On February 1st, 2023, Milbour, New Jersey detectives were working a lead regarding a stolen vehicle from two days prior when they attempted to stop a suspect who had been using the victim's credit card but took off running but was caught after a brief foot pursuit. He goes in and he runs it in the store. While we're watching, he walks right past the store. Cuz they said, "Oh, these guys frequent here." The store is telling us. While we run by, we see him. So, we jump out with him. ID ourselves. I have my body cam on. I'm like, "Uh, this is what we go to read him his rights and he just takes off." So, we pursue him down like a block and a half. And then, uh, he tried ditching a bunch of crack. So we got him for the the use of this the victim's credit card the possession of CVS resisting by flight and then Chris like destroyed his knees but we'll get him checked out at headquarters by an ambulance. So yeah he's good. He just tore his pants apart but we're we're all good now. As soon as we get a cage car we'll be out of here. No we'll bring it back to us. All right. We He gives us his ID and all a sudden he looks at us and just boom, he's out. Run before you get the ID. Put that in the car here. Get it. yesterday when the guys came up to us the supermarket, right? Your boy that you pounded, he said Monday or something, he gave you a credit card, he gave you the credit card. You went and you rang the credit card up. He said he ain't got no ID. So he gave you his credit card to run it, right? I just went and used it. Okay. Well, that does that make any sense to you? He's wearing a ski mask and gives use credit card says run for me. I don't have ID. Right. Right. So you use a stolen credit card. That was from a residential burglary. I don't know about that. Well, you're getting charged with the credit card fraud. You're getting charged with resisting my flight. You're getting card with the possession of crack cocaine. And I don't know what's going to happen yet for my partner, but you might get charged with aggravated assault. Please don't. You almost just got killed. I know. I'd rather please.
