I just We just moved back. We just moved back and I've been trying. I need to figure it out. >> We just moved back. >> Cuz the reason I'm pulling you over is you're driving without lights on. And normally when people are driving without lights on, they're breaking into stuff. They're doing stuff they're not supposed to. Then when I immediately pull you over, you start calling people, start freaking out. He sounds like he's doing something he shouldn't be because he's Oh goodness. Oh no. Like that's not normal. >> I put that on my kids. Officer, please. You can search me. You can search my vehicle. I'm absolutely not doing anything. I Oh, I'm sorry. I I 100% abide my I live by my kids. When police discovered that her license was suspended, she immediately invited them to search the car, used her children as proof, and repeatedly insisted she was innocent. >> Yeah. You tell me I could search the car. Are you okay if I search the car? >> I don't have nothing to hide. >> I know. Are you okay if I search it? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Is there anything that I'm going to find? Be honest with me. >> Nothing. You're not going to find anything. Okay. >> Why are we freaking out, girl? >> I just have a high anxiety. Right there next to the 7-Eleven. >> Okay. I'll tell you that the Hilton isn't off Molen. >> But instead of calming the situation, her call for help brought even more people to the scene despite the officer's clear warning. >> I don't need him to show up. >> I know. I know. I'm trying to tell him. I know. I'm Baby, I don't want you to get >> He's going to be arrested. >> Baby, they're going to arrest you. Please don't. Please >> for obstruction. >> Baby, please. Send me the confirmation. >> YOU'RE YOU BETTER KEEP DRIVING OR you're going to be arrested. >> Keep driving or you're GOING TO BE ARRESTED. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. YOU'RE GOING TO KEEP DRIVING. IF YOU DON'T KEEP DRIVING, YOU'RE going to be arrested. >> Leave the scene or you're going to be arrested. All three of you. >> No, you're not. >> Get into THE CAR RIGHT NOW. >> GO. YOU BETTER STOP. KEEP DRIVING. OBSTRUCTION. IF YOU DON'T LEAVE, >> I'M NOT OBSTRUCTING. >> OKAY. OKAY. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> DJ, >> you better keep driving or you're going to be arrested. Hey, are you doing >> from there, the driver's panic ignited an unexpected scene of chaos, pushing everyone toward consequences no one could stop in time. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Walk this way. >> You're under arrest. >> I know. I know. I've never been arrested before. >> Please, I need my I need my kids. We come pick the girls up. Please. The Hamilton. We call my pick up the girls. I'm being arrested. Oh my god. I've never been arrested before. Oh my god. >> Hop out of the car. >> Yeah, I'm on my way. >> Hop out of the car. Hop out of the car. We're done because I said I told you more than one time. Get out of the car. Come on. Get out. Let's go. Hop out. Hop out. Hop out of the car. Hop out of the car. Hop out of the >> Hop out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Bro, hop out of the car. >> Hey, >> you have a gun to the car. >> Huh? What did you just say? >> I haven't done anything. >> Get out of the car. >> I got a wallet right here. >> Get out of the car. >> You should have said 619 and 64 getting that individual out of the >> I haven't done anything. >> What? >> Get out of the car. Yeah. Out of the car. >> You're going to get it again. >> Okay. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. >> I DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] ABOUT IT. Step out. >> Quit. >> Get out. I believe that he'll get out. >> Get out. Come on. >> Step out. >> I will. Then do it. >> You asked for my ID. >> Yep. And you didn't give it to me. Get out. >> Here. I didn't know where it was. >> Get out, >> dude. Get out of the car. Put this leg on the ground. Get the out. Get out of the car. >> All my stuff is on the ground. >> Quit. Don't you hit me. No, don't. >> No, you hit me. >> Why? Why? Why did you take three of y'all? >> Really? >> Okay. Look, just ask for my [snorts] Don't hurt my arm again. Already happened once. >> [ __ ] No, we're pushing. >> In Oklahoma, driving with a suspended license is a misdemeanor. A first offense carries a fine of $100 to $500. A second offense $200 to $750, and a third or subsequent offense, $300 to $1,000 with up to one year in jail. The woman was charged with driving on a suspended license. The two men were charged with obstructing an officer and public [music] intoxication. Exhausted after a long shift, the woman fell asleep at the charging station, but the way she reacted to security quickly brought the police to the scene. >> I work at a lower case medical center. I'm sitting there. I'm charging my car. He comes up, he puts his hand on my car, and I go, "Can I help you?" And he was like, "I'm security. You need to get the out of here." I'm like, "Chill, relax. Like, you could just ask me to leave. No problem." He's like, "I got a video of you. You're not looking so good." I said, "I you could take a video of me all day. Like, I'm not doing nothing wrong." >> Okay. So, you just worked the whole shift to the ER. >> I literally worked 23 hours. I worked from 6:30 in the morning yesterday morning and I got off at 5:00 this morning. So, so 22 and a half. >> So, are you staying here or why are you here? >> No, I plugged in my car like I'm waiting to go. It's a Tesla destinational charge. They're public. So, unless it unless they're um and trust me, I've done my research. >> Unless there's a lock, like they can pin it. They can put a pin on it. Unless they put a pin on it and like you have to like make an account like put your reservation number in, whatever. They're all public chargers. >> Okay. Yeah. I don't know about that, but the uh parking lot belongs to them. So, if they don't want you here, you know, >> and it is what it is. Like, I'll go, but like he came up and I'm like, like, leave me alone. Like, you got a video? Like, I'll be honest. Like, I was rude. Like, you want to go to a video? go cuz he was being nasty immediately. Is it okay if I get out of this guy? >> Um >> it's all right. >> Yeah, he can he can make it. >> Feel bad. >> It's all right. >> Um he came up and like he was super aggressive and I was like if you want me just go like I'll just go like don't just come super aggressive like whatever. >> So he told me that uh he made contact with you asked you to leave then you left and then you came back. So basically at this point then they want you trespass from here. >> So you said you said you're local. You live live in Key West. >> I literally I work at Yes, I work at Lur Keys Medical Center. Like if he wanted me to leave, he could have just said my window was all the way down. He had >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license? >> Yeah. >> What What happened to the car? Was it in a crash? >> I was. Yeah. I got uh t-boned at a red light the other day. >> No way. Her changing explanations about when she slept, her work shift, and her next destination made what seemed like a simple check increasingly tense. >> I'm like all I probably have chocolate on my face right now. >> No, you're fine. >> Like she's irritating. >> You work in the ER. >> She's ignorant. No, I do not work in the ER. >> What do you work in the uh You said you said you're you're a nurse, >> correct? Yeah. No, it's a whole hospital. So, I'm a travel. So, I come and I work where they need me to. >> Okay. So, >> so but I'm down here for 2 weeks at a time. >> Okay. So, but you're going back to this hospital at 6:00 a.m. is what you said. >> Yeah. No, I go back at like 4 5:00 or 8 to 8 to 4 about 8 hours from now. 7 and 1/2 hours from now. >> Cuz you're just going You just told me you were going right back. >> Yeah, I am going right back 4 5:00. >> Okay. >> Like I literally like I came I plugged in I knocked out of the charger. I have to eat and pretty much go right back. >> Okay. >> I'll knock out there for an hour. But like I don't I was explaining to her like he's ignorant. He has no idea what he's talking about. their public chargers. If he doesn't want me to be here, there's 30 other chargers I can go plug in. >> Anywhere else. I'm not taking their electricity. I'm not taking up their spaces because technically if they have the Tesla sign right there, Tesla charging only. >> He can ask me to leave. He can have small dick syndrome. He can come up and act like a big bad guy. >> Yeah, >> I'll leave. Kudos to you for for doing your job. But he's completely ignorant with the situation. >> I'm not taking up their space technically when I'm parked fully in the spot. I'm not taking their electricity. I'm also not going to cause problem because why am I sitting here wasting my time when I could be sleeping? >> Yeah. >> And I still haven't eaten so I have better things to do. >> Okay. So the biggest concern is basically what the the guard told me that you were kind of like passed out. Then you were like swaying around and you look like you're like there's something wrong. There's something going on. >> Okay. >> After a clear warning, she left the area looking dissatisfied. But her next decision turned the warning into a far more serious problem. Why we want want to make sure you don't drive away and get in a crash. So, do you have somebody who can come and pick you up and drive you in the vehicle? Cuz I don't know if you're okay to drive. >> I am okay to drive. >> Okay. Well, you say that, but you know, it's >> Would you like to follow me? I'm going to grab my Starbucks and go back to the parking lot so I can answer the question. Where are you sleeping? >> I go to the KOA up in Sugar Road. >> Okay. >> You go where? I'm sorry. I didn't hear that. >> The KO up. The KOA up in Sugarway. >> Okay. So that's >> I am okay to drive like this is just and I know that you guys are just doing your job. I have respect I'm a process server and I work for Palm Beach County courts. I have a lot of respect for law enforcement. I'm not the person to get nasty but like >> then you should have respect for right. But you should have some respect then that if we decide that it's not okay for you to drive because you've been up and you're exhausted and maybe your driving faculties are impaired that that that's the call that that we make and we have to deal with it accordingly. driving >> because you're a nurse. You know that if you're up 24 hours and you haven't slept that your faculties can be coming up here. >> I just slept 4 hours at the charger as you saw. >> Well, I saw you when you woke up and you look like a ghost. You were you were just like doing really weird stuff in the car. So, that's what I'm concerned. Like now you're talking to me. Now you woke up. I get it. I get it. >> Oh my god. Here we go. Oh my >> What? I'm sorry. Okay. So, >> like everybody's just commenting like, "Do you want to follow me to the camera?" >> No, I don't want to follow you. I'm asking you. >> No, I do not have anybody. >> Okay. They don't want you to come back here. Okay. So, this entire property, including the charges for Tesla, you cannot come back here again. Okay? If you do, you you're going to be a subject to arrest. >> All right? >> Do you understand? >> Yep. >> A few hours later, she returned, clung to the excuse that she was just getting Starbucks, and reacted aggressively when police gave her a choice that was no longer easy. >> I did not get a written warning. Blue Flamingo. Did they give you a verbal warning? >> Starbucks. >> Oh, this is Blue Flamingo's property. >> I'm here at Starbucks. >> This is Blue Flamingo's property, >> sir. I'm good. I'm good. >> Did they give you a warning? >> I did not get a written warning. >> Okay. Do you have an ID? >> I I do not. >> You don't have an ID on you? >> I did not do anything wrong. >> All right. Put your hands behind your back. >> The video. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No, I'm not. >> No. No. Put your hands behind your back. >> I am here. Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. I am putting I'm not resisting. Knock it off. >> Knock it off. I'm not resisting. Stop. Sir, I'm not resisting. >> Oh, you got trespassing here. >> No, I did not. I did. >> I'm here at Starbucks. >> This is property. >> I'm here at Starbucks parking for Starbucks patrons only. Am I not allowed to have Starbucks? >> This is their property. Stop. >> Okay, then I'll leave. I'm not doing anything. >> Stop. >> I'm literally not doing anything. >> Face the car now. Are you going to get a charge for resisting? >> I'm literally holding right here. >> Stop. Lean against the car. >> I'm literally leaning against the car. I'm not doing anything. >> I have never once in my life been arrested. I'm a nurse. I'm a process server. I work for Palm Beach County Court. >> Do you have an ID or not? >> Sir, I wasn't physically earlier. >> 900. I'm 10:13. She's >> I'm not to resist. Uh that one, >> you were trespassed from here earlier today. Okay. wasn't. You don't understand. I was not given a written warning. I'm here at Starbucks. >> This is Blue Flamingo's back. >> I'm here at Starbucks. >> To the hood of the car. >> I'm here to the hood of the car. >> I'm here. >> Stop. >> I cannot be arrested. I'm a nurse. >> You're trespassing here. >> Trespass. >> Dad, they have a card. >> I was not trespassed. >> So, you don't understand. I'm a nurse. I wasn't trespassed earlier. You don't understand. The woman was charged with trespassing in a structure or conveyance. She only came back to get Starbucks, but ended up being served a pair of handcuffs as well.
