Can I uh ask you why I'm pulling in pullover? Absolutely. I tell everybody. So, the reason I'm stopping is a couple different reasons. The first one is you're doing 65 mph and opposed to 45 mph zone. Okay. I got you on radar. Second reason is uh your uh your muffler. Car is super loud. Muffler is broken. The main thing is your speed. Oh. Um actually my speed was not at 65. I actually was watching my speed. It was at almost at 50 or 55. I'm going be honest with you. Okay. Um, it was not at 60 or 65 because um, honestly, why would I speed if my home is right here? So, you said you were at what? I was at 50 or 55. Cool. What's the speed limit on homes? 45. But there's a lot of people going 50, though. Okay. But I appreciate you admitting that you're speeding. So, we're on the same page. Yes. Okay. So, license, registration, insurance. I don't have insurance. Because 30-day pass. Why don't you have insurance? Because it's a 30-day pass and I'm getting everything fixed. Well, in order for the car to be on the roadway, you have to have insurance. That's not what the DMV said. Yes. For 30 days? Yes. That's not what they need. He said, "Could I actually I asked for myself if I need insurance to be on the on the road for 30 days?" They said, "No." No, that's not true. I got you on radar 65. You said you're doing 55. Okay. So, I'm going to site you for what's called failing to bay a traffic control device. All right. You need the speed limits 45. You weren't doing a speed limit. Okay. Okay. You're also going to get cited for no insurance cuz you weren't able to provide me any insurance. Now, if the MVD is saying something, that's up to them. But state law says that anytime the vehicle's on the roadway, you have to have insurance. All right. Okay. um going to cite you for not having a muffler or a good working order. You're on Perford property. Um we're not on the road. So I just got off the phone. But you were on you were on the road. I was on the road. I was You didn't pull me You didn't pull me over at all. Pull me over. As soon as I got in my property, you pulled me over. So yes, I did talk to my mom, which is she knows about the law and knows a lot of beings and I have an uncle that's a cop as well. Um so he did tell me to go take it to court because you're on private property. If the violations occur on public roadway, okay, I can follow you on a private property to stop you and give you the tickets. All right? Private property is not home base. So, I activated my lights before you turned on the private property. It doesn't really matter. You could have pulled in here, parked, and I could have still followed you in. So, there's no such thing as home base. So, the information that you've been getting is completely false. I have the right to go where I need to anywhere in the state because I'm enforcing the law. Yes, sir. So, you know, if you don't agree with it, that's fine. It's a 50/50. You know, sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. I mean, if I got to take a ticket, that's an that's an option. If you don't agree with it, take it to court. But I just want to let you know like there is no home base. Like once you hit private property, it's not like your hands off. So under certain circumstances, I could even chase you into your house. Yes, sir. All right. That's true. All right. Okay. Drive safe.
