involved in a violent shootout with the officers qu touching me on October the 12th 2022 decada police officers and a mccon County Sheriff's deputy conducted a routine Patrol where they pulled over a vehicle driven by 32-year-old jamonte O'Neal the officers who confronted Neil are part of the police department's Community Action team which targets criminals with illegal guns the cops had been given a tip by an informant that Neil who had previously served a 15-year sentence for offenses that included gun crime were armed with two illegal guns where he had strategically placed one underneath him which he later reached out to during the stop Neil was ordered to show his hands and for some reason best known to him he failed to comply despite multiple clear commands his hands remained suspiciously positioned one of the officers spotted what he believed to be a handgun in the vehicle and the officers tried to remove the driver whose hands were hidden beneath him his respon extremely uncooperative and wasn't willing to comply with the police orders but to his astonishment the officers were ready to deliver the perfect cure for his behavior relax man relax bro T deployed the witness who made the call to the officers was concerned about kids hiking in the area due to a speeding vehicle driven by the suspect who had little or no regard for the speed restrictions when he approached the lady beside the road she started screaming at him an act that prompted him to make a call to the police when the officer arrived at the scene and began gathering information to understand the situation for some reason the young lady immediately started acting suspiciously forcing the officer to act right away it was clearly evident that the officer was about to encounter a very non-compliant individual and I came out because she drove down here like 50 m hour so I just came out to look and I can hear her in her car screaming at me without yeah you you don't get to leave right now I'm just trying to leave you asked me to leave you told me I can't ma'am just wait I'm trying to figure out what's going on just wait okay uh and I can hear her over there before I never
