We have to process you on the complaints for terroristic threats. Terroristic terroristic threats. What? I didn't say they were non Americans. I didn't. I said terroristic. You threatened to kill them. Ma'am, I'm sorry. I have never shot. No, I have never shot. I don't own a gun. And we know you don't. And you literally just said you're going to obtain them legally to do that. So now we're going to go this route. We try to help you out earlier. We tried to be in the middle. We tried to do things and now this is a little slow this time. I'm not going to do anything. So you're going to put me in jail. I'm not saying something. I'm not going to put you in jail. I'm going to process you on a complaint and most likely you'll be placed on a summon and you'll get released. When you get released, you're going to come back here, collect all your belongings with the moving company, and you're going to have to vacate the property. No, I'm not. Well, then you'll be rearrested for what? Trespassing. I've known you for years. Come on. And where are they going? You're going to be gone for 2 3 hours tops. Are they being touched? No. No. Okay. I was not going to shoot. I made the comra duty job. Huh? Extra duty job. Yeah. Changes to terrorist threats. Oh my god. What? You need me? No, I'm not doing it. I'm holding it to him. Oh, I didn't want to grab the phone. person you I have my card watch if it's stolen. It's on my camera and it's right there. Oh my god. You are going to get handcuffed. What? Oh, come on. Come on. Don't come on me then. I know a You're not going to do anything. Hand your stuff to officer Gonzalez here and face me. I'll take the cigarettes later. You want that lighter here? No. I'm going to smoke downstairs. You like your smoke? No. You got Why not? One cigarette. I think there's only one in there or two. I'm going give you one cigarette. That's it. There's only one in here. The lighter gets thrown out of headquarters. So, you're thrilled about this. You threatened me earlier. Walk out before. Holy [ __ ] That's all. Probably no lighter, but So, how do I smoke if I have no hands? Okay, then we won't take them. I asked you a question. Let go of your hands. Some people able to smoke without hands. Can you wait an hour? No. My god. You ready? Yeah, we can do one more. I'll get my fruit. Yeah, you won't. You can leave the cigarettes here. Huh? I don't need them. Please. No. I asked for a cigarette. You said one cigarette was fine. And you said you can't smoke without uh so it'll go in my mouth. Okay. Can I press the button? Oh my god. [Music] Could you please get my cigarette? No. Why? Because we're not going to be around secondhand smoke. You already said one cigarette could come. You said you couldn't smoke without your hands. So, Dale, you have the right to remain silent if you have any questions. Anything you may say, baby? Get me an attorney. You have the right to console an attorney at any time and have him or her present before and during questioning. An attorney will be priority, if you so desire, prior to any questioning. A decision to speak with us is not final. You may stop at any time. Do you understand your rights? Get me an attorney. [Applause] [Applause] something out there. [ __ ] I'm saying that you're not Russian. Hello. Just so I know my camera's activated. It's recording everything. So, she's under arrest. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Um I know you guys want her evicted right from the room. Yes, that's what my mother said. Yeah. So, we're going to be between 1 to two hours probably. Okay. So, um I don't know what you guys normally do when somebody's not in a room. Maybe you guys start cleaning it out. I don't know how you can touch her stuff. Okay. Because obviously you can see she's elderly. She's got a lot of stuff in her room. So, yeah. Right. So, I don't know how this process is going to work. So, Yeah, because we don't I don't I don't think we were allowed to touch our stuff after certain hours after maybe. But it's up to our management. Yeah. Yeah. Maybe you want to get in touch with them to see how you're going to handle everything. [Music] I didn't go. Okay. Hello. [Music] [Applause] Hello. Yes. So, she's under arrest. Okay. um for something that she had said. So, she's going to be a couple hours. Okay. I was just explaining to the front desk clerk that uh I don't know how you guys are going to handle it, but she's got a lot of stuff in there. She obviously she's elderly, so I don't know how you guys evict people and like their belongings. Okay. if she has like checked out today. So, as per my policy, we have to like uh keep the stuff like 300 p.m. After that, we take out the all the stuff and we keep that stuff in my storage room. Can we do that? Whatever you guys do. I mean, that that's up to you. Of course. Not now. No more stay in our property. So, she's going to like after she's arrested, we're going to bring her back here. What time? I don't know. It's usually about a couple hours. Couple of the hours. Okay. So, um, but that's why I'm saying like you you guys are evicting her from the room. Yes. So, whatever you have to do, I mean, if you normally Yes, we are just waiting for 3 p.m. as of now 2 p.m., right? Yeah. So, 3 p.m. we are just sent to after 3 p.m. we send the one people or two people to bring it all the stuff to the down and we have a broom. We can take all the stuff in the bathroom. Whenever she will be back, we can explain to her if you want you can just take your stuff. That's it. Okay. And what about her dogs? Their dogs are in still inside. Yeah. So, so nobody's go inside the room. I don't know. Whatever you However you normally handle it, like I said. So, but the pet is inside. So, nobody's going inside the room. The dogs aren't like uh vicious like they're not going to bite anybody. Um No, but how can we uh handle the dog here in the lobby? Maybe just leave it in the room for now. Take the boxes out and then just leave the dogs in a room with the, you know, got to leave them water and food, whatever they require. But that's it. Okay. All right. But at least you can get like the boxes moving cuz there's a lot in there. Ah, yes. A lot of the boxes. Yeah. Okay. Let me check. And again, like once we tell her to leave, she's got to leave. If she doesn't leave, then she's going to be rearrested. Um, from what you're saying that you don't want her on property anymore. Yeah. No more. Right. So, um, but as far as her coming back and getting her stuff, that's more a civil that matter. Like, we don't really get involved with that. That's, you know, between you and her. So, as long as she's getting her stuff and then getting off the property. Yes. Getting off the property. Right. So she can just take the her dog from the room, right? Okay. Now it depends on when she will be back. Depends on that time also. Yeah. I mean usually it'll be probably like 2 hours almost. Okay. So after that 2 hours as of now 2. So almost like uh before 5:00 p.m. she will be back right. Probably more like by 4. By four, right? Yeah. Well, that's good. So we can move it as Yes. Okay. So let me just move it. Okay. Yeah. It usually takes about between 1 to 3 hours. 1 hour short, 3 hours long. Okay. So, I'm just my concern is I'm I'm available here so I can handle it. Okay. Okay. Thank you. So, that woman was locked up with terroristic threats. She threatened to come back here uh purchase a gun and kill the people uh the workers that are here. She's being she's uh detained under rescue from headquarters and terminating IVs. [Music] 41 41 19 12 goes in my terminate During the investigation, the police arrested a 74 yearear-old female, Dale Goodman of Sukakus, on charges of terroristic threats for making threats at the hotel staff.
