two separate reasons I stopped you your first one is you're 73 milph and OPP posted 50 and then the second one is you're not displaying any license plate to the rear of your vehicle was not doing 73 yep 100% absolutely unequivocally locked in on rer actually um Massy registration paperwork if you have any for your vehicle and current proof Insurance um the insurance is um my husband has that on his phone okay where is this license plate um at the house and believe okay and then it also shows an expiration date of February 3rd and we're now on February 11th so but there should be a some sort of plate displayed to the back of this so all the information up the top here is yours your vehicle information is here simply says that today just slightly after 2:00 you're 73 mph and OPP post at 50 now rmp stands are reasonable and prudent which for you happens to be zero because uh you registration is both expired and you have a license plate that's not in inv visible position cuz it's at home not mounted on the back of your vehicle as required by Arizona law as I stand here at your window are there any questions I can answer for you before I release you okay just so that you know right now you're driving with no registration and no insurance the second that you move your vehicle back onto the roadway and continue down Val Vista you're going to once again be in violation of all of those violations so if another law enforcement officer sees you they have the you have the possibility of receiving all of those same exact citations so just just so that you can make a well-informed decision as as you continue on with your day okay all right thanks so much ma' drive safe nice see driver's license please yes sir all right M Deputy slope I work for the P County Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit I sto is you're 81 mph and the speed limit out here is 50 so you're 31 mph above the speed limit so see registration paperwork current proof Insurance shoot you have enough paper in there to do orami for a month I know I know I just like keep everything in here I can tell you are doing a criminal amount of speed you're 31 over you're well within the realm of criminal speed but since you've never been stopped by us before what I did was I gave you a break and I we kept it in the Civil realm which means you can go to traffic school for it and keep it off your record um for the insurance all you have to do is show the court that your insurance was current today they're going to throw it out so it's not going to cost you a fine a fee nothing they're just going to literally just dismiss that portion of the citation so well I'm Deputy slope I work for the pan County Sheriff offage Traffic Unit separate reasons I stopped you one you're on your phone while you're driving down the road secondly your registration expired in December we're now in February so in the system it shows you as only having an identification card do you know why no have you ever had one ever had one issued a license no an ID card yeah oh not here only a license huh I know I mean obviously you have a license cuz you handed it to me so I uh they don't they don't say like no it's the weirdest thing I don't think I've ever seen it before I've never seen it where it's just but I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that everything's okay so um but no current registration cuz your registration expired last year and we're this year and then operating your vehicle while using a portable wireless communication device okay as I stand here at your window are there any questions I can answer for you um would they be able to tell me I don't know the court MVD would be the only ones that would be able to tell you and I've never seen it before cuz it doesn't show that you've ever had a driver's license it just says identification card but it's the same number as that it's the same driver's license number and that's obviously a valid issued Arizona driver's license so um you know if you didn't have that in your possession I'd probably I'd probably call you a liar I'd be like man you don't have a license like no I swear I do I'm like man I don't think you do so but I mean hey man you you proved me wrong so um but yeah I would if you happen to go to MVD whenever the next time you go there be like can you look me up and figure out why I don't have a driver's license in your system cuz I've never seen it before but obviously it's good so I'm I'm going to take your word for it that you didn't just pull one over on me right so I don't get that vibe from you so all right any other questions uh no all right appreciate you being cool just so you know um if you continue to drive around cassa Grand you have those expired registration you have the possibility of being pulled over by someone else and issued that same citation again so just get that updated as quick as you can so
