That'll work. leg shoulders. >> Got it. >> Thank you. >> We appreciate. >> Yeah. >> All right. I guess I'm going to go with them. >> All right. So, just run me through what happened and what led up to. >> So, the guest did check in on June the 18th. She was here for 30 days until July 18th. Um, every 14 days, we have to physically inspect the room to make sure everything's clean. In an order, she refused entry to her room on the 14th day. Um, just this past Wednesday, which was the 9th, we had noise complaints coming from her room uh from other guests surrounding her. >> From that barricaded room, the woman now faces multiple serious charges, paying a heavy price for her actions. >> So, can you real quick just tell me what the noises they were hearing were? >> Banging, drawer slamming. Uh, so guests that were next door to her was uh complaining of noise. >> Okay. Sorry. To your knowledge, do you know if she had any visitors or anything like that? >> As far as I know, no. She was the only one in the room. Now, upon attempting to go up to the room to speak to her, knocked on the door, she opened the door. The latch was on. She slammed the door. Did not want to respond. Did not want to speak. I told her multiple times, "Please talk to me. I need entry to the room to to to speak to her about the noise complaints." No. No. She was not cooperative at all. >> Okay. >> Uh so I left it alone. Um then yesterday we had our uh standard pest monthly pest control. Her room number was one of the room numbers that needed to be treated. Um she refused entry again. She per our policy you're not allowed to not allow us to enter period. Okay. So we had to do our treatment and she did not allow it. Um she was using vulgarly profanity as she slap the door in front in my maintenances with the pest control uh attendant. Um, she did come to the desk this morning. She had a package. I g I allowed her to sign for her package. She inquired about a Walmart delivery that she had brought to the property that was delivered to the property yesterday. I told her if it's not in the lobby, that means someone have has moved it. You are responsible for the items that are delivered to the property. If you knew that it was delivered yesterday, you should have came down when it was delivered. So, so I said, I will look into it and I'll get back to you. I have to rewind the cameras. >> Upon her leaving the desk, I did advise her. I said based upon her interact interactions yesterday because yesterday after she refused service from my pest control company, I called her. She started to use vulgarity, yell at me, threaten me, f word, b word, everything under the sun. At that point yesterday, I advised her. I said, "I'm sorry. We could no longer continue your stay. You'll have to depart tomorrow, meaning today at 11:00." When she came to the desk [clears throat] this morning to get her package and we interacted, I advised her, "Hey, at this point, I'm going to have to ask you to check out." >> She turned right around, did not respond, did not say a word to me. She left the front desk and went back to her room. >> That's when I called you guys to facilitate her departure. And then every >> according to Florida statute SS509.141, refusing to leave a hotel room is considered a misdemeanor offense punishable by a fine and slash or jail time up to 60 days. I won't be able to get out of jail. >> Less than a day out of rehab, she's headed straight into trouble with a beer in her hand and a threat on her lips. What's your name? >> I'm just trying to eat. >> I got you. But we got a call that you were up here. You stole some alcohol. >> I didn't steal no alcohol. >> Did you buy some and drink it? >> Oh, they took the I wouldn't do that, sir. >> Okay. What's your name? You have an ID on you? >> Are you serious? >> Yeah, I'm serious. >> So, I'm going to keep the system going. >> No, I need to identify you because I got called out to what you were doing here. So, I need your name and information or an ID card. Did you drive here? >> No. No way. >> Okay. No. I want your driver's license or ID card. I don't need your money. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. >> I'm I'm good. I'm good. >> I got you. But I need your ID. >> I'm good. >> I need your ID. >> I got you. Do you have anything to drink at all? >> That's returning to 8. >> You just said yes. Did you leave the hospital? >> What does it matter? >> I need to know before I make a decision for you. >> Really? >> Yes. Cuz they don't want you here and you're intoxicated. So, it's either we can drop you off and get you a ride home or we go down another route that you probably don't want us to go down. Being drunk in public is is a crime. You're aware of that. >> When the police tried to help her home, they had no idea they were about to face a storm of drunkenness and arrogance. >> But I don't know. >> I mean, we're trying to convince her to call for a ride. Um, and we'll see if that goes or how it goes. I mean, if she starts being really belligerent on her, then we've already given her a warning not >> not to go >> be belligerent. That'll be enough to get her. >> I'm sorry, guys. >> Mother, >> I I'm aware you are. >> Let's get his number. Okay. I need his number. >> Not in a public setting like this. >> All right. >> Get your husband's phone number, please. >> Fast many times. Can we get your husband's number, please? Where we at with the ride? Husband's not coming cuz he's apparently bowling. So, I'm trying to get the number, but it's taking 15 minutes. So, that's probably not the route we're going to go down anymore. >> Do you have Do you know Do you have anywhere in Revenetta you can go to? >> Yes. >> Where? >> I really do. Who? I apologize, but you know, Sam said it was okay. >> Where in Ravena do you have to go that's not >> I'm I'm calling Tony right now. >> We're not We're We're not getting there right now. Is there anywhere in Revena that we can take you that's not here in sheets where you're going to be a problem? >> They're telling us that you're drunk and you're a problem and you are drunk. So they don't want you here. They're a business. They're allowed to say they don't want you here to get out of here. >> Can I go? >> That's why we are here. >> No, we're not going to take you to another business where you're going to be pretty similar. >> You have like a friend in Ravena that we can take you to. Look, you're not being charged with it because they don't want you charged with it. But you did. You did steal a beer and drink it. >> Store doesn't want to prosecute. A woman refuses to leave and a police officer is left with only one choice. >> Well, there you go. So, the best thing to do is just stay quiet, wait for the ambulance to come here and then that'll be the best thing for you. Okay. >> When you were at the hospital, did they release you or did you just leave cuz you said you were at the rehab? >> But did they like discharge you? No. >> Stealing beer? >> I didn't steal nothing. >> We'll play back. Show me. We don't need [ __ ] >> Show me how I stole. I paid for everything. Stop pulling away. Enough is enough. We gave you plenty opportunity. I told you. All you got to do is cry until you want >> 400. You can disregard the 29. She's going to be a 21. >> I got her stuff. >> What's wrong, boys? >> Yeah, I need the ambulance >> for what? >> You lost control with her insults and contempt for the police. She probably had no idea what she was facing next. >> Let's just get over >> Stop. >> Go yourself. >> Quit pulling away. [ __ ] you, man. I know exactly what this is. I keep you in a job, you keep me in a job. Huh? Then what? Dumb. This is so embarrassing. >> Don't breathe on me then. >> Well, I got to breathe. >> No. Get the your breath off. [laughter] >> So, I'm going read your Miranda warnings. >> Why is that? >> Listen to me. I'm going to read them to you and then you're going to decide what you want to do from there. All right. But I was young and wasn't thinking back then 2008. Took some clothes and they told me if it was over $300, I would have been arrested with a felony and went to jail. [screaming] >> Let go of my leg. >> LET GO. >> They They only served you one double drink. You can't be that intoxicated from just one one double. Just when you think being deported is just a formality, the police don't think so. A woman refuses to leave and the confrontation begins right in the parking lot. >> And then we'll trespass her. And if she doesn't want to leave, she'll go to jail for trespass after warning. It's easy as that. All right. >> Yeah. >> Right now. >> I can't start my car. So, what do you want me to do? >> Unfortunately, you can't be here. They want you gone. >> I've done nothing wrong. >> But that's not how that works. You understand? You can't be here. That's their property. >> So, am I going to go sit in a jail? So, either you leave or you take a Uber or you get out of here. >> I don't have any money. >> That's not my problem. >> You want to call somebody for me cuz >> that's not my problem. They're trespassing you. >> I came in here because I was falling asleep on the side of the road. Okay, listen. Christy Carly has something to tell you. All right, >> Christy, as I stated before, you are considered trespassing on the property. We had you and your belongings removed over a week and a half ago. You're not welcome on property. >> I was stopping in the area and I pulled over for safety. I'm going to continue to just drive on the road because I'm falling asleep. That makes no sense. She's going to end up being >> Christy, you need to understand the best way to do it now is just to get on foot and start walking off the property. >> Hey mom, >> have to leave the property and come back to the car. Have someone go get the car. That simple. >> Hey mom, this is Deputy BS with the Pasco Sheriff's Office. How are you? >> I'm fine, thank you. >> She challenged the police not to leave and then the unthinkable happened. The police approached but not to talk softly. Let's see what she was going to do. >> Do you want to go to jail? before she goes. >> I don't want to take you to jail >> in regards to >> I really don't want to do that. >> She's being kind of combative. >> I can't go to jail because I'm on medication. I have to stop right now. >> She has about medication. Doesn't mean we can't. She's not walking. She's going to walk with us. >> Okay. >> What about her car? >> The car could be here and then you can come and put gas in the car later and leave with the car at a different time. >> Why do I have to go to jail? She just >> because it's called trespass after warning. >> Somebody can come and get me. I can get gas. >> You can have somebody come get you, right? >> So, I need to go sit in jail so I can be observed for a certain >> They want you to leave. Okay. >> You're not leaving. I can walk. >> Then walk off the property. >> Then walk off the property. >> It's about me walking. >> Get your shoes and leave. It's >> about a drug trial and it's about me knowing if I can walk. I've been in the car. >> Just put your shoes on and leave and your mom will come get your car. It's not that hard. >> Walking. >> A drama filled with tears, screaming, and the protest of I can't breathe. But this time, the audience was the police. And the ending was not gentle. >> Come on. >> I'm not kidding. I don't. >> Yes, you do. Come on. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> All right, Mom. Get out of the car. >> Get I'm going to tell you one more time and I'm going to pull you out of this car. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Get out of this car. >> GET OFF OF MY BACK. >> HEY. I can't breathe. >> Okay. Don't claw. You're going to get charged cuz YOU'RE ACTING LIKE THIS. >> STOP GRABBING my hands. >> I'm trying to stop censing up on grab my freaking leg. >> Stop grabbing my leg, Christie. >> Yeah, she's grabbing. >> I can't take it. >> She's good. I can't take the pain. I can't take the pain. I can't take >> adjust those. So, just adjust those a little bit. But these Yeah. >> warned, given time, even had his mother call for help, but refused to leave. One wrong decision turned everything from words to handcuffs. >> I want to call my mom and her way past that point. >> I'm doing nothing. >> You didn't listen to your mom. You didn't listen to us. You could have walked off the property. Now you're going to jail for trespassing and the deputy if you're going to go to jail also say resistant car and I can't get out because it's causing me to pass out. >> No, >> I can't get out of the car cuz >> What have you taken today? What What pills are you on? Cuz there's a pillow bottle in your back side >> because I'm on a drug trial and the car causes me to pass your What? What drugs you taking? >> You're good. You can use them. Yeah, >> you're so worked up right now. >> You may need to get new tests. Yeah, they're like rusted. >> Yeah, we're make we're making sure the cuffs are locked up so they don't uh pinch up on you anymore. Okay. >> Really scratched my leg, Christie. >> I didn't want to do that. >> So, we just in the back. >> If anything, I'll go I'll go to you to let you know. I I guess get your get the people already in route >> and tell them where it's at. You could do that. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Yep. All right. Thank you. >> And how long was she here? Did she ever go up inside the apartment >> today? >> Yeah. >> Not that I'm aware of. Um but she was here for quite a couple hours. >> How did you know that she was here? You just saw her as you did your rounds? >> No, she had some um in uh issues with her downstairs neighbor. So the downstairs neighbor saw her. She's right in front of the apartment. >> Was she arguing with the downstairs neighbor? >> Not right now. No, just the downstairs neighbor saw her. >> Okay. I was just trying called on her and was like, "Hey, my neighbor, my obser, >> she called me another downstairs neighbor called you and was like, "Hey, over back." >> I was just trying to see if in the sense of if she went up there, maybe the key I mean >> if it was like right there where the range could be, you know, in that aspect. >> Yeah. >> Trying to cuz >> Yeah, the locks don't change. >> She's technically she reported it to you. >> Plenty of space. >> All right. She's still got STUFF IN HER POCKET. I WANT TO LET YOU SIT IN HERE. All right, SIT RIGHT THERE. >> WALK with us. >> Christy was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest. She was taken to jail and the car was left at the scene so family members could come and deal with it later. Next, a peaceful flight suddenly turned into an airborne theater when an outofcrol passenger not only caused chaos, but also said something that put the entire crew on red alert. What? >> So, here's the deal. >> I I really >> First of all, we got a we got a call from the flight captain saying you two are causing disturbance. You got cut off, I guess, drinking or whatever, and somebody made I'm freaking talking. >> I'm sorry. >> Don't interrupt me again. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> So, you two are causing disturbance. you've been drinking and someone made some threats about taking care of some flight attendant out in the parking lot. >> Yep. They're willing to swear a statement on it. >> So, stand against the fence. Stand against the fence. We're going to conduct some business. >> As long as you act like a gentleman, you get treated like one. If you give him me or my deputies any problems, you're going to have a bad night. All right. figure out why. >> Well, because you guys are drunk. Uh, >> no. But >> yeah, you're drunk. I can smell it. I'm not stupid. >> Oh, we've been drinking. >> I can tell. That is not >> It's obvious you've been drinking. I can smell it. >> We had a drink on the plane, but >> Yeah. Yeah, I know you did. It filled me in. Apparently, you didn't like the way some things were handled by a flight crew, and you guys said stuff you shouldn't freaking problem whatsoever. >> Well, you know what? I I'm just going to say the only thing that I save it. It is what it is. You can't when it comes to flights, there's no tolerance. >> We're apparently wrong. So, >> there's no tolerance on flights. It's too dangerous. Can't you can't act a certain way and make threats. So, >> I know we >> Well, somebody did. >> It's okay. Somebody's accusing us something. Just shut your mouth. It's our fault. Okay. >> Anybody here been in trouble before? And nobody's on any kind of probation or anything like that, right? >> No, I'm a truck driver. >> Okay. I don't mean you're not on probation. I know truck drivers are on probation. >> Yeah. No. >> So, >> all right. >> I know. Somebody should be, but >> Yeah. >> So, bottom line is when we get called it it >> it's not a good thing. >> But I just got to show you. So, so going to get some we're going to get with the flight crew once they get all your body off the plane. Apparently, they were drinking on the plane. They got cut off basically and it's talking [ __ ] >> And another pastor even mentioned it and that they were threatening to beat the flight attendants ass. >> Drunk, causing trouble, then loudly threatening in front of a crowd, but when questioned, she only responded with a cold sentence. I don't remember. Is that the truth or is it a familiar way to avoid blame? >> Served to we had not observed any slurring, anything that all four of us didn't recognize anything that they were inebriated. >> Okay. So they in your opinion they were sober when they walked in? >> Yep. Was that agreeing with everybody here? We didn't notice any alcoholic behavior. No, nobody observed anything. So we did serve them doubles. Um after we passed them and we were about three or four rows ahead, the woman seated in a and I don't her name is in here. She was cursing and I politely walked back kind of quietly addressed her and said if you could just please not curse and just kind of keep her voices down. Other passengers were eyeing us and asking us to speak with them. So I just did that. >> When was she cursing? Do you know? He was using the words [ __ ] and damn and it was >> in general or talking to the husband. >> Um just outward they were talking to each other but they were very loud with it and it was disturbing other passengers. >> Okay. >> So I just asked them to please just you know tone down the volume and to please not curse. Other passengers were disturbed. Andarly after that, we went on and completed our service. And then once we got back to the uh back galley area, I had a passenger come back and inform me that she had made a verbal threat that she was going to find me after the flight and she was going to take me out. >> And who did she say that to? Did she say that to you or general? >> She was talking with the husband. I assume it's her husband seated next to her and it was quite loud and the passenger seated in Charlie which is the aisle seat in front of her came back and informed us that she had made the threat >> that she was going to do what to you after >> I believe what she said was she was going to take me out. She was going to find me after the flight and take me out. >> Okay. And that was a statement from passenger A. >> Correct. from uh the one that was >> 31 alpha. >> Okay. She said that. And who was who was that passenger sitting that told you that? >> She was sitting in 30 Charlie. And I have her name and phone number. >> Charlie. >> From a glass of wine on the plane to a threat in the cabin, things escalated in minutes. And when the police got involved, all the excuses fell into place. >> You don't know what happened. >> I was told at one point that uh I was watch >> I am naturally loud. I am really naturally loud and I was told to watch my mouth and I said yes ma'am >> and I didn't say anything the rest of the flight. I just looked out the window. >> Well, apparently it was several of the passengers that were disturbed by what you were doing, what you were saying. Apparently you uttered a a threat >> to what? >> Again, sir, can you stand up for a second for me? >> Uh yeah. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> Turn around. So, the charge is going to be distorxication. So, you're going to have to go you're going to have to go to jail tonight. >> You're not going to go to jail. But she is. What the [ __ ] >> What did I say? Let me You don't remember? >> No. I >> They They only served you one double drink. You can't be that intoxicated from this one one double drink. So, you probably came on the plane already intoxicated, you process. >> It got a little out of hand. Sure. >> That's all it is. So, it's you're going in for public >> intoxly intox and that's it. >> I know it is. >> So, uh what it what what's going to happen to me? >> Oh, I'll take you down to jail. Drop you off. >> Okay. >> We'll talk to the all morning >> and uh and what about my husband? >> He's fine. >> I'm coming to get you. >> So, >> okay. You ready? I'm going straight to book individ. >> In the state of Florida, disorderly conduct is defined in Florida Code 856.011.
