on April 24th 2023 officers conducted a
traffic stop on a vehicle suspected of
being involved in a shoplifting 75 I'm
out with
them got back SE the front SE hey they

stopped it's on 95 right now so I just

totals from that

they say they purchase well then that'll
be Inc coming upon them to proven court
and they can get that item back in court
yeah they I mean they apparently they
didn't even try to like go to the self
checkout they literally just the whole
card out the front of the store be on
that so this is not like one of those
scenarios where it's like okay they paid
for this they didn't pay for that so
we'll take it all back and if there's
something they paid for then they can
they can deal with that in court all

too so if it's a misdemeanor crime
you're you're eligible to be you you
could be eligible to be released on
scene if it's if it's a misdemeanor
crime given the fact that you have
minimal prior ch um I think prior CH
criminal history criminal history so I I
check here obviously I don't need to
tell you about your about your criminal
history it's pretty extens it's old it's
pretty extensive but but you do have at
least five failures to appear and you
have multiple death charges M what
failures to like you missed several
court dates in the past dating back from
87 to as recent as like like 13 He just
basally telling you catch Mis minut he
can't let you go right at this point are
you still involved I see a homicide
charge from last year that's done with
