Watch these officers get embarrassed after trying to block a man and others from entering a public park based on a vague complaint. Calm, confident, and well-versed in the law, he cites the rules, flips the situation, and forces the officers to back down in shame. >> Get this out of the way so we all understand each other. When they ask you to leave the little fence off area, that is their property and they can ask us to trespass you and that's a whole court issue. As long as you stay on the sidewalk, no one's going to have any issues. Okay? It's open to the public whether paid or free. We have our free speech rights do not hang on that public. Please check it out. You're wrong if you arrest this trouble. >> I'm not going to arrest you. >> I know you're leaving. We're not I was never in there. But I want you to check cuz I don't want you to do that today. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying going forward. I'm assuming you guys are going to want to come back. >> When we know it's our freedom of speech rights and we decide, oh, there's a lot of traffic over here. I want to stand here and hand track to somebody. We're going to do it. And you're going to come and you're going to threaten us with trespass and then it is going to be a lawsuit. And I'm just asking you to check on that. You can come to those people that complain and go, "You know what? We checked the case law. Our supervisor checked it." And they actually have a right to be here. I'm sorry. They can stand here and hand our facts. And then everybody's happy. They're not happy, but we were in with the law. Right? >> But I don't want you guys not to end up in trouble. I don't want you end up in fire. And I want you to check with your supervisor so that you can just go to them and go, "They have the right to be here. Have a nice day." You mean we don't need a table?
