report confirming that she had a fellow student to the Management's surprise she showed up to sit for her test in utter disregard of the school authorities when the officers arrived at the scene they were met with an arrogant youngster who was used to her way around let's go let's go let's go then thank you if you go anywhere besides the front office well I am let's go come on man he needs to go never been in trouble that might be what he does but that's going to be completely on the judge trouble own recognizance Bond basically just says that you have you have to go to court on so and so date if not they can issue a warrant for your arrest so option b is the judge will say that you have to post bond and you'll sit stay there until this case is until the judge says otherwise till you post the bond the judge says otherwise we're doing anything bad if I can I just like get released today and come back unfortunately I swear you I will be back at whatever time you tell me to be back her where my niece go what I was told is I came to the office because they were following some girl around trying to fight her I don't know what was the cause about them trying to fight her but the little girl the other little girl U was in the office and she was crying and shaking I guess they they had um I haven't gotten that far in the whole situation yet but they had approached her in the hallway trying to fight her and the little girl came down here and was and was up really upset um so I went and tried they were in the guidance room so at that point she's I have Reasonable Suspicion to believe that she's been involved in disorderly conduct by trying to fight the little girl so I go and try to talk to her and she says she's leaving so I walk up to her and I was like no come on let's go to my office and talk real quick and that she jumps back and starts screaming so I detained her and brought her over here for disorderly and then her resisting so so is it is it necessary to slam her on the ground cuz she resist I didn't slam her I I put her I put her down like holding her arms and put her down like this I didn't slam her um she's going to be petitioned for it is there any way you can let Mom know or I'll get a number from them and call Mom they don't have her do do you have her number on your phone a good number for her that way I can at least try to call her and tell her what's going on I don't know a I'm guessing the other little girl said I slammed her it's all it's all on video but I didn't I didn't if IID slammed her it been she would have been injured so I I wouldn't want want them to get injured so in the end the girl was charged with obstruction and released to her aunt next we have a creepy High School who got caught trying to break into his classmates's home stop stop what did I do though we'll talk about it in a bit but what did I do all right I didn't do anything on July the 12th 2023 the police were called in regards to a high school teenager who was trying to break into the home of his classmate to assess the situation the cops interrogated the high schoolers whose home had just been burned burgled and it was not long before the cops started realizing that he was a menace to them hi there are you guys the on who called yeah okay and then I kind of hit in the bush and he walked right towards like that house in the corner there hey buddy in the red shirt I got to talk to you quick he's going to be running e spawn so what happened he was right here on the corner just kind of swaying in the dark and then he started approaching us and then he just stood right there like he was I think he was saying stuff but he was incoherent I could not understand the thing he was swaying kind of just like out of it comes up right into the door and tries start getting keep opening it like pushing on it yep he starts actually slaming the door trying to like bust in yeah how do you guys know his name was Skyler I think I went to high school with him do you guys want to pursue charges for at least disorderly conduct yes we're going to arrest him sounds like he's running from us right now so I'm going to be back talk to you guys but I got to go help with that equipped with enough information the cops started their search for the culprit as he had already fled the scene and once they found him the whole situation turned into a how I want to I I didn't do thisly I just asked him a question and then I I I try to go over here he goes over here and I tried to walk him outside to get him one y and he's got the basketball and it comes to me and I grab the basketball and then he sort of bucks on me and comes at me into my face and he won't talk to me and he says you're a racist and I'll kick your ass who the administrator my counselor whoever can't hire a teacher for my Institute my Institute I've been taking all if they can't hire another teacher keep a teacher in that class so with that being said my my guess put me in here okay not knowing that I told him I wasn't feeling good came in came to him how about that that was already done done on about yes done on about he left alone okay cool we cool I'm up there in the bleachers sitting down finally when I come come down from off the bleachers you want to come at me what happened to you you supposed to be in the bleachers like that's not how you talk to me you could just about to go viral as I say okay that's correct kid is just sitting here you won't stand up and go get contaminated you want to come back that way yeah that's I'm going need help this get in you didn't make me feel comfortable that's the reason and that's and that's fine I repated you could have voiced and said that but instead all you said you have 5 Seconds to get your hands off me take your hands off me you may be feel uncomfortable you do not have a right to touch a citizen if they is telling you to take their hands off of them if you making them feel uncomfortable I told you that mle times so police officers do have the right to give you dires I I have the right to give you directors in the school correct I'm clear me in my face while I'm on the phone trying I I gave you multiple multiple times to to take the backpack off to put your hands behind your back I I I gave you multiple chances you ain't G me a chance if you literally hover me with your hands he was not making me feel any comfortable now his dad arrived at school however instead of saving his kid he decided to discipline him are you his dad sir I'm sorry can I speak to you out here please Deputy McCrae I'm there Ser here at high school so the situation is your son and a coach are mad at each other for whatever reason I'm just there to be seen and try to keep the peace for whatever reason well your son starts getting more agitated more agitated raising its voice disrupting the entire gym at this point that's the early conduct but I'm I'm not really wan to do anything with at this point but he goes to walk away and one of my things that I try to do here with all the kids is try to pull them to the side after they've had a confrontation with a teacher and go let me holler at you real quick let me talk to you try to squash whatever this is that you got going on so as he walks away up put my hand on shoulder said hey man come here let me talk to you for a second he squares off with me and says you got 5 Seconds to get your hands off me I was like really like at that point now I'm failing thre cuz you're squaring up on me why are you doing this as he's walking away I was like look dude come here I need to talk to you you're causing a huge scene you're yelling you're causing disruption the entire gym he go sit down the bleachers I said look even Mr PR wants you to get your stuff you at least got to go to in school suspension or whatever he wants to do with you for now I said but get your stuff come on get up go but it keeps no yelling interruptions like it's you got to take a r this big thing I'm okay you can open [Music] where you going to wash his ass yeah is there a bathroom that we can use okay you want your dad to help you walk man that way you can not fall down the stairs there's very particular way we go about doing this so we don't do on your eyes okay like I told you up there I'm here to help you out you got to let me help you out okay you let me fine it's fine I didn't have to get despite the situation calming down the teenager was about to face the consequences of his actions he still he with so um at this point with going happen like I told you he's got to take a ride so at this point man I need want me to take you I'm you want to give him your phone or anything go ahead and get chain yeah for sure because I don't want them to lose that down there you change your bracelet what's all right at this point I need you put your hands on your back man he he should he he should be able to call you from down there as well and let you know whenever they're ready for him to leave like I said I'm more familiar with you know taking adults to jail and them getting a bond and all that stuff once he gets once he gets F work done they going to take them in there they're going to process them probably within a couple two or 3 hours they'll call you up you come pick them up to the car out my car do that yeah as long as it'll help keep you calm yeah I'm good with that I've been calm all right man put your hands without I get it so turn around I got to put your hands behind your back cff you up okay put your hands together like you're praying like like that right there okay it's going to be a little bit more comfortable my I I was coming in this mom or your sister in the end the teenager was sent to jail
