hey there see your driver's license please I'm trying to get a temporary plate for this car cuz I just bought it for my neighbor so I don't have the registration on it I know so why are we driving it because I'm going to that's why I was driving so you know that like you know you can get a temporary registration plate on it right like but I can't because I don't have a printer I don't you know I I'm new to the area I used to live in I I'm okay same state so everything's the same I understand that son Williams understand that I just don't have okay do you have insurance for it in case you happen to get into a crash that's you don't have that either okay okay so I'm Deputy slope I work for the panel County Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit reason I stopped you is your your plates are expired almost two years so it's told me that too and I I was like so we just your YouTube channel that's yeah I'm I'm on there you know what I do on YouTube I enforce Arizona Motor Vehicle law so you have no registration no insurance I okay I'm on I just got my money G okay do you still live in the People's Republic of Tucson no I live in I live in okay have you changed your address with MBD not yet because oh the reason I haven't is because my address isn't registered with the United States Postal Service my landlord didn't have mailboxes for us so I have to get all that they were like okay we need $10 to get a to get a PO box and I can use Florence's um their post office as my address so that's what I was doing today okay what's your what's I feel like you're driving the wrong direction to do that in Florence no I had to go to Walmart but okay so there we go get insurance right this second oh outstanding I I like it when I'm a catalyst of change well I was going to get insurance I was never not going to get insurance okay but the the fact of the matter is if you would have crashed into someone at 287 and out way that would have been too late out way that's it love the name of it I'm sure that you're going to notice that um insurance rates are up like 20% in Arizona just this last year and a portion of that is people that are driving and and uninsured not all of it but there is a portion of that that's a it's it's a portion of this so so since we're on the topic of this by the way your driver's license is canceled I I just talked to the DMV about it yeah don't talk to go there and talk to someone face to face yeah like what the heck it's not supposed to be you know what it was I had a cracked windshield on my ex-husband's car you have a crack windshield on this car this wasn't my car but anyways um I replaced the windshield turned in all the paperwork to the courts yep but they didn't enter into the system and I even wrote the judge I've never heard of a license being canceled because of that it's kind of a strange thing so so we're uh it's not it's canceled uh so I'm going to seize that because it's illegal for you to be in possession of a knowingly suspended canceled or revoked license um so you don't have any current registration you don't have any current insurance and you don't have a current driver's license you have nothing that allows you to drive on the road whatsoever um and I know things are different down in Tucson but up here in panel County yeah I know I leave a domestic violent situation to better my life and I've done nothing but I can ruin it more yep there is but there's there's also parts of just adulting as they say taking a trip to Walmart just cost me does right so there's things that we need to take care of in a sequential order and and license registration Insurance are are things that are more important than monsters cigarettes and Walmart I promise I promise that is the the correct sequence of things no he smokes cigarettes so um sir do you happen to have a good valid license he does okay um your license you can't be on the roadway right cuz you're you don't the car can't be on the roadway okay I just want to make sure that you guys understand that okay all right thank you so much see your driver's license please um I only have on my phone okay can I I guess see it on your phone is this your car U no it's my husband's well your husband's car registration expired in 2021 and we're now in 2024 so all right you see if we can find some registration paperwork and current proof insurance for me this thing yes ma'am all right and insurance I don't know if there's Insurance on this car okay all right hang TI fromone driver's like hey I don't have my license with me I just have a picture of it on my phone that's because it's suspended so she suspended which she didn't tell me but I had to come here and find out which I kind of knew anyway and then she also goes yeah we don't have insurance for this car so we have she has no license no registration and no insurance like not trying to obey the slightest bit of a normal adult's responsibility um so she's going to get tickets for everything and she's going to park her car here because she can't drive it you have a picture on your phone of your license because it's suspended my license okay yeah I know okay my mail goes to my mom's I just picked it up today I saw a letter he's I tell him multiple times today he's going to pay it and then we'll get into it sorry I'll just s my parents I'm sorry you have 3 years expired registration you have no insurance for your vehicle and your driver's license is spended from some red light ticket that you got and probably didn't take care of you remember that okay so this vehicle because your registrations expired can't be on the road anymore and you don't have any insurance and you don't have a driver's license to drive so you can't drive from this point okay okay so I'm going to work on your ticket you work on that okay all right so driving while your license is suspended is Criminal no current registration cuz it expired in April 3 years ago and then not having current proof insurance that person person they were they here for you yeah okay so what we're going to do is we're just going to have them drive your car and just park it right in the parking lot here at the church um just so we can get it out of the road uh so I don't have to tow it
