On September 4th, 2024, officers responded to reports of an attempted assault. An onseen investigation revealed that an individual threw someone else's property on the ground, yelled at the victim, and pushed him down while forcibly taking an umbrella from his hands. During transport to police headquarters, she refused to listen to commands, threatened to throw her shoe at them, started to scream and pull her arms and at one point kicked officers in the leg. She was additionally charged with aggravated assault on police officers and resisting arrest. She was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
