This deputy brazenly trespassed onto a man's private property without a warrant using the excuse of a civil case involving a car. But he made a huge mistake when the man immediately exposed his unlawful actions, citing a fourth amendment violation. Unable to provide any legal basis, the deputy was left humiliated and forced to retreat. >> There's no reason for you to cross. Where is your search warrant? Where's your warrant for trespassing? Where's your warrant? I would like to see your warrant, sir. You came over on the property. We have the right to un unlawful se and seizures. You I wish you would have crossed it while I had the camera so I could have taken you to court easily. This is not a criminal case.
