so far what we have on this stop is stop for criminal speed so 72 and a 50 driver doesn't have have a driver's license he verbally identified himself I can't confirm who he is so I put him through AIC ncic all the the federal databases he doesn't come back with anything um so we took him in the custody for failing to provide evidence of identity and criminal speed uh his passenger who's the owner of the car yelled at me a lot um she allowed the driver to drive knowing he didn't have a license so she got issued a citation for allowing an unauthorized person to operate a motor vehicle because he doesn't have a driver's license that I could find anywhere the vehicle was toad uh posi came and they're taking him to um the border patrol station in CAG Grand which is right down the road we're going to head there and have border patrol fingerprint him through their system and see if he's ever been contacted by border patrol before and see if we can get a confirmation on his identity so yet again brothers and sisters at border patrol came through for us uh we came here to the border patrol substation in Castle Grand they gave me a whole stack of papers on the guy my driver um so the name that he provided was false his date of birth was false um he has been in the country illegally at least since 2011 just doing bad things uh so he did bad things on the East Coast came here at Arizona and um and now he met me so he's right now headed to the panal county County Adult Detention Facility he's got another charge for providing false information uh we found some outstanding warrants that he had um border patrol is going to take a look at them once we're done with our state side charges so our our relationship that we have with border patrol in the panau county sheriff's office is is awesome uh they help us out not only me they help our anti-smuggling unit out and our narcotics guys out all the time um so we have a great symbiotic relationship this is just another example of it so that helped me put the sky away for a little bit longer and hopefully get him out of the country so he can stop doing bad things [Music]
