answer, so you got a phone call. >> like 200 times Yeah. Okay. So you got a call a phone call from your own cell phone. You look outside, saw him in your vehicle. He started saying >> the vehicle was gone. Okay, already gone. Okay. He hit me like spare key. Yeah. That's on the phone when he was saying Yes, ma'am. All right, that's when he was saying on the phone, "Ha ha, I found your spare key." or whatever, right? Again, you said he came back then, that's when you came out to confront him. Okay. Mhm. Okay. I didn't want to call I didn't want I only I told him to step away part ways. Just don't do anything. Like I said, just got to deal with that. I'll take my motorbike. >> Yes, ma'am. Took off and then both run it back. And then that was when he strung out on like get bad and that he needs to Then what I think he would do, but I don't know what's happened this weekend cuz I have literally have not seen him since the park. He's been working and being be staying from him. >> I have to stay away from him because I know how he is. Okay. The woman was clearly petrified and recounting the story took all she had. However, officers needed all the information they could get and their continuous questioning led to even more interesting findings. Now, let's get back [snorts] to whenever you were at the vehicle. You walked out to confront him after he drove back with your vehicle the second time the first time at that point he returned with the vehicle. When you got out here, did he just instantly point a gun at you or did the door open? How did that >> He He opened so he was parked out back. I came out this that side door and he screaming and he opens the passenger door front. >> Okay. The inside. >> inside. And On the phone he had said and I've got a gun too. And I He hung up on me and this right before he pulled back in I was like He's got a gun and I got to get in the car. This is before I even I knew for sure that he was gone and that he had came up here taking my car It's my with this spare key and I had everything that was my phone and everything that was in the car. >> He stole it before? And then she had called So, where do you live? Nicholson. Okay. And he stole it from Hawthorne and then it was or was he did he >> A car? You say it's has he stolen before? No, like the car. I know he's been involved in a stolen vehicle call and this Yes, that was what he just got. That That was um Yeah, that was probably 5 6 months ago. August. So, that's where he's been locked up for this entire time. That and probation violations here is yet. Okay. He was strung out really bad and he didn't have anywhere to go cuz I had I told him he couldn't be around me like that and so he was he was he was And he said he he said he His story is he hopped in the car that was running at the gas station or something or somewhere. >> Um all right. So, you got him out out back with you. I'm I'm He He pulled the gun, told you to get in the vehicle and you didn't want to. He had the gun in his lap and I was like What did the gun look like? It's got It's a What's it even the color? Can you describe the color? Okay. >> And it had it's really thick barrel thick barreled I guess. Okay. Like a big chunky thing. Yes. Okay. And he was screaming and he was waving the gun and I was still standing outside the car. It's like get in the car, get in the car, get in the car and I was like I'm trying to work. Give me my keys. Don't do this. Don't do this. Don't go to prison for the rest of your life over this. He made me this way. He's screaming at me. He's like literally like foaming out of the mouth from like like And then he was just leaning I was I was not getting in the car at that point. I was at the I'm trying to calm him down. Just please don't do this. Don't don't do this and he tried to put it in Okay. And then he and then I was just I don't even really remember. I stepped in the car and then he backed up and flipped. And we got in the whole thing and he was had the gun still at me and he said that he was he was talking crazy. And I don't even know where we were going. Was he was he making sense at all when he was talking or just kind of like babbling? Just like random? Okay. He was He's kind of rambling about stuff? And then he would bury me in the river and that he would and then I don't I'm not worth living. I'm not worth the car cuz I just got this car. It's the first car I've had since my divorce. It's mine. I have I have three beautiful kids that are with their dad so they're safe. Okay. Thankfully, it's good. Do you uh know so what you're telling me it sounds like he forced you in the vehicle but you got in the vehicle willingly. Do you feel like he would harm you if you didn't get in the vehicle? That's around I don't remember when he hit me and I don't really remember how many like I feel like it was yes. Okay. I was doing it to like to to keep him from hurting me. All right. I see you've got some bruising on your neck. Is that from something else or from today? Just asking. I just want clarity, okay? Uh all right. If you don't mind hanging out for a second, I'm going to talk to my partner real quick. We're going to get everything figured out. Are you sure you don't want an ambulance? I'm good. No. I'm fine. Okay. Do you think he'll return back over here today? >> I think he will. Okay. And he Well, I can I can tell you You're so scary. Okay. Um do this for me real quick. I know this is you're putting your personal stuff everywhere since he's came up here. and we're all up here. Can you go talk to your boss and see if she can try to get any video footage for me pulled up? If she can, just hold it. >> my spare keys, too. Okay, he's got your spare key, too. In the middle of the investigation, the woman's current boyfriend showed up at the scene. The officers found a gun in his possession, and an inspection of the weapon revealed an interesting modification that added a new layer of complexity to the case. Got an issue with the gun. What's wrong with it? I'm sitting on the serial Huh? I'm sitting on the serial number. It should be under the laser that And it is freaking >> Oh, it's plastic glued. It's got no serial number on it. So >> saying you can break it off? Yeah, I mean, he has a bill of sale where a guy says, "Hey, I'm selling my Hi-Point C9 with this serial number on it." He said it came like this to him, and it has a serial number. That's what I ran, but he said, "Yeah, it's like attached." He was like, "I planned on ripping it off." But it looks like he's taken some kind of plastic Bondo from like a car bonding to fix a bumper or whatever, and used it to essentially acid weld it to itself. I can't cuz I was like, "Oh, I'll just take off the the laser. It's probably just under there." And then I was like, "Wait a minute, none of these come with an actual tac rail on them anywhere." He said we can break it? Did he mean break it off to get the serial number? >> Let's go find him. Okay. Make sure we can Um real quick, I told him I was like, "To me, that's paramount to scraping a serial number off of it. I can't identify it." Go inside for now. That's fine. Yeah, if you want to get with her about the camera footage, we'll come talk to you in a second. Do you mind getting your boyfriend to come out here? What is that his name? Yeah. Okay. Can you see if he can come back out? We can just ask him one quick question. Hey, babe. Do you mind if we break this thing off to get the serial number? Do you want to do it or you want me to do it? Yeah, you can go for it. I mean, if you can get the laser off, Oh, well, that went off a lot I'd say it was shouldn't have been on there for Just just literally to hold it there, I guess. Well, it looked like he took some of It's like adhesive JB Weld. Well, it's like the freaking plastic adhesive for bumpers is what it looked like. Get your Gerber with you, little file. I can't I can see out of make out of five four or five three is the last four, but there's too much plastic wood up there. You might have to file on that a little bit, man. We're not trying to deface the the serial number. We're just trying to get to that. I mean, by all means. Yeah, cuz at the end at the at the end of the day, the last thing we want you to be doing anyway is carrying around a gun that's technically illegal. Yeah. And walk away with a Like I said, the rail was on it when I got it. Yeah. But it He had everything got all the paperwork here, though. The number and everything wrote down. Okay. Which I was planning on get taking the rail off of it anyway. Yeah. Now, did you witness any of this stuff happen today or did he do anything to you? No, he he whenever he got here uh and took off in her car and then come back, she went out and told me to stay inside and I was like, "If you need me, holler." But they pulled around to the back. She didn't want any conflict between y'all. Yeah. Okay. All right, I'll be right back, all right? The cops discovered that the firearm had a concealed serial number. This raised concerns about the current boyfriend's identity, prompting the officers to conduct a background search on him. In a shocking twist, it turned out that the current boyfriend also had an active warrant out for his arrest. However, before the officers could confront him, they received reports that the ex-boyfriend had been located. Law enforcement rushed to the suspect's location and had one goal in mind, to teach the felon a lesson he would never forget. 22, just find him. Get the car. So, what was that? We're both in the route. I'm here. You good, 22? Huh? You good? Yep, I'm good. All right, roll this side, all right? Yes, sir. Anything on your uh person going to poke or stick us? No, sir. Right now, you're a suspect for now for an aggravated assault. Just sit here. Okay. Okay, well, this was earlier. Okay? This was earlier, okay? What's your name? All right, I'll I'll I'll give you I'll give you I'll give you later I'll have the phone here. Hey, can I get one of my cigarettes? Can I get one of my cigarettes? >> that. What's your name? I don't care about giving you a cigarette right now. Simple. I'm not going to tell you my name. All right, I'm going to read you this real quick since you're in handcuffs currently detained, all right? You got it. Yeah, put your hands behind you. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? You don't want to talk to police? Cool, then you're under arrest. For what? I'll explain in a second. You want to swing around here? You want to bring your car up here real quick? Yes, I can. Which I needed if you would. Tell me what I'm being arrested for. We'll get to that in a second. Tell me now. What I'm being arrested for, bro? You need to tell me what I'm being arrested for. Right now, aggravated assault, motor vehicle theft, possession of a firearm. Um, we've got to check on the conviction of that right now, but uh, you know, Are you a convicted felon? Where's the firearm? You don't want to talk to me? Where's the firearm though? We have an full investigation we're still in the middle of. >> But where's the firearm? >> I'm not going to talk to you if you don't talk to me. Y'all can't Y'all can't talk to me, man. Yeah. That's fine. Come up here. See, right now it's going to be aggravated assault, kidnapping, motor vehicle theft. >> How do you figure, bro? Okay, that's fine. How do you figure? How do you figure, bro? How do you figure? We're going to walk down here, all right? Where's the Where's the Where's the proof of these charges? Do you understand what I'm saying up there? Where's the receipt? Where's the proof? Oh, you're just going to do one of these? Where's the proof? The suspect thought he could play smart by demanding proof. However, it didn't take a genius to figure out that he was guilty, and officers were hell-bent on showing him what happened to crafty felons who thought they could escape justice. Y'all show me the proof. Where's the proof at? Huh? Go ahead for 22. We're Where the Tell me where the proof at. Where the proof at, hoe? Tell me where the proof at. People, y'all know Y'all talking about me. I've got plenty of charges on him. Y'all ain't got nothing on me, [ __ ] Don't put your hands on me. Let me hear mine. Yours. I still have not not done over there yet. Y'all talking about [ __ ] Y'all police. Did y'all search him? No. I didn't search him. >> Charge me. I didn't search Charge me, hoe. All right. So, breathe. Y'all talking about me. Y'all better show me some proof. I'll put my hand on somebody. What y'all best do. Where the proof at, hoe? Oh, you Oh, you don't talk to convicted felons, do you? I don't care about the conviction at all, man. I got to look at it like I told you. Look at what, bro? What Where is the proof, bro? The keys are in there. I got the keys to her car in my pocket. She gave me the money. The keys are in her purse. She gave me She Y'all talking about. Y'all talking about, bro. Hey. Y'all talking to you, bro. Look, the keys right there, bro. Okay. Where is the phone? All your property. I want to make sure you get all your property. Yeah, well, let's leave them over here. All right. Before I start for that wrong I did, man. Huh? Before I start for that wrong I did. It's going to go in your possessions. Y'all, I want to wear it. Probably. >> No. You look Spit it out. Let go, man. Anything else on your person? >> No. Y'all searched me. Look at what y'all did to me. Don't touch me. Well, if you have anything here on your person, it'll be additional felony. You get Thank you. All right. Let's go. Get in. Get in. Where is my proof? Where Where is at? Go on in. Go on in. Hey, turn it off. Get in the vehicle. Body condition, no contact. Don't touch that. He just had spit all over it. Hey, have them strip search him. I'm glad I told you on the phone just before. Was he just sitting there? This is a different guy. Oh. He's got warrants, too. We got to go find out. He's the other boyfriend. He's the one that He's the one that had the gun, too. So, the that guy we just did on 95 stole this victim's vehicle. That guy had his high point in the back of the car. Gets the other girlfriend. Him? We're working on that. He's got He's got warrants right now, though. So, we're in the middle of trying to get video footage for the [music] aggravated assault and stuff on this. When they when he popped up back here, I was like, he's got it already. So, The high point? Um yeah, hang on to it for now. If you can come back over there, we're fixing to go to 95 with So, Yeah. >> [laughter] >> Let's go talk to her now. I I don't think he will. It seemed the woman had a talent for getting down with convicts. After arresting the ex-boyfriend, officers returned to the scene and set their sights on the current boyfriend. The latter was cooperative. However, if you thought this meant his arrest was any less dramatic, you had another thing coming. >> He's going to be a convicted felon, as well. We got him. We got him. Yeah, we just got him. I got your key back, too, okay? So, he had that in his possession. I want to talk to you for a few more minutes. If you want to like walk and stride, I'll come get you. I'm going to get video footage still. We'll kind of address something else in all right? Yeah, we're working on that still. Okay, I'll come get you in a second. Um question about the gun real quick though, all right? So, you said you bought it from somebody recently? >> Cousin, okay. Do you have an ID with you, man? I do not. Okay, any form of ID at all with you like an instant I have my old I have my wallet but I ain't got an ID. Okay. I'm supposed to go get one cuz mine expired. Mhm. After I tore it up and threw it away. Okay. Yeah, hold on. I got you. All right, man. Go ahead and turn around for me. You got warrants as well. Yeah, you get that last hit. >> You've been cool, man. Yeah, you've been chill the entire time. We hate doing this, man, since you're out here trying to help her but when it's warrants and stuff that's something we can't look past, all right? I understand. All right, man. You've been chill the entire time. You got anything hidden on your person or anything something like that? Okay. Well, if you do, it'll be a felony charge and you go to jail, okay? All right. Let's go and go over here. >> give her a kiss, please? That's fine. You can get real quick, kiss and get your stuff and we'll go ahead and get him out of here, all right? So I'll come talk to you in a second when we get that clarified. Um could I possibly write my number down? He doesn't know my number. >> We'll get that in a second, all right? Yeah. I'll put my number in his pocket. Look, it's going to be okay. I lost my ring. My ring's in You can go ahead and take it, that's fine. Love you. Love you. Save it. Thank you. Here's all of her stuff, all right? I'm just going to go ahead Her probation thing, you'll have to pay it for I get out. >> baby, I've got it. Baby, look at me. I got I got it. I love you. Love you. All right, I appreciate it. May you get both of your warrants knocked out. Kick your feet back out and just sit on it like it's a old bus seat. There you go. Okay. That was nice. What was the conviction for? Huh? What was the conviction for? Uh it's right there at the beginning. I think it's burglary. In the end, the current boyfriend was booked for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Meanwhile, the original suspect was charged with aggravated assault, kidnapping, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, theft, and battery. If you thought that guy was bad, wait until you meet this aggressive ex-boyfriend who got physical with his partner and made her so scared that she had to lie to the authorities to save her skin. So, you guys were in a physical altercation? >> No, I did not hit her at all. Sorry. I said she's mad. >> I said were you in a physical altercation? >> No, she's mad. >> I'm okay. Okay. What happened? Nothing. I was just I was drunk. And you deserve to rot in hell because woman is actually move. On February the 5th, 2023, guests at a hotel phoned in a disturbance from one of the rooms. Upon arrival, law enforcement met two eyewitnesses and their testimonies sent shivers down the officers' spines. Well, last we went there with her and then she was with her ex-boyfriend. She started getting mad at me, yelling at me. How long you guys been together? 4 years. Hey, Ashi. Yeah. We're going to need to talk to you, okay? If anything was physical, you need to tell us, okay? I was Do you have any injuries on you? Where's Where's the blood from? There's blood on her in the bathroom. I cuz I slipped. >> It was clear as day that the woman was lying to protect her boyfriend. However, officers weren't about to let things go that easily. The question wasn't whether they'd find the truth or not. The real question was when. It wouldn't turn on. You need to get that checked out. Do you have any injuries anywhere else? No. The shower just wouldn't turn on and I slipped. It wouldn't If something happened, you need to tell them. You cannot >> Nothing happened. I slipped and the shower wouldn't turn on. The shower didn't turn on and I fell. There's no reason to lie. I'll tell them the same thing. You can tell them the same thing, but I'm still going to call them. I'm going to I'm going to go out there and talk with him, but I told you what happened. We just had an argument. I know, but we can't have him talking and then you interrupting us. I know. So not only did I get called by somebody else in the hotel to say they heard screaming coming from this room, then your friends show up and say they got a call of their friend that said they were in distress. Okay, sir. You can look at my hand. I did not hit her at any point. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything. You can look at my hand. You've been okay. It was just like, you know, that's all it was. What did she tell you guys? All I know is that I got a call from her right here. What did she tell you guys? She told me that there wasn't anything. I only got a call at 3:00 in the morning. Yeah, we had a call. She just kept saying like, help me, help me, okay? And she's like she's like out with her before this. She's like her cousin, so I just like What do you What do you think about this? What do you think about this? It's a problem. I've heard about you guys. Can you stop? up? I've heard about issues between the two of them for 3 years. I genuinely think it was something that he did. I think she is lying because she's worried that he's going to cause issues. >> Yeah. Hello? Sabaki? Are you home? Can you I I'm sorry. I'm calling you back. Huh? I think she's calling like their her parents or something like that. It turned out that one of the eyewitnesses was the victim's cousin. When the cousin reached out to the victim's father, the officers continued pushing the woman for the truth. However, the victim wasn't about to come clean that easily. Uh he was texting other girls. So, did anything get physical? No. Nothing got physical? >> No. Okay. Cuz I'm seeing like the thermostat on the ground and Oh, that's not mine. I don't know anything about that. I came in here when I was upset and I was just like, I just need to take a shower and relax and the shower wouldn't turn on. Okay. So, you're telling me it was just verbal? Yeah. Okay. We were yelling. It got loud. They called two times. I told them, "Sorry, I'll calm down." And then my cousin called me to check on me. I told her, I was like, "Hey, what's up?" What's this smudge on your It yeah, it was probably just makeup. You want to look at it? Is that a smudge or is that a Oh, that's my makeup. I'm sorry. >> makeup? Okay. Because we were arguing and I said, "Okay, well, I'm sorry. We'll calm down." And by the time we calmed down, they came. All right. I'm just telling you if anything did get physical, this would be the time to tell us cuz things don't ever get better, okay? In these situations. I want to make sure that I've given you the opportunity to tell us what happened. Yeah, we were arguing. Happened. Yeah. Okay. All right, give me a second. Let me talk to my partner, okay? >> to my cousin? Yeah, you can I'll send her in, okay? Can I have some water? We'll talk to her again real quick. You want to go talk to her again? She wants to talk I'm talking to her mom really quick. >> Okay, well, she she wants to talk to you. >> Okay, that's really fine. Can you make sure she does not leave this place right now? Well, you guys are not going to give her a ride? Her dad is coming to get her. Okay. You can talk to her mom if you want. I can't I can drive her home, but she's not very happy with me for calling her Would you go with your Would you go with them? Okay, I'll go with you. Yeah. Tell her mom that you guys will give her a ride cuz we'd rather just get this done, you know? Um do you want Do you want her to come with me? I can drop her off at home. How did that happen? Do you want to sign complaints for that? No, I don't. Okay. Yeah, we'll we'll restrain her until Well, well, what is your number when you get a new one? I Your mom wants you to go Tell Tell her that she's an adult so I can't keep her here. We got nothing to hold her so it would be better if she went with you. No, I want to go home with you. Where? Wherever you're going. I don't want to go home. She wants to come to my I'm staying with my boyfriend tonight at his apartment. She wants to come to visit my apartment. You got to go You want your mom? She wants you to come home here. Her dad was maybe on the way, but I think he's going She doesn't want to sign. Yeah. You got to fight one of I can't I She's saying nothing happened and No, I don't. Okay. Okay, not right now. But what if he does? What if he bites me? What if he I can't Mom, I can't do it anymore. I don't even want to be here anymore. I haven't for the longest time. If you want to sign complaints for the broken phone, you can do that. Or if he did anything else, this is your This is your opportunity, but not anything out of vengeance. You just need to If he actually And he said for restraining order, but his parents his family forced me to take it down. His shirt's down? It's down. Hey, Torres. You want to just uh He still has me in Yeah, but Huh? She used to have an OOP, but um she says it's down. Yeah, she says it's down but you might want to just make sure. He's clear. Oh, he's clear. Okay. It didn't pop up though. All right. He used to because he's older now. Yeah, I I just want to make sure because that'd be that'd be better for us if She says it's makeup. Like, you okay? All right. If anything else like serious happens, you need to tell this is where you need to tell us. This is the report number. I mean, we can only document what you guys tell us. Wait, thank you. All right. So, we're going to walk through the front? While the woman was about to exit the premises, officers finally had a breakthrough that would turn the entire case right around. Are you sure? If you forget anything, you can always call us back and then By the way, >> Hey, hey, hey. What you deserve to rot in hell because woman is actually move and I hope your parents know that, too. I'm going to have to You said nothing happened, so please go in the room. I'm asking you. Bro, if you go in the room, we can like we get out of your face and everything. >> Yes. I'm going, sir. Oh, [ __ ] I'm asking you to go in the room. I know you're trying to I didn't do anything to anybody. Thank you. Okay, that's fine. Sleep it off, man. Wait, no. He wants Wait, no. He wants to say I was biting him. Okay, fine. Let me tell you guys what happened. Okay, can we walk to the front, please? No. Let him know I'm telling you. NO, IF YOU WANT TO TELL THEM THAT, I'LL TELL THEM WHAT YOU DID. I'LL TELL THEM WHAT YOU DID. I'LL TELL THEM WHAT YOU DID. I'LL TELL THEM. I'LL TELL THEM WHAT YOU DID. I'll tell them what you did to me. I'll tell them what you did. Everything. >> Let's go let's go talk in the front lobby. If she wants to tell us actually what happened then we can can take everything in there. Lobby straight up this way. Okay, so is there anything else you want to tell us that happened? I do. Okay. One second, I'm sorry. It's actually kind of goes a little further than just today. Mhm. Um We we were together for like 4 years and the whole time it was really abusive. Mhm. Um a year ago probably I had a restraining order and his sister contacted me forcing me to like get rid of it because it was ruining his life way to get jobs and stuff. And then after that he started like showing up at my job. He started showing up like everywhere I was with my friends. And then he showed up at my house one night and then um him and my brother got into a fight and so now he's trying to press charges against my brother saying my brother jumped him and all of this. And so he was telling me that if my brother was stupid about it, he did it in front of like cameras. After he showed up to my house he he told my dad that if my dad paid him off he would finally leave me alone. So that's what my dad did. And then um he didn't leave me alone anymore. And then he told me that on February 24th, which was a court day, that if my brother paid him for at least the hospital bills or something like that he would press charges against my brother as long as I was continuously like talking to him and like with him. So I was like okay like whatever. Like as long as it like keeps my brother from getting charges because he's been trying to get a job and he's 23. Like, you know, I don't want to ruin his future because he was trying to defend me and my own bad decisions with the ex-boyfriend. The couple's history was much more complicated than officers could have ever imagined. But despite all that had happened so far, the story was still going to take on more twists and turns. And then, today uh I wanted to see all my cousins cuz I haven't seen my cousins since 2 months because the past 2 months he's been blackmailing me telling me that like all this stuff and so I was like, "Okay, um I was like, "Is it okay like if I go to this Bollywood night with like my cousins and see some people like blah blah blah?" And he was like he was like going off on me. He was like, "You're a person. You just want to go to meet guys. Blah blah blah." Like, it wasn't like it wasn't that attention like intention. From the beginning, I like this whole time because he's been blackmailing, I've known that I didn't want to be with him. Like, I haven't been >> So, you got it in text message him blackmailing? I I don't have anything >> Not for me. I'm just saying you should file you should file that report if you have evidence of that. Mhm. With Glenview. Mhm. Because then that would help the case against your brother, you know? Like >> But he just broke my entire phone. >> but you can always get phone records. As long as you they can always subpoena that from the phone company. Okay. >> They're always there. Trust me. Okay. So, you can always get those messages back. Mhm. Um And then, today I was just But as long as you know those text messages came through, then you can file the report and say, "Look, if you subpoena these text messages, that's what you'll see him blackmailing me." Right. You have you have an iPhone, too, right? Yeah. Yeah, an iPhone? I do. Yes. Does he? Yes, he does. >> So, all iMessage is on. So, as soon as you get a new phone, it'll it'll be back. Well, he completely broke I can show you. I took the pieces of my phone >> No, but so how did >> that he [ __ ] threw at my face also. did >> argument happen? I mean the physical altercation happen right now? Um because I was asking him to leave me alone and I said, "If you can just stop." I just So I came back in the room. We were all fine. Um my cousin and her boyfriend came in the room. I gave her a gift that one of my other cousins gave to give to her. We were perfectly fine. Everybody was in the room? Yeah. You, him? Yeah, it was me, him, and them, too. We were perfectly fine and then they left and then he was just like He was like, "So what were you doing at the party?" And I was like, "Okay, well I wasn't actually doing anything like you know." Um and I really didn't do anything. I just Maybe I flirted with one person. I already knew I didn't want to be This party over here? He was So he wasn't He wasn't with you over there? He wasn't there. Oh. Because he's not Indian. He wouldn't understand like the music culture and then he's just going off on me. He's like, "You're a The only reason he went is cuz he went to go get I got it and I was like Okay, well he's been my only body for the four years that I've known him. So it's not possible like you know what I mean? It's just like if you If you've been You guys were here You guys heard this? Everybody left. Oh, they left by then. Yeah, they left by then and it got like super heated and I was just very pissed and I was like, "Okay, leave me alone for like 10 minutes so I can cool down because I'm angry at this point like you're accusing me and telling me like things about myself that I'm not." Mhm. You know? And this is like Is he staying in that room right now? Well, yes. He's drunk. He can't go home. Oh, well that's my room. So he shouldn't be able to stay in there for the first of all cuz I paid for it. Well, the thing is is it We have you We have a ride for you right now. Yeah, I know. But that's what I mean. Like he He like He made me pay for the room. He said the only way you can go is if you pay for a room so I know you're not going to go to another room. All right. The only way you can even go is if like you come back that by 12. But my cousin didn't get here till like what 12. So he was like fine you can go for an hour. By the time he got back he got into a huge he was just heated. He was drinking his Coronas. He was doing percs in there. He was taking So like I don't know. The woman had summarized the back story leaving a scary image in the officer's mind. Still despite the horrifying recount the woman hadn't even scratched [music] the surface of what had happened that night. And by the time I got in there I'm hiding under the sink in the bathroom and that's how he started breaking my phone because I called them. And I'm I'm screaming and I'm asking him to help. He took my phone and he broke it. And he continued to say he just kept shattering it and I was and I and then at that point I was like okay I'm sorry I'm sorry. I was just like I'll stop I'll stop. And then when I finally stopped and like I was just agreeing with everything he was telling me to do. He was just like he was telling me like I forced him to do this. I made him this way and like the reason she broke my phone is because I because the way I was acting and like cuz I freaked out and like if I didn't like yell at him and tell him that I needed time to myself he wouldn't have hit me. He was like me on the bed. He was I couldn't even breathe just the pillow he put it over my face and it was just like a whole bunch of and then I ran in the bathroom I tried to lock the door and the door wouldn't lock and he ran in and he kept going. He broke my phone he broke my phone. I was bleeding all over here bleeding on my hands. If you go in the room and see the tub there's blood everywhere in the tub. >> Okay but like how did it how did it first like how did it first kick off like He just he was just mad because I asked him to leave me alone. And where where was your position in the room like where were Um by the AC. Okay. Then I was right by the window like cleaning up the mirror. I was sitting not on the bed but on the floor because for me like when I get anxiety or I freak out I go on So, that's where I was sitting and all my stuff was under the bench right under the mirror, that's right next to the AC. >> I see it. Yeah. So, he was just arguing with you verbally and while you were on the floor? And he was standing up? I kept asking him to leave me alone. He got mad and he got frustrated and he kept grabbing me. Grabbing you like how? Like Like he would grab me, he would pull my hair. It's not the first time that I've been involved with the police with him because it's been 4 years. I He was [snorts] 19 when I met him and I was 16. So, I'm 21 now and he's 23 and he's about to be 24 and that's how it's been. Were they hitting or anything or they were just screaming? Both of them should go. So, one The guy was talking to her? Okay, so it was the guy was talking and the girl was screaming. But, what You don't know what she was I don't know what I don't listen. When I called, both are decent. When both are called, other people say these people are starting So, the first time you called, they were fine, they were quiet? Yes. Both of them, there was no screaming? Five to six time I called there. Oh, wow. Both are okay, okay, okay. We are not screaming. I say I will call the police. I am giving you last warning. But, say okay, okay, okay. But, the last time when I called, these are people who did not receive my call and hang the call. So, what was she saying the other times? Like you say girl say The girl said to me, I apologize. Sorry, I am not Sorry, you I'm going to give you all my information. She was like, I got it under We didn't know if she was having a mental breakdown or someone was hurting her. That's why he said, "You better do something here. This isn't just regular." Seems like she had a lot of chances to get out on her own. At one point, I heard the door open. She went out. I looked at the people. He's He brought her back in. I don't know. Were there only two people in the room? Yeah. Cuz it's not like a whole bunch of people. It's a lot of noise. It was noisy. Mhm. Yeah. The officers were initially ready to let the case go. However, the woman's testimony, coupled with eyewitness accounts, were sufficient for officers to reopen the case. Having heard from other parties, there was one last missing piece of the puzzle. Hey man. So, we want to talk to you one more time. That's all, okay? And you got to be honest with us because she's saying a whole bunch of stuff, okay? Okay. So, I I would recommend for you to be totally descriptive and honest about what happened. And I'm not saying anybody's lying. I'm just saying there's two parts of the story, and I'm just trying to make sense and see if I can figure out what most logically happened. She came back from the party drunk. Mhm. Uh she started arguing with me about something stupid cuz I didn't care about meeting her cousin. I told her She said, "How come you didn't meet my cousin?" I said, "I don't really give a Like, I don't care." And then she's like, "What do you mean?" This and that. She started spazzing out about that. And she's like, "Wow, you don't care about anything. First, you cheat on me, this and that." And then she started slapping me and beating me. And I pushed her off me cuz I'm like, "What the wrong with you?" And she started biting me. She's like, "Yo, I get off me." Like, I started I'm trying to hug her. I'm trying to comfort her. I'm trying to make her feel better. She starts biting me all over my arm, slapping the me. I'm like, "Push her off me." She wouldn't stop screaming, so I'm like, "Yo, stop screaming." I should cover her mouth a little bit. She's like, "No, get off me. You can't Get off me." And I I'm like, "Bro, like, what are you talking? You're screaming for no reason like this." >> So, you were on top of her? No. I was like, just telling her to calm down. I was right next to her. I was up next to her. Just that's why she bit me on the side. I was trying to cuddle her. I was trying to comfort her. I cuddled her. She started biting me on the side, everywhere. And And then And then she ran to the blah. You're crazy." And I'm like, "Bro, you're acting crazy right now. You're screaming for no reason." And I said, "Doing in the morning like you're acting crazy for no reason. Like I didn't do [ __ ] I didn't hit you. I didn't hit you. I didn't punch you. I didn't do anything." And then she's like, "You know what? Well, I'm She's like, "Call my cousin." I'm like, "You're crazy." She's like, "No, get away from me." Slaps the [ __ ] Slaps the [ __ ] out of me. Slams her phone on the ground. I'm like, "You're crazy." So, I slammed her phone on the ground. And then that's pretty much it. And she started saying, "You guys knocked." I wasn't trying to No, I did not choke her. Put a pillow over her head? I hit her with a pillow. That's about it. I didn't I hit her with a pillow. That's for sure. I hit her with a pillow cuz she wouldn't calm down. So, I hit her with a pillow like this. And then where was she Where was she? Right here. On the side. So, she hit her head right there in the back of that thing. I did not hit her at once, though. I hit her with the pillow. That's about it. You can ask me. I hit her with the pillow. I mean, you you admitted to you know, putting your hand on her face, man. Yeah, I cuddled her. No, well, keeping her keeping her from screaming. You can't do that. Okay? So, So, we're going to jail for this? Yeah. Okay. Can I call my dad? Sure. Well, when we get there, you want to tell him to meet us You can meet him at the police station. >> station is this? Just Skokie. Skokie. Now, stand up, man. Yeah, of course. I got to stand up. They they said I'm getting arrested cuz they said I I put my hands on her mouth. So, they said I have to go to jail. >> anything you ain't got supposed to have? No, sir. They said I'm going to jail, Dad. I'm going to Skokie Police Station. Next time I suggest you just, you know, leave the room or just I mean, I didn't hit her. >> You can either listen to her scream or leave the room, man. But you can't, you know, I didn't hit her. So, I'm I mean, you can tell them to be quiet all they want, but if they don't want to be quiet, you can't force them, you know? Okay. Put that in? All right, cool. Hey, this way. Yo. When the suspect realized the bruise was up and that he was finally going to jail, he switched gears and pulled an unexpected move. My My friend this week. Look, you better start listening to me, okay? Why are you pulling me? Because I didn't do anything wrong. You pulled away from me and got away, okay? This week. Cole. Yeah, but you keep trying to get away from me. >> I'm not trying to get away. I have cuffs on. Why would I try to run from you, dumb? You dumb. What are you talking about? Very good. You getting all hyped up. Stop. Stop. I'm going to jail for no reason. I didn't do I was I'm I'm I'm not supposed to fight back. Are you dumb? Look at her. Look at her. Look at her. Woah. Stop doing What are you trying to do, bro? Hey. Stop. Stop. >> Woah. Stop, man. Hey, look. Woah. I'm trying to get her to stop. I didn't do anything, bro. Stop. I didn't do anything wrong, bro. Relax. >> do anything wrong. What did I do wrong to this? >> You restrained her. I didn't do I didn't hit her at all. It doesn't matter. You restrained her. >> Look at her. There's no marks on her body, bro. What are you talking about? I didn't hit her at Yeah, cuz she knows how to do it. Cuz I know how to do her? Are you stupid? Stop being like that. I didn't do anything wrong, bro. Why are you doing this? Cuz I didn't do nothing wrong. Okay, but You can't break someone's phone when they're trying to call 911. She wasn't trying to call 911. She was calling her cousin, you dumb. about it when we get back. You dumb. I didn't do What's her first name again? I don't know, dog. All right. I was just going to say if you want to handle it like that, then that's fine, but Okay, dog. >> we can go the easy way, too. I didn't do anything. Okay. I didn't do nothing wrong. Obviously you did. That's why you're under arrest. Yeah. That's fine. I'm under arrest. Let me grab the paperwork. Yeah. In the end, he was charged with aggravated domestic battery, kidnapping by force or threat, and criminal damage to property. Up next, we have a mentally unstable YouTuber who was delusional enough to play the victim after threatening to weaponize her fame to destroy her ex-boyfriend's life. I am 100% mentally sane. He tricked me. Tricked me. I fell love with a stalker. Go to sleep tonight. Sleep on your pillow and know what you did to this woman. You tricked me. I don't want to make Says the world is my oyster in my crap. On the 16th of August 2023, officers got an unusual call regarding an influencer called Unstoppable Morgan. She had been playing twisted mind games with a guy she had been dating until things got really ugly. Calling to report [music] a crime. Okay, what crime? Extortion. Okay, when did this occur? It occurred online. I had called the FBI last night [music] and they told me I needed to notify the local authorities as well. Okay, is the computer at your house that this happened? No, it's being done by social media. Okay, what is her relationship to you? She's my ex-girlfriend. And what exactly was the extortion that she made? She wanted $400,000. She made a post saying that she got a black eye, but she didn't say how or that it was me. She alluded to it and made several other posts [music] after that and actually did again say she wanted to be {quote} paid out. She said, "Buy me out like the last chick you with. 400K." According to the victim, Morgan's fans would believe anything she said. At this point, he had no chance of winning against someone like her. No, I want 400K for my silence. I'll leave We had a a text exchange about her demanding money and then saying, "Well, I know you're broke, so I'll settle for 20K for my silence." What is she wanting for silence money? Well, she's claiming that she'll ruin my reputation. Last night at like 2:00 ish or so in the morning, she sends me some texts. Oh, she's still Still texting? She's still texting. That's the most recent text. She's trying to say that because of her antics, she's gained more subscribers and is making more money and then demanding 400k. She even sent her bank account screenshot with her routing and phone and everything. She's saying she wants some money for silence and then she started posting early this morning around 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. photos that apparently that she's taken down that showed that I had physically abused her. What's this unstoppable army? What is that? That's what she calls her followers on her social media platform. The officers arrived at Morgan's home in hopes of her clarifying the story. Unfortunately, it was only getting crazier by the minute. Hey Morgan, how are you? I'm okay. You're okay? What's going on today? Nothing? No, there was some some posts about your cheek and your eye. How How did that happen? Someone hit you? When did When did hit you? He got me like He was really upset. Okay. What if What if you talk to my to my partner with you? >> like just like my heart Okay. I I would like to talk about that with you. You know, just so we can make sure you're okay. Yeah, I'm fine. Can we come in and and talk to you? So, what So, that was What do you have a light? Can I turn the light on? What was the conversation he was upset about? Why the police still here? Okay. Anything else? It just started with that? Yeah, it's just like why are you still here? At what point >> like super frustrated. He yelled at me. Even though her story seemed fake, she insisted she had proof of what happened, but her evidence didn't really convince anyone. And this is all from yesterday when he was here? No, when he called me after. Oh, when he called you. Okay. Why are you calling me? You know why. No, I don't. No, you do. No, I don't. Please tell me. I was like looking at my phone and like looking at like 911 and like should I call them? And so that's why I was calling you. Like do I call them? Call them? No, I wasn't sure. >> you saying right now? What are you going That's what I'm saying. Like I wasn't >> What are you saying what you're talking about? Yeah, like I wasn't sure if I should. Like should I? Why don't you? What are you going to What are you going to do? No. Why would you call them? What for? Um extremely abusive and and threatening me. What am I threatening you with? My life. He's a nice guy. Like I said, I feel like I I didn't I stayed and like I'm still here. He doesn't deserve any action. >> Yeah. This was a big mistake. What was a big mistake? This whole thing. Like coming here or dating him or what part was it? No, like the the picking me thing. Okay. It was like just a big mistake. Has he ever been like violent with you in the past or physical with you? No, just verbally. The deputy steered the conversation into a different direction. This time her guard was completely down. So did you send him any messages or anything about any money? Oh, that was a joke. He gave his ex-wife 400,000, so I was joking. I said I wanted 400K over you. It was a joke. Did you Did you tell him that you were joking? He knows. He knows. How does he know that you were joking? Just by the context of it all. Well, I I read all the the messages and I've seen all the posts. They they don't seem to be joking. >> I know. I know what it feels like, but like he knows. What was it that you were referring to about about being silent if he paid you the money? You told him that if he paid you the money that you would be silent and just leave. What was that about? About that injury? And that And that happened yesterday? Like I said, I don't know. Okay. It's like very It's like very extreme. So, well, you you said that that happened after I would talk to you yesterday? >> Yeah. Yeah, I know. Some of those messages were before yesterday. What were those about about being silent and just leaving? Well, I I know that But when you posted the pictures, was that to imply like that he did those? Is that why you posted them? To hurt him? Is there a specific reason you want to hurt him? You You said that he's a nice guy and he's let you stay here. The reason that that you posted those to hurt him specifically? Well, that's something I have to ask myself. And so it's like this tit-for-tat thing going on right now where he's like, "I want to destroy you." And I'm like, What actions has he done to to destroy you? Threatening to He said that I need help. Okay. >> And I need to be in a mental institution. >> Okay. And he was like, "I'm going to make sure that you get there." Okay. And I was like, "Why would you do that to me and my dogs?" Do you think that's He's trying to destroy you by by saying that you need to maybe get some help? Do I need help? No. No. I'm 100% mentally sane. As Morgan realized he was facing a long time in jail, she tried to act at ease. However, her attempt didn't succeed. What Why do you hate him so much? Like I said, he he tricked me. How did he trick you? He he trick me He he told me everything I ever wanted to hear. Then like he forced me to come here and then I left and then he like forced me to come back and here we are. I just feel like such a It was like it was just me lied about everything. I lied about a family. I wanted a baby and like we're having unprotected but he's like let's not try to have a baby but let's not not try to have a baby and like he just fooled me. How many times did he come over here yesterday? No, he didn't come over. He's just been driving past. So he didn't come over at all yesterday? Like I said like I wanted to look at my phone and then the altercation but after that he's been gone. Will you look at the phone and then see when the altercation happened? Because yesterday when I talked to you, you didn't have the black eye or anything. But but now you're telling me that he didn't come over here yesterday so I just No, I didn't say that. I feel like I need a lawyer. You want a lawyer? You don't want to talk to me anymore? >> want to talk to you. Okay. Would it surprise you to know if I told you that that he recorded that conversation because he thought that there might be like some allegations so he recorded his conversation with you when he came home yesterday? Okay. And then the recording it doesn't sound like he was being violent or anything. Right. Is is >> He's so so Besides like the gross he thinks that he eats everything he does. So I'm here still he's mad about that. I will not just pushed out. Like most psychos, she chose to make the situation much more complicated than it should have been. What happened next was inevitable. I don't know what's going on right now. But he did say that he's been in contact with your brother and With my brother that lives in Yes, ma'am. Right. Of course he's in contact with my brother. Of course he's in contact with everyone that I know. I fell in love with a stalker. I know why this is happening cuz I know THAT THAT FAMILY OWNS THIS TOWN. But how dare you? You know what? Go to sleep tonight. Sleep on your pillow and know what you would did to this woman. This is exactly what he wanted. And now he has my dogs. Now he has my dogs. Now he has my dogs. If If you want, ma'am, we could We could call animal control. No, please, please, please, no, no, no. >> your dogs, we could call them and No, he'll be good. No. I know that's what you want. The long ride to jail was a nightmare as her emotions kept changing. This was a huge mistake. Wave hello and say goodbye. Can you please turn this music off? What kind of music would you like? Just nothing at this point. Just like but this is like the worst song ever. This is not the song I need to go to jail to. What about country?
