Contraband or something illegal or looking to hide something further by waiting I can understand you want a safe place to pull over I can appreciate that but however you passed up several other places you could have turned in and made an easy right-hand turn or a leftand turn right here you turned in and then proceeded to drive forward that can be considered resisting law enforcements with the
