Panel County Sheriff Ross Tele here. You know anything about me, I'm all about the Second Amendment and second chances. I will defend your Second Amendment constitutional rights to keep and bear arms. And I also believe that we need to train individuals so they have the skills when they reenter society. That's why today on April 1st, I'm announcing our inmate gunsmithing certification program here at the sheriff's office. What we're mainly going to be concentrating on today is the AR-15s. AR-15 stands for armor light rifle model 15. It does not stand for assault rifle. I've actually never shot a gun before. So, this is a really cool program to actually get my hands on these these really cool items. So, the protocols that make it safer is they don't really give us any ammo. Um just in case like we don't like you know. Is this where the clip goes in? Well, first off, cuz there's not a fit. First off, that's not a clip. It has a spring, so it's a magazine. A clip would be for like an M1 Grand. So, when they brought it in to me, it was just like really black and crusty. Took a lot of work getting it this pretty chrome color. And don't worry, I know what you're thinking. This is only for non-violent offenders. You know, I'm going to get a certificate for this, so it's going to be nice. Now I can go back out, make my own guns, and with the inmates maintaining the weapons, deputies can exchange them and get back out on the road faster to better protect you and save the taxpayers money. Now, what's the rule? If we find a high point, throw away. Exactly. This is these these are really cool, like really cool life skills we're learning here. Thank you, Sheriff Tle. Thank you, Sheriff Tle. Thank you, Sheriff Teple. Thank you, Sheriff Teple. And I can hear the phone calls already. Yes, if you haven't figured it out, this is an April Fool's joke. But if you want to work for a professional agency that still has a sense of humor, we are hiring deputies, detention officers, and dispatchers. It's an honor to serve. Um, really, really great. If you could be a part of it, you totally should come to jail and join us. I love it. That was good. Yeah, they need to come in pink. Thank you, Sheriff Tle. Tele. Thank you, Sheriff Tle. You definitely get Eric standing in the
