him off yeah she was going everybody after I got tripping mhm he he's like that when he drinks every time I would suggest if you want him gone from here being that I'll explain it to your wife too which one's your wife in the with the pants on okay I'll explain it to her too y'all want him permanently gone because he lives here y'all need to go down to the justice of the peace and you need to get him officially evicted okay however because of tonight's events most likely he is going to have a domestic charge against him cuz going to be domestic battery so um yeah oh look see that's what I was explaining so being that it's a domestic charge um what's today we day so tomorrow if you would like you can go to the clerk of court let them know that your son was arrested for domestic violence he's in the house and you want to get a temporary protection order so that way he can't come back to the house okay I'm going have a problem out with with this bu so I I I assume I might have to leave cuz I'm going to have a problem out her but I understand what you saying okay your son ever use or threaten you with a weapon no has he ever threatened to kill you or anyone else during this incident no not really no man I say that because like I said once you get drunk you know you be out do you think he might try to kill you I hope not no I wouldn't say that but you know when he drinking I down to the Justice of the piece and get him legally evicted or and or um you can go down to the clerk of court uh I would suggest maybe doing it in the morning let them know the situation that you know he was arrested yesterday for domestic violence and you want to get a temporary protective order so that way when he gets out he can't come back to the house I mean that's you know that's between
