and another girl and Jerry went outside and then the next thing you know he throws it in reverse so in the video camera you saw him in the car M you heard the video heard the car turn on I yeah I can see yeah I can see it go into reverse and Chuck wasn't here get up every day and then he backs up he didn't know that he took your car in you didn't give anybody permission to get take your car he then you were looking at the video camera in the parking lot you saw him enter I saw the car did you see him enter the car no but I I stood right here when he drove right by me okay so you saw on the camera you saw the lights come you saw the lights on the silver Equinox come on put in reverse and he drove past you and right here and we were right outside the door and it was the gentleman that left the building yep so you ided him through the picture I showed you and that is your vehicle that you saw and you didn't give him obviously you didn't tell him that he could take the car you don't know the guy at all absolutely not 100% I I did not 27-year-old Turner beer Nick was arrested on charges of third offense ow operating while intoxicated causing substantial injury to an officer operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent resisting obstructing arrest felony bail jumping and five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping
