arrested another one bites of dust so we
do have an update for this case she was
charged with battery on an officer DUI
failure to obey a lawful order and
resisting an officer without violence
she plad not guilty hired a lawyer and
she put a motion to withdraw all counts
it was granted and as part of an
agreement the driver was placed on
probation that ordered to possess no
drugs alcohol or non-prescribed
medication and is subject to random
testing at her expense and there is a
trial set date for March 11th to follow
up with that program to make sure it was
successfully completed
so she did have to face some
consequences do I think she got off easy
absolutely she must have hired a very
good lawyer but it is what it is at
least there is some consequences thanks
