that was one of the reasons I stopped you oh I appreciate that no problem you have a any even if it's expired your registration paperwork for vehicle and current proof Insurance uh it's on my phone we everything on your phone all the time instances like this are where that comes back to bite you in the butt because his cell phone's dead he can't get it to charge fast enough and I'm going to Rite him a ticket for not providing Care Improvement insurance if he would have printed it out had it in his car he wouldn't need a cell phone so as an old man I still print out my insurance cards and put them in my car because if I get stopped somewhere and my phone's dead or I don't have sell service or whatever the reason is I can still provide current proov Insurance should I be requested by a law enforcement officer he can't do that so there's a less than we learned here for the internet is I know it takes an extra minute to print it out put in your car it's kind of a pain but ultimately it'll save you time your registration expired in August and we're now in the end of September so your first citation is just for not having current registration the other one's just not for having current proof insurance so just so you know simply receiving that citation doesn't relinquish you from the responsibility to have current registration so if you drive into Queen Creek okay you could get a same ticket for not having current registration okay so you got to make sure that you get that taken care of as quick as you can right and then obviously you know have having a windshield that looks like the road map to a busy City also draws attention to the cop so that was the very first thing I noticed about you was your windshield so I don't actually know the the laws like you just can't have it blemished I mean this is like it's in front of you it's it's there it it obstructs your vision and that's really what the what the deal with it is so what what they want is an unobscured know I'm so sorry no worries can see have registration paperwork current proof Insurance sorry I thought that it was 45 cuz it said 35 uh when it was flashing I just whole roads 35 from Hunt Highway all the way to magma sorry I I just I just assumed that's it you know what happens when you do that oh this expired in August expiration is August 14th so about a month ago that's your registration awesome right now I'll give you that one back you can throw that one out cuz you don't need anymore all right so got you 56 and OPP post to 35 we're on Gary here Silva Daryl's the road that I made the U-turn in behind you so you're 21 over got you on radar while you're Northbound which is generally this direction uh speaker and reasonable and prudent you're right at the threshold for criminal speed um but I didn't write you criminal ticket so we kept it civil and then just not having current proof of insurance um before I issued the citation so it's civil here all you have to do for that one is show that it was current they're going to throw it out it's not going to cost you a dime so it's not going to cost you any money um we document it when we see it but we make it really easy for you to take care of so within the pamphlet right here is your driver's license registration your copy of the citation is the same as mine and then did you still need to my no you just show it to the court they'll throw that one out options one two and three that's how you take care of the speeding citation okay so read through this um this gives you all the information if you have any questions that this pamphlet doesn't answer up the top here and at the bottom here is the same phone number and that's the phone number for the court so during the week during normal business hours you can give them
