Upon arriving at her location, they met her boyfriend, Brian, seated outside the premises as though nothing had happened. Upon interrogation, he gave some confession that left the officers confused. How's it going? You all right? >> So, what what's going on today? >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, is she the one that hit you? You were saying or >> Okay. I don't want to press charge or nothing. >> Okay. Is she inside? >> Yep. >> Okay. Where is she inside right now? >> Probably in her bedroom, I'm guessing. >> In her bedroom. Okay. I made a hot dog and uh she took them out and threw them in my fridge. All right, whatever. I'll clean it, you know, whatever. No problem. So then I look in the dishwasher and took all that crap out, put it in in the uh sink. >> Mhm. Then she came down and uh started fighting with me, pushed me, shoving me, this that and >> over the dishes, right? Or [clears throat] Okay. >> And then now she hitting you or you want do you want I know I already said you can use medics. Do you want medics to come out and give you >> No, no. I mean, she shot me in my fridge and broke the handle. >> Okay. Do you have >> you have any injuries or anything like that? >> No. >> No. >> Okay. So, she says she's inside. >> Okay. M A R D O N E. >> And how about a cell phone for you? >> You better stay away from it cuz I'm sick. >> Okay. >> This is your primary residence? Hi. >> At first, the officers believed the distress call might have been false because nothing inside the house immediately matched the urgency [music] in her voice. However, after a brief interrogation with her, they soon realized that they had been too quick with their earlier conclusion. >> So, how did she get the the red marks on her on her arms kind of like on her biceps here? >> I was trying to push her maybe push her away from my fridge. >> Okay. You push her away from the fridge. Like, what do you mean? I'm trying to I'm trying to understand. >> Like, hold push her away. That's it. >> Okay. >> I didn't strike her or nothing. >> You didn't strike her or anything? >> No. >> Okay. I mean, cuz she's got red marks like on her biceps like like did you grab her at all or >> No, I just pushed her away. [snorts] >> Okay. Just pushed her away. >> Yep. >> Okay. So, how did the physical I know you were talking with her. How did the physical altercation like start? >> I was making hot dogs. >> You were making hot dogs? >> Yeah. Two hot dogs. I got two rolls. I was making I got uh onions. That's it. >> Okay. And then like I mean so what happened after that? Like how did it become physical? >> Because she attacked me more or less >> just out of nowhere she attacked you or how how so like I I'm just trying to understand what like how this all happened. >> She attack I so this is my dishwasher. This is my refrigerator. Mine. I got to own it. >> Okay. >> The sister has a rule. This is my TV. This is her couch. I can't sit on it, which came from a neighbor. All right. Fine. I'll, you know, find your rules. So, I took a dirty dishes out of the my fridge that my sister put in there. Okay. So, dirty dishes, you're making a hot dog. What happens next? >> So, the dish is out of the uh dishwasher. I put it in the sink. >> That's when she came down and was thrown up around and pushed me and shoved me and then my refrigerator up and she pushed me into the handle. >> Okay. She pushed you into the handle is what you're saying. >> Yeah. The handle's broken. >> Okay. Cuz it's all You just came out of nowhere and just started attacking. >> Mhm. >> Is what you're saying? >> Yeah. Okay. All right. >> Brian was smart and cunning, [music] crushing every question like he had been briefed before now. However, this wasn't enough to swerve away the bit of reality that was about to dawn on him. >> Well, sir, I'm going to need you to stand up for me. Okay. All right. You're going to be placed under arrest for a domestic battery. All right. >> I didn't do nothing. There's my license. >> Okay. I don't need your license. Put your hands behind your back. Understand? But you just got to do whatever the officer is letting you know, okay? And you guys can hash this out for me. Do you have shoes or no? >> Oh, I got work boots. >> Okay. Do you have anything on you that's going to stick this officer poke him stab on you? >> I got keys. That's it. >> Okay. Keys for the house. [clears throat] >> I'm going double lock these so they don't left one's kind of not right. All right. >> Is it too tight >> here? It's your hands and your hands turned. >> Dude, I got I got >> I'll fix it for you. Don't worry. >> No problem, man. >> Okay, I appreciate that. >> So, how long do I get out? >> We'll go over that in a second. Okay. >> All right. Turn your hand this way. >> Is that better? >> I don't know. Yeah, I guess >> should be better. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> Don't I'm sick. >> Okay. I'm not You're fine. >> I'm not trying to get you. >> I know. I understand. I appreciate that. >> Overwhelmed with [music] confidence despite his reality so glaring before him, he tried to let out one more trick. One officers had seen a thousand times before. Do me a favor. Sip your pe for me. They got nothing that's going to poke hard or stab me? >> No, I keys in my left pocket. >> Keys in your left pocket. Okay. >> Any lighter or anything like that that you have on your >> No, it's right there on my cigarette. >> Okay. >> What keys are there? That's my work keys for my van. >> I think I got house keys. Are they on the same key? >> Yeah, my house keys. >> Your house keys. Keys. House keys. 45 years old. Never been arrested. I get this [ __ ] Switch. >> Yep. Got him. >> Yep. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> I believe you. We just have to follow protocol. Okay. >> [clears throat] >> you've been cooperative, so I appreciate that. >> All right. >> All right. He's good. Can you grab >> Did you check under his hat? >> We might as well throw it on the bench. >> You don't want your hat with you? I I can't wear it in jail, right? >> What do you want me to take with him? >> Just take his wallet, house keys, and his phone. >> Is it this one? >> Grab both the keys, the cigarette, the phone, all that. >> But you can't bring a lighter with you. >> Leave the lighter. >> What else you want to bring with the lighter by the pumpkin my hat? >> I'm going to put this here. >> Hope it don't rain. Okay. Okay. All right. >> All right. We're going to walk this way. Okay. >> Okay. We're going to go back to the station. >> We're going to go over here. We're just going to walk over this way. I got to go for that. This [ __ ] dick. >> Right side or left side? Right side. Check the back. Check the back. Accusing. No one's accusing you of anything. for you. >> Good. >> Yeah. >> Take a seat. Just watch your head. Okay. You got my keys, right? Got them. Yep. >> In the end, he was charged with Now we have an even more toxic boyfriend who choked his girlfriend just because he suspected she was having an affair with his cousin. Was texting you to talk. That wasn't the case. >> And I kept telling him it wasn't >> where in the room. >> Hey, PLEASE TALK TO HER. >> TALK TO HER. Please talk to her. Please. On December the 20th, 2024, late into the night in Villa Park, Illinois, officers received a call from a woman reporting her boyfriend had her by trying to choke her. Arriving at her location, they met the woman who was so overwhelmed by tension and fear that she could hardly speak. When she finally broke her silence, what she said was too awkward to be true. >> Monster touch with Phil. You okay? >> Do you need an ambulance? >> No. >> Okay. Um, who is he to you? Who is he to you? >> My boyfriend. >> The boy how long has been dating >> like a few months. >> Huh? >> Like a few months. >> Few months. Okay. What happened? >> Apparently I told him that his cousin was trying to talk to me and he got mad and was arguing right home. I just wanted to go home and grab my stuff. >> Okay. >> And he wouldn't let me grab my bag. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. So you guys arguing. Cousin. He thought cousin was texting you to talk. That wasn't the case. >> And I kept telling him it wasn't. >> Okay. >> What? Did anything get physical? >> Where? >> In the room. >> Okay. Where? >> My neck. >> Okay. Did he at any point try to choke you? [laughter] >> A little bit. >> Did you ever lose consciousness? No. >> Okay. Can I see your neck? >> Okay. Is that that's from him? You said >> all right. Do you need Do you need an ambulance? >> Did you ever hit him back? >> I was trying to push him off. >> Trying to push him off. This happened in the room in room 216. >> Okay. Has he ever been arrested against you before? >> What do you want done tonight? >> Okay. So, with the signs of injury, from what you're telling me, we will be we're going to have to do what we have to do. Okay. That doesn't mean that you necessarily want him arrested. I don't know if that's the case, but we're going to have to step in with that. Okay. Do you guys live together? >> No. >> Okay. Does he know where you live? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And he lives in >> He lives somewhere. Like I can't remember. The address is in my phone. >> That's fine. Okay. All right. You How How many times would you say that? >> I don't know. >> Several once, twice. All right. Good. So, just to get it straight, you guys come here. He's arguing because he thought >> that his cousin was texting you to talk. You said, "Nope, that's not the case." Argument ensues. During [music] the course of the argument, he grabs you by the neck. Um, and uh, then you have those injuries that goes from him. >> Okay. Okay. All right. I will be with you. >> Am I missing anything? No. >> Your mouth? [snorts] >> You okay? >> I'll be right back. Okay. Good. After documenting her [music] side of the story, the officers turned to her boyfriend. Seeing the cops, he quickly sensed that trouble [music] was just around the corner. But he still had a chance to get away if he could cook up some very convincing [music] stories for the cops. >> Right, too. I love her to death. Look at her, bro. >> What's a love? Huh? Hey, >> no, it ain't no problem. Ain't no problem. >> What's going on? >> I think I think that's your girl. >> Yeah, that's my baby, bro. I love her to death. The next case takes us to Ohio where a man left his girlfriend locked out late at night on a freezing street uncloed. >> Roll over roll over. >> Look. >> I felt it hit me. So >> I was completely naked or just like under. >> I had the shirt on. >> Yeah. Okay. >> And then underwear. So I felt pretty naked. On the first day of April 2024, late at night in Ohio, officers received a call reporting a case of a woman had been locked outside on a cold, quiet street unclothed by her boyfriend. Upon arrival, the officers went straight to the boyfriend, Xavier Bailey, who instantly put on a show. >> The Could you be on the door like that for? >> Cuz you wouldn't answer the door. >> All right, I should know the be like that for trying to get someone to answer. >> There's no reason for you to be on the door like that for. >> Okay. >> No reason at all. No reason. There's a baby in here. There's no reason at all. >> And you shouldn't answer for you to be on the door like that. No reason at all. >> Okay. Who called us? >> Okay, cool. >> Okay. Like you wanted to talk to us, ma'am. >> What? >> Are you willing to talk to us real quick? >> About what? Well, we got a few phone calls that someone thought that there's situation going on and that there was a female outside naked and they believed that she went back into apartment B boy. This is D obviously, but the phone number that we got called, >> you have a permit to be in my apartment right now. >> The phone number we >> You have a permit to be in my apartment. >> I'm not talking. I'm not speaking. >> I don't have a I don't I can talk if I want to. I can talk if I want to. for my speech. Thank you very much. You have appointment. >> I'm talking to you. You're like to talk to her. I'm talking to you right now though. >> I'm okay. >> You ignoring the >> Just come outside and talk to me for like 30 seconds. >> We're kind of ignoring you right now though. >> I am ignoring you. >> Okay. So, I'm ignoring you right now though. >> Okay. So, >> okay. Please move. I'm trying to talk to her. >> Just like you're ignoring me. I can ignore you, right? Okay. We'd like to talk to her real quick. I'm willing to talk to us just like you and you know way. Okay. I don't need to do actually. Right. Free of speech, stream of whatever. So, what's the point of your foot being up to her real quick? And then what's the point of her foot being in my apartment? >> Preventing you from shutting the door while I'm trying to speak to the female that is standing behind you. >> We are here trying to investigate >> who tried to come to the door and you wouldn't let her. >> No, she's at the door actually. >> Well, she tried to come here and I saw you grab her and pull her back and then you ran to the door. >> You didn't see me? >> Yeah, I did. You didn't see me grab her at all. Can I just talk to you for like [ __ ] You speaking [ __ ] I don't grab you talking about I'm not talking to your hand. >> I'm not Don't touch me. Your hand out of my face. Why are you touching me? Why are you touching me? While the first officer was interrogating Xavier, the second officer, being smart enough, took the opportunity to ask his girlfriend a few questions. >> Can I talk about >> I did. >> What did you see? What happened? >> We were just something about you guys. >> We Nothing was violent. Nothing. >> Just arguing. >> That's all we needed to figure out. >> Okay. So, >> I don't want to write a statement. I don't want nothing. I don't want this. >> Okay, that's that's fine. >> Nothing. >> You're not injured? >> No. >> Were you outside naked? >> No. >> You wouldn't let your back hand >> not naked, but >> just unless they didn't know what you were right now. >> Not naked. >> Okay. >> Situations like this weren't new to the officers, but what didn't sit well with them was his girlfriend trying to defend him. Just when the officers were still trying to process these thoughts, Xavier proved their assumptions weren't far from the truth. I'm not going anywhere until we're done here. >> Back up. I'm not touching. Back up. Back up. Over. Bro, >> I sit on the ground. >> I sit on the ground. >> You spit on the ground. And he has he does spit a lot on the ground. You're creeping. >> Look. >> I felt it hit me. So you felt it hit you. >> You're wearing pants. Stop long sleeve. You felt it hit you. >> Hey, do you have an ID on you? >> Are you guys Do you guys have body cams? >> Yeah. Yes. It's recording. >> They all are. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Stand up. >> We are recording. >> Stand up. outside. >> Why is his lip >> obstruction resisting? No. >> Okay. I think. >> Okay. Have a seat. Have a seat. Swing your feet in. What's your name? >> Need name, date of birth, address, or an attack on refusal to disclose personal identifying information. What's your name? >> What is it? I have to be able to hear you. >> You heard me. Xavier. >> I didn't. Is that Xavier Bailey? X A V I E R. >> Yes. No. >> Okay. B A I L E Y. Yes. No. Mr. Doug. Good job. I'm proud of you. >> Okay. It's your birthday here. I'm proud of you. Stop. >> What's your current address here? Just confirmed that that's her address. The officers [music] discovered Xavier's girlfriend had been living in fear. It was the reason why she had been holding back information and was defending her toxic [music] boyfriend. However, with Xavier nowhere in sight, she narrated the horrific incident [music] that happened earlier that night. >> Injured or anything, right? >> No, it never got that difficult. How did you end up outside? >> So, I it was partially me walking out and partially getting shoved a little like I It was me walking out. I wasn't going to walk out to my car naked. That was definitely me doing me being petty. Me. >> Okay. >> But and then I got shoved and then he shut the door. >> Okay. Okay. And then I didn't even try if it was to see if it was open or anything. >> You just kind of hung out outside for >> Yes, I hid behind my car so no one would see me. >> Why did you hide just Oh, okay. Cuz you were completely naked or just like under. >> I had the shirt on. >> Yeah. Okay. >> And then underwear. So I felt pretty naked, but I wasn't fully naked. In the end, he was charged with obstructing arrest, felony harassment, and bodily fluid. Xavier might have been a psycho, but comes nowhere close to Karen Eugen, who derived sadistic pleasure in assaulting his girlfriend and went as far as obstructing her when she tried to reach [music] out to the police on the phone for rescue. >> Yeah, we were fighting. I keep it a Yeah, we'll fight. All right. Right now, you're being detained. I got you. All right. I got you. >> All right. Well, now you're under arrest. >> I mean, I'm going be honest with you. Yeah, we'll fight team. Yes, fighting. You feel me? I hear you. >> But bro, man, listen, bro. It happened multiple times. >> On January the 3rd, 2024 in Illinois, officers responded to a 911 call from a young woman reporting a case of in her home. But when they arrived, what he had described over the phone barely scratched the surface of the mayhem they met. >> What's my police open? >> What's going on? >> Now, she woke up with attitude, bro. Queen art. Messi >> ID with you. >> Damn it. You doing this [ __ ] again? >> Shut up. You don't care about >> Let me get your ID about nuts. >> I'm not going to be an assistant when you take my ID and upon taking it, bro. Cuz I'm not going to be a system. I'm not going to pop up. I'm not going to pull nothing. My name is Cameron Eugene Wigmore. Y'all can look me up. You got to get my ID. It's not going to pop up. >> I need your ID. >> I'm trying to get it, but I'm trying to tell you at the same time. Not going to pop up in Okay. My identification ain't going to pop up. It's the state of Alabama, bro. I ain't never had nothing in Illinois. Let's relax you talking about. >> All right. So, now we can talk. Okay. >> You want a sweater or something like that? >> Give her a sweater, man. All right, camera. What happened, man? >> Bro, we in here arguing, bro. Let me tell you, keep it a buck with you, man. She got with a whole attitude, you feel me? What you catching an attitude for? This, that, and the third. You feel me? So, boom. She, oh, I'll call police. I I'll call my nap. This, that, and the third. So, I'm like, no, you feel I get I snatched the phone from her hand and [ __ ] bro. This multiple times I done dealt with the police, you feel me? And I can't deal with the police again, bro. And I kept telling her to stop calling the police. Stop trying to call the police. I snatched the phone, you feel me? Yeah, I snatched the phone from her hand. So now we're fighting for the phone. You feel me? >> Okay. >> Come on now. Yeah. >> She was trying to call the police because you guys were arguing >> cuz she want me out of her presence and but you got to realize we together. We're homeless. This is all we have. When we leave [music] here, we back out there in the cold, bro. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you don't want to get in trouble with the police, so you grab the phone from her. That's what happened. >> I'm going keep it. Yeah. >> Okay. All right. All right. >> All right. What are we What are we doing? What are we doing here? >> Slaming, bro. >> Why Why are we in Illinois? >> I'm down here to get my identification, bro. I have no identification but this. This is a board's ID. I'm down here to get an ID, social security, and birth certificate. This is the reason why I'm down here in Illinois. I got to come to the place I was born. I was born down here. >> Okay. So, you're here to get an ID? >> I was down here to get everything. >> Okay. All right. All right. What's your phone number, camera? >> Hey. Yeah. We fight. You want to pray charge? You going to pray charge? >> What's your What's your phone number? >> I don't have a phone number. Yeah, we'll fight. I keep it a B. Yeah, we'll fight. >> You can't You can't relax. Can you relax a little bit? >> I'm chill. I'm >> You're not chill. You're screaming. >> I'm chill, bro. But ain't nobody going to sit here. Ain't nobody going to sit here and do me dirt, bro. >> Then chill. >> What type of [ __ ] it is, bro? >> You tell me. You guys are the ones here arguing at 8:00 in the morning. >> Bro, we been in the B down. I told you several towers going to lay down. You got to be to work at 11:00. Lay down, bro. What you should have been arguing with me for? Lay down. >> You got to be to work at 11. What you getting ready for? >> Obviously, Karen was lost in his little world of illusion, talking like he owned the moment and the officers were accountable to him. >> All right, Cameron, come here. Come here. That's what I'm saying. >> Come here. Just turn around. Place your hand. I'm not joking around with you. Okay. >> You can't You can't relax. >> I got you. >> Okay. I got you. >> All right. Is that fair? >> I got you. We're going to put you in cuffs. >> I got it. >> Right now you're being detained. >> I got you. >> All right. >> I got you. >> All right. Well, now you're under arrest. >> I got it. >> Okay. Is there anything in your pockets here? Nothing taking me to jail. Yeah, you be going to jail. >> Hold on. Relax, Cameron. Relax. I'm searching. But no, I'm getting arrested. >> Yeah, you're getting arrested. >> All right. What do you need out of here, >> man? I'm going to jail. What I'm going to leave? What do you need out of your day? >> I'm going to jail, man. I don't need nothing out of here. >> Your wallet? >> No, I'm going to jail, bro. I'm going to All right. >> Do you have a phone? >> I don't How am I going to get out of jail, bro? >> I don't know, Cameron. We have to call somebody, bro. Phone. >> Listen, bro. I I been through too much, bro. >> Do you have a phone? >> I can't I can't go to jail, bro. >> Cameron, do you have any family out here? >> I don't have nothing about her, bro. I can't go to jail, bro. >> I'mma chill. I'mma chill, bro. I'm not chill. You're not chill. You keep screaming at me, which is why I put you in cuffs in the first place. Can you take a deep breath for me, camera, please? Take a deep breath. >> I got you, big dog. I got you. >> Take a deep breath [music] in the nose out the mouth. >> You know, you know I'm just angry right now. I got a little anger built up. >> You probably don't know what happened last week. I don't know what happened last week. I know. Keep screaming at me. That's all I know. I need to later. >> Explain to me later. >> I don't I'll tell you later. I don't want to do that. >> I'm going to jail, bro. Come over here. >> Come over here, bro. >> You press charges, though. >> Come on. Come on. Come on. I'm going to jail, man. >> She's not pressing charges. Not pressing charges. >> I wasn't beat I was bro. I'm going to >> Yo, you know. Hey, bro. I'm going to hell, bro. >> Oh, man. Come on. Man, are you sure we can? >> I'm good. I'm good. Uh, officer, I'm good, man. Come on, bro. >> Come on, man. >> Come on, man. >> All right. Come on. >> Come on. This crazy, bro. It's crazy, bro. It's crazy, bro. Come on, man. I'm already dealing with stuff, man. Come on, bro. This is crazy. This is crazy, man. Let me lock the cuffs. Oh, you going to go? I I'll take this. Okay. You sure? Yeah, you got one in the car. >> I can't go to jail. I promise you I can't, man. Overwhelmed by his arrogance, [music] he had no clue of the mess that he had created. But that was not a problem for the officer, who did a clean job laying out the details of [music] the mess that he had gotten himself into. >> There's going to be two counts of domestic battery and one count of interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. >> Can you explain them to me? >> Yeah. So, one is for taking the phone away. Okay. One's for touching her and then one's for hurting her. Does that make sense? Okay. So, no matter what, even if the fight didn't happen, you're still going for taking the phone away, which you told me you did, cuz you don't want to get in trouble. >> I mean, I did that, bro. I can't, bro. You I I place last week. I know y'all don't care. Listen, bro. I just left a place last week. >> Listen, I would I would I be talking to you man to man if I didn't care about you? >> I understand that y'all close the door on my face and then be on my way to downtown. I know, bro. >> I know. I know how it go. Well, we see see I care about you cuz I'm talking to you. Does that make sense? >> I understand, sir. >> Okay. It's not that I don't care about you. It's that you need to make better choices. >> If he's arguing with you, you got to walk away. >> I can't go to jail. >> Okay? You got to go to jail today for this. Okay? >> You got to learn from your mistakes here. >> I don't, bro, I can't go to jail. >> You're going to jail. >> You just don't know how what what I had to get out of that week. >> Oh, I hear you. What What Tell me, >> man. I had went to a mental institution place before for a misunderstanding with our officer, man. I had to speak. >> Was it with Was it with us or was it another department? I >> I don't know. Okay. I don't know. But man, listen, man. I just left a mental institution play, bro. >> Well, it seems like you're doing better now, but you got to you got to make better choices, >> bro. Listen, we woke up this morning. She had an attitude, bro. I mean, I'm going be honest with you. Yeah, we were fighting. Yes, fighting. You feel me? >> I hear you. >> But, bro, man, listen, bro. This happened multiple times. Every every damn every other day, every like, come on, bro. This like like come on, bro. I can't go to jail. I don't know, bro. I cannot go to jail. >> Let me clear. Step in the car. Okay. She >> We'll talk more at the ple. Okay. >> Can I please talk to you later? We'll talk more about talking more with the people. >> She I don't want to go to jail. >> You got to go to jail, Cameron. Okay. You got to put your legs in for me. Okay. >> Look, bro. She by herself, bro. >> Look, man. We The car broke down down the road. >> Do you want me to get any phone numbers for her family or anything? >> I got I got to get the car, bro. I got to get the car fixed, bro. So, she'll be able to get back and forth to work, man. Listen, bro. The car is way down the road past 6 like like uh uh it's at a park, you feel me? Right now, bro. And I don't want the folk towing it, bro. I got to get the car fix before they tow the car, bro. That's how, bro. >> Do you want me to get any phone numbers so you can handle that? >> Bro, I can't do nothing while I'm in jail and handcuffs and stuff, man. I don't I don't want I I don't want this, bro. I don't want this. I know this what you feel me come down to, but I don't want this, man. And I know y'all can't You know what I'm saying? >> There's nothing I can do about it. You got to go to jail. That's what I'm saying. >> There's nothing I can do about it. >> That's what I'm saying. I know y'all can't do nothing about it, but >> I'm required by law to arrest you based on what happened. Okay. All right. We We'll talk more at the police department. Okay, Cameron. >> I can't go to jail, sir. In the end, he was charged with two [music] counts of domestic battery and one count of interfering with the reporting of Karen was obviously toxic and crazy, but he was nothing compared to this guy who saw an argument as an opportunity to unleash every ounce of cruelty he had on his own girlfriend. >> And I told him, I said, "Maybe you gay because of them gay videos." I said, "And then he punched me in my face." And somebody seen it outside and they called the police. You literally just went to jail over domestic assault over me not even two three weeks ago, bro. >> No, we'll break the window. >> I'm I'm locking my window to get out. What the are you doing? >> Get out of the car. >> I'm not. >> On the 15th of January, 2024, officers responded to frantic calls about screaming neighbors. But what they walked into was far more than two people [music] screaming. It was a scene they never thought that they'd witnessed. >> Hey, what's what's going on? There's obviously somebody calling. >> I don't know. >> I know what's going on. What's up, pup? That's a cute dog. >> Hang on. >> Do y'all have the phone? >> Don't go anywhere yet, okay? Because we got to call for a domestic. >> That's why we're here. That's why we pulled up. >> I'm not even the one who called. Somebody here. Yeah, somebody else called about a domestic. Okay, >> I don't know. They remained anonymous, but that's why obviously we showed up. Okay, so hang hang here. I'm going to go and talk with her real quick. She's saying that they got her phone. They're not giving it to her. >> It's not HER PHONE. IT'S MINE. >> HEY, HEY, HEY. >> WELL, I'm I just want my I don't even want to talk. I'm not even the one who called the police. I don't want no police involvement. I just want my stuff. >> What's going on? So we can try and help you get back your stuff. What's going on? He has all my stuff. I ask you >> what stuff? >> My phone. >> All my clothes are in the car. No, he did not. It's my phone. It's in my name on T-Mobile. It's mine. >> Okay. >> I'm homeless. All my in the car. All my kids is in the car. My kid is sitting in somebody's room. I don't even [music] know right now. >> I told my so I can figure out where I'm going. >> Who is Who is he? >> My boyfriend. >> Okay. Is he the father of your kid? >> No, he's the father of my unborn that I'm pregnant with. >> Okay. Yeah, I got you. >> I just want my stuff. He know after that. I just want my stuff. I I'm not the one who called the police. Make sure you let him know that before I wait for that. >> I told him. I told him. They know. >> I just want >> Okay, >> that's it. >> You got your ID with you? >> Nope. It's all in the car. >> Okay. What's your name? What's your name? >> And y'all can lie all y'all want, but everybody outside. So, I'm not the one who called. I just bought my >> Hey, no. I told him that you didn't call. It's okay cuz they down there. His sister. Sorry. >> I hear. What's your name? >> I don't even want to talk right now. This is all messed up. >> Well, right now we're investigating something. Okay. Where it came in as a domestic. >> Okay. So, we need to identify everyone involved. All right. And now you're stating that there's a lararseny that is >> Where's your >> happened? It's in the car somewhere. >> So, what's your name? >> Well, if they can't find it, I need to be able to identify you. >> It's not in my wallet. It's in the glove compartment. >> Did anything physical happen today? Anyone put hands on each other? >> I don't want to talk about it. >> Huh? >> I don't want to talk about it. >> Well, I'm here to help. >> I don't want to go to court. I don't want no more court cases. I got enough. >> So, there's nothing saying that you have to go to court. There's nothing even saying anyone's going to get in trouble. Okay. I just got to know what's going on. There's resources available to you and your kid if you need them. I have to have information to be able to help you. What's that? Has there ever been anything physical that's happened before between you guys? >> Yeah. >> How long have you guys been staying here for? >> Here for the night. >> Only you said for the night. >> Okay. And you have access to the room like a way to get in it. >> Whose name is the room in? >> [ __ ] >> How long y'all been together? >> A year. >> A year. You said that's his sister down there with him. No, he's lying. Like like that white man ain't watching. Like I'm not even the one who called. Dumb ass. Give me my phone. Asan. >> Looks like he's got your wallet at least. >> No, I need my phone. I got a whole kid out. This I need communication. Like what the >> I hear you. But here's the thing. He's saying it the phone. He bought it and it's in his name. You're saying it's >> in mine. I can literally prove it's in my name. Like if y'all get the phone, I could log into my T-Mobile account literally on the phone. >> I hear you. So, I'm going wait to see what this what my partner says. Okay. >> Crazy, bro. >> What you got? Anything? >> At first, officers [music] were left in the dark. That was until a chilling truth began to surface. >> Hey, were you knocking for me? >> Yeah. Hot pull off. So, I need what you what you hear anything. >> We just screaming. >> We like We chilling here. >> Oh, yeah. Chilling. We like We heard screaming stuff. What the I jumped up, looked out. I a seen no hitting or nothing. Sure. >> But the young girls crying and stuff. I said, "You and your little son come on here and you know we leaving in 30 minutes, but y'all come on in here." >> At me when I was walking down the hallway, I came back down this way cuz I heard my son crying and I told him, I said, "You need to go and find where you at." And I told him, I said, "Maybe you dead because of them gay videos. I should go." >> And then he punched me in my face and somebody seen it outside and then called the police. >> Where did he punch you in the face? >> On my left side. Was that today? >> That's why they called the police. >> Outside of the bedroom where >> and his sister just wants to be a lock for him cuz of course that's his sister's. >> She's here talking to you. >> I didn't want no police involved in it. I just wanted my phone to go out my way. >> I already got too much going on. I already have a police report against it. I just don't I I don't have the mentality to deal with this. That's why I didn't call. >> I hear you. How long have y'all been Have y'all been living together? >> Yeah. >> How long y'all been living for? >> A year. >> For a year. Where y'all stay at before? >> In the car. >> Okay. Have you all been living in the car? >> Yep. Hotel to hotel. All my is in the car. All my son is in the car. Like my phone is in the car. I don't have nothing. >> And you said you're currently pregnant. >> Yep. >> All right. Well, we're going to see what we can't do about the phone. Okay. I don't I haven't gotten a chance to talk to him yet, obviously. Okay. You talked to my partner brief. He's going to sit here a lot just like he did last time and he'll just keep toning and toning and toning until he goes to jail. Just like he did last time. >> I hear when he >> literally just went to jail over domestic assault over me not even 2 3 weeks ago. Bro, >> where was that out of? >> Hand when he hit you in the face. Did he do it with a close hand or >> Yeah, >> like a fist? >> Do you know what hand he hit you in the face with? >> No. >> No. Uh, did he say anything when he hit you in the face or before he hit you in the face? >> You say he called you. >> Were you trying to walk away when he punched you in the face? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, you you guys were coming out of the room. Which way were you trying to walk up here? >> This way. >> That way. Did he get in front of you when he punched you in the face? He was beside me. >> He was beside you. I was holding my son's hand. >> Can you turn and look at me? I just want Do you need medics at all? >> No. So, I see you got a little bit of a red mark here on the side by your ear. Is that where he struck you? You sure? >> Going through my phone. Can I please get my phone? Like all my personal in there. I can prove it's my phone. >> So, as soon as my other officer goes down here, gets back. We'll go ahead and try and get that squared away with the phone. Okay. Um I don't want you going down there and then a situation happens right now. >> Is that the your phone? The one that's in his hand? >> Yes. The girlfriend had said a [music] lot, but now it was time to hear his side and it would not go as expected. >> Hey, boss. So, we didn't get the chance to talk yet. Okay. I'm Officer Spurgeon. I know you talked to my partner. What's going on today? >> So, it started like this. Her her son, my sister was sleeping. Her son had a lot of toy cars pulled out and I just came out the bathroom. I'm just like, "Z, put them up." He start her son starts crying out of nowhere. She gets mad. I'm basically his stepdad. She gets mad that I'm giving him simple directions and starts blatantly yelling. So we get into an argument over some cars and I'm like he's not playing with him. He can put him up. >> Sure. >> So we get in our whole argument. She decides to throw him out the door. My dog who I brought who I brought up there >> he he's only 8 months. He's a puppy. >> Yeah. >> She decides to kick the dog. Full kick the dog. >> So I didn't let her come back in the room. You're not going to kick my dog and it's my room. No. Y'all going to stay out here and calm down and then she going to start saying some other I'm not doing. No. I did not touch her nothing like that. I told her to get out my room. She already left before I even told her to get out. I told her, "Son, go with your mom cuz I don't want nothing to fall back." No. Nothing. Nothing. She know how to kick my dog. Her son terrorizes my dog. >> Who is she to you? >> She's my She's pregnant. She's my baby mama. >> Okay. >> Like, >> aside from the unborn child, do y'all have any kids in common? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> No, we just been together for almost a year. >> Okay. Y'all live together? >> Yes. >> Okay. How long y'all live together for? >> A year. >> Okay. She said y'all just been kind of going from hotel to hotel. Is that right? Okay. >> I got you. And I just took the responsibility of taking care of my sister. So if nobody don't think I got enough on my plate, I have enough on my plate. >> I hear you. I hear you. Okay. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on >> because she gets mad and she does this. This is her. This is her everything. I have a whole witness. I have a whole witness. It's one thing she told me. One thing my sister told me was, "Could you just tell him to move the cars?" He got cars everywhere in the room. I'm like, "Yo, just put some of the cars. You not playing with him. You in the window." And she said he's playing in the window. What are you going to be? How are you going to play in the hotel window? Be honest. >> You look at the window, right? Can you play? Can you Do you think you could really play in the window? >> Besides things you're not supposed to be touching, right? >> Sure. >> You got a blind, a curtain, and and a plexiglass window. What are you going to be playing at the window for? >> I hear you. >> So I told her, "Move him away from the glass." She just started yelling, "No, we not going to do this." And she storms out the room and then and then my dog just walking. She kicks him. So I shut the door and lock it. >> I shut the door and lock it. And that's what she called you guys. >> So she she hand of God, she didn't call us. Someone else called us. Someone else who She said she called him so called y'all. So that's why I'm saying like we got it was it was someone else. >> Yeah. Her son was cuz her son was screaming because I grabbed my phone from her. >> Yeah. >> I'm like I'm not doing this. Like I paid for this phone. We not going to be arguing. You're not going to blow my apartment. We going to sit here and cap. I'm going to stay in my car. >> Okay. At any point was there anything physical that happened? >> No. She kept trying to grab me. She flung my bad off the thing and I have proof that my bad thing is broke. All my cars everywhere. She flung all this outside and I went outside my room. She took all my cars and threw them all. >> So she threw them out of the room. >> She threw them all there onto down here and I came all the way down here with my dog and picked them up and down my car. I got you. >> Where were they before she threw them? Were they like on a table in the room? Were you wearing them around? >> No, they were they was on a table in the room sitting down. >> With both sides heard, it was up to the officers to calm things down. But what happened next took a sharp turn that they never saw coming. >> That's not her phone. Ask her who the phone. I got you. >> I got you. >> So, you're saying you paid for the phone? >> Yes. Whose name is it? >> The the phone name. >> Yeah. >> I put it in hers. Okay. >> I bought this phone. You can ask. >> So, here's the thing. Like, that that's a civil issue. Okay. >> She going to have to take what's over cuz I bought this phone. I see. >> Yep. That's That's kind of where we're at. >> She going to have to take it to court cuz I >> You're saying you bought it. She's saying it's in her name. We're not going to get down to the nitty-gritty about that. Okay. >> I Yeah, cuz I mean I know my laws and Yeah. Even though I put this phone in her name, it's still my phone. I bought this phone with my credit card. >> I hear you. Okay. If you don't mind, boss, just hang tight for a few more minutes. Okay. I'm going to go talk to my partner real quick and we'll see what we can come to a resolution with. Okay. >> Okay. Yeah. Thanks, this is not just a one day thing. We always argue with stuff like that, but she needs to take a [ __ ] day because >> I hear you. Hey, what's up, boss? Do you mind giving me just a written statement of what happened? Is that a you don't mind or you don't want to? >> Okay, that's fine. Of course. I just ask everyone involved. >> You say he's eight months old. >> What's his name? >> Meech. >> Meech. >> Yeah, he's from >> Is he a pub? >> You adorable. All right, give us just a few minutes trying to figure out what's going on. Um, >> whatever she want to do. I don't I I was sitting there being the one taking the yelling. Unlike the previous guy, it took the intervention of officers to rescue this woman and her baby from her boyfriend who inflicted them with bruises. >> Packed myself in the car. He got out and he starts stabbing my tires and he starts destroying my windshield trying to get in trying to unlock the door. He finally unlocks the door and he hops in and starts punching me. >> Got in a verbal altercation and she started tackling me and hitting me. On February the 21st, 2024, the police responded to a call from a neighborhood citing domestic dispute. Witnesses stated that a young male aggressively a female breaking her vehicle windows and slashing her tires. Floyd. >> I got it. >> Grab that thing. Just grab that case. All right. Have a seat. Sit down. >> Jesus Christ. I got to do paperwork on you. >> Get in there. >> After arresting the suspect, the police spoke to the suspect's mother to understand what actually happened. It was then that the cops began to realize that the young man was a real menace to his girlfriend. >> It's her boyfriend that unfortunately. And I say I didn't mean to say unfortunately, but I'm just saying it's just not changing. And I've literally told her to leave, leave, leave, leave. And she won't listen to me. >> Yeah. >> And listen, if they freaking look at his biological, he has misdemeanor. He has everything. So, I mean, if y'all would actually look at the whole picture here, He just >> nine times like literally just happened. Just got out of jail. >> I mean, I'm just like, >> did y'all witness anything that happened? >> No, they just got here like 10 minutes. >> The guy right there in the blue, I see the man right there at the stop sign. He saw the whole thing. Thank you, Jesus. He called you guys to figure this out. Cuz here Anna's crying. She doesn't know what to do. I'm on a call at work. I work from home obviously. So, >> all right. Give me a minute. The officer decided to talk to the victim who was distressed about the entire situation and she had very things to say. >> I'm Deputy Widens. Okay. Um I got to try to figure out what's going on. Okay. We are going to have EMS come check you out cuz you're clearly very injured. Okay. Just have a seat. Um you're safe. Everything is all right. What's that? Okay, just take a couple deep breaths for me. Okay, just in and out. >> Okay, I know a lot's going on right now >> and I'm going to try to figure out what all happened today. Okay. Um I know she said you guys just got here, right? Okay. Where were you coming from? >> Do you remember? >> We were >> We were from um >> We were coming from Wilderness Landing. We were sleeping up. And then we got into a fight and they called the cops >> at Wilderness Landing. Okay. >> And he got in the driver's seat. He was either either I got in the car and he drove off with me or he was going to take my car and drive off and I wasn't going to have any service. >> Okay. >> Um so I I hopped in. I just took the chance. I literally haven't been able to drive my car since he's been taking over >> since you left Wilderness Landing. Okay. Where is the that located? Do you do you know the street? >> Uh it's right off of uh Norman Riley out in Lake Baker. >> Okay. >> If you look up Wilder Landing Park, >> it's a free camping. >> Okay. >> She she was >> Okay. Um so I I noticed that you have injuries on your face. You have, you know, a black eye. Your cheek is swollen. Um, how did you get those injuries? >> The black eye was a couple days ago. My busted lip was last night >> and my cheek was today. >> Okay. Was that while you guys were in the vehicle? >> No, >> it was at um >> my my cheek was right then and there at the corner when one of the neighbors literally ripped him out of the car because he was hitting me >> inside the vehicle. I locked myself in the car. He got out and he starts stabbing my tires and he starts destroying my windshield and trying to get in, trying to unlock the door. He finally unlocks the door and he hops in and starts punching me. He pulls the E bra on and I can't put it down. Okay. >> Um, so you said he did that to your windshield? Did you have um a mirror here and >> I destroyed that last night and my tail light? He did your tail light last night or today? >> Last night. >> Okay. Um, so your lip, it looks like it's bleeding. Is that from when he was punching you in the vehicle? >> That was last night before before the cop. >> Okay. Um, so your swollen cheek is from today. Okay. Okay. Um, >> the victim also exposed the manipulation tactics that the suspect was using while inflicting pain on her. Oh, >> he could have cut himself when he was uh >> he was threatening to stab himself in the chest the whole way. >> Okay. Um and that was from the fight. >> He's extremely he kept telling me over and over. We've been on and off for almost 3 years. >> Okay. >> Um he his biggest threat is he's going to himself if I leave. >> And we've broken up before and we got back together after a month. I I [clears throat] was really just trying to go back home. I kept telling him, "Let me just take take my things and just leave." >> Where's home? >> Okay. >> Um, and when were you guys stopped down there? Is that how the >> He pulled the E brake and probably almost popped the back tires because every every tire is pretty much bald because he just dogs my car. He wouldn't let me drive it. He wouldn't let me do anything. I couldn't leave. >> Did you see what he was stabbing the tires with? >> Kitchen knife. >> A kitchen knife. Okay. Was that already in the vehicle? >> Does he normally carry a knife on him? Yeah. Okay. Um, and you saw him stabbing the tires. Okay. Um, and then how did you get to here? >> So, we were >> I got it. >> Yeah, I got it. >> We were over by Pace High School. Um, and we had gotten copled at the Wilderness Landing. >> Okay. >> We were trying to figure out where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. head. I said, "Well, why why don't you let me drive? You haven't slept, you know. Why don't you close your eyes for a little bit? I've slept a couple hours." Cuz we've literally been driving around all night. >> He just had court. He already had a case >> with you. Um, what happened last night when the deputies were called? >> Uh, we drove off. I never spoke to them. >> Okay. So, you left before they got there? >> Um, yesterday was a court case for for you as the victim. >> Yeah. In uh Chris View. Okay. Are you guys um living together at the tent site? >> We were, but not anymore. We packed everything. >> Okay. >> The officers also talked to the neighbor who called them to verify what he actually saw. This is the gentleman I seen at first kind of intervening. He said the car pulled up right at the corner right there and I saw him kind of he was using his elbows and hands to kind of be on the windshield. I think he shattered it with his elbow >> and then she let him in the car and then at that point I was already kind of getting out and I saw her shot hit her and her head kind of went into the to the driver side window and that's when I hit him. >> Okay. So she was in the driver's seat at the time that she was hit. Um, do you remember was it like a closed fist, like a punch or a slap or you just >> It had to be a closed fist. Her head recoiled, but I didn't see it. >> Okay. So, you saw the motion of him like swinging at her several times. So, I just saw the one kid that that got her pretty solid at that point. >> Okay. Do you remember um was the door open or closed at that point? >> Okay. So, the passenger door was like cracked open. >> Okay. Um, and then was he standing outside of the vehicle? Do you remember? Or was he inside like on top of her? >> Okay. Okay. Um, and then did you already provide your information? Okay. Um, let me grab a form real quick and do you mind just giving me a quick um Okay, perfect. >> The officers moved the victim to an ambulance where they proceeded to ask more questions. >> I'm just going to ask you a couple questions. Okay. Do you remember about how many times he hit you in the face? He hit me so much in the head. I can't remember anything. >> Okay. >> I feel like I have a concussion, but I don't know. >> Okay. Do you remember if you lost consciousness? >> I did this morning. Um when he busted my lip when we left the campsite, he was upset because I started yelling at him. He was getting mad and frustrated because I wasn't helping him pack. I was worried about the animals and trying to keep them in the car and he kept screaming at me and yelling at me and then he started destroying my car and he broke my driver side mirror. >> Give me one minute, please. >> He broke my driver's side mirror. Um he broke my my mirror up top and >> I saw it on the ground. That was in at the campsite. That was when we were leaving packing up. Um, and he got so upset that he just started punching me and I just I was screaming about everything. He like [ __ ] the cops. >> Hey sweetie. Sweet. Don't don't want to interrupt but >> getting hit like that. >> You need to go to the hospital. Your mom's coming. She can get the dogs for the test. >> She's not going to take my car. She's not going to take my animals. >> I mean, if we explain the situation, >> I don't want to go to the hospital. >> I mean, your your car is not going anywhere. It's not going to it's not drivable. So, either you're going to go home with your mom, you know, it's going to have to stay here. You can get it towed to your mom's house, but right now, I mean, there's no reason to not go. I mean, especially with you getting hit. They can document what happened. >> Oh, thank you. >> Officers told the victim that she'd be taken to the hospital, but they were surprised by her response. >> Don't go and then you end up dying. you know, people, like I say, people, you know, you got the adrenaline going right now. You got hit. You know, there's a lot more that could be going on. So, and like I said, they they can document all this bruising, all this stuff, >> and you can't see what's going on inside. >> Yeah. I mean, they need they probably need to scan your head to make sure. Okay. >> You can have internal injuries that you can't see or feel. >> Can I wait until my mom gets here? >> How? Where is she coming from? >> Peace. Okay. >> That's up to them. >> After getting the victim side of the story, it was now time to get the suspect's story. But as expected, never take blame for their actions. It was always about how their victims agitated them. >> So, what happened between you and your girlfriend today? >> Um, so we both hit on and she becomes very and antagonizing. >> Okay. >> And we just had an event where we were at the campground. Um, I'm trying to think of the name of her. She knows. You'd have to ask her that part. Um, okay. Anyways, this is campground and we've been doing cuz we were staying out there and it was a lot easier to do out in the woods in the middle of nowhere and we do it on the back roads and stuff and we got to the camp and we were ready to move out that day. this uh this happened of course and um we uh got in a verbal altercation and she started tackling me and hitting me and so I threw I threw something at her and then No, I I threw styrofoam freaking plates at her. I took a roll of styrofoam plates cuz she crashed at me and like slammed me on my hip and uh I got back up and I hit her with a bag of styrofoam plates that should be in the back of the car still. >> Okay. And uh sorry. >> That's okay. Take your time. >> I'm trying to think. It was a really eventful night. Um so then after after that she started throwing like a she throwing a I think it was a 2x4 and then a a broom pole at me and I dodged the broom pole and and that's how that damage to that mirror happened on the car. I >> And this was all last night. >> Last night. But I >> So what happened today? >> No, I've not done yet. >> Okay. And then she made me run from the cops >> last night. >> She was trying to turn off the lights and run. >> Okay. >> Why is this zapping me? Or is this dark? >> Okay. >> Okay. Keep going. >> I know. >> So, we we we got we got to like Alabama for some reason cuz I was driving in the dark and I can't see. What was that happening? Bad eyesight and like halfway in one eye and a stigmatism also. >> Okay. >> I'm choking up. Sorry. I got >> That's okay. And um so we had to turn all the way from Alabama and on the way back from there and we started arguing again and she bit me. This don't really show anymore. Oh, she bit me at her physical altercation altercation. And I'm afraid to even say this part because last time we talked about it, the first battery charges like got dropped. She attacked me first. She's a very uh offensive uh woman. >> Okay. >> I'm usually on the defense. >> Gotcha. >> I'm kind of string bean. I can't do much. Um and um who was it? So we we pulled over and we talked about it and we promised we never hit each other again. And we were on the way here and I just didn't want to go near people. I wanted to spend all day with her today. I grew up watching my stepdad, my mom. and I think of him as a monster and I can't live with myself like that. And I told her, I'd like to spend my day with you and by myself. She was going to leave me here. As soon as I did it, I started realizing what I did cuz I I black out whenever I get like that. So, I didn't take my medicine. I have anxiety and I almost something depression medicine. And I didn't take any of this today. We ain't eating today. So, we were both probably angry and and she wouldn't let me in the car and I freaked out and as soon as I freaked out, I was being ripped off by >> Sometime later, the suspect's mother arrived on the scene. >> So, this is um just some resources in case you need it. Okay. Um instructions on how to take out an injunction if you need it. However, the judge did issue a no contact stipulation. Um however if you need further protection um also some shelters as well some resources uh counseling services um shelters. Okay. >> Is um can we do we need to take um pictures? So I already took pictures of her vehicle um and her injuries. >> Okay. >> Um so technically speaking um are you comfortable with me talking in front of your mom? Okay. I just want to make sure um I know there was an incident that happened in Okaloosa last night into this morning. Um technically speaking, you can file charges there for what happened. >> Um so he would have the domestic in Okaloosa >> and then he would have >> he has domestic in Okaloosa. >> Okay. >> Having another with >> I'm going to do >> this is going to mark it for him. >> Literally yesterday was case. I'm sorry to interrupt. Um, do you know the outcome of that? Yesterday, >> the charges were dropped. Okay. >> Because he told me he was going to change and I believed him. >> Okay. So, that was requested by you. >> Okay. >> Because he manipulated me. >> Okay. And then we got into an argument last night. That's why my driver's side uh mirrors broke. He shattered it. He shattered my back tail light. Um, punched it. That's why his hand's bleeding. Um, I did have one more question that just reminded me. Um, during the [snorts] incident that happened in the vehicle here, did were you able to defend him off in any way? Did you um do any strikes, any defensive, anything >> that you can remember? >> I tried shoving him off and my my bike I can't I'm very tiny at my muscle in my bones. The only thing I could do is bite. Okay. >> Um, while he was on top of you, um, striking you, do you remember biting him or trying to get him off you? >> Uh, he reached over and was trying to get my foot off the brake to have me drive off instead of turning and my foot was staying on the brake. He kept trying to hit the gas uh, and turn the wheel and try to get me off. He was trying to push me out of the car. So, I bit his shoulder and that's when he punched me in the face. >> And that was after he already sliced your tire, was smashing the windshield. Okay. All right. >> Okay. That was right when the neighbor came out and literally reached in and yanked him off. Yeah. >> The suspect was taken to the hospital and after he was cleared, he was charged with resisting arrest and property damage. His girlfriend also filed an injunction which he violated in just a few days. This resulted in a warrant for his arrest and he was detained a month later.
