holding me. No, you haven't even got him off the plane to talk to him. >> No. >> Relax. >> I'm not being transported. >> Sit down. >> Take the cuffs off of me. I'm >> not taking them off. >> Calm down. >> Take it easy. >> Airports have rules. But Karens hate rules. Especially the ones who think they're special privileges. Put them above everyone else. What happens when dumb airport cars realize that their perceived rights to special privileges [music] can put them in trouble? >> You are being requested to leave the property. >> Well, guess what, Jacob? >> Get out of my face. >> Get out of my face. Back into the car. >> Scoot back into the car. >> Scoot back into the car. >> Not going in. >> Get in the car. >> Here are several moments when dumb airport cars think they deserve special privileges. Starting with Jacqueline, whose unreal entitled outburst forced an entire aircraft to clear out over sitting arrangements. >> I need to >> It's my privilege. Thank you. So, don't tell me what I cannot and cannot do. >> Now, all right, dude. Give me my >> Give me my >> I don't do >> I have a right to say no. >> I have a right to say no. On December the 31st, 2021, just minutes before 5:00 p.m., police officers [music] received a call that sent them rushing to the airport about a woman on a plane who was causing a scene. Dispatch had warned that the woman was acting erratically and refused to move to her assigned seat. Before anyone knew it, every passenger had to be deplaned. Just one bad apple had spoiled the bunch, effectively turning a [music] routine flight into pure mayhem. >> They did not take me off the plane, and I have a reason to go to Alaska. You guys messed up my flight ticket. >> What's going on? >> They messed up my flight ticket. I asked for an aisle. They gave me a middle seat. How is that my problem? >> Okay. [music] So, >> this is all about the seat thing. Okay. So, did they ask you talk to you about anything about changing seats? >> I told them. Then the girls let me sit where I wanted to sit >> and then they took me off the plane, >> but I walked off allowing. They did not arrest me. They did not handcuff me. They did not touch me to get off the plane. >> What's going on? So nobody that >> they need to let me either they need to buy me a hotel ticket and get me back to New York or they need to let me aboard the plane >> cuz I already board [music] the plane. >> Okay. So, we'll figure out from them what's going on. >> Okay, we'll figure out because >> right now we're here for like your behavior. Okay, >> my behavior. Okay, I got a plane for the aisle seat. They gave me an E, which is a middle seat. >> That is not what I paid for. >> You have your ID? >> What does that have to do with anything? >> Cuz right now the police are here. We're going to find out the who, the why, the what. So, I just need >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Good job. >> You're not going to be able to tell that blonde. >> Yeah. Let's go have a seat over there. >> Let's come over here. So, that >> Let's go have a seat over there. >> All right. Well, you better get me a hotel. >> So, we're going to talk and figure out what Delta is going to >> Let's go have the seat on the corner. >> You can even move farther if you want. >> Wait. All right. So, >> so on your side, you requested a seat. You didn't get that seat. And now that's why I'm trying like we're here. Did you walk off the plane? They say like, "Let's get off the plane. Are you flying anymore?" >> I'm going to Alaska. Well, I'm trying to listen to you. >> You don't need to right now. >> I need to. It's my privilege. >> Good. It's your privilege. >> Okay. Thank you. So, don't tell me what I cannot and cannot do. Sit down. Sit down now. >> No. I would like to hear what people are saying. >> You can have a conversation. >> I am allowed to hear what they are saying. >> I'm going to catch up with you. >> Okay. >> How is that thin ice? What have I done? >> Well, they're trying to They're trying to work. >> What have I done? You have no idea. >> I'm just They're trying to work with you and >> they have tried to work with me by taking me off the plane. >> Well, what did you do on the airplane? >> What happened? >> Ask them. >> Ask them. >> That's why officer cross listened to me. He's going to go. >> What have I done on the plane? >> Well, >> I would like to ask you what I have done on the plane. >> I listen to your side and I listen to that. >> I'm not asking you about my side. I'm asking you what I have done on the plane. Did I touch someone? >> Did I touch someone? >> Please explain it. Have I spoken to Did I touch someone? >> Please tell me if I've spoken to someone and I've touched someone. >> Jacqueline seemed more upset that her wild outburst [music] on the plane had been cut short than about the seat that she was supposed to take. The officer's calm, gentle approach only made her feel more in control. But control can be tricky. It has a way of exposing a person's true self. And as for Jacqueline, [music] she was doing a pretty impressive job at hiding hers until now. >> Ask him that question. >> All right, Jacine, we're going to leave him. >> Jacquine, you need to leave now. >> Ask him. >> Ask him. Ask him. >> Did you want to hear my answer? Jaclyn. Jaclyn, >> you better ask him if I >> go. Okay. Listen. >> You're going to be asking. I live in New York. >> Oh, good. >> Delta, >> dude. Who's paying for my ticket? You're going to have to You got refunded. >> I got refunded for to live in Utah. >> Exactly. Okay. We're going to walk out cuz you are not passing. >> I don't know anyone here. If anything, I need to get a ride back to New York. >> Okay. We'll walk you out to where the other airlines [clears throat] are. Okay. >> Dude, I don't live here. >> Delta is denying you service. Okay. Delta Airlines, a private company, is denying you service. >> Why though? Because you guys denied me service. Why? You don't even know why. >> So, you better get me a flight back to New York. I don't live in Utah. I never been here. >> Jacine, you should walk out. We could work. We could work on you. >> Where am I going to go? >> I can answer those questions, but we're going to walk out. >> No, I don't want to go anywhere. Where am I going to go to Utah? >> You're going to go to the other airlines and try booking there. Okay, >> dude. Are you going to pay for it? >> You're refunded. Okay. >> Okay. Well, then get my refund and refund me a ticket back. >> I don't know. It's going to go to your credit card. I clearly >> Okay. Well, that's on you then. >> Jacqueline, let's start walking. >> No, that's so up. >> Jacquine, >> you cannot do that. >> Jacquine, >> you know how up that? They are leaving me homeless. >> They're leaving me homeless. >> Jacquine, focus. Okay, we're going to walk you out. >> Walk me out to where? to where you could >> lobby in Utah. >> At this point, >> I don't live in Utah. >> Jacqueline, at this point, we're helping you to go get rebooked. You [music] keep doing this yelling. We're going to look at criminal charges. Okay. Disorderly conduct. >> Dude, this is on you, though. >> This is not on me. Okay. >> Yeah, this is on you. >> Caused a disturbance. [music] They have deplained. >> No, I did not cause a disturbance. >> They told me how to get an aisle, >> Jacine. >> All right, dude. Give me my Come here. Give me my >> I don't do >> Let's go. Hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back now. >> Hands behind your back. >> Stop. >> Hands behind your back. >> Stop. No. >> Behind your back. >> No. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop resisting. >> Get up. Come on. Get up. Get up. Get up. Get up. Get up. But I would rather job for the world. >> Excuse us. Thank y'all. >> Thank you. >> Somebody say something. >> Yeah. Just FYI for corporate security, she's been placed on the no. >> Okay. >> Where's the card? >> Nice. By herself, she had confirmed her villain status. Plain and simple. Any special privileges she might have had, if there were any, didn't matter anymore. Just to make sure, she saved her very [music] worst for moments like this when reality had her backed into a corner. Hey, you need to get the off me. >> Let's go. >> You need to get the off me. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> Do not real in Utah. >> Get off me. >> Walk with this guy. Get off me. Get off of me. >> I can't. Get on me. I'll do it. >> Sergeant has your Sergeant has your hand. Get away. >> You can let go. >> Eventually, Jacquine was charged with disorderly conduct, assault on an officer, and resisting arrest. Jacquine was entitled, no doubt, but she had nothing on Rachel Jackson, a Scottish actress and comedian who learned the hard way that the law doesn't recognize punchlines and it definitely doesn't hand out special privileges to drunks. >> Jacob, just just back off for a minute, Jacob, cuz I'm Jacob's favorite wife. >> Can't explain it. on TV talking like it's just you and me. I can't do that. >> It's not TV. >> Okay, >> so you really need to help. You get used to doing that in the mental asylum, fending for yourself. >> Where all the women hate you and all the men love you. I'm not going to jail. >> Yes. >> On August the 15th, 2023, at around 7:00 p.m., police officers got a call from the Nashville airport about an uncooperative traveler. Not just any traveler. This was Rachel Jackson, a Scottish comedian and actress. And when she mixed her acting skills with Little Too Much Booze, it was clear that she was about to turn a routine complaint into an absolute spectacle. >> Okay. Well, you I need you to talk to me first. >> No, I'm I need to go for a smoke. That's why I bleed all my stuff at you cuz that's >> okay. But you're going to talk to me first. Okay. >> No, no, no. >> Yes. Yes. >> And you're not going to arrest me. >> You're going to talk to me though. >> I can't. I'm sorry. I can't trust you. I really don't trust you. >> Right. And that's okay. You don't need to trust me, but you need to talk to me. Is everything okay? >> I will be once I get a smoke and take an anxiety pill for the flight. Okay. >> Okay. But I need to understand. >> Oh my god. No. No. No. No. You need to back off, man. >> I need to understand. >> You need to back off. I've been trained horrendously by some of the American police. So, back off. Okay. Did you finish my cheese? Let me finish my >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm going to London. That's all that matters. You going to London? Okay. I'd like you to get there if I can help you. >> Yeah, I hear you. But I was traumatized by the American police. >> How's that? >> So, I'm just going to explain. >> I'm absolutely fine. You just let me finish my chicken soup. >> I'm going to let you do that. But >> because I'm I need my physical health more than ever. >> But I'm going >> Jacob, just just back off for a minute, Jacob, cuz I'm Jacob's favorite wife. >> I'm just going to explain to you once you're done with your chicken soup what the deal is. Okay. >> Yeah, I get it. So, just back off for a minute. Yeah. >> Amazing. Thanks. >> What's that? >> I said thank you guys. >> No, you need to talk to us real quick. Okay. >> Well, >> right. You do your thing. So, the reason that we're here [snorts] is because they explained you were behaving erratically like somewhat. Um, >> that's okay. Here's the thing. Um, you're in the wrong lounge. >> No, I know that and I was perfectly aware of that. >> Okay. You see >> when I came into Delta. >> Okay. So, can you show >> right? Can you explain why you made the decision to come in here? >> No ma'am. >> Absolutely not. >> You can't explain that. >> I'm on TV talking like it's just you and me. I can't do that when I'm human. >> It's not TV. >> Okay. >> So, you really need to help. >> I'm trying to help. >> Put your sunglasses on. >> We need to get you out of the Delta Sky Club. >> Okay. Thank you. Let's do it. >> All right. Let's go. >> The encounter so far had made it clear that Rachel wasn't going to be an easy nut to crack. But during the [music] smoke break that she asked for, things took an unexpected turn, thereby revealing just how much special treatment she expected for herself. >> Well, there isn't a smoking lounge. The only one is right here, and you got to pay for it. >> Uh, no. I don't think the British Airlines has the smoking lounge at Bravo 5. >> So, you need to help me smoke on the plate. Smoking lounge is right here, but you have to pay to get in. >> 10 bucks, please. >> I don't have $10. >> What is that? >> Barbie. >> Did you see the movie? Not yet, but I'm going to see on my birthday. >> Nice. [music] >> This lady would like to >> Can I just go in, please? >> Yeah, it cost $10. >> Hey, I don't have any money on me. >> Oh, no. We got to pay for someone. >> That's the rules. I'm sorry. >> Um, >> well, this is stressful. Um, >> if I can just go to the British Airways. >> Not a British Airways. >> Yeah, we don't. >> I sold So, I was in the right Delta then. >> No, that's not a British Airways. >> Yeah, but it's closer than >> And >> someone needs to help cuz I need a smoke. >> They don't have a lounge. >> You go outside. >> Help. Help. Help. >> We're trying. But >> go outside. We're trying to help you, but yeah, you have to pay for a room. I'm sorry. It's just a rule, dog. And I do apologize. >> Oh, I do have my pass. It's just I left. >> Yeah. Come come with me, J. Where'd you leave it? >> I left it behind the counter serious. Thank you so much. >> Thank you. >> Thank you so much. Of course. Thank you. >> Are those our items? Are these your items? >> Okay. Do you have a mode of payment in there? Okay. Not yours. >> Thank you. Here's the deal. You can't leave your bags. You have to take your bags. Well, >> then use lunch. >> Then take your bags with you. >> You have to take your bags with you, man. >> All right. Well, then my person. >> I'm not holding your stuff. I'm not holding it. I think you can put it all back in your bag if you need to. >> And you just told me that now after you've seen me do all that. >> No. No. I did not know what you were trying to do. >> Hey, let's do it. >> No, you have to grab your bags. >> You just could help. >> Nope. >> Oh, you're not getting the light to help. We're not. Hey, I'm here. >> I apologize. I was straight up. >> Okay. ma'am. >> No problem. No problem. >> Thank you so much. >> You're welcome. >> Right now we're 108. We're getting called back there for sure. >> Yeah. I'm going to have to go tell Bruce Airways cuz they're like >> Yeah. Already shaking their head. So, I'm going to tell them called her. She just seemed to be having so anxiety. Smoking now, seems fine. >> The officers walked off once she finally moved from the spot they told her to leave. But not long after, they got called right back. She had been denied boarding, and this time she proved the cops judged her way too early. >> I just need to be on this flight. >> You can't get on this flight. >> I need water immediately. >> You've been denied boarding. >> I need water immediately. Nope. Stop. >> Stop. You >> help me towards the water then. >> No, you're not getting on the water. >> No, help me towards the water. >> We'll get your water, but you're not getting on this way. >> Where's the water fountain? >> Something. All right. >> Oh, get off me, man. Ask the water. >> Yeah. So, we're getting your water. Let's go. I >> mean, seriously, some women need to pee. >> Let's go. He's right here. >> No, >> you get used to doing that in the mental asylum and for yourself where all the women hate you and all the men love you. All right. >> All right. So, here here's the test. You're going to stop and listen to it. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> How dare you take your hand? >> It's not going to happen. Here's the thing. You've been denied boarding >> by the captain. I listen to captain's orders because I've seen Titanic. I've seen Titanic. I am Lois. I am Titanic. >> Okay. >> Get your hands over. >> We're going out, >> Jacob. >> We are escorting you out. You are being requested to leave the process. >> Well, guess what, Jacob? >> Get out of my face. >> Get out of my face. >> All right, >> ma'am. >> Keep your hands off me while I drink my water. >> Nope. Back up. >> Ready. >> You got in 60 seconds. >> You're under arrest. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Not again. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. [screaming] >> Stop resisting. >> Help. Someone help. [screaming] Help. Help. What is this? >> Nope. Just breathe. >> Just breathe. All right. >> Down in the car. >> The nice guy routine was done. And Rachel, the comedian, realized real quick that nothing from here on was a joke. She tapped into that other side of her, the one that couldn't get a laugh if her life depended on it. Captain's London den. >> Get these off me now. >> No, >> I'm not going in. >> You're going in the car? >> No, I'm not going in. >> I am not going in. >> Yes, you are. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, you are. >> Oh, I'm hurt so bad. I'm hurt so bad. >> No, I'm not going in. >> No, you're not. No. No way. No, I'm not going in. >> Get in the car. >> I'm not going in. >> Yeah, you are. >> Get in the car. Turn around. Get in the car. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. Right. >> Get in the car. There you go. >> Get in the car. >> Pick your left leg up and get in the car. >> I was meant to arrive at 11:00 in the morning. My brothers meet me at the airport. >> All right. Get in the car. I need to >> scoot back and get in the car. >> No. >> Yes. No. Now you can do it by yourself. It will force you. >> Well, take your hands off me. So, >> okay. Get in the car. Scoot back. >> Okay. I am really tired. >> All right. >> Nope. Nope. No. No. Get in the car. >> You have to be ready to be gone in 50 seconds. >> Let's go back in the car. >> Okay, I will. But this is really hard and I'm a very good I don't deserve this. >> Okay, let's go back in the car. We try to work. >> No, you left me when I was in the women's toilet. You can still see through. >> You're in the smoking lounge. >> Where's Jacob? >> Right there. You're in the smoking lounge when we left you cuz you said all you needed was a smoke and you're going to make your flight. >> Yeah. >> Well, the flight is leaving. You've been denied boarding. >> You've been arrested for disorderly conduct. So, you need to scoot back in the car so we can bump you again. >> Just scoot back some so we can buckle again. Okay. >> I'm not bumping you down. >> Yes, you are. We're at Bravo 7 on the ramp trying to get her in the car. Scoot back. >> I'm not going to jail. >> Yes, you are. Scoot back. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. I'm not going to ask you again. I'm going to make you scoot back into the car. >> No, please. Scoot back into the car. >> Scoot back into the car now. Thank you. Scoot over just a little bit. You're on the buckle. Scoot over. >> Okay, >> there we go. >> Okay. The seat belt was placed on you for your safety. If you unbuckle it at any point, it will not be rebuckled. It is up to you to keep it buckled. Do you understand? >> I just need >> Once she was secured, the officer moved her to another section for a female officer to search her, but that plan went downhill quickly. Her drunk entitlement kicked in and she embraced the moment like a paid gig. >> Hello. Well, we're not seriously hurt really badly. help the step out. Okay, start repeat. Mind what? Mine needs to help too. Jacob. Jacob. >> Just out the bottom. >> There you go. >> You okay? Can I go to the front of the car? I just need to hurt you. Okay. >> Okay. >> Let's do this. >> No, we're going back in the car. No, you're not letting me go and fight back in the >> car. Rachel, we've done this once before. Come on. >> Absolutely not. Absolutely not. I'm really in a little pain. No, I'm Jacob. Jacob, no. Jacob, it hurts so bad. Jacob, he >> stop resisting. >> I am resisting. No, I'm not resisting. No, you have to help me. You got to go. Thank you so much. Sit on the seat. >> No, I'm not going to jail. >> Yeah, you are. >> I'm absolutely not going to jail. Please help. >> Do not make me force you in this car. Kim Kardashian. >> No, I'm going to force you in this car. Otherwise, >> Jacob, please just take them off because Kim Kardashians. >> Sit on the seat. >> No, I'm not going to jail. I'm absolutely not going to jail. Help. Women. Women. Women. Help. Ow. Ow. Ow. No. No. I'm not going in the car with you alone. >> Back. Um, please help me, woman. >> Jacob, you're the one that needs to take the handcuffs off you. >> Not happening. >> So, you can stand up and get in the car or we can force you in the car. >> I'm not going to deal. I'm not going to deal. No. No. This is getting really sore. Oh my goodness. Oh. Oh my god. >> Relax. >> I don't want to go to jail. I really don't. I can't. I can't go to jail. anybody ever wants to go to jail. So, >> no, no, no. I'm not going in the car alone with Jacob. No, no, I'm not. How? I'm in so much pain. >> Jail became the only place that worked for her after she kept acting out. But even now, her quest for special privileges got an alltime high. >> You want your shoe back on? >> Yes, please, sweetheart. I can do it outside. Just uh you have to let me out first so we can >> Oh, thank you. >> It's okay if you can't get it because the handcuffs. >> Here's the deal. >> Okay. >> No, honestly. >> No, you're [music] listening to me. >> Or I'll pee. >> That's fine. >> No, I'm not pee. >> Here's the deal. >> That women have to be like pee. >> Yeah. And you and you will be. >> No, I'm not going to jail. I'm not going to jail. That's what's happening right now. We're in jail. You're not going anywhere. Okay. >> I'm dehydrated. Just let you out. >> Yep. And they'll give you like some water. We're going to go over here. >> Okay. >> And if you fight, it'll make it worse. >> Okay, sweetheart. >> Oh, need obviously a bit more back strength at this point. I like >> you. Three. >> Yeah. Yeah. Both your shoulders as you put both your shoulders on me really really heavily. >> No. Come on. >> You can scoot and touch the ground. >> I got you. >> Thank you, Jacob. There we go. >> Now, get that shoe on. >> Thank you, sweet pea. >> All right. Now, sit tight. You're going right here. I got your stuff over here. Okay. >> Thank you, sweet pe. I need an anxiety pill in there cuz I need to pee. They'll they'll take care of you in here. Don't get those cuffs off. Okay. Take a seat. Take a seat. I'll be in the corner. Don't talk to her, man. That's crazy. But they all >> I wouldn't do that. >> I wouldn't do that if I were you. That [ __ ] was nasty. Eventually, Rachel was charged with disorderly conduct. Rachel was a wild one, no doubt, but she didn't have the drunken madness or the years of manipulative experience Terry carried around like a trophy by single-handedly turning an entire airport upside down the moment someone dared to tell her no. Over here, ma'am, >> I'm a woman in a dress. >> Ma'am, let's go over here. >> Ma'am, let's go over here. Okay. >> Who you off? >> Ma'am, what is your name? >> I told you three times. I didn't hear you. Terry and [screaming] Blues, I want the manager of the airport here. >> No. >> On May the 25th, 2021, officers got called out to the Dallas airport [music] for a messy disturbance. They hurried over hoping to calm things down and get on with their shift. But what waited for them at that gate looked more like a scene from an [music] exorcism gone wrong. >> Did you see that? Did you guys see that? >> This lady has been being Raleigh passenger. We told her to calm down, sit down because she acting like she's drunk or something. And then when we told her to sit down and then she run and I told her her to close the door and she and somebody else another passenger push her. >> I think she's intoxicated. >> Yeah. >> Is that a mask? >> Huh? So she been drinking. >> The police officer. >> I did nothing. >> Ma'am, what happened? This guy chokeolded me. >> Ma'am, >> what the is wrong with him? >> Calm down. Keep it down. Okay. >> No, you need to talk to him. He chokeolded me. They saw it. >> Ma'am, >> they saw it. >> Ma'am, calm down. >> Listen, I'm fine. I need to get to my great aunt's memorial service. I've been [laughter] detained and held up all day. You can go through my bags. I have nothing. They're not going anywhere. >> My god. What is wrong with America? [screaming] >> Calm down. Calm down. >> No. That guy >> needs to be arrested. >> Come on. Let's go over here. >> You saw it. You saw it. You saw it. >> Oh my god. Calm down. >> You saw it. Okay. I want the manager of the airport here. Who saw me joking? Joking. Who saw him choke me to the ground? Who saw me? I saw you running the door when you weren't supposed to. >> He choked me to the ground. >> Ma'am, let's go over here. Ma'am, >> I'm a woman in a dress. >> Ma'am, let's go over here. >> Ma'am, let's go over here. Okay. >> You off. >> Ma'am, go over here. I want the manager of the airport here. >> No, >> ma'am. >> No. >> Calm down. >> I want the manager here. >> Okay, we'll get the manager. What is your name? >> My name is Terry [screaming] and Blues. That's what they said. >> He chokeolded me to the ground. Hey, ma'am. Can we go over here? >> No. >> No. I'm trying to get to my memorial my great aunt's memorial service. >> Hey, look, ma'am. >> No, >> ma'am. >> This is unexcusable. >> Okay. >> I've been hospitality for 40 years. >> Ma'am, >> I've never been treated like that. >> Ma'am, let's No, ma'am. >> I want the manager of the airport here. No, [screaming] >> ma'am. >> You cannot treat a passenger like that. That was another passenger that choke holded me to the ground. >> Where are you trying to go? Where you trying to go? [gasps] >> Ma'am, >> you cannot treat someone like this. >> Ma'am, calm down. >> I'm going to Shreveport, Louisiana to my great aunt's funeral. ma'am. >> Now, god damn it, >> get me somebody that can help me. >> The officer's approach looked calm, almost tame, [music] but it was strategic. They figured letting her blow off steam might make her simmer down. But Terry, well, for her age, she had a surprise waiting. >> Ma'am, I'm here to help you. >> No, you're not helping me. >> I'm here to help you. >> No, you're not helping me. >> Ma'am, I can help you if you calm down a little bit. This is not happening. That guy had no right to throw me to the ground. He chokeolded me. >> Okay. So, what happened? If I I'm officer, okay, I'm here. >> I'm trying to get my ass funeral. God damn it. I've had nothing but problems. >> Okay. >> Oh, God. >> So, what happened? >> He threw me to the ground cuz I tried to enter the door because this woman said I had stay over here. >> That woman causing problems. Ma'am, did you try to go in through the door? [gasps] >> I don't know, dude. I'm just trying to get to my aunt's memorial, please. Oh, God. >> I had a couple of [ __ ] >> I got quit. >> Yeah, I'm about to. >> This woman had no reason for you to get over here. >> Ma'am, come over here. >> No, I'm not. >> Here. >> I didn't do anything. Leave me alone. for the moment the officers had her cornered out of sight of most of the airport commuters. That gave them a chance to step back and gather some information, figuring out whether the airline staff had crossed their boundaries or maybe upheld them in a way that clashed with Terry's special privileges. >> So, did you guys deny her flight? >> Okay. So, she came over here screaming at me. I thought, are you going to Tyler? I work in Tyler. Tyler, no. You do a you you're not doing a Then she come over here with attitude. Then she went over the court flight and we told her to sit down and calm down. She cannot be doing this drama around and everybody was looking at her. Then when we started boarding process, um she she just jump on on Marie saying, "Man, you okay to to board now?" And she started like acting like crazy, but she was screaming in the in the seat. When I we deny her boarding, she just run over the door and I just follow her. I said, "Ma'am, you cannot do that." But with Marines I we try to because I she was addicted with me and then she got addicted to Marine. >> So basically she was denied boarding. >> Yeah. She was denied boarding because we we we we were that >> they tried to run and you have some drinks. You okay to go? Like I got to I got co >> Are those two guys on the airplane right now? >> Yes. Don't passing yourself. >> Can I continue [screaming] for Bravo 349? >> Thank you. Was it you? >> Yes, sir. >> Can you come out? >> She's not going to bother. You can come out, too. >> How are you? >> So, what happened? So she was >> I was walking up soon as I saw I only saw >> she was making a ruckus over there in front of the thing. We were u she came up behind us to get in a boarding line. >> Mhm. >> And it wasn't her group I guess lady right here told her to she couldn't board and she was cussing and making a >> and busted through. >> She tried to bust through. >> Yeah. >> She came over and shut the door. >> Door was halfway shut. She came rushing through the door. I pushed her back. >> Said Jim pushed her back. >> She said that you grabbed her neck and you pushed her. >> So you pushed her back so she couldn't get through. >> So she couldn't get through the door there trying to. And she fell to the ground. >> I understand. >> Okay. So you have an ID or anything? >> Absolutely. Yeah. >> So far, Terry's story was the only one that didn't line up with every other sane person involved. After talking to the staff, the officers went back to her, hoping that time had made her a bit more approachable. >> Nobody. >> I'm here to help you. >> Please help me. >> I'm here to help you. Okay. You want to come have a seat so I can help you out? >> Please help me. >> I'm here to help you. [laughter] Okay. Let's get you sit down so you can catch your breath. You want some water? I have a report in Washington State. >> No, I just need your Where's it at in your >> Okay, we're just I'm getting more out of here. >> This really makes me sick. >> Eventually, the officers gathered all the information they needed, and it became clear that Terry had been the one who kicked off this [music] whole mess. Lying was one thing, but holding her accountable was another story entirely. That was something her overprivileged mind just couldn't fathom right from the beginning. Everybody saw it. >> Nobody would stand up and said this girl was chokeolded by a passenger. >> Shame on all of you. >> Harry, calm down. >> I don't give a >> Harry. Calm down. Calm down. >> That's why America is going to the dogs cuz nobody will stand up for anyone. >> Harry, calm down. >> You piece of Put your other arm behind you. >> Put your other arm here. >> I'm not No. Oh, I'm being arrested for being choke to hole. Stop. >> Hey, if you calm down, it won't hurt anymore. >> Please >> put my legs down. >> While the officers thought that she was finally slowing down, Terry was actually recharging, building up stamina for her next big move. Because if history ever taught us anything, it's that special privilege mixed with a little drunken madness has never helped anyone. And for Terry, let's just say she was about to prove that in real time. >> I want to call my lawyer. I have a lawyer. [screaming] >> Call your lawyer when you >> I have a lawyer. God damn it. Help me. No. I've never been in jail. No. [screaming] Somebody please film this. Please film this. Please. Somebody film this. >> Terry, >> god damn it. Leave me alone. >> Do you have anything? Put up your >> You told me you would help me. >> I'm trying to help you. >> No, you're not. >> Would you like for me to adjust the car? And you? >> Yes. >> Terry understood the assignment, just not the part that mattered. She knew the moment that she got inside that patrol car that all her loud, chaotic efforts would mean nothing. Her precious privilege was getting stripped away. She was determined to fight it. >> If you would have >> I'm a woman. >> Just listen in the first place. >> I did listen to you. You two face. >> There you go. >> Somebody needs to help me. Someone from the airport. These cops are not doing the right job. Hey, you can you can say what you want, ma'am. >> Get me out of here so I can call my lawyer. >> My feelings ain't hurt at all. Should we get another person? >> Despite all her verbal attacks, the officers still managed to haul her to the station. But taking a Karen off the street doesn't mean the street gets taken out of her. And by the time she got to her new destination, the station realized they weren't dealing with a regular arrest. They just checked in a full-blown VIP of chaos. get off. They hurt so bad. >> They do. I know they do, man. What am I cooperating with? >> In the end, she was charged with public [music] intoxication, resisting arrest, battery on an officer, possession of under 2 ounces of marijuana, and possession of substances. Just like Terry, the next airport, Karen rerouted her flight from its original destination straight to a jail because she decided her so-called special privileges hadn't been met. >> It was all right. It was like, "Hey, excuse me." Blah, blah, blah. Yada yada. >> Can I go? They said that you're not flying because you're intoxicated or was it because you got upset? >> I want to go home. Listen, >> what the relax? >> No, I can't. >> I don't play those games. >> What you did is what made us put you here. >> On May the 4th, 2025, a little past 10 p.m., airport officers were called to handle a disturbance. A woman had gotten aggressive with Spirit Airlines staff over a delayed flight. By the time the officers stepped on the scene, any chance at a calm, peaceful resolution had already taken off without them. >> Flight got delayed. >> Got delayed. Uh air traffic controlling weather ended up going back closer to time. >> 147 like that. >> Give me one second. I promise I'll promise >> one. >> Okay, that's enough. Thank you. You have a flight and paid $300. >> I know. >> And you >> They got delayed. >> What am I doing? >> Yeah. They said that you're not going to fly with them now because of the interaction that you have with them. So you can book >> a different flight. >> No, >> my opinion doesn't really help either way. So you're not flying with Spirit. You can book a different airline >> with another book >> with another flight to New York. >> Pay $400 to fly with them. >> Okay. They got delayed twice. >> Yes. [music] >> Twice. >> And then it came in the right time. >> Okay. >> But >> I hear I hear what [music] you're saying. And I'm telling you now that they're not going to let you fly. >> So you can get back on the shuttle and go back to the [music] main terminal and you can book with a different airline on the non-secure side. But right now, you don't have [music] a ticket. >> You don't have a flight. >> Me and send me somewhere. >> I don't have a reason to do that right now. >> I don't have a reason to do that somewhere. We don't have a reason to do that. >> No, >> we we don't want to take that route. We want to try to make as easy as possible. >> We don't want you to go to arrest. >> Okay. >> So, if you can get on the shuttle and go book with a different airline, you do not have to go to jail. >> Listen, we all we're trying to do is just be civil with you. All right. I didn't even get your name. What's your name? >> Nothing matter. Can I walk? >> Yes. Yes, you can. You can go ahead. That's not the way out. >> Where's the way out? >> She's crying. >> My bad. Goodbye. >> You're good. >> That was >> I I walked up to 15. That was That was my fault. >> The officer's calm, rational approach only seemed [music] to fuel the irrational thoughts racing through her. Outnumbered, she leaned on her sense of delusional [music] entitlement. The idea that she never had to take no from anyone. What she didn't realize was that for every awful action, there's an equally awful consequence waiting in return. >> Control 20. So the individual is not able to rebook the spirit. So now we're following her to the ground transportation and she's going to head to the mouse side to book another flight for Newark. Ma'am, right here. I'm going to go tell them if they could just move that bus right now so she doesn't interact with other people. >> Yeah, just take it right now. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Hey, tell that bus. Hold on. >> Hold on. Hold on. Oh, >> you want to go with me, huh? >> No. No. >> I want to go home. >> What the relax? Relax. Relax. >> No, I can't. >> They told me. They told me my flag. Come here. So, I'm not putting up with that real quick. >> Yeah. There you go. >> Take deep breaths. Take deep breath. >> He's knocking. >> Okay. Another way recording rain. school. >> I didn't have you guys. >> Yeah. She started screaming when she got on the bus and he sat down to like talk to her to calm her down and she threw his phone at her and I was like, "No, it doesn't matter. No, I don't care. >> We'll just go to straight booking. >> We're going second half a booking. All right, ladies and gentlemen. It's been a pleasure. >> Her dumb choice had suddenly changed more than her travel plans for her. But even at this point, her sense of special privilege still struggled to grasp how neck deep in a mess she had gotten herself into. What the is going on? [laughter] >> Oh god, buddy boy. [laughter] >> I can't breathe. Do you have water or something something? >> Hey, just relax. Just relax here. Just relax. Breathe. Okay. Breathe through. In through your nose, out through your mouth. I can't control myself. >> You can control yourself. You're okay. >> Mhm. >> Just breathe. Okay. Just focus on breathing. >> I got an email that my flight got delayed on 2 hours and 4 hours. And then it came that my flight supposed to came through. And then they said it's not the right time. And then I said, "What the?" Because my email said, and they said, "What the is your email said?" I'm sure they have video right there. We can pull up the video. [panting] I'm going to marry the lawyer. I swear to God. I'm going to pull up that video. [laughter] Very nice girl. mother. One gay and one black woman. Okay, I'm being racist. Okay, I'm being angry right now. Mother >> mother. I'm I'm getting a lawyer. This is not all right. This is not all right. [snorts] I never had that. First time. First time. Adventurous. >> I'm going to remember that and have fun. I'm [music] sure. This is not fun right now. >> What did you ask for? I'm fun right now. [panting] >> What did you come to Nashville for? >> Metallica concert. >> Uh, what concert? >> That was so much fun yesterday. >> What concert? >> Metallica concert. >> Oh, that's awesome. >> That was awesome. >> I bet it was [laughter] Did you come by yourself or do you lose your friends? [laughter] >> Got to take a picture for all my reports. Don't you read your camera again? >> Yeah, but I'm going to take a picture. >> No, it's great. >> Footage video. >> Which uh are you from? Where you from? You're national origin. >> Airlines have the videotape, right? Of everything. What happened? I'm a drama queen. Yes, it's my old lady. Her husband when it's not. >> We'll we'll have it at the airport. will have it. >> They call you. >> Yeah. Yeah. The the airport will have footage of everything and we will also have footage of how how you're behaving. >> But I'm telling you now, it's very convincing that what you did is what made us put you here >> or is what led led you to be here. But some >> Well, it's not just that. I didn't react. I'm in. >> But but but you realize you threw a phone at us, right? >> What? >> When when I came inside when I came inside the bus, you threw objects at me. >> The woman ended up facing charges for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting [music] arrest. Next up was a potent mix of delusion and booze, seasoned with an unhealthy dose of special [music] privilege that landed another Karen in a cold jail cell after an absolutely absurd display at the airport. What's my name? Let's do this on TV. What's my name? But still, everyone's got that thing that's pointing at me cuz I'm a what? I'm an American. >> Wake up. On March the 30th, 2022, some minutes after 8:00 in the evening, airport officers were called to a gate in response to reports [music] of a disruptive woman who, after being denied boarding, decided in return to deny everyone peace [music] by shouting profanities at airline staff and fellow passengers in the seating area.
