Reason I stopped you is you're 80 mph and the speed limit here is 50. Makes you 30 mph over the speed limit. 100% 80 mph. You're the only car here. We still haven't even been passed by a car until right now. 100% 80 mph without one doubt. Swear on a stack of Bibles. It's locked in on my radar. Yeah, I would like to see that. Well, you can't because it's mounted in my car. So, I can take a picture of it for you, but it is. You were 100% going in. 50. I was looking at my speed. Okay. All right. What's the speed limit here? Speed limit here is 50. 50. You just said I was going 80 though. I did. That's why you were going 80 and a 50. So, Miss registration paper, current proof insurance. So, letter of the law, your speed meets the threshold for criminal speed because you're more than 20 mph over the speed limit. Well, you were, but um what I didn't do is since you've never been stopped by the Pan County Sheriff's Office before, I did not issue you that criminal citation. So, even though technically you meet the threshold by the law, I didn't issue that citation because I have some discretion in it and you've never been stopped before. But, uh that's the speed that's there. Obviously, you can look in your rearview mirror, you see a cameraman there. So, whole thing's whole thing's on video. Fishing. What do you mean fishing? This is This fishing? No, it's I'm I'm assigned to the traffic unit. It's all I do is pull cars over. It's 100% of my job. It is absolutely every bit of my job duties is this. I don't do anything else. Someone steals your yard gnome, I'm not coming. Someone shoplifts, I'm not going. So, today we're out on MCG or the Maricopa Cassag Grand Highway. Uh this area is always good for speeders. Uh there's a ton of speed violations out here. We get complaints out here all the time. So, we're out here today. I'm only going to stop cars more than 20 mph over the speed limit. So, posted speed limits 50. I'm looking for anything 70 above and we're going to see what we can do. Hey there. All right. I'm going to grab that. All right. So, any other weapons in your car? Nope. All right. May I see your driver's license? Yes, sir. Absolutely. All right. Well, I'm deputy slope. Work for the Panel County Sheriff's Office traffic unit. Reason I stopped you. The speed limit on this road is 50. How fast were you going? Uh, I think about 70. 75. Yeah, I got you at 75. May I see registration paperwork? current proof insurance. Uh yes. Um so my plate uh when I went so I left out of the country for like a month and I didn't pay my insurance. Oh and I actually got a ticket for my registration. You did? That's a very cute pink purple gun you have. Uh but I have all my red. Oh. Do you have insurance on your phone? I do. I do. Okay. Let's look at that. All right. Young Mr. Give that to you there. What you need to do is put some oil on that thing. I tell that to almost everyone whose guns I take apart. No one no one has enough oil on there. Your gun needs some uh it needs some lubrication, man. So, I see that you met my uh great friend, Deputy Serrano about a year ago when he cited you for exhibition of speed there in the city of Maricopa. So, today you're going to get another criminal citation because you have exceeded 20 mph over the speed limit. So, that is considered criminal everywhere in the state of Arizona. So, cuz I locked you in at 75 and a 50. Um, and then no current registration. Your registration expired in January and we are now in June. So, this vehicle absolutely should not be on the roadway at all under any circumstances. All right. I'm going to take that plate off the back cuz it doesn't belong on this car anymore now that it's so expired. All right. All right. You drive safe. [Music]
