taking the breathalizer and this Karen
is the GI that keeps on giving her
entitlement is just off the
charts so them riding their skateboards
in the middle of the street has nothing
to do with it
so that's a crash investigation what I
was doing is a criminal investigation
because a criminal investigation correct
cuz they're driving Under the Influence
oh no I'm not under the
influence that's
ridiculous
wondering and that's
criminal well you you're you're showing
indications of impairment and check as
well as checking your eyes they're not
smooth
well you do know that I'm have a broken
ankle and that is checking your eyes
does not require you to walk
no a broken ankle affects everything how
is that how is that

when your bones are broken and
that your eyes do not function the same
way yeah when you're when you're in pain
your eyes do not function the same way
that they do when you're not in pain
period for you to say this is a criminal
investigation that's something more than
just my eyes not working because my

as to why she's so plastered but first

moment let's say she only had one drink
and her vision is all blurry because
she's in pain should you be driving then
of course not because your vision is
impaired but my theory is that probably
she got prescribed some pain pills and
decided to take them with a little bit
of alcohol or another possibility is
that she did have one drink but it was a
German boot full of
rum and I can tell you right now I can
see everything I can [ __ ] walk I can
I am not drunk this is not a DUI
situation I am not impaired at all and
if you take me in for a DUI I want to
contest it because this is not right
this is not correct you cannot prove it
I am so [ __ ] clear you cannot prove
this you are not taking me in for a DUI

can get you back to getting process up

say you blow all zeros that's going to
get documented it'll go in the report
but since you're here already I'm just
trying to understand no yeah I know get

explaining it you're still going to
remain here for 8 hours and has to go in
front of a judge and then from there I
mean yeah then he'll go out yeah before
she was practically begging to take the
breathalyzer and now she's hesitating as
to if she wants to do it or not so
clearly she has something to hide
