so atl for a trespassing sub subject uh over the fries as we're passing by here at deputy farron saw two individuals bigger individuals underneath this little bridge here over by the circle k so uh we're gonna make contact with film are you just over at the prize oh good yeah okay have you been trespassing from there before so you're a sex offender you're supposed to have id on you i didn't see that coming where's your id oh come talk to me real quick okay yeah i didn't see myself i'm gonna put you in handcuffs you're detained right now don't cause any problems okay okay turn around put your hands on your back do this supposed to have id on you you should know that they tell you that it's written in law it's important to keep tabs on those overall safety and well-being of the community they should be able to feel safe in their own neighborhood by walking down the park or sending their kids down the park to a local pool and not having a sex offender who hasn't been registered who should be registered somewhere else is now in this area um and we have no idea so it's a it's a big deal hi ma'am deputy seifert it's nice nice to meet you nice to meet you too so i was told you have something for us yes i have something for you well we have a jeeping duck thing going on that we've been doing and you just give a duck to a jeep fellow jeeper saying that you like the their jeep and i decided with everything that you all are going through that i wanted to do this you give you a jeep or give you a duck for just to say thank you for your service awesome i appreciate that that is awesome an extraordinary person facing extraordinary extraordinary circumstances and acting with courage that's wonderful thank you so much we really appreciate your support no thank you thank you have a good day definitely not a week goes by without being stopped or just you know randomly hey thank you for your service we really appreciate you how fast you think you're going i hit about 80. man you're good i had you going 81 on my radar criminal speed that's 50 mile per hour zone man let's see your license that's unacceptable that's just too damn fast too down fast so here's what i'm gonna do man i'm gonna bump it down to uh civil speed okay i'm gonna bump it down to 70 and a 50. okay so 21 and over all right is uh it's gonna be going ahead and uh that's gonna be um criminal so i bumped it down okay from what we even talked about what i put on my radar okay all right that make that is that a deal yes that sound pretty fair all right now you can go to court and fight it all right i'm gonna show up i'm gonna get paid overtime i'm gonna win okay and considering already i cut you a break all right all right physical dv allegedly uh pushed down the stairs hi ma'am you want a call okay is he in the house or no he took off all right have you been arrested for domestic violence in the past years ago years ago this is a criminal citation okay all right so here's what it's for okay assault i had documentable injuries okay she took an uber she's gone okay that's that's a big reason why you're getting citation right now okay i can ensure the party's separated yes all right i'm just trying to give you some down the road warning to to avoid any other possible law enforcement contact because obviously you're going to have an inevitable contact with her because you guys are still married and going through divorce process since the calling to serve serve my community and specifically sheriff's office because it's closest to the constitution and basically i feel you know a last-line offense of upholding uh um the citizens uh rights you know that they have you know afforded to them and united states of america you never know you know who needs your help you know and you never know uh if you're gonna significantly impact you know someone's life you know for the good um but literally just exactly what it is calling it has to be or uh we wouldn't do it most uh citizens they might have one law enforcement contact their entire life and that one contact's gonna basically shape the opinion of law enforcement too like in this situation this individual signed a criminal citation and at the end they thank me for it just because of our uh the relationship that we built initially so that's a huge factor as well and i think that just goes back to the lady with a little police duck and that's why we get thanks [Music] you
