on February 17th 2023 officers responded to a residence following a report of a battery incident who is it Police Department open up come out come out is there a mail inside no who's here me who else is here with you no one where's the mail at there is no one fuing don't yell at me don't push your face my mou I haven't done yes you have out I haven't done a goddamn thing come outside there's no one else in here [ __ ] grab my sh I hav't done [ __ ] I got you what the [ __ ] I have a cigarette in my hand and you're burning my back you are burning my back don't get cuffs what the [ __ ] I haven't done jack [ __ ] why are you putting hand on because you were told to step out we got report of a battery and you got us there's nobody else here [ __ ] well I don't know why you started yelling but I was asking questions I was here to do a welfare check who else because I didn't do and you were acting like a come you know she has blood on her hands so she from that was from before she already had it on her hands when she answered the door maybe me to head you [ __ ] tackle me down to the floor there's nobody else here don't tell me to stop talking there's nobody here stop handcuffs on me for one warning she been warn all right charge that she I asked her to step out and she started screaming so I went to put her in cups and she pull away we had to tackle no that is not and midnight I didn't do so just there's like broken wood and stuff all over the floor over here she's obviously covered and looks like some kind of fluid so covered in what kind of fluid when I came out the door when I was spitting your back it's on your back what is on my back there is nothing here there's no one else here she had when she answered the door she had blood on her hands too so there's been some kind of where the blood on my hands check the apartment do a Ware check make sure there's nobody else there's no one else the apartment El is here make yourself known now yeah she's going to stay with me I didn't do a goddamn thing that's not very nice call people names there's no one else here we have to check okay yeah that's great but there's no one else here and they're treating me like Police Department make your known so I'm going to explain something I haven't done so okay you can in confusion I can explain this to you I'm not going to waste my breath you're not going to listen free God dang looks like a foot or a head yeah I understand that I did I did do that I came out okay and when we go to these things everyone gets detained until we figure out what's going on there's a hug there's a huge hole in the bathroom door like it was just kicked that's what all the that was it has been there for 6 months the door knob went through the wall okay we're talking about the hole in the door okay what is that about the hole in the door that was somebody downstairs okay I have different I have neighbors I'm going to go around why on Earth are they Bing on the do work okay they may hey you see this alcohol fresh alcohol all the way up and down the walls in the door whatever happened here hey buddy are you Jason hey what's going on Jason um nothing um my girlfriend was acting like really irrational she's drinking a lot and stuff and um she um was trying to do a bunch of different things to me and her son was here earlier and he left and he wanted me to go with him and stuff and I'm like she's in the bedroom I'll just leave her alone and stuff and she started getting really angry in there and was drinking more and she just kept drinking and drinking and okay finally she came in there um to the living room and I said I'm going to like be around you um while you've been drinking and stuff so I went to the bathroom and she started kicking it in and um I was uh charging a battery um because I had the uh my charger upstairs yeah and uh she took the battery and was trying to get into the bathroom with the battery um like trying to bash in the door when I was on the other side okay your hair is really wet are you injured is it is my hair WWE yeah um uh I don't know you sweating maybe or did you spill something on it oh she uh she p her drink all over me not one but two of them okay and I was in the bathroom um but I have it all over me for where she just poured it over me and stuff and okay un your jacket a little more did she hit you at all or anything I don't know um but she yeah actually she she tried to hit me with the bucket uh and stuff and she tried to hit me with the battery but I mean I didn't let her hurt me or anything um what happened to the door in the bathroom I she I was on the other side of it I was in the bathroom and she uh was using the battery to try to get to me um and I kept telling her to stop and stop and stop she just kept doing over and over and over and over again and um so um she went into the other room I don't know if she was tired or what like to the bedroom again and that's when I went outside and when I was or that's when I went downstairs and when I walked downstairs she threw a drink at me and it's all over the the glass yeah we saw that came to drink the the police going to be here and and and I I was praying and stuff and she just wouldn't stop and you can Z your jack back up man so you're not you're not cold yes sir I asked to get uh clothes and stuff like that and um like like yeah before like um but she threw the Glide and I just um kind of took off her her went and stuff and kind of got here and was you know just wishing like she would calm down or whatever or call me and or I think I even left my I left my phone in there do you live here excuse me do you live here yes yes sir we both live together okay her son was here to to see her acting like that and stuff and he left and asked me to go with him is he how long ago did he leave um maybe 20 minutes ago 20 minutes ago if that maybe 20es ago did she you sure she didn't hit you in your face or anything um or anything hit you in the face um something but I mean uh I I I didn't get like struck by her or anything I mean okay she I I didn't get hit by anything can you smile for me too okay just make sure you don't have any blood on your teeth or anything okay well let me see your hands real quick too so but I I wanted to call her mom and that's what like um what triggered her I think was when I said I want to call her mom because I need some advice how to calm her down cuz she was um you know kicking the door and stuff and and she wouldn't stop and but when she went to the other room that's when I saw my a chance to to leave and um so you guys just been drinking a night I I made a drink one earlier I didn't even finish it so she's been drinking a lot a lot sir so and I kept tell I'm going to ask you okay because now obviously in this situation okay like I can't charge anybody for anything else or even it's not even can't technically do anything for any like if whatever the case would be but if you guys done anything else besides drank alcohol tonight okay because from her from you I'm getting indicators of other forms of possible impairment of something so if you if you've taken something ton night can't you can't can't go to jail for taking something okay but so I mean what what what else have you guys um I smoke pot sometimes okay I was just curious so yeah T C there's a there's a few in inside um I've just gotten other like I said I've gotten other indicators outside of just the alcohol that you know you guys that you guys okay this is this is this so I can just ask you some more in-depth questions based off of that okay all right this do not any way shape form don't freak out people freak out when you hear these words come out of our mouths but it's nothing just so I can ask you questions and put you in a position and not put you in a position to where you incriminate yourself or anything like that uh or you know taking away your your amendments all right so you have the right to remain silent so do you understand those rights yes sir okay so you said inside the house there's like weed and stuff like that inside the house right um so what else is inside the house that's it just the Cs just marijuana yeah okay where would those be located inside the residence on the bed on the bed okay okay and you guys haven't taken anything else or done anything else outside of marijuana narcotics wise pills anything like that okay what about her um we kind of we it just helps us understand what we're dealing with and what we're like what we need to pay attention to because the more we understand about what you guys have done tonight what you guys have taken tonight what you guys have drank tonight it just helps us in a better situation to be able to handle the situation so we know if something goes array we can call medical personnel to get them you know involved and we can let them know what's going on so it's not that you're telling on her or anything like that we're just trying to figure out what you guys have done tonight outside of just the alcohol um just um the uh the THC card just some marijuana okay that's it okay and me it was like one beer but she tricking a lot a lot sure I got you um but before um can you low your head a little bit so she can take a picture of the wetness of your hair and stuff okay like lower your head down there you go so you're in the bathroom right you in there and she start she start kicking it punching it yeah I thought she was kicking it but when I when she stopped or whatever um um I opened the door and it was it looks like the the battery that I was charging um for my my truck looked like she was using the battery to um so she's actually out there for now do you want to walk back up there with us he read you that about the the THC but I also need to take pictures of that door yes ma' are you okay with going up there with us yes you got it okay if you want to stand if we want to stand out here in the living room um might read you one more thing um you admitted that it was in here is those sorry that's bright in your eyes I know all you said was that was the cartridges right in there yes is there going to be any loose marijuana by chance possibly uh no well no I mean I I don't think there'll be there might be like a roach or something if you find one I she's been she after her PR or while her she was pregnant she had a circlage and they didn't take it out so now it's become part in her and she's got pain from that and I can understand that and her pain medication is she taking a pain medication tonight um but she's not taking it because the pharmacy they're out of it I guess till or whatever and she and I think that's why she's drinking more alcohol and help yeah but all right J I'm going read you something real quick okay you have the right to require that a surge for be obtained for any SE res or pures you right to any cons attorney you
