On September 8th, 2024, police in Lakewood, Ohio, responded to a call regarding the theft of a purse. Here is what occurred. So, right now, you're being detained. We're going to figure out who you are. But right now, you description of somebody's purse. You took someone that was your took someone that was in your handbag. Okay. Let's get out of the music. We looked at the cameras and and we saw you on camera with a black purse and clutching it on your left side. Okay, you walked to a vehicle. The person was shot off in the vehicle and now we see you here. So now that's why you were detained and that's why I just Miranda you because you match your description of what's going on right now. Okay. Oh, okay. So we're trying to figure out how long you had though. Well, you match the description. So I would never steal from someone that why I'm in trouble. So, yeah, she's going to go in for felony theft because there's three credit cards. Um, so that's one for me. Yep. You're under arrest for felony theft right now. Okay. So, you're coming with us. And there and the reason it's a felony theft is because there were credit cards in the purse that you took. Okay. And right now we can play this game all night, but there's car keys in that bag. So if those car keys end up somewhere where someone's car goes stolen, this is all coming down on you. So if you if you know if you know whose car that was. I said, "Where's the purse at?" I have my car. Yeah, it it was left in a black Chevy Impal Impala Malibu. So, we're trying to figure out where the car is right now because that was the last time the purse was seen on camera. I swear to God, D's car. That's not me. Do you feel like there was only my car? I didn't do that then. I don't know what to do. What are they saying? I don't know. Officers approached the suspect, who was still on the premises, and placed her under arrest. She was charged with theft and disorderly conduct.
