She was charged with retail theft, resisting law enforcement, and also had two outstanding warrants out of Wauaaw County. He was charged with fleeing from police, hit and run, party to retail theft, and child endangerment, stealing a few bags of merchandise, and ending up with the full handcuff combo instead.
