Listen, get in the vehicle. >> My dad is the sheriff. >> Your dad's the sheriff. You remain silent. Does not apply to this requirement in Mexico law. >> Let you take a breath. >> What's her dad's name? >> Um, he used to be a cop. She says he he used to be a sheriff. >> Oh, did he? Okay. >> Some people think having a cop in the family serves as a free pass to do whatever they want. But what happens when officers refuse to play favorites with them? >> My dad was Michael Maxwell. You settle down. Which was that? >> I don't care who your parents are. Will you have a seat, please? >> My god. >> Why? >> How bad you guys mistreated me. I have hair in my mouth. >> Here are the times when entitled cops relatives thought they were above the law. Starting with a drunken diva who thought having a cop boyfriend excused her aggressive behavior. My boyfriend is a state cop for almost 30 years both. >> Are you stupid, >> man? >> Are you stupid? >> Come on. Get off. >> Get off. >> Then here's the million-dollar question. If your boyfriend's a cop, then why do you have >> On June the 15th, 2025, officers in De Plains, Illinois, responded to a call from a local bar about an unruly customer who was allegedly shouting at and assaulting the staff. When they arrived, they discovered the conflict had started because the woman claimed she had already paid a tab that the bar said was still outstanding. But the thing was that when the cops encountered the drunk woman, they found her not to be the victim she claims that she was. >> I have it all recorded. My boyfriend is a state cop for almost 30 years. He's outside. He put his hands on me right here three times cuz I tried to paint my tab and he he's so disrespectful. Check the cameras and watch him the he was saying and how he put his hands on me. Go show them cameras right now. >> No. He put his hands on me here. No, I No, I want to press charges on you. >> Hey, relax. Don't get close. >> He shoved me and put his hands on me. But you're getting angry at us and we're just trying to talk to you calmly. >> I want to press charges. >> Can you do me a favor and do your tab first before we do >> I already did and I will show you on my phone charged twice and I got two tabs right there both times. >> Are you stupid, >> ma'am? >> Are you stupid? On my >> take one more step or two things. >> We're not playing them, right? You have to relax. >> You have to relax. What do you mean I'm going to be ditching? Because I'm trying to because you're getting too aggressive towards >> Look at your behavior. I have not raised my voice. You're being funny. >> Ma'am, >> you just You're the new manager here. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, talk to us, please. Instead of >> I will show you charges on my phone and receipts. >> What are the receipts? Show me the receipts. >> Right then. >> Okay. Can you go get them for us, please? >> 100%. >> Thank you. And the cop that I'm dating is outside. Gave him 20. I'm talking. I'm talking, man. >> He just asked me about the tab. So, I'm talking about Show us the Show the receipts. >> Show us the receipts. >> Show us the receipts. >> Show us the receipts. You're not in charge here. Show us the receipts. Show us the receipt. >> Are you listening what I'm saying? I'm telling you, give your command to show them the receipts. >> Are these your receipts right here? >> Can I go buy those? >> I don't think you want to make this receipt. The seats are all right there and on my phone and on the camera. Oh, manager. Show me from right here to here three times. >> This is your tab. This is not a receipt. >> You haven't paid your tab. >> Thank you. >> My god. It's on my card right here. >> Okay, then show us. >> Oh my god. >> This happens every time. It's a $50 tab. Every time. Every time. >> Just take a second. Right. You don't want to make it work. >> I understand. But I don't think you're listening to a grant or pay the tab first. I >> ma'am, show us the show. >> Stop talking. >> Stop talking. >> Man, you're on me. You're detained. >> I'm going to keep talking. And I want those cameras. Show them. >> Show us the receipt on your phone. >> That is right here. >> You're not showing me cameras. >> You're not showing me anything, man. >> You're acting disorderly. >> Don't talk to me like I'm cheating. You're acting disorbly. I'm pulling it off. Can you pull up for me, please? >> 100%. Here we go. >> Look at that. Can I see? >> Yeah. >> Minor Street Tavern. >> Can I see? >> Don't you You don't have to touch my phone. >> That's $18. Your bill >> pays four times. >> It doesn't say four times. Toss it right now. >> It says $18. >> No, you're getting >> Did I say it was all one time? >> You said you paid it all. >> Exactly. >> $18. Exactly. >> So, where's the rest of the >> Could you let me talk and finish? >> Bring it back. No one else is raising their voice. >> Well, don't disrespect me. >> Actually, I've actually been respected >> and I gave you a lot of >> Uh-huh. >> And I reopen. >> Okay. >> Then where's the rest of the 50? >> 18 is not $50. >> The woman flaunted her cop boyfriend like it was an achievement, but her belligerent behavior made it an insult to the police force. She had absolutely no substance to back up her arguments. And from the look of things, it was obvious that she was only looking for a fight. >> I will not leave here until you guys pull up these cameras that I made that cash. You can detain me. You can bring me that. I swear to God, pull those cameras up. I will sit here. So, I approve. I swear to God, pull up right now. >> You're not leaving. It's right. idea. Those cameras on you have an idea. >> You want to record? >> Do you have an idea? >> I do. I do. >> No, you don't. >> Are you refusing ID? >> No, I'm not. >> Then I'm demanding your ID. Please. >> You're not demanding because I >> I'm demanding now. >> You're put in custody. We're going to take her stage. >> Come on. Get off. Get off. Get off. >> No playing games here. We're told that you need your ID. We're just going to trespass. >> Are you female? >> You got me out. >> You are pretty intoxicated. Maybe I think that you not listening to us. >> How do you know I'm intoxicated like that? >> Are you kidding me? I could smell and just from experience I know that you're intoxicated. >> You don't know me. >> Okay, you're right. I don't know you. So, I Nothing personal, >> ma'am. Stop. >> Are you guys going to grab the footage from this bar? >> Yes. >> Yeah. We'll look at my shirt. >> All right. >> You good? >> Yeah. Put my shirts on. >> Oh, okay. >> She will. She won't be touching. We'll >> grab Okay. >> All right. >> Come on. I'm not even calmly walk out. >> Calmly walk out. >> Stop. >> I'm not even fighting you guys. >> Okay, that's fine. Just >> we're just going >> You guys, I want I proof of the >> I shall proof on my phone and the receipt. >> You don't You want to just try to write in here real quick? If I proof on my phone on the table and receive you touch me like this again, you stupidest >> the There you go. >> I've been coming to this bar for 15 plus years. I would never do that. >> The lady only got what was coming to her as the deputies decided that they were done listening to her egotistical ramblings. However, for someone who was used to bragging about her boyfriend, she would soon be caught in a bigger mess than she had anticipated. >> Then here's the million-dollar question. If your boyfriend's a cop, then why do you >> Are you stupid? >> Well, what's in your bag? >> If you guys don't your I can't feel my wrist. I cannot feel my wrist. >> My right hand. I cannot feel my wrist. I cannot feel my wrist. >> Right hand. >> Right hand. No, I'm not calling you or anything. But you guys, you got me soed up as a woman, too. My [ __ ] out and everything in there. >> No, no, it's not. >> Check me. Do you think there's a >> check the camera if I ever went >> check me out for one 02? >> They're harding my wrist. >> Stop pulling them. >> You're calling. >> You're thrashing about, man. Oh my god. >> Just just we'll talk to us. Let us finish this. >> I bro resisting arrest. >> Quit resisting. >> Stop resisting. Don't catch a resisting charge. >> The lady was subsequently charged with battery, trespassing, petite theft, and possession of a controlled substance. Speaking of entitlement, Britany here attempted to get out of a DUI charge by named dropping her sheriff dad. On December the 19th, 2022, an officer in Alabama pulled over a female driver identified as Brittany for exceeding the speed limit and swerving dangerously on the road. When she stepped out of the vehicle, the deputy noticed straight away that she appeared to be heavily intoxicated. And the confrontation that followed was anything but pleasant. It's >> your license, registration, insurance on this vehicle. >> Can you show me that? >> I need your license. I'm not doing this game. Why am I smelling alcohol? I'm eating from your breath. I need your license, registration, and insurance. >> You have one more chance. One more chance or I'm going to take you to jail. Okay, >> hold on a second. Take him to jail. Mom, he wasn't in following me the whole time and loving and now he's going to follow me. >> That's not how this works. All right, we're done. We're done. Nope. Stop. >> Okay, >> stop. Stop. Stop. >> My dad is a cop. You're not going to wait. >> Come over here. I am trying to talk to you. You do not want to listen to me. You do not want to listen to me. You don't want to do anything. >> Just tell me like when did you >> I clocked her over at 285 past Brantley. >> When I haven't She hasn't been at Brantley. >> You're lying cuz I haven't been She hasn't been at Brantley. >> I haven't been at Brantley. >> Stop yelling. Stop. >> I haven't been at Brley. >> I know. Stop >> on Brantley Road. >> On 285. >> I passed you. I passed you a black Chevy Silverado doing 93. >> Eddie 136 central. I have one female to change. >> Stop. >> Mom. >> Wait. Where? Where? She not coming from Bratley. >> She wasn't coming on. >> Okay. Well, that still doesn't >> Okay. Stop. >> Stop. She called me. She's bringing me the kids. >> Okay. So, where are you coming from? >> I'm telling you. >> Where are you coming from then? >> Okay. I've come from my boyfriend's which is where's his house? >> Which is where? >> It was off of Thomasson. >> Off of Thomasson. So you have to pass Brantley Road to get to Thomasson to get here. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So that's what I'm saying. I passed you at Brantley Road clocking you at 92. >> Okay. So >> I went I am traveling 100 miles an hour trying to catch up to you and you kept driving through Loving Black Chevy Silverado. >> You're lying. >> I'm not lying. I don't need to lie about that. >> Mom. >> And now I'm smelling alcohol coming from your breath. You have kids in your your car. >> Test me because I honest I left from there. I told my mom I'm coming to bring my kids so we can >> and I'm asking you for your license, registration, insurance, and you're denying that. Okay. Yes, you are. You said take you to jail. So, I'm obliging you. >> I'm trying. Okay. I'm not trying to do is just give him your license registration. >> I will. >> Don't argue. Why are you arguing? Because you are came from Brantley, >> not Brantley Lake. >> Okay. Okay. Not Brantley Lake. Brantley Road. That is on 285 right here. Okay. Pass. >> Where did you put your lights? >> Where did you put your lights at? Here. >> I I am not going to run lights and siren. Yes. Right here. >> Okay. So, why have you been following me this long and you haven't put >> What do you mean? I'm not going to put everyone in danger by running lights and sirens 100 miles an hour. >> I will run from you. >> Let her let her give her um Let her give you your >> No. No. Let Okay. So, let me call No. No, no, no. Now you're taking me in a jail for no reason. >> Get in the vehicle. Get in the vehicle. >> Get in the vehicle. Stop. >> Get in the vehicle right now. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. >> Get in the vehicle. >> Okay, I'm trying to talk to you. >> Okay, I'm going to talk to her. Believing that she deserved some form of special privileges. Brittany saw no problem with speeding with her kids in the car, and neither did her mother, who was clearly enabling her behavior. The officer would later learn that alcohol wasn't the only reason Brittany was acting out in the vehicle. >> My dad is a sheriff. >> Your dad's the sheriff. Your dad's smart cage. >> And I'm in the vehicle right now. Just turn it off. Get in the vehicle. This is [ __ ] >> Okay. Talk to me. Talk to me. >> I will talk to you when you calm down. >> I'm calm. >> No. Sit down. I'm going to get your license, registration, all that stuff. Please calm down. Please, please, please calm down. >> I'm not I'm not calm down. Stop. >> I'm not arguing with you because I'm You are arguing with me. >> No, no, no. Listen to me. >> I told you you're driving 92. >> I have kids that are in my vehicle. Stop. >> So, why are you traveling so fast then? >> I wouldn't do that to me. >> Why are you driving so fast? And why are you intoxicated right now? >> Listen to me. >> I have children that that have no dad. Okay. Period. Stop. >> That's fine. >> Okay, Britney, >> I I'll be honest with you. I've had a beer, >> okay? >> Since I've had those kids, >> okay, >> and we stopped. >> I understand. >> I I'm not traveling. I wasn't trying to avoid you. I >> I never said you were. >> Okay. >> All I said is I clocked you at a 92. >> Okay. Where? >> And I And I told you I didn't try to stop you until right here. >> Why? >> You came around this corner. What do you mean? >> It's against the law to drive 92 in a in a 65. So that's that's the reason why I pulled you over. I pulled you over to a 92 and a 65. >> You're barely pulling over here. Why? >> I had to catch you. You kept going 92. You kept going. >> Let him tell you what he Let him tell you. Stop. Let him tell you. >> Okay. I I am trying to catch up to you. I was trying to catch up to you the whole time from the moment you passed me and you push put on your brakes because you saw me. >> I didn't see you. I really honestly 100 I'm being 100%. I had to find a a turnaround. I turned around on you and then I floor I floored it doing a hundred trying to catch up to you before I could make >> before I could find the Chevy Silverado. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Where was that? >> What do you mean where was that? >> Where was that? >> Will you stop? >> That's That's not it. Why does it matter where I made a U-turn at? >> It doesn't >> I told you where you where I clocked you at. Brantley Road and 285 at 92 miles an hour. >> Tell me because I pulled >> I just told you. >> Well, I'm not going to keep explaining this. >> Tell me 100% honest. Where's my >> road is on 285? On 285 notes. I don't pay attention. I've lived here. >> Well, you should know your road. >> I've lived here. >> Well, then you should know your road. I'm not going to argue with you. >> Okay. Just show him your license and he'll give you a ticket. I don't know what he's going to give you, but please do not argue with his arguing. I'm just trying to get to the point where he Why did he follow me so long and now he's now he's pulling me over. >> I had to catch you. Does that not make sense? >> Why didn't your Why weren't your lights on? >> I my I turned my lights on when I when I identified your vehicle when you turned around. Why didn't you turn lights on? >> Why would I do that? >> Why would I? >> That makes no sense. Are you a police officer? >> Yes. >> No, you are. >> The rights. >> Okay. You're a police officer. >> I know my rights. >> Okay. Well, then get in there. Use your fifth amendment right. Mm- >> Get in the car. I'm going to arrest you for resisting. How about that? >> I'm not arresting you for resisting. I'm not >> You can't arrest me. >> I'm not aris I'm not resisting though. >> I'm not resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> Get in the vehicle right now or I'm going to arrest you. >> Okay, listen to me. Last chance. Shut up. >> If you do not let me close this door, I'm arresting you. If you don't let me close this door, I'm arresting you. >> Let me show you my license. >> Let me show you my license. Let me show you my license. You're going to >> Let me show you my license. I'm going to pee myself. >> Get in the vehicle. I'm going to >> talk to you. I'm not >> I'm going to hit you with it. I'm going to hit you with it. >> You get in the vehicle. >> I'm just asking you a question. >> For somebody who was the daughter of the sheriff, Britney's behavior was a stain on her father's achievements. The deputies finally managed to secure the wild cat into the squad car, but it didn't mean that their troubles were over. >> I'll tell her, >> ma'am, >> I'm not. I'm sitting here. >> You bang on that window and you damage it, we're going to charge you. So quit doing so quick. >> I'm sitting here. >> You're banging on the window, so stop. >> I can hear you on the outside. >> Hey, listen to her. This lady's trying to talk to you. Britney, listen to her. Britney, please. Britney, >> calm down, please. Britney, >> I know. Just call. >> You better call my dad cuz I don't know the out. >> They have no right. No, right. >> I haven't done nothing. And all of a sudden, he pulls his lights. >> All of a sudden, stop banging on the door. >> Stop banging on the door. That's what I'm telling you. >> Listen, I'm banging on the door. >> If your mom can hear it, too. >> I can't [ __ ] move, [ __ ] >> I I just got >> That's okay, ma'am. Just >> I just thought he had too. >> Listen to me. He's very nice enough and he says he's not going to arrest you if you listen to him. Stop because Anna is going to take you. We don't need you to go. Britney, you got the kids here. Please zip it. >> So, is she going to she's going to refuse everything? I'll ask her. Britney. >> Britney, are you willing to submit to standardized field sobriety tests? Yes or no? >> Yes or no? >> Okay, I'll take that as a no. Okay. All right. So, as of right now, you're under arrest for DWI. >> For DWI? >> I would understand. My dad's aing sheriff. I wouldn't do this to you. I'm not an ugly person. >> I'm not saying you are. All right. You need to listen to me. Okay. You need to listen to me really carefully. All right. You are under you are under arrest for DWI. Stop and listen to me. DW >> Stop and listen to me. >> I didn't blow nothing. >> I cannot force you to take our test, but if you refuse, you will lose your New Mexico driver's license or non-residents operating privilege for one year. The right to speak to an attorney or remain silent does not apply to this requirement in New Mexico law that you take a breath test. >> Do you now agree to be tested? >> I consider your actions to be a refusal to be tested. >> How do you know? I haven't refused them. with you. >> Oh, I'm going to >> Did I say that? >> No, she wants to act like that. >> Yeah, with >> Zip it. Zip it. You shouldn't have been [ __ ] in right and not You wouldn't That's why they all get in trouble. That's why >> information. >> What is she hitting the window with? >> I don't know. >> My dad's a I would never do this. Who's your dad? >> I never >> Who's her dad? >> I have no idea. >> Said he's a sheriff. What's her dad's name? >> Um he used to be a cop. She says he he used to be a sheriff. >> Oh, did he? Okay, gotcha. I hope one day when your daughter's in that situation, I hope you eat your goddamn words every day cuz I'ming Satan and I'lling come for you everying day. Worthless piece of worthless piece of >> My dad used to be a cop. I have no offense to y'all. >> Okay. >> Not one. >> All righty. Cool. We appreciate you. >> Britney was charged with abuse. DUI, speeding, driving with no license, criminal damage to property, and resisting an officer. Britany got humbled by the law, and so did this military wife who tried to use her husband's status to get out of a traffic stop. >> Your husband works for the US defense. >> But I would like to know why I had to step out just cuz I don't have a license. >> You excuse you. Excuse you. >> Absolutely not. Potent. Oh my god. >> On January the 27th, 2025 in Florida, an officer pulled over a vehicle after the driver, identified as Daniela, cut through a parking lot just to avoid a stoplight. What she didn't know was that this routine stop was about to become one of the most dramatic and entitled encounters of her career. >> Hello, Officer PKPD. The reason I pulled you over is because you're cutting through this. >> Good morning. So is everybody else. There's one right behind you. There was one right here that just turned, but you got me. up in the morning. >> All right. Well, actually, I've been sitting here the whole time doing traffic rush. >> Okay. Right behind you, but yeah. And then there's one that just cut right in front of me, too. So, that's okay. >> Okay. >> You know what? I don't know what you're talking about. >> Of course. Okay. >> Because I've been sitting here the whole time. >> Okay, that's fine. >> All right. And there's no need to argue. >> Yes. Good morning. >> Do you have your registration insurance? That's um >> And if you happen to be talking about the Jeep in the Hyanda, that was a traffic crash that I was taking care of. >> No, it wasn't that. It was literally the car was behind us, but it doesn't matter. >> Oh, I'm not going to argue with >> I'm not arguing. >> That's what I have on me right now. I'm sorry. >> Okay. 428 92 Bravo. works for the US defense. >> Parkway. >> Okay, I'm going to tell you right now. You should know better then. >> I know. We just moved here. So, I just came straight from the base. That's all I use. >> I know that's not an excuse, but that's what I have right now on me. And I just switched my bag, so that's why. >> Okay. Not having a driver's license makes me believe that you don't have a valid driver's license. >> Yes. Okay. I I mean, literally, that's what I have. Like you can you I'm just letting you know. >> I mean there's no need to be a smartmouth because I'm going to tell you what that's going to talk your way into a ticket. Okay. >> I'm just letting you know that's what >> Yeah, but there's no reason to be smart with me. >> Cuz right now you're looking at two tickets. >> Okay. Well, I'm not trying to. You're making it feel like I'm purposely not giving you my driver's license and I don't >> No, I didn't say that. I'm telling you you should know better because your husband works for >> I understand. But you're making me feel arguing with me. What's your address, please? >> All right. What's your insurance provider? >> USA. >> The woman's incessant arguments were practically begging for a ticket, coupled with the fact that she had no valid license. But before the deputy could take any action, the woman erupted into a full tantrum. >> All right. Do you want to go ahead turn the vehicle off and step outside for me, please? >> I ask why. Well, right now you don't have a driver's license. All right. And I need to step out here. That's why. All right. See? Thumbs up. >> But I would like to know why I have to step out just cuz I don't have a license. >> Because I'm going to read you your rights and I'm going to talk to you. I'm not going to ask you again. >> Okay. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> That's all I want to. So, you're arresting me? >> Step out of the vehicle. >> No, I want to know. You're arresting me? I'm not going to ask you again. >> I just need to know if you're Excuse you. Excuse you. Excuse you. >> Absolutely not. >> Excuse you. Oh my god. >> Get that stuff out of the vehicle. >> How dare you? Oh my god. Stop. I'm scared. Oh my god. Stop. Oh my god. Help me. Help me. Help me. >> Why? >> I need help. >> No. Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. Please. Please don't touch. >> Please don't touch me. I look at hell. Don't touch me. >> Put the phone down. Step out now. If this other officer gets here, we're both grabbing you and pulling you out. >> She literally pours the door open. >> She pours the door open on me. I >> You're going to pick yourself up on resisting if you don't do as I say now. >> You There is no exceptions. You ripped me out of my car. >> All right, you got yourself a resisting. You are going to go to jail. I'm done. Out. >> Your husband can come pick up this car. I need you out now. It quickly became clear that no amount of tears or military references would sway the officer. Soon enough, another officer arrived on the scene, who also made it clear that he had zero patience for Daniellea's theatrics. >> I've asked her to step out of the vehicle multiple times. I can't get her out of the vehicle. She has no driver's license. Like >> I want to read her her rights back here >> because I have a feel that she's never been issued one based on what Teletype is telling me. But who knows >> and I haven't even read her rights. >> Take one. Can you pull me out for the 1101? >> All right, ma'am. You need to step out of the car. >> All right. Step out of the car, ma'am. >> The show's over. Step out of the car. Cuz you're crying doesn't mean you can't walk. If you do what the police say, they won't touch you. Yeah. Okay. >> Step back here by my car. I have the mortar. Put your hands behind your back now. >> You have the right to remain silent. Any things that you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to your lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions and you have him with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any question if you wish. If you decide to answer questions without a lawyer present, you'll still have the right to stop answering any time. You also have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to your lawyer. Do you understand your rights? With that in mind, do you wish to speak to me? >> I'm not going to deal with this smart talk anymore. Yes or no question? You already ran her. >> Yeah. >> No license, >> nothing is truth. >> Play the game later. >> All right. >> Doesn't want to talk. She's fine. You have a driver's license. That's fine. >> Oh, am I asking am I answering your questions? I'm sorry. >> Am I literally No, you don't have time. >> We're done. Okay. Do you have anything on you that's going to poke and harm me in any way? >> GDF Hotel Delta Golf Southwest 375. What's going on? How you doing? Good. Yep. Good. >> DBI never had a DUI. >> I don't know. >> The instant Dianiela realized the officers weren't entertaining her games, her dramatic tears vanished. One of the officers then decided to speak to Daniela himself, hoping to get something of substance out of her. >> I'll try to talk to her and see what state she has. >> What's her name? >> Uh, Danielle. >> Danielle. So, >> I mean, at the same time, I can clock on resisting because I was trying to pull that her out. She's strong. >> Hello. Hi, Danielle. I'm Officer Gavar Cape Police Department. What license do you are you driving out of? Do you have a license at all? >> I do. I It's Texas. >> Texas? >> Yeah, I can give you my social. I don't know why she didn't ask me for that. >> Cuz the So, what she's saying that she asked you and you gave her a extremely hard time? No, she asked me if I had a driver's license and she made me feel like I was lying to her. I literally showed her my bag. I just switched it. People forget. >> I literally don't have it on me, but I do. >> Yeah. >> So, I would have I didn't really want her to have a head injury. I could have tried to pull her feet out and I grabbed him. I thought twice because I just I didn't have somebody else and I didn't want to risk that. >> Yeah. >> So, the reason why you were detained is because you gave her extremely hard time. Okay. >> I wasn't resisting. I literally asked her if she was as if she said, "Get out of your car so I can read your rights." I said, "Wait a minute." It clicked. And I said, "Well, >> why are you like She didn't say that before. She said that the second time." >> And then I said, "Well, wait. Are you arresting me?" And then she said, "I'm reading your rights. Get out of the car." And then I said, "What?" And she literally went into my car and forced herself in and started yanking me out. I just wanted to know why she was doing what she was doing. That's all I was asking her. And she got frustrated and upset and went into my car and yanked me out. >> And the whole I'm crying and I can't get out of my car. I not have time for that. Not at all. Get out of the car. You can cry all you want. Out of the car. >> We're going to double check Texas as you said, right? You have a license from >> Yes. And my husband is on his way. He drives a motorcycle so I don't know about my car, but >> Okay. Do you guys live here in Cape or >> I do? >> Okay. >> All right. So, just hang tight for me. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> You want to run her out of Texas? She said she has a valid deal out of Texas. >> 11 people cut through here. I see. >> Bank parking lot. This one. pull out of the bank lot and then pull them over into here. >> They usually come in here, but this What's the violation? Driving off the road 1674 to avoid a traffic control pure stop sign on the red light. Good to know. >> Equipped with new information about another driver's license from Texas. The officer decided to verify the claim. And the moment they did, they found exactly what they were expecting. >> Just trying to get here. Everyone's an idiot today. I'll put it in the club. >> Well, either way, >> Joe. >> Yeah. Yeah, >> I know. And she's like, I always show everybody this. >> What is that? >> This is not a driver's license. >> ID. >> Why does she not have a driver's license? >> Cuz she doesn't have one. >> But like, why not though? Cuz >> it's expired 3 years ago. >> Yeah. >> No, but I'm saying like why why would you not just go get your license? Like it doesn't? >> Cuz she's somebody special. >> And that's the attitude she had. She >> She goes make told her. I said, "You should know better." And she's like, "Cuz she was cut through here." And she's like, "Yeah, you know." >> Let me let her know that. >> So, your license is expired since 2022. Do you have any other license in any other state? >> Uh, no. >> So, technically, you don't have a license theoretically. >> Massachusetts. I mean, that's probably >> How long have you been living in Florida? Um since I don't have a new one >> since May of this year of last year. >> No, no, no. This last year. >> So 2024 May. >> Okay. >> And where were you before? Texas or Massachusetts? >> No, Virginia. >> Virginia. Do you have a Virginia license? >> Um I don't think so. >> No. So it's just Texas. >> I I might have Mass, but for now it's just Texas. >> Yeah. So, the Texas one expired in 2022. >> Okay. Well, I didn't know that. I didn't know that. >> Um, where I'm sorry, what? >> Where were you at 2022? >> Oh, God. Uh, >> Hawaii. >> Hawaii. Okay. Do you have a Hawaii license or no? >> No, I never took that out. >> It was obvious to everyone at this point. Dianiela should not have been driving at all. No excuse, no connections to people in the force and no panic crying could change that. Then her husband arrived and ordinarily for someone in a well-respected force, anyone would expect and hope that he was going to understand the situation better, even if his wife did not. >> I reached it, unlocked it for pulled out the boyfriend. >> I'm guessing so. Hang tight. I think your husband's here. Morning. >> Does she have anything with her? >> How can we help you? >> Well, I was just wondering what the cause for the stop was. >> She's cutting through a lane. >> Okay. >> A little parking lot. >> Okay. And then the the cause for pulling her out of her vehicle. >> Because I asked her to stop out of the vehicle and she refused. >> For what purpose? >> Well, she's going to jail right now cuz she has no driver's license. >> Actually, she does have a driver's license. >> From where? >> Okay. >> Huh? >> From where? >> From Texas. It's expired by more than 22 years. >> And as a military service member that's also passed on to the spouse, I already have pulled up on my phone. It's on my bike. It's still valid. You can't use it as an ID, but it's a valid license. >> So, but you've been living in Florida since uh May of last year. Correct. >> That's correct. >> So, you can't have a Texas license if you're living in Florida. >> That's not true. As I'm an active duty military, yes, we can. >> Okay. >> You can't have an expired driver's license by over 6 months. It's a criminal offense. It doesn't matter if you're in the military. I'm in the military, too. >> Then you should know. >> It doesn't matter. You can have a a license out of another state. That is true. But you still have to have a valid license. >> It is valid. >> Is she deployed right now? No, she's not. That's the only excuse to not >> keep your license. >> Do it right now. Then I I can tell you that you still have to have a valid license. drive. >> They can have a a license out of a different state, but they still have to have a valid license. >> Yeah. To be able to drive. >> If you are a military duty member, spouse, or dependent, and are stationed outside the state of Texas, not outside the state of the United States, the expiration date of your Texas ID is automatically extended unless your driver's license has been suspended, cancelled, or woke, which it has not. >> Where are you guys stationed at? Uh, South former colonial in. >> Are you like a recruiter or something? >> Oh, temp temporarily. >> Okay. I was like I was trying to figure out why there would be a station there. I've never heard of that. What What statute is that? >> That is >> Yeah, but we're looking at 2022. This is two years. >> Three. >> Three years. Yeah. We're thinking >> that. And that's fine cuz it doesn't have the time >> because you've only been Yeah. I don't think so. >> It's a DL16P. out of state back at 10. Tech 24. >> Can't Can I see that? >> Of course, >> the highlighted one. >> Sorry, adrenaline's got me going. That's why I'm a little shaky. >> It's understandable that the problem is when she was asked to step out of the vehicle. She had a resisting charge, too. Why was she asked to step out? >> You have to have a reason other than officer safety. If we're requesting you to step out of the vehicle, you have to step out of the vehicle. And you tell her not >> you feel like you're unsafe >> because right now the >> ones with the guns. >> She didn't have a driver's license. She did not have a valid driver's license. >> She go to jail. So >> we need to interview her to determine whether or not she has a valid driver's license. >> Okay. But we asked her to step out of the vehicle and she refused to comply. >> Yes, she does. >> Unless you have a >> You know what? I'm taking >> What do you want to do with the vehicle? You want to tow it? >> I'm going to drive. >> You want to take it? Yeah. >> I'm going to park my vehicle in a secure parking lot >> and then I'm going to take all of you. >> All right, man. >> Sounds good. >> Good, man. >> All right. Thanks, guys. >> Absolutely. >> Ask um >> what? >> Ask Christian about that. >> I I I'll look it up. I mean, either way, she refused to get out of the vehicle. So, >> yeah, we got resisting all the way. I mean, it can act as an ID, but it can't act as a driver's license. That's what it comes down to. >> And the fact that it's, like you said, 3 years now, there's plenty of time to renew that. So, all right. >> Della was eventually charged with resisting without violence and driving with an expired driver's license. Dianiela couldn't escape the consequences of her entitlement, and neither could Gina once officers found substances on her. >> What's your name? My name is Officer Davidson, ma'am. I'm sorry. >> Davidson. >> Yep. >> I am going to write a good review for you. Let me talk to my father. >> Sorry. It was And then other things that >> talk to my father, please. My grandfather, Chicago PD, and so is my father, so they know what's up. >> On March the 26th, 2025, airport officers were dispatched after receiving reports of an intoxicated passenger identified as Gina. A call that should have been nothing more than a basic intoxication check twisted into something much bigger, mainly because of one passenger's inflated sense of entitlement. >> Well, Gina, the way you're acting right now, they're not going to let you fly cuz you seem like you're intoxicated on something, right? So, >> have you had anything? Don't just be honest with us. >> I'm I'm a little bit um I have a few shots in the airport. Um but I >> What time is your flight today? Gina. Gina, when's the last time you drank something or took something? >> Have you been drink Did you have some drinks last night or today? Just be honest. >> No, not today. Um, I just saw my sister in Orlando and probably >> Okay. Well, right, you're acting like said they're not going to let you fly. So, what time is your flight today? >> Right now, if you went to the gate, they probably would not let you board. >> So, but do me a favor. Finish tying your shoe. We don't want you to trip. I'm what I'm telling you is that if they don't let me board with them, it's going to be a huge problem. >> Well, that's the thing. We're trying to avoid. >> So, >> I know I I >> will do anything to >> Okay, we'll start tying your shoe. >> Okay. Go ahead and tie your shoe so you don't trip >> and then we'll go from there. Okay. >> Let me see if I can get a CCS. Right. I can tell you right now the way that you're they're acting, they won't let you fly cuz they think you might be intoxicated and they can't have you up in the air like that. >> Okay. Do you have anyone we can talk? >> I I don't. It's okay though. It's It's okay. >> Who are you flying out with? First of all, >> I'm not flying with anybody. I'm fly. >> No. No. Who you What airline are you flying with? So, I'm going to Orlando. >> You're going to Orlando. >> And who are you flying to get to Orlando with? Like Delta, >> my sister. >> Which airline? Like Delta, American, United? >> Southwest. >> Southwest. We just want to make sure. >> So bad. >> I feel so bad about >> We just want to make sure you're okay. All right. All right. Once she does, ma'am, you're going to have to go onto the other side. security. Either get a cab, I'll see if I can get a CCS to help you. >> At first, everything appeared manageable, but it didn't take long before the drunk Gina began revealing her true colors. >> Or you can you can go sit on the other side. >> What's your name? >> My name is Officer Davidson, ma'am. I'm sorry. >> Davidson. >> Yep. >> I am going to write a good review for you. Amazing. >> Um, I really appreciate you. You want to sit down over here? >> Give you some first class ride. Okay. >> I I can walk. >> No, I think you should ride this. All right. >> You should take a seat >> cuz you were stumbling earlier. We want to make sure you're okay. You're not like I said, you're not. >> Okay. >> Treat you like a queen. Come on. Sit down. >> Okay. But can I talk to you about >> Huh? Yeah, sure. Go ahead and have a seat. You Yep. Tell me everything. Let's go. >> It's not alcohol. Because if she was that if like let's say if she was that intoxicated, you'd be able to smell it, >> right? You're not smelling anything. Nothing. >> There's there's no smell. These eyes are dilated. Uh and basic based what they're saying, whatever she took, she took right before she like got on this plane. I think it was probably like u Xanax or something to help her become. >> Miss Gina, we can't sit here all day. I just need you to do me a favor. >> I'm not asking. >> No. No, I'm asking you I'm asking you to get up so you can start walking so we can get you out of here. Okay. >> All right. So, >> All right. >> All right. >> All right. Well, do me a favor. >> Can you start walking forward a little bit cuz you are wobbling like no other. So, do me a favor. Take a seat right here. You don't have to sit back down, ma'am. Look, you're not in trouble yet, but I need you to start listening. You can call your father and I'll talk to him and then he'll probably talk to you. Not in the way you want to be talked to. Or you can just hop in this chair. We'll take you on the other side. You can sit down there. No. Well, then you need to stand up and show us that you can actually walk without any problems cuz right now you you've wavered. You're So stand up. Stand up, please. I want you to walk to that officer right there. You can't, ma'am. Excuse me. >> Okay. >> Gina was so intoxicated that she could barely stand without wobbling. And when officers finally convinced her to sit in a wheelchair, she did something so outrageous that it left everyone around her stunned. >> Okay, sit down, please. Sit down. Sit down, please. >> Ma'am, sit down right here. >> Ma'am, just sit down right here. >> There you go. >> There you go. See? Listen. >> Whoa. >> Listen, man. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. First stop. >> I got her. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Want to be in handcuffs? >> Go ahead. >> No. >> You got yourself. >> All right. >> Stop. >> Just do it. >> All right. Come on. >> I'm under arrest. Come on. >> You're under arrest. Public intoxication. Stop resisting. Give me your hand. >> Please. No. Stop. >> Go ahead. Hit Hit the latch. Hit the latch right there. Perfect. >> Please. >> Somebody want to fight. White female 1095. >> She slipped out of there. >> Yes. Yes. >> I just want to talk to my dad. >> I want to talk to my dad. Please, I want to talk to my dad. Please. >> Yeah, we can. >> You had every opportunity. >> Don't put your hands on me. >> It's okay. Come on. >> Oh my god. I need help. >> Help. Help. Help. Help. Let me talk to myself. kicking. >> Okay, >> then get up and sit in the chair. You got >> There you go. >> There you go. >> You got the hat. You got that. Here's your hat. >> Is what it is. >> Don't push your I asked you for this. I asked you for my dad. >> Is she I I swear to God, my dad will you. You have no idea who the you're messing with. My dad willing you. And I'm I'm being stupid. My dad will literally you. So worry about it. He will you in the next week. I promise you. >> My dad >> hit the elevator. I thought I did. >> Okay. Where's my phone? >> Your phone and stuff is in here. Let's go. >> Okay. >> Despite everything, Gina was convinced that her father would magically get her out of the mess that she had created. She had zero regard for the reputation her father had worked so hard to maintain. In fact, her behavior only continued to worsen. >> Dude, there's no APS here. >> Down the >> Miss Gina, >> stop. >> Miss Gina, >> you're done with you. So, you're going to sit down >> and you're going to listen to this officer. >> Sit down. Put your feet up right now. >> No. No. >> Do you think we got an AP up upstairs? >> Help. I don't care right now. >> We're not going to go ahead. >> Just relax. >> Somebody help. Help. Meanwhile, other officers searched through Gina's belongings, and what they discovered inside her bag made it clear why she had been acting like an absolute menace. >> Different colors. >> She took a photo with that. >> How did she get that? >> Good point. Good point. Okay. >> Let me see. Yep. There you go. >> So, she took his with alcohol. >> That's why she's so jacked up. >> Yep. >> 163. >> And she doesn't have a prescription bottle. >> Nope. >> Why did Why are you putting me in handcuffs? >> Cuz you were intoxic. >> Let me talk to my father. >> Sorry. Please. I need to talk to my father. >> No. What are you doing? >> Leg. I got to go. I have to grab a leg. There you go. here. >> What? >> No. >> I want to talk to my dad. Come on. I'm a young girl. >> No. You >> I just want to talk to my seat belt. >> Go. Dad, you're slipping. Push all you want. Push all you want. Madam, you're adding towards your charges. >> What are you going to do? Go ahead. Hit me. I don't care. I don't care. Gina was eventually charged with obstruction, public drunkenness, 13 counts of felony substance possession, and additional substance related offenses. Gina's connections got her nowhere, nor did it help Amber, the police chief's daughter, and she got caught shoplifting. On August the 4th, 2024, officers in Florida were called to a Walmart after a report about a woman identified as Amber skipping items at a selfch checkout. But nothing could have prepared them for the entitled woman waiting for them behind that door. >> So the the amount missed was 4363 without the tax. Um >> this is what you paid for. I have the video pulled up right here. >> All right. >> So this item right here that's right on top of that other item never gets scanned. She kind of holds it over. It scans the bottom item and places it right here for him to bag. Uh, I don't think he realized what all was going on. Um, and I He went to go get the kids. He had to pick up the kids. That's why he's not here. >> Does it happen that way every time? >> Not every item. Like for this one right here, they have six of them. They only ring up three. Now, she says it's because they were stuck together and they don't know that you can pull them apart. But let me fast forward to the end cuz this is the most obvious one with this uh sports bra thing or whatever. Then the vest underneath it. She has it stacked up on top of it. She's going to take the the hand scanner and only scan the top item before passing both items across. So, she just scans that one item on top and then leaves it here and actually grabs it and moves it over like you saw. Is her ID? >> Yes. >> Sorry. >> I'm married now. >> Oh, okay. >> It's an older ID. >> I got you. Is this uh your most current one though? It's not. So, right before here, I was actually in a car accident where I called the police and I gave my ID from the accident to here. I don't know what happened to the ID. >> Is it a New York ID, though? Are you from New York? >> It's a Florida one. >> You have a Florida D or a Florida ID? Okay. >> Yes. Do you res? >> I'm a resident in Florida. Technically, we moved to Florida in August because all my family lives here in Florida. However, we're having a house built in New York. So eventually we're going back. >> Okay. But you live here now? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. So you're being detained by the police. So I appre your rights before we have a conversation. Okay. Don't freak out. This is a normal procedure whenever you're detained. Okay. So to listen to all these questions, um, let me know. But pretty straightforward. Okay. So the remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk with to a lawyer. Have your lawyer present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, excuse me, can afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning. If you decide to answer any questions now without a lawyer present, you still have the right to stop answering at any time and speak with a lawyer. Do you understand all those rights I just read? I need to reread them for you. You understand? Okay. Would you like to answer any questions? >> No. Okay. Just hang tight for me. All right. Amber's refusal to answer even the simplest of questions was the first red flag. But things took a sudden drastic turn when she flat out refused to follow the officer's instructions. Perhaps things would have turned out in her favor if the cops were a little lenient. But unfortunately for her, they were nononsense cops who would not hesitate to teach her some life lessons that her cop parent didn't teach her. >> Can you pull the phone down for me, please, so we can ask you some questions? >> They're both here. >> Yes or no? >> You want to put the phone down? >> Okay. Well, hold on cuz they're yelling at me now. >> Okay. >> What is your name? >> Amber. >> You have a Florida deal? >> I'm sorry. >> Do you have a Florida driver's license? >> Yes, I do. >> Where is it? I don't know. >> Lose attitude. Okay. >> You have one, too. With all due respect, I didn't do nothing wrong. I didn't say nothing to you. >> What is your last? >> You have an attitude. >> What is your last name? >> Spell it. >> A. >> Okay. This deputy is the deputy in the case and he says you need to stay off the phone. So, listen to him. Thank you. >> All right. I tried to be nice. I told you to get off the phone. >> My mom's a captain of the police. >> Mom. Mom. Mom, get on the ground. Get on the ground. >> I'm not even Mom. Mom, I'm not Mom. >> [ __ ] Mom, call the lawyers. >> So, get back in here, please. >> I'm not even doing anything. >> Stop resisting and put your arm behind your back now. >> There's nothing wrong with being on the phone until I'm under arrest. You're going to get a resistance charge. You understand me? >> I'm literally laying here not doing anything. >> Put your arm behind your back. >> Not fighting. >> Put your arm behind your back. >> Put your hand drop. Move your hand. >> Mom, I'm coming. Your mom get >> all masking. I'm not >> I'm on your shoulder. I'm on resisting. Mom. >> Yeah. Mom, you guys are both on top of me. I weigh 130 lbs. >> Mom, mom. Mom, please tell James to go. Johnny, this one is way too tight. You're cutting off my circulation. >> All right, roll it over. >> Johnny has >> All right, relax. Relax. >> I think >> I'm going to sit you up. All right. >> No, I can't sit up. Please let me lay down. I feel >> sit up. Be an adult. >> I have >> be an adult and sit up. Amber's stubbornness landed her in cuffs almost immediately. And when her family connections failed to save her, this entitled 30-year-old decided to pull out one of the oldest tricks in the book. >> Come on, we'll help you up. >> You really going to do this? You're going to >> You're going to Okay. 127 messing around. She is >> I don't >> acting as though she se >> mom I tell them I have >> please I don't need any help and I haven't been told. >> Do you want to sit up like an adult now? >> See I can't I can't >> You can't sit up. I I swear to God, my kids life. >> Okay. All All you got to do is get off the phone. All right. >> All right. Do you want an ambulance or not? >> I need my husband for my medication. >> It's all right. We're good. >> My medication. >> I'm going to have >> No, I don't. I'm refusing. You can't put me on ambulance if I refuse. That's >> you were just acting as though you're seizing. So you're going to get to get you medical shot. >> I'm refusing it. >> Okay. >> I just find >> I just need a hand to get her up. >> Huh? >> No. I can't get up right now. I need a lady here. >> I don't want to come check her out. >> She because she wouldn't be Well, it's probably best that we stand you up and walk you outside. >> I need a leg here just one minute. >> Well, it's probably not going to benefit you in any way. >> It is. I have suffered from this for all my life. >> But here, your hands are handcuffed behind your back. That's a position that's not typically good for people that are breathing. >> You want to try sitting up now? I hope you I don't know if I'm dead. >> They're going to help you my chest. >> For your chest? >> Here. >> You want me to do like a sternum rub? >> Are you sure? >> Do you have asthma? >> Not bad. >> Is that helping you? >> Yes. brother. >> Yes. >> Okay. We're going to have anyone else come just to check you out. >> Make sure you're okay. >> How old are you? >> Hey, how old are you, >> Sam? How old are you? >> 30. >> 30? >> Yes. Yes. help you get up onto this chair right here. Okay. >> Okay. >> Ready? One, two, three. When her dramatics failed to shake the officers, Amber realized she wouldn't be escaping this mess anytime soon, prompting her to try a different tactic. >> I need someone to call my hospital. >> Okay. >> I need my medication. >> Well, you can tell the medics about your medical related matters. Okay. >> I have medication that they can't give me. >> Well, the jail does. >> You're going to jail. So, >> what's your address? If you cooperate from here, I might make a phone call for your husband to come take this stuff. Okay? If you continue to give me problems, I will not care. All right? Very simple. >> Technically, that's my property. >> I know the law. >> My parents captains of the police 30 years. All right. So, what did Lauren used to say? >> How long did they get here? My god. >> Why didn't you mention this prior? >> I told my husband, swear to God, in my kids life, I told my husband, if you watch the keywords, go into the beginning of the keywords. I took M&F off the shelf and I was eating it for my health. Check the >> It's just funny how you only have your uh post uh post is >> when I'm under a lot of stress. It's not after. >> Go ahead and tell the medics what's going on. All right. >> Right now. >> Okay. Well, we'll gladly check that for you. >> Want to go to the hospital or is up to law enforcement? >> Yes. I don't hospital. >> I just want you to know it's not going to delay you going to jail. Like you are going >> the hospital. I I I told him I don't need an ambulance. I refused it. I said that from the beginning. >> But you can't tell us that you're having and us not doing anything. >> You can't tell anybody. It happen. >> Okay. So, she's medically okay. >> We can literally get medical record which is to be expected in the current situation. Everything else is within normal. >> Okay. And you're refusing to go with them? >> Yes, I am. >> Okay. Perfect. But before the officers could proceed with the investigation, they received information that completely changed the trajectory of the case. >> All right. Do you have a floor deal card? Cuz she's indicating that's not coming back. >> I swear under that name. >> If you call my husband, he has everything. >> Why would I You're an adult lady. >> I I was on call. I got in trouble for that. There's nothing I could do. He has my medication. He >> 15. Why would I call your >> Oh, that I can't prove anything to you. >> Where's your >> Okay, so you want to risk giving me false information. Have three charges today. >> If you charge me for false information, then you do. >> I can't validate what you're telling me, ma'am. I'm trying to give you an opportunity. >> What would you like me to do about that? >> I would like you to explain why she can't find your Florida deal. >> Or I'm going to charge you under the name that you've given me. If that's wrong, that's going to be additional charge. >> I don't know what to tell you. I came to DMV. I got an ID from Amber. >> You said you got divor divorced? >> No, I never been divorced. >> Oh, you got married? >> Yes. >> That's your maiden name on the >> Yes.
