guy back there like right then the guy that was like doing the speed limit he not doing the speed limit no I was back there okay still live on Mesa um now actually I moved okay have you updated your address not yet all right how long ago did you move cou couple years that's a long time do you have your registration paperwork cof Insurance sure this might be the most accurate that one looks good to me she said that the reason she was going 21 M hour over the speed limit was because she had just passed a car that was traveling under the speed limit but that had to be before I saw her cuz I never saw her past anyone but I locked her in she was was doing 71 I was doing 49 so um and she had in the time that it took me to turn my car around she had increased the distance between the car that she was right in front of when I first saw her so um yeah she's getting a ticket for 21 over um I'll try to do it fast cuz it is ridiculously hot for being the beginning of October so uh I'm try to get back in and get back in the air conditioning cuz it's miserable out I locked you in a radar at 71 to post at 5050 uh r&p St a reasonable and prudent so you are you are at the threshold for criminal speed and we did not go with a Criminal ticket but um I didn't see any sort of passing not that there's any stipulation in Arizona law for technically you can't even speed when you're passing a car per Arizona state law so it's never it's never reasons though so I don't get it's that's it so in here is your driver's license your registration your copy of the citation information inside will tell you how to take care of it I don't know how much money it is cuz the Sheriff's Office doesn't do what we do for money so that all that stuff goes through the court so I'll give that to you there you'll be able to check that out once you get home and safely off the road I a if you wish if not the three options on the front of the citation give you all the options on how to take care of you were cited a couple months ago by a partner another guy on the traffic traffic unit for having legal tint on your windows okay haven't changed that not yet I'm working on getting prescription through my eye doctor yeah yeah that's a that's a that's a legit thing hang tight so he was stopped by a Traffic Unit Superstar named Deputy Nino a couple months ago for having illegal window tin on both his windshield and his side windows and he hasn't done anything to change it so he's going to get that same ticket again uh got you at 69 posted speed limits 45 since you still have improper material your windows and don't have current proof Insurance your r&p which SS reasonable improv just happens to be zero um so you are in the criminal speed realm cuz you're more than 20 mph over the speed limit that's what Drew my attention to your vehicle um so you're 24 over we're still going to keep you in the Civil round um but probably your next one's probably going to be criminal should you be up above that threshold again um So within the pamphlet here is your driver's license registration your copy of the citation is the same exact as mine I said said as I stand here any questions I you also had is incredibly dark tinted windows and while you were directly in front of me in the middle of the day I couldn't even see the outline of your head cuz your windows are so dark got so you got to legally tinted windows man it's a good reason to stop you see how registration paperwork current proof Insurance also I've seen a couple cyber trucks and this is the only one I've ever seen with illegally tinted windows so oh so you actually have a license plate somewhere uh it's it was from my old car but it's a digital light license PL have a transfer over oh you're they have to install it so you're one of those digital people I yeah I had it a few years ago and then I transferred my old car so all right um and then the insurance on my phone I yeah you you absolutely had to have this thing tinted at because it doesn't come from the factory like this uh no some of the tint does like this and the back and all stuff so all the the places where you can legally tint it it comes from the factory not the front windows correct yeah there we go okay so we're stopped at a stop light first in line a stop light State return this cyber truck traveling in uh you know parallel to me and I'm like that's weird you I couldn't I literally I could not see in through the driver side window so and since it's the first cyber truck I've ever seen with illegally tinted windows I wanted to confirm that it wasn't coming from the factory like that which he said that it's not and that it's obviously it's aftermarket on the front windows which is where the illegal tint is he's like oh you know when the back windows comes from the factory like that well you can have your back windows as long as you know as dark as you want them it's the front windows that you can which is why he had to have it done aftermarket so but everything else is good his registration is good driver's license is good he's never been contacted by the panau county sheriff's office for anything any other reason so I'm putting him in the system right now putting his vehicle in the system right now and um if he gets contacted again then and he has the possibility of getting a ticket from someone else but I'm going to give him a warning today since everything seems to be on the up and up today what I did was I put into our system that you were stopped and given a warning today for having illegal window tin on this if you choose to to keep that tin just so you know you can be stopped at absolutely any time because it gives a good articulable reason for law enforcement to contact you as a primary violation if you want to leave it we have the to talk to you whenever you want okay um it is a citable offense I'm just using the discretion that I have to not site you you could be so I'm I'm probably going to get a you could that is all up to you I'm just just giving you a heads up before we part way today any questions I can answer for you um if I so if I do have any pulled over again what it like I guess today or tomorrow what would be like the fine for that um you know I don't know it's all cuz all the money goes through the court the Sheriff's Office doesn't deal with fines cuz we don't do what we do for for money so uh all that stuff all goes through the court so it would be something that they they would be a they would assess that fine um but get it addressed
