After being discharged from the hospital, the woman was charged with a series of serious crimes. Disturbing while intoxicated, two counts of assaulting an officer, scratching the officer and spitting, aggravated assault, kicking the officer in the face causing serious injury, resisting arrest by violence. The incident saw the police apply many control measures and add psychiatric factors, but in the end, the legal process was completed.
