wasn't a drug person at all like he got one wrong pill yeah but um so like I I've been going through it and I needed my little girlfriend around and I thought you know this one time I could come out and her be out and we could just have a good time I I've known she's never been able to drink and act normal so what I was doing I was trying to uh stop her from acting up we weren't fighting at all what do you mean what how was she acting up she just be running her mouth too much where to you or to everybody or what just to anyone she wasn't specifically running her mouth to anyone just like anyone and everyone you know just girl talking but like nothing serious and I'm just like you know Emily you got to shut the up and she just took that too far and I was just trying to protect her and so all four of you rode up in the same car what car did you guys come up in a Honda CRV what what's her name Emily but I'm I'm not trying to press charge I know I know I know I understand I'm just option you guys think I'm like drunk or something I I'm not I'm drunk but like I'm not screwed up all right let's start with your name what's your name I'm not telling you my name you're not telling telling me your name it's Emily Maxwell my dad's Michael Tod maxw can you please let me out of these GS they hurt my hand Emily what's your birthday 1130 2001 11:30 what year 20011 I don't know why I'm being arrested right now what let me let's start at the beginning you got you said you and your friends were messing around what what was going on with that just playing around we play fighting okay who who is play fighting ktie Ry I'm sorry who Katie you Katie sorry she's married Katie Rose okay so Katie was play fighting with who me you and Katie were play fighting just you two yes okay and I don't know I don't even remember and I feel like there's a bunch of people coming in trying to break it up was it was this inside or outside outside this was outside yes did those other people think you you were actually fighting you think that's why they came to try to break it up people were thinking we're fighting that's why other people intervene with us okay how how were you guys play fighting were you like wrestling or like squaring up like boxing throwing punches type thing boxing throwing punches I don't know I feel like I was on the ground somehow you ended up on the ground okay I'm not drunk please don't try to play me like I'm drunk because I'm not I never said anything about you being drunk you're laughing right now well you said you somehow ended up on the ground I feel like I would remember how I ended up on the ground okay so how'd that happened then if it were me I would remember but I'm not you I show up here at the end and I was asked to walk car okay so why am I being arrested I don't know why okay so then why am I in handcuffs of I'm being arrested no one did nothing wrong we were playing around okay but that's the only reason I'm here talking to that's why I'm over here talking to you is to understand what is going on we were not fighting we were playing around let me out of the cup please but other people thought you were fighting we were not fighting you said other people showed up think trying to break you guys up thinking you were fighting yes I don't know why we're just playing hey hey there's there's no reason to yell and scream okay how how good friends are you and Katie are you guys pretty close or our closest hell okay you guys are tight yes why are you saying tight and laughing like you think I'm messed up or something I'm sorry what why are you saying Katie and I are tight I'm I'm asking if you guys are close her and I have been friends for seven years okay so why would we fight unless we wereing around I I have no idea that's why I'm asking I don't know your relationship so why are you here why am F hand G right now all right that's why I'm as put your foot in the door no why am I put your leg down put your leg in why am I under put your leg in put your leg in my dad would never act like this with someone yeah he probably wouldn't act Max will put your leg in no cuz why am I under arrest what did I do put your leg in no it's hot in here put your leg it's hot in here I'll roll down the windows I'll roll down the windows for you why am I in here your leg in why am I in here I I don't want to have to hurt your foot by closing the door no you going break my [ __ ] why am I in here I don't understand put your leg put your leg in you're literally being mean is this uh Katie yes so what were you out here when all this was starting I was inside P off the tabs from what I've been told yet again n and I uh have to ask him were you out here no what everyone else is saying I mean you're not going to listen to a bunch of white beses but well I was talking to Emily Emily says that best they were they were fighting out here she says play fighting yeah but it drew enough attention that everyone was trying to supposedly the concrete anyway so if they did fall and it did you guys drove by maybe the perfect time but yeah I show up here after I was I Wasing paying off all their tabs so that we could get going no bad beef going on right now or anything so so the uh one with red hair her husband just passed and they got their kids like those two have their kids 247 have their kids no no no uh their own kids they're together okay uh Emily and trist okay and basically they finally had a night away from the kids so they're like let's go out we went bowling earlier all of us uh we decided like I was going to D everything like that get going and then things were getting like a little Rowdy cuz they were obviously getting really intoxicated so I was like all right best we there so I went I went to go cash everybody out came back out whenever I heard like Katie's getting arrested on all the all the drama yeah all all the drama so I signed that real quick got all that covered came back out but yeah there there's no be there or anything like that it was probably just play fighting like they said I already checked your cuffs I bro I am mared all over my hold that did you slip them I did not slip them I wish I could s they were not one at all why am I under arrest why am I under arrest that was about how tight they were when I put them on why am I under arrest cuz you're drunk and fighting in public I'm not fighting in public you're not now but you were not now but I was that's correct what do you mean red with us yeah are we are you going up the back side or the side door don't care I just need to wipe my nose all right we're going to go this way to your right I'm good you're all right they're get they're getting the cut out for you so you can just sit on that instead no I can't can you help me out what are you trying to do I need to wipe my nose I can't breathe do you guys have something to wipe his nose I can't breathe at all they're they're grabbing you something all right so the C is right in front of you if you spin this way and then sit you'll sit right on it there you go you can swing your legs to the right there you go I'll help you up you were walking away right when what part I I did not once you guys like showed up and pulled me off of her I did not walk away off no no I know that I'm I'm saying you guys were like arguing in front of a car or like where your cars are and then you walked away can someone please pull his hair out of my mouth please pull it out of your hair yeah out of my mouth brush your face y it's still in there yep thank you so much um but yes like she I was just trying to like calm her down and deescalate the situation and then she started it so like I got on top of her to try and deescalate and then yes she did try and start hitting me but she didn't lay one hand on me didn't physically hit me she tried how did you guys end up on the ground I tackled her I I I did tackle her so she was starting right some I I can't I honestly cannot remember what was said but I remember saying Emily shut the up and got her just to like just to like get her to shut up you know it was nothing ever physical and like I kind of like put my hand against her mouth at first and I like backed her up and she didn't shut up so were you standing up at that point yeah yeah so did you run at her in no no one ran at each other somebody walked away and somebody ran up to somebody else I watched that that's what got me into the parking lot that that might have been when Emily ran up on Tristan yes yes no Emily didn't run up on Tristan uh that's what I saw I saw Emily run up on trist either you walked away and she ran up on you or you she walked away and you ran up on her and then when I got out you both were on the ground and I I just remember punching you in the face yeah I just remember me telling Emily shut up and next thing we know we were on the ground I I don't know how it all played out honestly no but I just remember me and Emily like shut the [ __ ] up this is not the time of place and boom I took her to the ground cuz she wouldn't shut the up and she started hitting me but I don't care that she hit me that's my best friend that's my girlfriend you know it would have been nice while you see her on the ground and she's punching you in the face that all of your friends that are up there saying your best friends would went up there and broke you two up rather than us and then if we didn't lay hands on anybody then nobody would be in cuffs right any I know you can't I understand that completely I'm just saying I wish rather than they're just running their mouths that they would have broke you two up before it got to that point and we wouldn't be here I agree now I agree Tristan got pepper sprayed and he wasn't putting his hand behind his back he's all jacked up fighting and everything jacked up by I me and just I know I it's just that's trusting for you I'll tell you this is
