There are criminals and then there are monsters who take disturbing acts to new levels. But what happens when law enforcement investigates these monsters for their crimes and catches them in the middle of their horrific deeds? From having to intercept a crazy man while he was strangling his girlfriend after taking the lives of two other people. >> TELL ME about her. to having to nab a psychotic man who thought he could have a fist fight with an officer. >> Okay, I am a threat. I am a force in jail. I will I I I'm too intelligent, man. This is stupid. >> And having to deal with a woman who thought it was a good idea to stalk an officer. >> I'm not arresting you now. >> Now, now you're under arrest. >> Let's do this. Okay. I don't want to be raped. >> You're not being all recorded. Okay. Here are chilling stories of when cops catch disturbing monsters in the act. Starting with the infamous case of Kristen Chandler, an internet personality whose arrest quickly turned into an unexpected public spectacle after her devoted internet followers turned her capture into a bizarre live stream. >> You got a warrant for arrest. All right. >> Okay. >> You're not going to stop. You're not going to do that. >> Is there anybody else in the room? >> Spirit. Well, interdimensionally, you can't tangibly see them. Yeah, those are trolls. They're following ME FROM THE INTERNET. DO NOT RECORD THIS. >> I AM Chris Chu, your goddess, blue heart. >> On August the 1st, 2021, officers from the Henry Co Police Department were called to the Regency in Hotel to serve an arrest warrant on a woman known as Chris Chan, a notorious internet personality wanted by authorities in Richmond County for a very disturbing allegation regarding her involvement in intimate relations with her mother. What seems like a straightforward arrest quickly escalated into something far more chaotic. As the officers arrived on the scene, what should have been routine spiraled into a shocking public spectacle, turning the hotel into the center of a bizarre and twisted sideshow that no one could have predicted. >> She's right here. >> Oh, got to unlock it. >> Hello. >> Yes. >> Hi. What's your name? >> Uh, hi. I'm Christine Chandler. >> Okay. Can you come out for a second? >> Uh, what's what's the situation? >> What's that? You got a warrant for your arrest. All right. Okay. >> You're not going to stop. You're not going to do that. Do not bite. You will get tased. >> Okay. Well, listen. I will comply, but I want I'd like to clear up my I'd like to come back for my things. >> We'll get that all straight. >> Yeah, we'll get all straightened. >> And what about my van? And I'd like to put my shoes on, please. >> Sure, we'll get there. Just relax. >> I can slip into my shoes. Magic Cell Savannah. >> All right. You're just being detained right now until I can confirm the warrants. Okay. >> Okay. Hang tight. >> Sit down right here. >> Okay, I'll I will sit down. >> My shoes. >> Where are your shoes? Right here. >> Right over there. >> Is there anyone else in the room with you? >> Is there anybody else in the room? >> Spirit. Well, interdimensionally, you can't tangibly see them. >> A physical person. Is there a physical person in the room with you? >> Originating from this universe? No. >> I need to stand with my shoes on. I'm having an easier time doing it this way. >> I am complying. >> And uh that's my that's my set of keys over there. your keys to your car. >> Keys to the van. And yeah, my wallet's in my bag over there. The brown bag. >> What? This bag? >> Yes. >> Can I look in it? >> Grab something. Oh, that's uh one of my rings. >> I know. Can I look through? Can I get your bag out of your >> I have nothing to hide. Go ahead and look through everything that's in the room. >> Go ahead. Look at everything that's in the room. >> Go ahead. You have You have my permission. >> Okay. Just slip them on. They're going to give you flip-flops when you get down to the jail. >> Okay. Well, I identify as female and I would appreciate I would appreciate if I was respected as such. It even says so on my driver's license. Female. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Just making sure. >> Where's your wallet at? >> Oh, >> don't don't come over here. >> It's a duct tape. The duct tape wallet on the outside. >> There it is. >> Okay. >> All right. Just grab a seat. >> Okay. >> No. Grab a seat right there for him. Oh, my bad. >> Um, >> you want all this to go with you? Like your wallet or you just want your ID to go with you and your cell phone? >> Um, yeah. My wallet and my cell phone is over there in front of the ter box. >> Yeah, I got a cell phone right here. >> Oh, that's my secondary phone. >> That's your secondary phone? >> Yeah, I have two phones. One for the trolls and one for my home. I got two phones. One for them boys, one for my friends. You think I need two phones? I just saw. >> Yeah. Kevin Gates. >> There you go. >> Yeah. >> Hey, listen to this music guy. >> Nah, that's just a that's a popular one. He's a fine gentleman. >> It is popular. >> As the officers meticulously surged through Chris's belongings, one officer's sharp instincts kicked in. He caught sight of a growing group of people gathering just outside, and a sense of unease swept over him. Instantly on high alert, he prepared for the worst. And as events unfolded, it became clear that his instincts had been spot on. Something far more unpredictable was about to go down. >> Are you waiting for somebody to come to your room or something? >> No, I was not. I was only waiting for the uh deputy that I talked with earlier today from the sheriff's office in Rockersville. >> Okay. All right. You're not waiting for like anybody else though, any friends or anything? >> I have nobody else. The only reason I'm asking is cuz there's a car up there and there's two gentlemen staring at us. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> I didn't know if you're waiting for someone to come over or whatever. >> Yeah. See guy standing by the >> It's a besides the police department. >> Uh I was not waiting for anybody. I was not waiting. >> They're standing up there by the gas station. You know these people? >> That's curious. >> I'm just asking. >> I don't want anyone rolling up on me. >> Okay. Well, I would say question them because I am f I am famous and infamous on the internet. So, they may be video recording. >> So, >> I'm recording you as well. >> Well, that's much illegal in the room. >> There is nothing illegal in the room and nothing illegal in the bag. Please feel free. I have nothing. >> It's got a very very military style haircut. I wonder if it's Green County. Maybe >> it's rental. >> Hey, it's good. >> That would be something Green County. >> I mean, there I know there's a lot of agencies that use Reynolds for surveillance. >> I mean, like staring. >> Yeah, I know. That's why I asked him. I think he was stare all the time. Still like right as we walk up. I didn't see him there before. >> So, you you talked to the sheriff's Green County Sheriff's Office today? >> Yes. Did they call you or did you reach out to them? >> I reached out to them. I wanted to make sure my dog and cats back at home were safe and taken care of. >> I guess so. The warrant itself is not a surprise. You think, you know, there was an investigation all that? >> Yes, there was invest. Yes, I am aware of the situation. >> Okay. Did they say that they were coming to Richmond? >> Yes, they said they were coming to Richmond. >> And my vehicle, in case it wasn't obvious, is the blue Dodge Caravan out there. license plate says sign she wanted. >> So, just so you're aware, right now we're just confirming the warrant through Green County. Okay. That's why I said you're detained. Once they say that >> once they say the papers in hand, the actual arrest warrant, then you're going to be under arrest. Okay. >> Well, you didn't at first, but I'm glad you did. >> It caught me off guard a little bit. >> Yeah, >> that was kind of the point a little bit. As the officers were waiting for confirmation of the warrant to prepare to escort Chris to their patrol vehicle, the situation outside the hotel was escalating as the officers were on high alert. >> You want to take your necklaces off and stuff like that or >> um >> you got to take them off when you get >> Yeah, you got to take them off when you get to the jail. >> Okay. But the but Okay. The uh >> since they're not the only thing they were allow are like crosses for like religion. >> Okay. Well, if I may speak, the scient shape of the dye and the big yellow thing at the bottom there, that is my cross. So, >> okay. I don't know if they'll allow that one. >> It's my it and it protects me greatly. So, that I I will I am willing to take off the other two, but I really really need the medallion. >> Okay. Well, I'm just letting you know that when you get down to the jail, if you go to jail, once the warrants are confirmed, that you may not be able to to keep it. Okay. Just letting you know. >> All right. But that is my cross. Let that go on the record. They sign you. >> Yeah. Officer Officer Christian will tell them. >> I kind of want to have you go up there and see what they're doing. Like that's a fourth person. >> I mean, I would I want to go adjust them, but at the same time, they can kind of do that, but they're not obstructing at this point. >> I'm listening to you. >> You know what I mean? Let me just >> Okay. My heart's telling me too cuz I want to but at the end of the day >> I know sassy Nick wants to but said sassy Nick wants to but Officer Nick does not >> because my be like can I help you? By the way, if any of y'all has been feeling a punch like sensation on your leg, that is my husband, Magic Chance Son, you right on the opposite side of the universe fail. >> He's punching you while each just a gentle punch, but you know, he is here. >> Okay, >> you feel like he punched you first. >> Yeah, so I didn't, but uh you know, >> Mario. >> Yeah, you good. The arrest warrant was successfully confirmed and Chris was ready to be escorted to the patrol vehicle. But the situation had escalated faster than they had anticipated. And what they saw left them momentarily stunned. Faced with an unexpected and chaotic scene, the officers found themselves in a dilemma. Unsure of how to proceed without things spiraling further out of control. >> All right, let's head on out. >> You good? >> We're going to go. >> Okay, >> let's hold on out. >> All right. All right. May I have the other my earpiece tucked behind my ear just please? >> Okay. >> Oh, yeah. I do. >> Very well. >> All right. I'm not this way. >> I'm going to stay recording while we get the vehicles in case these people address us. >> Okay. >> You don't know any of these people? >> I do not know those people and I >> Yeah, those are trolls that are following ME FROM THE INTERNET. DO NOT RECORD THIS. >> FOLLOWERS. I think it's real. >> Oh my god. What is this? >> What's up, man? >> What is happening right now? >> This is going to be trending on the internet. They're going to post this online. >> Hey, thank you all for your service for real. >> Appreciate it. >> I wasn't convinced that those were like internet fans, but that confirms it. >> There you go. I mean, Google Chris Chan or Sonichu and there you go. I've been infamous and famous. >> Oh, look at that. >> Coming out of the woodwork. >> Good. I just saw you. >> That's right. >> Sorry about that. >> Where'd you see him at >> Regency? >> I'm going I'm complying. >> I am complying. I am good like this. >> You are. You absolutely are. >> And I am Chris Chasu, your goddess blue heart. And I continue to stand strong and I maintain everything with Quickville and my side shoes and rose shoes and everybody. >> About 3,000 people right now. >> How do you breathe? Well, >> let's not talk to them. Okay. >> Doing good. >> Yeah. I keep in good faith everything is going to work out. >> Feeling good. >> Let's not talk to them. >> Day. I know it's been pretty stressful. It's been stressful, but I've taken it one moment at a time, and I've got my I got my loves. >> They're everywhere. >> I don't mean that. We're surrounded. >> Go ahead. Where me? >> I'm searching you, not Chris. >> Well, I'll bring you the option there. >> What the heck is going on right now? >> This is the most wild call for service I've ever been on. >> You have anything else on you? >> I have nothing else on me. They're going to scan you into jail and if there's anything on you back >> little nugget of weed is a felony. >> I have no weed. I have no drugs I was consuming on me. >> Like I said, crisis me. There you go. I felt good. >> It's happening now. We're on the very last bread. >> It's happening right now. >> Why are you yelling? >> We're living it. The birds, baby. If you if Batman is your hero, you're going to you're going to meet him very soon. I bet you're never working overtime for us again. >> Certainly will. This is very >> Chris was finally detained and secured in the backseat of the patrol car, ready to be transported to jail. But what the officer anticipated to be a routine drive, quickly took a bizarre turn. Chris began rambling about her astonishing belief in multiple universes where fictional characters were real. The officer already baffled by the odd conversation tried to make sense of it. But the real shock came when Chris dropped yet another jaw-dropping statement that left the officer momentarily speechless. So I am married interdimensionally with my husband Magic Chan Sonichu and I am also married to Panh my brain went blank on the word there but anyway I am oh I am also Polygulus meary to Gazelle Roshu and Sana Roshu and the one and only Mewtwo the one that was cloned by Giovani's team in Team Rocket as featured in the first Pokemon In the end, Kristen Chandler was charged with incest. Moving on to the case of Bailey Edmonson, a 20-year-old man who followed the evil and disturbing footsteps of his parents and shed tears after being arrested for abusing his five adopted special needs siblings. >> Turn around for me. No guns or knives on you? >> Okay. Can roll down the window so you can get some air. >> Yes, please. >> Okay. On the 9th of July 2024 in the state of Ohio, a disturbing secret lurked behind closed doors. A family once celebrated for their selfless act of adopting five special needs children were now at the center of a horrifying scandal that would shake the community to its core. Officers were dispatched to a residence following reports of assaults and endangering. When the officers arrived, they were met with a scene that would haunt them for years. The five adopted children, aged 6 to 13, were found in a state of shock and physical trauma. According to reports, Bayileleyy's parents, Matthew and Charles Edmmonson, were monsters who tortured and abused these vulnerable adopted young people for years. The couple was arrested on a staggering number of charges, including young person endangerment, assault, and intimate abuse, with each facing decades in prison. Just weeks after his parents' arrest, their son, Bailey Edmonson, was arrested for committing similar atrocities against the same children. >> I'll pat you pat you down real quick. Okay, just turn around for me. No guns or knives on you, >> Bailey. I don't mean to be rude, but um were you born a male? >> You born a female? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what will happen? Sorry. Um once we get to the jail, obviously, you're going to go through a body scanner. You don't have anything inside you. So, I'm not going to pat down um below your waist or anything like that. Okay. So, once we get to the jail, they're going to check. Okay. >> Do you care? Turn around for me real quick and then >> Bailey, you need to explain. Can you lock your fingers for me? >> Can I give her my St. Christopher's metal really quick? >> I'll I'll take it off for you. I'll have her do it. Okay. >> Are not locked up. >> I will tell that. I also text your mom and you will be apparently tomorrow in court for your bond hearing. I'll be there. Okay. I love you, buddy. Take care. >> Do you need anything else? No. >> Okay. the doors. >> Okay, I will tell him all about the dogs. >> So, there's a cruiser behind this white car. Okay, Julie in front. I'll call your grandpa. I love her. >> I will. God bless you. >> Just get us back to me roll down the window so you can get some air. >> Yes, please. Okay. I'm sorry. In the end, Bailey Edmonson was charged with two counts of felonious assault and four counts of endangering a young person. As crazy as Chris was, she was nothing compared to Ricky, a true psychopath with no regard for life, who nearly claimed the lives of two people, including his girlfriend, through violent restraint by the neck, and yet saw nothing wrong with the horror that he unleashed. >> Get on the ground. Get on the GROUND RIGHT NOW. TELL ME A LITTLE out of here. >> On the 5th of December 2022, officers were dispatched to a residence following a chilling report of a man who had just tried to strangle his cab driver. With no idea of the danger lurking ahead, the officers arrived ready to bring him into custody. But as they stepped into the scene, they were caught off guard by an unexpected and horrifying twist. And what unfolded next left everyone on their toes. >> WHERE ARE THEY AT? >> GET ON the ground. GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON the ground. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground. Get on the [ __ ] ground right now. TELL ME for 197. There you go. >> Watch out. Watch out. >> Let go her. >> Let go. That hurt. Give me, baby. Give me >> Come up underneath. >> Up underneath you. >> He's got my leg. I understand that. >> Hey, Sam, help me. >> Get that arm out. >> Get your arm out. >> Put your hand behind your back. Do it now. >> Get up underneath here and peel it backwards. >> No. >> Behind your back. >> Do it now. >> Now peel that one back. >> He's got Lieutenant hung up with a leg. Go >> and get a cuff on that arm. I'm not going to cough on that arm until we get the other. >> Nope. Come up with that other side, Sean. There you go. >> Okay. Okay. >> Despite several warnings from the officers to surrender, the suspect remained defiant. In a sudden, chilling move, he turned on his girlfriend, attempting to strangle her in front of the horrified officers. A desperate struggle ensued as the cops fought to pull him off her. Finally managing to detain him, though not without a fierce confrontation. Before they could even begin to unravel the horrors that unfolded before their arrival, they made sure that Ricky was securely locked in the back of the patrol car, setting the stage for the shocking revelations to come. >> We have not searched him in any way, shape, or form. >> Spread your feet. >> Yes, I will. >> All the way out. >> Move in any way, shape, or form as please. Get your foot back out here. >> You ain't got anything on you, do you? >> No. Stay put. You want me to have him step back? >> Tear him off. Tear him off. Come on. Tear him off. This hurts. Put me in the truth now. Take me to jail. >> That's where you're going. >> Thank you. I need I need to eat. I need to eat. I'm hungry. I'm >> hungry. Stop. Stop. That hurts. Let me eat the cruiser. I'll get in there and take some sir. Please, sir, please. >> Got chap chapstick. That's it. >> Hungry. Hungry. >> We just got to do our job first, bud. >> What's your name? >> Good. Come on. Get me in there. >> Go ahead. Get in. >> I'm trying to. Let me go. >> Go. >> There you go. This [ __ ] hurts. >> Okay, we need to check on all our folks. >> Can I say something to him >> in just a minute, not McDonald's? >> Hey, let me say something. >> Give us just a minute. >> He need y'all. He supposed to take sight med and we're we're going to work on that. Let us do one step at a time. >> Take days because of him with that. >> One one step at a time. >> Get to the jail. Make sure they put him on. Did you see something? >> I called. >> You called. You saw it. >> I'm the driver. >> Okay. You saw it. You saw it. Did you see it? >> I got it. >> Did you see it? >> Did you see it? >> I just got here. >> He just got here for me. >> All right. I'm going to get everybody's statements. Y'all all good with filling out a statement? >> Yes, sir. >> Perfect. >> Did you see anything? Yes, >> sir. >> Did you see anything? >> Yes, sir. I was with >> Did you see anything? >> No, but I hear you just all of a sudden >> Are you Do you want to write a written statement? Well, I'll tell you whatever I need to do. >> Okay, I'm going to get you a statement. >> Stay stay right over here with me. Over there. >> Oh, I'm sorry. >> While the officers collected statements from witnesses, they revealed some shocking revelations about Ricky. >> Hey, I'm hungry. >> Hey, I'm hungry. >> Settle down. >> I need get to wash my hungry, sir. >> You stop that. I'll give you the biggest cheeseburger ever. >> Thank you. >> You stop doing that. >> He's got order it right now. >> That's my boyfriend. and export as a man. >> And then your socialist. >> Okay. Can you add that to your statement for me? Just that you observe him attack her >> and tackle her. Thank you. >> They need to be with him. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, can you come here? I need to talk to you real quick. >> Hey, I got her 14 for you here. And this is her statement. >> Okay. >> Okay. Okay. Who? This is you, >> Annabelle Moly. >> Annabelle Moly. >> I got her 14 as legible. >> Um, >> I think I came out about a month ago. You were passed out on the concrete, weren't you? >> Yeah, I have like my defibrillator went. >> Hey, I need y'all to check our guy, too. >> I'm under. >> Who did they take? >> They took another two. >> No, I'm across it at the uh here. Yes, >> that's my >> Oh, you and Ricky came to the office to call a cab. >> Yes. >> Uh, pulled in the parking lot and he got in and followed. So, you thought that was your cat? >> Yeah. >> She was mad and attacked the driver and she called the police. So, you saw him attack her? Yes. He going >> Did you sign a confirm that everything is the truth to the best of my knowledge? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> He got pinned. >> Okay. Give me just a second. >> Please, it hurts. >> I understand. Ladies, don't slap my foot in. >> I'm not I'm just going to get you out, but I need you to calm down and even know if you don't cooperate. I will >> or we're going to do it the hard way. >> Easy way, right? Yes. >> Okay. So, we have several things we have to do before I let you out of this car. Okay. We're going to get photographs of you and we're going to do beautiful swabs of you and swabs of your hands. Do you understand? Okay. But the minute you start giving me a problem, you're going to be introduced to the ground very fast and you're going to be hobbled. You want to be hobbled like a pig? Because that's what's going to happen next if you continue to misbehave. Do you understand me, sir? >> Step out of the car. >> Stand up right there. >> Take a [ __ ] hurt. >> Before Ricky was taken to jail, the officers took the necessary steps to photograph and process him right at the scene. Each snapshot captured the face of a man who had unleashed chaos, marking the final step before his journey to jail was set in motion. Put your hair up your face. Open your hands up. >> Open your hands. Open your hands. Leave them open. >> Look. Look. Easy. Relax. >> Give me the [ __ ] out of my >> Dude, you got to switch your hands. >> You got to turn your hands around. >> Uh, well, yeah. Do you know what happened here? >> You get one of the jail, dude. >> It's on the way. >> Go around the other side. And all that. >> Sit tight. Sit tight. Sit tight. >> Lock it. In the end, Ricky was charged with felony battery/domemestic battery strangulation, attempted homicide, two counts of battery, three counts of resisting arrest with violence, and battery on law enforcement officers. Next up is a case of Noah, a mentally disturbed man who believed he was tough enough to have a fist fight with an officer after he physically assaulted a woman, only to be shown who was tougher. >> All right, the fight. HUH? GET THE GROUND. FACE DOWN. GET ON THE GROUND. >> OKAY. I am a threat. I am a force in jail. I will I I I'm too intelligent, man. This is stupid. >> On February the 16th, 2023, officers raced to a local credit union after an urgent call was made about a disturbance that had erupted. A man, enraged and out of control, had unleashed a fierce attack on an employee. By the time the officers arrived, the suspect had already vanished. As they stepped inside, one of the customers who witnessed the assault quickly approached them. What the officers didn't realize was that this case was about to explode into something far more severe. >> That guy came out like I thought it was on his earbuds, but he was talking to himself about money and not they want this money or that money or something. I don't know what y'all's deal was. >> He's he's got some mental disorders. >> I figured after the fact. Um, and I was um, didn't want to come inside yet cuz he looked pretty upset, >> right? >> Obviously, he did what he did over here to this computer. >> Yeah. >> And then I was about to come in and y'all started coming out and I was like, "Oh, and then they asked me about my truck. Is that one of y'all truck? Are you with me?" I said, "No." >> Why is he by my truck? >> Yeah. >> Tell me if he's doing something to my truck. And then when he walked me out to make sure I was safe, I noticed the traffic cone wasn't sitting out there anymore by that RV. And then I saw the big dent in my truck. >> Well, let me handle this first and then I'll get your information. We'll go take a look at the truck and >> we'll bundle this all into one. >> Okay. >> Hello. So, I hear you got uh hit with a computer screen. >> Yes, I did. >> Where did it hit you at? >> It apparently hit my arm. So, I didn't honestly I didn't even remember it hitting me because it was kind of a weird moment. But right behind me and it's it's hot now. So now I was like, "Wait, it's so weird. It's hot right there." And she's like, "It's because it hit you." >> So, >> do you guys have good security footage in here? >> We do. Um, and just would probably won't be able to meet till tomorrow. >> Are you looking to press charges for battery? >> I don't want to ever see that kid again. Yeah. I mean, I I don't >> So if if to the benefit of the credit union. >> Okay. If you don't want to press charges, what we can do is issue him a trespass warning. U. So then if he comes back, he goes to jail. >> Yeah. >> Is that something you guys are interested in doing? Okay. Um, >> that's what I I would think. I mean, I haven't had a chance to even think about that. >> Ultimately, it's up to you cuz you were the victim of the battery. >> That makes sense. >> Uh, if it was property damage, it would be up to this highest supervisor work. >> Got enough going on in his life right now. I'm probably sure y'all are going to see him on that side of the fence anyway. So, >> yeah, we we're we're familiar with him. So, >> uh, I'll see if I can locate him and issue him a trespass. And besides that, that's all I can do for you guys here. >> I'm going to talk with her cuz I think we're going to go through and and handle that accordingly. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> All right. Thank you guys. >> The officer, having pieced together the chaotic events from the shaken victim and witnesses, braced for what lay ahead. Just moments later, the suspect was spotted. But little did the officers know, they were about to face a shocking and intense showdown. What seems like a routine arrest was about to spiral into something far more unpredictable and challenging than they may have anticipated. >> What's going on, man? Are you all right? >> So, you got charges. >> Hey, no, can you come over talk with me? All right. I'm homeless. Okay, I got you. All right, the bike. HUH? >> 134. Are you calling? We're fighting. GET UP. GET ON THE GROUND. I'M TIRED. GET ON THE GROUND. FACE DOWN. GET ON THE GROUND. >> I'M ON THE GROUND. >> RUN OUT. Can't by your back. I can do this one where you're at. Yeah. Bomb right here. No. No. >> No. Please don't. Okay. I'm going right. >> No fight. No fight. No fight. >> Relax. Relax. >> No fight. >> You're all right. Relax. 221 attack face. >> Good. >> Relax. >> Hey, my taser's out there somewhere. Oh, it's not real. >> Okay, >> relax. EMS. Give me I might have a little bit of spying on my system, but I have no on me. I have no I have I don't actually have any possessions. I don't have any possessions. >> Would you say you might have a little what? >> A little I probably don't have pine in my s. Honestly, I probably don't have weed in my system because of how much sweat how much sweat I've been pouring. I seriously doubt it cuz the last time I got checked in the Baker Act. >> After a relentless struggle and heartpounding chase, the officer finally managed to bring Noah into custody. But the real twist was yet to come. As they made their way to the station, Noah's behavior took a chilling turn. He began to spill unsettling details, each one more alarming than the last, painting a disturbing picture of a deeply troubled mind. What should have been a peaceful trip to jail soon turned into a disturbing journey into the depths of Noah's fractured psyche. >> And I'm not driving, so it's not who you are. >> I just want to live life without doing illegal things. I don't want to sell drugs. I swear to God, my parents think that I just sell drugs and I don't. I sell video games and now I can't even sell my video games because they don't give me rides. Like they're they're completely cutting me off. I I don't even know why. I haven't done anything wrong. I haven't killed anyone. I haven't pulled the trigger on anyone. I haven't stabbed anyone. I haven't shot anyone. Like nothing, man. I just want to stop heroin and sex trafficking. That's it. That's it. That's it. I just want to stop heroin and sex trafficking and political corruption. But let me chill out. Let me chill out. Let me let y'all do y'all's job, okay? And let me do my job as a citizen to keep the peace and not scare the out of people, okay? I promise that won't happen again. I I promise. Like I promise after these Mormons just came up to me, they just changed my entire life, man. They just changed my entire life. Please make make peace and go and go spread love right now. Like, let's go. Let's go. Let's go make let's go make a better world. Please, right now. I can agree to make a better world right now. If you can, man. Screw this. >> So many people have died, man. This sucks. This sucks. So many people have died, bro. I'm not stupid. They beat me. Like they they wave to me. Random people honk at me that I never know. Random people come up to me knowing who I am. Random people they like I'm a legend out here, okay? I'm a legend. This is Let's just let me be peaceful because like on on the real I haven't shot anyone or killed anyone or like or going and agitated. I mean, maybe agitate beef, but let me let me chill out and respect where people are from because I I don't I just I seriously just want to go home, play video games, or go play basketball, just be a kid again. I just want to be a kid and I don't want to think about this killing anymore. I just want to enjoy my environment that I'm in and enjoy enjoy the life that the police are actually helping us give. The police have improved a lot. The the kids love the new police. I swear to God, I go and ask these kids, "Do you like the new police?" They love the new police. They're like, "Hell yeah, we like the new police. They don't bug anyone." But when you throw a computer, how can you help it? But what if I don't throw a computer? Even though I I've what they did is extort me because I've paid them like 5,000 in overdraft fees. Oh my god, I paid them so much in overdraft fees, but they control the supply. That that is extortion, man. That is so extortionary. And they wouldn't give me anything. They wouldn't even get like help me individually or with anything. Like they were they were so rude. They were so rude and fake to me. But it provokes good people like me. Some things sometimes people people provoke good people like me. Like like when I got Baker acted, you know, the the kid the kid threw punches first. He threw punches first and yeah, I yelled some [ __ ] but like God, it's just words, man. Let's get over words. Let me just say, "Yeah, okay. Absolutely, Mor." >> At this point, Noah just couldn't help but keep going back and forth. Just before they got to jail, he made it known to the officer why he shouldn't be jailed, which seemed to be shocking. >> No, you touched me first. Wrong. Wrong. Sorry. Good try, but you touched me first. And you didn't give me a reason. And you didn't read my rights. You touched me first. You touched me first and you didn't tell me why. So, I defended myself. I legally defended myself. You will lose in a court of law. You will lose in a legal court of law. Okay? You will lose. Okay? Don't bring me to jail. I am a threat in jail. Okay? I am a threat. I am a force in jail. I will I I am too intelligent, man. This is stupid. This is stupid, bro. You did not read my rights. You will lose, bro. You illegally You are legally in the wrong, bro. I done I done took law studies honors, bro. Like, I done been through the system a million times, bro. You are legally wrong. >> In the end, Noah was charged with a felony for battery on law enforcement and a misdemeanor for resisting an officer without violence. Noah might be crazy, but he's nothing compared to Mihei Choy, a 35-year-old queen of crazy who went out of control after officers refused to arrest her for stalking another officer. >> I'm not arresting you now. >> Now, now you're under arrest. >> Let's do this. Okay. I don't want to be raped. >> You're not being raped. >> I'm being all recorded. Okay. >> PLEASE STOP. PLEASE. PLEASE. I WILL DO ANYTHING. I I'LL JUST GO HOME. I'M SORRY. >> Started stalking one of the police officers, subsequently was arrested for harassment. >> On the 5th of August 2022, a woman walked into the police station ready to file a report. She explained that her ex-boyfriend had been relentlessly harassing her and that she was seeking protection through a restraining order. But what began as a routine interaction quickly spiraled into chaos. Within moments of speaking to the officers, Cho's composure shattered and she suddenly lost control. The situation, which should have been simple, erupted into a full-blown crisis. >> So, I was told by the Cook County Sheriff that I could file a police report. >> They were wrong. We are not taking any more reports for you. You were right. >> You haven't taken any. So, now I'm a civilian. What is the case number, >> Mr. What are you trying to report? I am trying to report that I have T-Mobile phone records. >> You don't? >> Okay. Is this like some alternate reality where I have an email that you can't see? >> What are your phone records? >> So, this is the number listed. >> He claims text. >> We're done. We're not reopening this case. We are not investigating. >> There is no case because I haven't filed one yet. >> I'm not taking your report. >> Okay. I'm going to stand here till you let me take file a case because as a civilian, I have the right to do so. If you want to stay in our lobby, you can. But if you're disruptive, you'll be arrested. >> Okay. Let's put me under arrest. >> I'm not arresting you now. >> Now, now you're under arrest. >> Let's do this. >> Okay. >> No, >> we're okay. >> Okay. >> Don't stop. >> Stop. >> Okay. Enough. Enough. enough >> on channel 2. Can I get more help with this, please? In the lobby area, >> you under arrest for boundary police officer. >> Okay. Can I put this in? >> Okay. And then we'll get it all taken care. >> Relax. >> Okay. >> You want to do it in the front? >> Yeah. If she If that'll make her calmer, we'll Okay, you don't have to arrest me. >> You were under arrest. You battered me. You are under arrest. >> No, I I shoved you because you weren't giving me the right to file a police. >> We're also going to call the paramedics to have you checked out. Stop resisting. I will put you in handcuffs behind your back. >> We're trying to be >> We're trying to be polite to you. So, what's it going to be? >> I'll I'll remain cooperative. >> You are getting handcuffed where it's not good. >> I would like to not be handcuffed. >> You're under arrest, guys. >> All right. Just put her behind her back. We're done. Just relax. >> No, we're going behind in the back. Just put her down. >> Yeah, just just stop. You got to let go. >> This is ridiculous. >> Yeah, it is. >> This is racism. This is ultimate racism right here. >> Just let her >> ultimate racism. >> All right, put your hands behind your back. You are under arrest. >> Do it now. >> I'm sorry. I don't understand English. Could you get me a translator, please? Weren't you? >> The officer repeatedly refused to file the report Choi demanded, citing that she had already lodged the same complaint before and was simply being relentless. But instead of backing down, Choi took a dangerous turn. Frustration boiling over, she lashed out and attacked the officer who denied her request, igniting a storm of chaos. Little did anyone know this was only the beginning of Cho's escalating and disruptive behavior, setting the stage for an even more volatile confrontation. I believe in God the Father Almighty and his heaven and earth of all that is seen and unseen. >> All right. >> I got you, too. >> Stop resisting this. >> I don't want to be >> You're not being >> I'm all recorded. Okay. >> Right here. >> Okay. Well, if you're not gonna if you're not gonna file my police report, >> you just picked up additional charges. Resisting arrest, obstructing justice. That is true. >> Do not kick anyone. >> Seriously, you guys should put her on the ground. >> All right, get out. >> Okay, come on. >> I'm sorry. What am I being arrested for? >> Battery to police officers. >> Do you have a report of that? >> Yeah. >> I don't remember who any battery. >> What is the definition of battery, please? PLEASE STOP. PLEASE. PLEASE. I will do anything. I I'll just go home. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Please stop. Okay. Stop resisting and give me your arm. >> Please stop. >> Please stop. I understand. I understand. You can just now. >> PLEASE STOP. PLEASE STOP. >> GO AHEAD. >> Please stop. >> PLEASE STOP. PLEASE STOP. PLEASE. PLEASE. I UNDERSTAND. I understand. I'm not going to >> relax. Hold on. We're >> good. >> She slipped out this one. Do we have a key? >> Please stop. Please stop. Please help me. Please help me. I I'll go in. I'll I'm sorry. I'll go home. My dad has an issue. I just want I just want to go home. I >> I don't want to be I don't want to be in >> Okay, we got the parame coming. So, we're going to wait for that. >> It took four officers to finally subdue and detain Choi, leaving her with no choice but to surrender and appear calm. As she lay there, paramedics were called in to assess her after the intense struggle. But while they waited, the atmosphere took a strange and unsettling turn. Choi, now composed, began reciting prayers. The officers exchanged uneasy glances, unsure if they were witnessing the beginning of something far darker than they had anticipated. >> She roll on her side. >> Yeah. Can someone explain to me why I can't file my police report? >> I would say no. >> No one can explain that to me. But I'm filed for arrest for battery. >> Ma'am, stop with the legs. >> What am I doing with my legs? >> You're kicking me again. >> I'm kicking you. >> You You're trying to lift up your legs. >> No, I wasn't. >> Don't do it. >> I'm not doing anything. >> So, you're just lying for the for the police videos now. You're saying I'm doing things when I'm not moving. Maybe it's like my calf muscle that was like spasming. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom done, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. >> I'm sorry. Who are you? >> I'm Karen. I'm social media. I came in here to file a police report because I feel in danger of someone that's been harassing me for the past year. They refused to file police reports. Mr. Ad uh Commander Adante has instigated. He's, you know, hung up the phone on me, laughed at me. So, I gave him a shove, a slight shove because I felt threatened. So, here I am on the floor. I yeah, >> I don't anyone I'll go home if if I'm not >> The paramedics arrived and Choy was assisted up. She began explaining her side of the story, but it was later discovered that there was more to the story than she revealed. >> Ma'am. >> Yes. >> Hi. >> It's the fire department. >> Hi. >> What's going on today? >> I came in here to file a police report. Uh >> can you be calm? >> Oh, I'm sorry. I >> No, no, no. Would they let go you and you just be calm? >> Yes. >> Can you promise me that? >> Yes. >> We don't want to have to have them hold you down. >> Okay. >> Okay. Do you want to try sitting up? >> Uh yeah, if if I can. >> Okay. And then we'll be calm and just talk to us. How does that sound? >> Okay. Let's try that. >> Let's roll your way. Okay. >> We're going to roll you this way. Okay. >> Roll on your side. Sit up. Sorry. There you go. Right. >> Okay. >> So, talk to me. What's going on? Oh, >> so I came in here to file a police report and it's been an ongoing thing. Someone filed a false police report against me. I've been har I've been harassed by this person. >> Okay. >> I have evidence that they've committed a crime against me. >> Okay. >> No one in here so far has been able to file a police report. That's all I came in here to do today. >> Okay. So, how did they end up holding you on the ground? What happened? >> Commander Dante likes to play tricks on me. I've left him at least 20 voicemails. He he the last time I uh one of the last time I spoke to him, he said, "Hang on, I have another call. Call you right back as soon as you picked up." >> So, a little history, Miss Troy was arrested for violation order protection in March of 21. Um she during that time started stalking one of the police officers, subsequently was arrested for harassment by telephone to uh to one of the officers. She continually calls frequently. Uh she's claiming she wants to file a police police report. She's tried to do this in the past. We've repeatedly told her, "We're not taking a report." So she came in today unannounced. I told her, "I'm not taking any more reports for you." Um so she pushed me and then she started screaming quite loud. Um she has some she shoved me and she was screaming. Uh Karen probably heard her praying, "Holy, you know, our father." Yeah, she's under arrest for battery. Okay. Now, we may charge later depending on what happens at the hospital, but she's under arrest. >> It soon became clear that Choi wasn't the victim that she had claimed to be. She was actually the suspect in the very case she wanted to report. Though officers offered her medical assistance after the intense altercation, she coldly refused. From that moment on, Chie shut down, refusing to reveal anything more about herself. >> So, if you don't have any medical complaints, it doesn't sound like you want to harm yourself or anything. >> I don't want to go with the paramedic. It doesn't seem like you're any reason you have to go to the hospital. Sounds like you are under arrest. I That's has nothing to do with me, unfortunately. So, I just got to get some information from you. >> Sure. What's your name? >> What's my name? My name's Matt. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> Uh, my first name is M as in Mary. I H E. >> M I H E. >> Yes. >> All right. And what's your last name? >> C as in Charlie. H O E. Dan, do you mind if I check your vitals for this? >> And what's your date of birth? >> Is that all right? >> This is I have to get a refusal. So, we got called out. >> No, no. This is This is a refusal saying you you don't want to go to the hospital. >> 1223 1983 >> 87. >> So, before they got here, she had an utter meltdown. The screaming, saw the praying. That's not the >> in the >> You already know what we can and can't do with this. We're going to call the hospital and get it all documented. >> We should because >> Yeah. So she I relate to your part. So she came in >> she's obviously very upset. She turned around. She's like arresting. like we're not arrested. She's around. She shoved me and then just started screaming. >> Based on her past history, that's not her sister addressing the driver's license. >> Oh, I don't live there. So, it's >> Is this the address you want to give them? >> No, it's on my phone. >> You want to give us the passcode for the phone so we can get in there and look at the address? >> I'm sorry. >> Can we get the passcode from the phone? >> Oh, there's no passcode. >> Can we open the phone number for you? >> You're obviously handcuffed. You can't go on your phone. >> I mean, I can do this. >> No. >> Okay. Well, um, >> what do we need her sister's address for? >> That's a security. >> For what? >> From paramedics. >> Yeah, it's just on our in the medical paperwork. We need a current address if that's possible. If it's not Well, listen to me. We're not going to let you use your phone right now. >> Yeah, it's not a big deal. >> What about the address on your license? That's where you register with the secretary. >> Um, >> okay. Well, I'm not going to give that address. >> I refuse to give an address. And he said, "Napoleon, please put that down." >> The officers, concerned by Cho's erratic behavior, repeatedly asked if she needed medical attention at the hospital. But each time, she flat out refused. For several tense minutes, Cho seemed to believe she could dictate the situation, issuing commands to the officers as though she were in control. But reality soon hit hard. In a swift and sobering moment, she was made aware of her position. no longer the one giving orders, but fully at the mercy of the law. >> If there's any way that I can just be not arrested, um I guess that's the preferred option to being able to report a crime. >> Yeah, I I don't think that's going to happen. I think that that piece that >> So, if I go to the hospital, I would still be under arrest. Correct. >> And then they wouldn't let me leave uh with my own Correct. Like I wouldn't have the option to choose when to leave. >> Right. It's not a like this or that. It's a You can go there to to talk to somebody if you're really kind of feeling stressed out and, you know, angry and upset about stuff, >> but you still are under arrest. >> So, you still would have to come back here. >> Am I correct? >> Yeah. >> Um, can I choose what sort of holding cell I stay in? Because I know I'm claustrophobic. I know the holding cell here has like zero grace and >> Yeah. I don't think you can choose >> at when it comes to that point and I don't know if it's going to come to a point where you're going to sit in a holding cell, but we can work with you on on where you can be placed. >> Okay. Cuz they got give me the option. >> Okay. But that's I don't know what the next steps are. We're we're seven steps ahead of where we are right now. Okay. And so I think that the best thing for everyone here is >> we have an exam to make sure that everything's going well here and then we take care of the paperwork that we need to take care of and get you out of those handcuffs. >> What do you mean like well here? Just physicality. >> Yeah. You're you're f I mean when I walked in you were on the ground being you know restrained >> against my will. Yeah. >> Okay. Well, we want to make sure that you're okay to move to the next step. Like I said seven steps down the road if there's ever a cell there. We we'll cross, >> right? I guess if I was incurred any damage, it would die on the plane. >> Yeah. I I don't know. But right now, this is this is what we're we're talking about here. You don't want to go to the hospital or you do. >> Either way, like I said, either way, the police side is is that's a separate matter. If you're if you want to go to the hospital and speak with someone >> or >> who am I going to be speaking with at the hospital? >> A doctor. I I someone on the medical staff there. If if you feel that that's what you need and that's what you want. >> I don't really have any feelings about >> Okay. Well, well then what we have then is just a refusal that you don't want to come with us and then you could go and and and figure out the situation with the police department. Unless you want us to do something for you as far as the ambulance side. >> Do you want the ambulance? >> No. To answer your question. >> Okay. >> Rejecting the paramedic's offer to take her to the hospital, Joey was instead escorted to the holding room at the police station. And there was nothing she could do or say that would prevent her from facing the consequences of her actions. >> Then then that's what this gentleman was asking you that information just because we came here. >> Yeah. If I if I'm being put in a holding cell, I might call you again. So >> Well, again, it's >> not not bringing any bridges there. >> Well, you you're under arrest. So it sounds like you >> I could be put in a holding cell. He said I might not be. So >> no, I said we we're crossing that bridge when they come through. So >> So there's a few steps. So >> once I've put in a Yeah. No, I understand. >> Why don't we Can we clear up obviously if you need us again? Sure. >> You want to finish your stuff, man? >> Yeah. I just need a sign to remove ourselves from the situation. >> Is there any way will you be able to sign this with your handcuffs on? >> Um, could I refuse to sign? >> Yes, you could refuse to sign. Okay. Y Okay. >> All right. Obviously, if something changes >> Yeah, that'll be fine. Okay, stand up, Mr. >> Stand up. Okay, >> can you stand up? >> Uh, he just said to stay here. >> No, you're under arrest. You're going in the back. So, need you to stand up. >> Oh, okay. Yeah, please. Okay. Can someone help me? >> Yep. You ready? Okay. Swing your feet out so you can actually stand up. >> Like you're going to stand up. Bend up. Okay. >> Bend your knees. This is like really hard. Okay. >> Bend your knee. >> Just bend your knee and we'll pick it right up. Okay. There we go. One, two, three. Okay. All right. I'm going to pat you down real quick. Just make sure you don't have anything left. Okay. Walk this way. Hold on a second. >> Okay. So, here's what's going to happen. I'm going to take the cuffs off you. >> Okay. >> And you're going to sit here. Yes. Okay. If that changes, if we have to put handcuffs back on, we'll do it. Okay. You calm down a little bit. I think we can. This is doable, right? >> Okay. Turn around for me. Okay. Swing that around for me. Okay, take a seat. Okay. In the end, Choi was charged with battery on a police officer.
