the passenger seat. Yeah. >> Okay. Um, so we have a [music] bunch of callers. >> What? No, >> it's not the truth. >> Where? What was the name of your friend? >> I'm not talking to people. >> But that's no reason why you guys should be arresting me. >> You realize they just tackled a pregnant girl, right? >> On November 28th, 2023, officers arrived at the scene of a serious car accident. They found a severely damaged vehicle and a young woman claiming to be a passenger. As the investigation progressed, the underlying truths about the incident began to surface, revealing many unexpected complications. >> Are you the driver? >> No. My friend just like dipped. Yeah. My dad's going to get here right now. >> Okay. I guess y'all both been drinking. >> No. >> Oh, I can smell it. That's >> I was in the passenger seat. So, >> I know. But So, but you have been drinking. Where did he run to? >> Our driver ran away. >> She into the woods. >> Which way? >> I'm not entirely sure. I believe she's intoxicated. I'm not seeing any evidence of anybody running down here. >> I know. Let's Let me talk to her right there. >> The woman stated that the driver was a friend of hers, someone she did not know well who caused the accident, and she was just a passenger, insisting that she was not drunk. However, upon investigation, the police found no signs of someone fleeing the scene, increasing their suspicions about her. >> The passenger [music] seat. Yeah. >> Okay. Um, so we have a bunch of callers. >> What? >> No. >> It's not the truth. >> Where What's the name of your friends? >> I'm not talking to me. >> Come here. >> Come here. >> Quit resisting. >> Quit resisting. You're not going to walk away. >> Can't do that. >> You're about to be detained and handcuffed. You can't resist over here. >> Quit resisting. You're not going anywhere. >> You guys can't do this. >> I'm not doing anything wrong. >> You're about to be taken to the ground. >> I am doing anything wrong. >> All right. Under arrest for PI. >> Yes. For PI. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> She was quickly arrested. In this situation, she came up with a unique idea and claimed she was the victim, asserting to the police that she was merely a passenger. It [snorts] must be admitted that this was a clever ploy, but obviously could not fool the police. >> What are you doing wrong? I was a passenger. >> Well, you're >> I was a passenger, bro. >> You guys can't do this. >> Yeah, I was a passenger, bro. >> What the are you guys doing? I didn't do anything wrong. >> You guys >> do not kick again. >> I was trying to talk to her. She said no. >> You just assaulted an officer. >> You all right? >> Yeah, I'm just grabbed her. >> No, I didn't. You guys are >> come over here and she said no. So, I grabbed her. >> She's under arresting for PI in resisting. At this point, the young woman resisted the police and began to flee, forcing the officers to chase and subdue her. Running away, fleeing or resisting the police, not only endangers oneself, but also makes the situation tense and difficult to control. This can lead to unnecessary violence and increased criminal charges resulting in harsher penalties. Therefore, it is advisable to follow police instructions in such interactions. If one feels that their rights are being infringed or treated unfairly, legal channels should be used to complain or request an investigation rather than resisting directly. >> They tackled me to the ground because I >> check her out. >> They tackled me. >> She got a seat belt. >> I don't see anything. >> What's the name [music] of your friend? >> Hello. I just met her. >> Really? >> Is that your car or is that her car? >> She got car keys on. >> That's why I was so pissed. That's why I asked someone to call the police psychos. >> Really? >> You made no soup. You're >> You realize that, right? >> The young woman continued to assert that she was only a passenger. When arrested, she used her father's influence to threaten. However, the officer steadfastly adhered to the Miranda rights, ensuring the suspect was informed of her legal rights before interrogation. This not only protects the suspect's rights, but also maintains fairness and transparency in the legal process. >> This is your vehicle right now. Right now, you're under for public intoxication. >> That's no reason why you guys should be arresting me right now. My dad should be here right now. >> No, I have a seat in front of me. This is why you start getting extra charges for resistance of like that under arrest. >> No, you guys were took you down. >> That's what happened. >> The guy in the seaw. >> Okay, >> let me go. >> I didn't do anything wrong because me talking. You have to listen to us. >> Nice. and I was in the passenger seat. >> When the police announced the woman would be arrested for drunk driving, she once again resisted and refused to get into the car. And it took some time before the police could control her. Although the young woman insisted she was innocent, after stabilizing the suspect, they conducted an investigation at the scene. This further increased suspicions about her bold behavior. Stay tuned to uncover the complex and dramatic details surrounding her actions in the ongoing investigation. >> My lawyer is here. >> All right, cool. Hey, was that passenger door open? >> Yes. >> Open only the door open. Okay. >> Yeah. I don't think maybe would have gone out been able to get out on the other side. I don't know. >> Get out the driver side door. >> Who was the first one on scene? >> I was. >> Yeah. When you got here, >> she was all the way down there. >> Was she walking away or was she going? I couldn't tell where she was going. >> It's just a creek. There's no water disturbed or anything. It's a blast. >> Was there anybody out here like stopped on the side of the roadway or anything? >> No. I drove through here earlier and I didn't even see the car. >> Okay. I grabbed her. >> She kicked flips. >> Yeah, she was kicking. Is she good? >> Yeah, I'm good. >> We'll charge her for assault. No, no PI. Uh, we charge her for DW. I tried to talk to a witness said that she was making a right and saw the vehicle and they just saw the initial crash. another vehicle in a white car stopped. That's the first caller. Dispatch, they said that when they initially talked to they the lady on the phone said there was one female in the vehicle, confirmed there was one female in the vehicle. One that one female in the vehicle. Uh and so you put that [music] tied with this that her being the registered owner. I I'm going to charge with the DW. I mean, she's also being combative. She don't want to do it. She's still in the back cousin. >> I HAVE TO PAY RENT, BRO. >> HUH? >> Nothing can prevent this young woman from facing the consequences of her actions. She was later taken to a medical center for examination, but it was here that her rude behavior was fully exposed. >> Step sit down. Sit. >> Disgusting. >> She needs to get cleared. >> She's half of me. >> You got to do blood draw also, but we got to get a warrant first. We need [ __ ] >> I'm going to have you come sit over here. Okay. >> Medical staff attempted to restrain the young woman for a medical examination to ensure her safety, but her attitude was extremely poor, screaming and demanding a different doctor. >> You realize they just tackled A PREGNANT GIRL, RIGHT? >> Chill out. He would have >> What is he? I don't know. But what the race is right now because my best friend is black and gay. >> She's going to be taking care of you tonight. >> No, I want another doctor. >> What you get? What increases outrage in such cases is the blatant disregard for medical staff and police who do not deserve to endure this. She caused the accident while intoxicated refused to take responsibility and displayed a disrespectful attitude toward those trying to do their job. This behavior has sparked significant outrage causing many to question whether resources are being wasted on cases like this. >> Such a bad >> and it would be so good. I'll go >> I'll be here all night. You want us to check you out? >> Thising guy. >> Can you answer me? >> You told us. Why did that happen? down. She won't let us. >> So listen, this is what's going to happen. >> What's your name? >> I'm Dr. Summer. We've already told you. >> I have bad stories. Listen, >> you're going to let us check. >> And if you don't, [music] the police are going to take you to jail. And you can do all this in jail. Even if you're being rude like this. >> You think I've been to jail? >> No, but you're fixing to. That won't change. >> Exactly. >> I'll still be here tonight and you'll still be in jail. Doctors and medical staff tried to advise the woman, but she remained stubborn, refusing medical examination and even yelling at the police. This forced them to file a detailed report about her refusal to check her health, as they had many other patients needing examination and treatment. >> Patients refusing the exam or even voicing any complaints. >> Yep. Sure did. Do you want to pound over me? >> Why are you spitting? >> Right. >> That's just nasty. >> Unfortunately, the situation worsened as her behavior escalated, becoming increasingly aggressive and even spitting at staff. The police had to intervene with appropriate measures, including the use of a spit mask and additional restraints for the suspect. I just talked to your dad. [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] >> Love me. >> [clears throat] >> She was charged with multiple offenses including obstruction or retaliation, harassing multiple public servants, resisting arrest, assault, causing injury, and driving while intoxicated. This case underscores the importance of adhering to the law and cooperating with police and medical staff. The actions of the young woman not only hindered the investigation, but also complicated the situation, leading to serious consequences for herself and those around her. >> No. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. >> Your problem is I don't know what you're dealing with. You're yelling at me. >> Jakari Richardson's emotional conflict with her boyfriend leads to a dramatic arrest. >> What am I under arrest for? Christian, are you serious right now? I literally was having a We were having an argument. I'm not resisting, so you don't have to. >> Right. At the airport, a love conflict broke out violently. Witnesses confirmed a daring attack in the middle of a crowd of passengers. >> And did you actually saw him? >> I don't know where the female is. It looks like she brought >> I just wanted to know the severity of like we're in the airport chill out. >> She had my bag. I want to get my bag and we're both going to the same place. >> We're seated together. >> Um you said we were staying together. >> We seated together. >> Oh, I'm not sure because we were supposed to be going a long time ago, right? >> So now we just sitting in the airport. Are you guys having just a rough batch in your relationship? What's going on, huh? >> Okay. So, >> okay. So, you tell me the got heated. Did you lay hands on her? >> No, it was nothing like that. >> She didn't lay hands on you. You sure? >> No pushing, no hitting, >> none of that. >> In front of cameras and security guards, Shakari Richardson claimed she was just retrieving personal belongings. But will this statement convince the police? >> Thank you so much. >> You're so I had to get my special bag. Is there anything else that you could let me know? >> Cuz now that you have these officers involved, is there anything I need to >> Yeah. Why don't you come talk to me over here? >> Talk to you. Is there something? >> Come talk to me over here. >> Hello. Hi. So, we're in a relationship. I will no longer mess with him or what he had going on. He had some stuff in my in his bag. I just need to get out of my bag. >> Okay. >> My iPad, some clothes. I took it out, put it in my suitcase, brought his bag back. That's pretty much it. But we have a relationship dis, you know, kind of kind of thing going on right now. But yeah, exactly. But I brought his bag back. I took all of my belongings out. I would leave him alone. You don't have to worry about me. I have a flight coming up for my stuff. Like I said, I'm on the phone right now. I have all of my belongings. But you don't have to worry about me >> while I'm in the airport with him at all. I just had to get my belongings. >> Your ID on you and boarding pass by chance? >> Yeah. Do you need my ID for what? If I'm if you don't mind a possible assault >> assault by him, listen, >> I assaulted you. Okay, I'm so sorry. I'm just making sure >> it's not him that reported that one of the TSA folks reporting >> one of the TSA people because I can definitely have evidence of him assaulting me if possible. >> There's cameras everywhere. >> Like I said, yes, I do. My name is Sha Richardson. I do have my ID. Um yeah, but I will definitely leave him alone. There's nothing that I want to do with him. I need to get my stuff out of his bag. you guys on the same flight or >> um we were we are later on in the day because our flight end up getting delayed. We supposed to be leaving around this time of day, but the flight got cancelled. So, the flight doesn't leave until 10 p.m.ish >> because he's a coward and I don't want anything to do with him at this point going forward. My name is Sha Richardson. Have no problem with letting you know who I am. Haven't put my hands on him. We had an argument. I will be honest about that. A argument and that's pretty much it. The argument pretty much he's a liar. He lied about a couple things personally, you know, just in a relationship. >> Unexpected moment. The sound of handcuffs rang out in the middle of the airport and Richardson kept shouting that she was completely innocent. >> Pretty much officers can understand what a relationship is about. But he lied. He's a liar. And that was something that I kind of just grasp and emotionally I'm just like, "Bet you do your thing, but you're asking me for things that is within my possession and for my right. I don't have to give it to you because it's in my possession." But when it came to the point that I saw that he chose to make it more um about the police and things of that nature that showed that he made a choice. So I just want to be more professional and just come professionally and let you guys know like hey relationship thing have no problem and walking with you guys. So I'm not right. >> Was there any type of physical? >> No I didn't touch him. He didn't touch me. I will be honest. >> Hit him with anything? >> No I haven't hit him with anything? Not at all. He had headphones that were mine and I just grabbed them headphones but not physically. If you would like to ask me, you can ask him, but I don't want anything. >> I just want to get your side. >> Okay. Absolutely. You can ask him whatever you need to ask him. >> But yeah, you're a coward. >> Is it Shakari? >> Share. >> Share. >> Thank you so much, Sherry. >> Shakary, what's your uh phone number for you? >> And like I said, I didn't have a problem cooperating because like I said, it was some relationship stuff. So that's why it came up. >> Do you have your boarding pass by chance? Just so I can just take a photo of that just >> Absolutely. Yes. And you can contact me whenever you need to. >> I'm so sorry. >> Right here. >> Perfect. >> This is my boarding pass. >> So this is the one that got delayed. >> So this is I want to say my original one and this one. >> That's your new one? >> No, this is the this is my original one and this is the one that got delayed. And then the new one I think is in my personal one. But you can take a picture and I'll look for you for the new one if you don't mind me. >> Yeah, I appreciate it. I appreciate it. Yeah, >> but they move my flight to 10:00 p.m. if you don't mind. I don't think I just physically have it. >> But you can take a picture. I don't mind at all. >> So, last Are you going heading back? >> Yes. No, no, no. I'm heading to um Eugene, Oregon. >> Oh, okay. >> Mhm. >> I can probably find it this way. >> Yeah, you can find it that way. >> It's just to kind of document. >> No, no, no. Please, I please document everything. I have no problem with you documenting anything. And I'm going to do my part so you can do your best. Document everything. >> Oh, hi. How are you doing, sir? I'm doing all right. >> I'm done. >> Here's the thing. Put that down. Okay. >> But I had to put I'm so sorry. You're grabbing me right now. >> Yep. Cuz you're under arrest. >> I'm under arrest right now. What am I under? What am I under arrest for? Christian, are you serious right now? >> Okay. >> Arrest for assault. >> I didn't assault him though. >> Video cameras. >> I literally was having a We were having an argument. I'm not resisting. So you don't have to harder. Christian, are you serious right now? >> Washington State. He doesn't get a say. But I understand. We were arguing. But I understand entirely. We were arguing. >> Okay, I'm not going to resist. But I'm telling you that we was arguing. I didn't assault him. I didn't do anything wrong. But the fact that you guys are doing this to me and he's the man in this situation, I'm just going to come I'm going to complied. >> I am. I'm not going to argue with you at all. But she had me on camera. But at the same time, what he has I have my phone shows something different. So if I need to show that, I will. >> We have you on camera here. >> Okay. But I have my phone that shows something different. But Christian, thank you. Christian, >> don't talk to him right now. >> Okay, I won't. Thank you so much, officer. >> They are arresting me right now. Christian, [ __ ] they're arresting me right now. >> Do I Am I going to go actually to jail right now? >> You actually go to jail? >> Wait, but right now it's a physical >> I didn't Can he tell you that I didn't do nothing to him? >> Christian, are you serious right now? >> All right, >> Christian. I'm about to go to jail because of you right now. kept overnight waiting to see the judge. All please were in vain, but in the end, the case took an unexpected turn. >> So, I'm under arrest for us to go right now. Okay, let me just go. I'm not resisting or anything. >> We know you're not. >> I'm not resisting. That's on record, correct? >> Yes, it's on audio. Everything's being audio video camera. >> Absolutely. >> Can I at least get the handcuffs off? Like, I'm not violent or anything. >> That's policy when you guys go to jail. >> Policy. So, are y'all going to arrest him? I plan on pressing charges on him then. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. I plan on pressing charges on him. But for this right here, I feel like it's completely unacceptable. We had an argument as in a relationship and y'all didn't see me put hands on me, but y'all saw me put hands on him. So, okay. >> Excuse me. >> So, am I going to jail? >> You are going to jail. >> Who's going to bail me out? >> You can make a phone call when you get there. That's right. You're going to have to go see a judge first before that. >> Can I please make a call to my family right now? Are you serious? Can I make a heat for a protest for me? >> Are you serious, Mr. Ro? >> Oh my god. Right now, >> who would I be able to call right now? Any numbers that I know? >> You can bring your phone with you to jail. >> Okay. Thank you so much. >> Glad that happens and you can ask them. >> When y'all let me go, can I call and press charges on him >> if possible? >> But because y'all have me on camera, >> y'all arrested me. Correct. >> Correct. And y'all didn't even listen to my side of the story. Y'all just arrested me. Correct. So, I didn't want to hear that part of the story because I have proof that and if everything, okay, I'm not even a I'm not I'm not resisting. I just feel like this is crazy and y'all didn't even listen to the woman side of the story, but y'all accept the fact I wasn't on video. Has >> she been read yet? >> No, I haven't had written any rice read to me. >> We're going to go ahead and read your rights. >> Please don't read my rice cuz I feel like Do I have to stay in jail for the night? Are you telling me that I have to go to >> Richardson was charged with battery and held for about 24 hours. [music] The case was later dismissed because the alleged victim's boyfriend refused to cooperate and was unwilling to testify. A drunk is accused of causing a disturbance at the airport and the police immediately rush in. But the encounter leads to an unexpected situation. >> Ma'am, here's the deal. Here's the deal. You're just yelling at people there, okay? They have no idea who you are. Telling them to [ __ ] off. They have no idea who you are. They're asking me what's wrong with this man. >> You've had too much to drink. Clearly, you've been here for a long time. Evidently, according to the airport people, you have one of two choices. >> Give us an address or a place where you need to go. A friend that we can call to pick you up or I'll put you in a cab >> or you're going to go across the street with us. Simple as that. You understand that? >> Where's the across the street? >> The jail. You have ID on you? Give me your ID. >> No. >> Give me your ID. No, friend. No, I don't have to. >> I'm not going to give you a choice. >> I'm not black, but I don't >> What is that supposed to mean? Don't give me that crap. >> Don't give me that crap. Pull that racism crap with me. >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> ma'am. >> No. >> You got one last chance, friend. You got one last chance. >> Mhm. >> Bye. >> No, friend. No. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. >> Stop it. Stop it. >> All we trying to do is get you a ride or a friend. >> Okay. >> No. Did this bad? >> No. No. >> Yes. >> If all you had to do is give us give us a person to call. >> I don't know what your problem is. I don't know what your yelling at people. >> Disorderly. All you had to do is give us give us a person to call. >> I don't know what your problem is. I don't know what your deal is. You're yelling at people. >> Disorderly intoxication. >> Disorderly intoxication. There goes my camera. >> Yes. Yes. >> Disorderly intoxication. >> No. >> Okay. Stop it. Stop trying to kid me. >> Stop trying to kick me. >> Just sit on the ground. Actually, just sit on the ground. >> A few words of protest, unexpected actions, and even a sensitive remark turned everything from tense to chaotic in just a few seconds. >> Sit down. >> Please, please, please, please, please >> sit. >> Please stop it. >> Get it. Whose screw is yours? Mine's right there. Just put her in the back. >> Please stop it. Please stop it. >> Oh, it's in line. >> Please stop it. You just would have told me where you needed to go. They wouldn't rent you a car evidently because you have too much to drink. >> But no, you want to do things the hard way. Last thing that we wanted to do. >> Hop in. >> Please, please, please hop in. Please >> hop in. Watch your feet. Step up. Step up on step up on that. >> Please, please. >> There's no more fleas, ma'am. Get in. Get in. Put your feet up on that. Put your feet up on that. Put your foot up on that. Step. Stand up. >> Come on. >> Stand up and put your foot on there. I'm helping you. >> Just going to help me. >> Step on there. >> Put your foot on there. >> There you go. Step up. >> From gentle advice to forced restraint, the officers had to use force when this woman continued to resist. What made her so determined to make things difficult for the police? >> Step up. There you go. Watch your foot. Her ID in there. I'm going to get my car. She's in the car. I'm going to call. >> So, apparently she was supposed to be flying out. Now, Luigi denied her boarding >> and she's been here for the um ticket count or the girl at the brittle farm said she was here wandering around 2 hours prior >> before that. called me and said that I'm back. >> Oh, I haven't been able to do my rounds in here yet. >> I I can get >> Yeah. I don't know what, but I don't know what. >> All right, got it, >> ma'am. Step on out, >> ma'am. >> I can't even >> take your time. >> Just be careful. >> Take your time. Don't fall. will help you out a little bit. >> Slide forward. >> Okay. Do you got anything crazy on you guys? >> Start pointing sticky things. >> This way, please. >> No. Go right here to the side of this van. Watch the curve. Small step down. Just stand there as best as possible. Bend your elbows up. >> You want to put a belt on you so you can have your hands in the front. Sit down a little more. >> And then from the airport straight to a place no one wants to set foot. The legal consequences for this behavior could cost her much more than a misflight. Good job again. I want to fall down. Heat. Heat. Take a side step this way. Step on one step at a time. Watch your head. Watch your head. In Florida, disorderly conduct while intoxicated is a secondderee [music] misdemeanor, punishable by up to 60 days in jail and a fine of up to $500,0. She was charged with disorderly conduct due to intoxication and non-violent resistance to law enforcement. [music] She will be sentenced to jail and fined according to the law depending on the severity. >> Because you're touching him without his consent and you're pulling [music] away from me at this point, I'm going to place you in cuff. >> Yep. Turn that way and put your hands behind you back. >> A four-star hotel vacation turns into a nightmare when love and intoxication collide. >> All right. So, when he says, "Please don't touch me. Please don't kiss me." And you're kissing him and touching him, that is a crime. >> I say something back to him. She slaps me and I grabbed her hand. >> When hotel staff reveal the truth about previous disturbances, things begin to spiral out of control. >> I don't know if you were here. >> I was. >> Okay. They're back still arguing. It spilled out into the hallway fighting. Um, you physically saw them fighting. >> I guess one of them says they have a cracked lip. So, we we are going to request since this is now the third time that they go ahead and just be removed, but that's all right. So, if you guys don't mind, I'm sorry. You hate to do that. It's all good. Were you drinking more in there? >> You seem like you're a little bit more intoxicated. >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay. What's going on? >> What happened in there? Heard that you guys were arguing again. >> We We weren't though, actually. >> I heard that yelling at least. So, what happened since we were last here? >> Nothing. Normal. We were fine. >> You sure? >> Oh, 100%. Like, we weren't biting or anything. Can you Can you tell me what happened? >> You said nothing and it all happened. I just need you to tell me >> what happened. >> No, sir. >> No, sir. >> You're not going to tell me. >> He He's Do you hear him? He's saying nothing. >> He cheated on me with this girl there. >> I understand. I understand. But >> I'm sorry. >> Paige. Paige, you got to listen to me. You got to listen to me. >> I'm sorry. >> He cheated on me. >> I understand. And I understand that I was wrong. But Paige, >> I'm sorry. very much trying to walk away from you. >> There's there's good ways to handle things and there's very bad ways to handle things. >> And we've been doing this for two months. He is such a good boyfriend. [snorts] He is the best boyfriend I have ever had in my entire life. >> I've never had a better boyfriend. I'm so sorry. And he did. He cheated on me. >> So, what happened since we left? Cuz I know that when I saw you go the door, he cheated on me. >> He wanted to hug him and he didn't want to he didn't want you to touch him. So I saw that part and the door closed. So what happened? >> Can I show you? >> From loving words of praise to the shock of betrayal being exposed. Pentup emotions explode into uncontrollable rage. >> Am I allowed to >> What is that? >> What am I looking at? >> My phrases. So, Paige, we're going to have to figure out a game plan tonight. Okay, >> we're fine. We're fine. >> I don't think so because here's the deal. The hotel staff was >> They want us to leave. They want us to leave and we're okay with leaving. >> I understand. Hold up. >> I don't want y'all to think that we're not okay with leaving. We were packing >> and we weren't even fighting. >> So, your boyfriend is packing up everything in the room right now. >> All right. He's good on the fact that you guys have to leave. >> Mhm. >> All right. So, you're trespassed from the building and we're going to make sure you leave. >> Okay. >> So, here's here's the deal, though. >> This has been going on all night. This is the second time we've got called out here. >> This is the third night. >> This is this is the second time we've been called out here to talk to you guys. >> You've seen my bruises. >> Don't touch me. >> Sorry. >> He doesn't like to get touched. That's >> He's He's seen my bruises. >> I know. I know. >> You've seen them. I mean, >> all right. But here's here's here's the thing that I was understanding, Paige, is that I was being told, okay, that your boyfriend said he didn't want you to touch him and then he touched him. >> But it's okay. >> Grabbed you and pushed you off. >> But it's okay to smack somebody in the face. >> You got smacked in the face. >> Oh, yeah. >> What? By who? >> Did it hurt? >> No. Oh, thank >> Why did you get smacked in the face? >> I mean, that's who he is. >> You just told me he's the best guy in the world. Why are you telling me now that he beat you? >> I mean, he's he That's not beating in Detroit. You think that's beating? >> Well, >> I love it. >> Oh, so it's a it's a >> Hell yeah. >> Okay. >> It's kind of hot. >> Okay. So, then it's something else. I just gave it back to her and she just took it back. >> So you never gave you never took anything? >> Oh no. We went to other like we went to an Ulta but we bought the stuff there and everything. They me by everything. >> Okay. >> Can you stop digging in your bag? >> She's looking for her phone. >> Okay. I don't want her digging into her bag. I don't know what she >> You can literally open the door if you want. I don't care. >> Attitude. I'm not going to have her sitting here digging her bag when I don't know what's in the car. Got it. >> Well, I'm telling you. Okay. I'm telling you. >> I'm telling you. I don't care what she's looking for. I don't want her digging in her bag when I don't know what's in the car. >> So, lose the attitude. Thank you. >> I'm just like feel like I'm being targeted. But if you want >> Why are you being targeted? Because I asked her to stop digging through her bag >> and I told you why she was digging through her bag. >> Okay. And I'm telling you, I don't care cuz I don't know what's in the car. >> I apologize. I apologize. >> I'm not giving energy. It's just the fact that she's like, "Oh, hey." Like, you know, like I understand why. >> Okay. >> I just don't understand. >> Okay. Nobody's targeting you. We got called here because you guys were allegedly doing something. That's why we're here. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> No, we understand. >> When the surveillance camera spoke, the surprising truth completely turned the story upside down. At this time, a shocking secret began to be revealed. >> Get back to her. She was like, "Thank you so much for giving it back to me." And I was like, "Just tell your co-workers to not make it seem to customers that come in making it seem like they're stealing or something cuz they're not going to want to come back." And I gave her the concealer and the little spray back and she just said, "Thank you so much. I'll talk to my coworkers." And she just went back inside >> and then we came to the car. So I'm like, I'm confused. I'm like, I don't know. I didn't take anything. I gave it back to her. It was a concealer and a little spray. >> Was it in Sephora or was it outside? >> It was in Sephora. >> It was in. >> Yeah, it was in Sephora. But we left because we felt like we were just like >> Yeah, we just left cuz I was like it it was like I mean >> me as like a Mexican girl and she was a white girl so I felt some type of way cuz she was just walking behind us all the time and I was like usually when I go to stores like nobody's like looking at what I'm doing and I was like I told her I was like here like if you think I'm going to steal the concealer here's the concealer and here's the spray. And I gave it to her in her hands and she just walked back out. She was like, "Okay, thank you. I will talk to my co-workers about it." And I was like, "Okay, >> okay." >> I think at this point they're just going to check cameras to make sure that the everything's legit. >> Yeah. >> But appreciate you cooperating. >> No. Yeah, it's good. >> I would have asked you guys if we're supposed to be in school. You look young. >> I mean, she's supposed to be at work. Um, I'm currently working, too. >> So, you're not in school? >> No, we just graduated recently. >> Oh, that's good. >> Yeah. >> Can I talk to you? >> Me? >> Yeah. Can you step out with your purse? So, do you want to tell me what you took? >> I can figure out this. All right. So, there's a thing like the polls that you want to send people. >> So, how long am I going to be your arrest? >> Um, it just depends. >> The police conducted a thorough search and what they found stunned everyone. Not just one, but several hidden items begin to surface. Is there anything in your pocket that belongs to anything sharp or knives weapons or anything? >> 222 23. >> I just got my bait. >> Oh, perfect. >> This is a little pouch to just have. It was a little broken. I don't know why I fixed it. >> Is there anything else in your clothes that I'm going to find right now? I just got my vape and then I don't know what I got. I know other purses are going to pop up. I think I just got like a couple things that my friend gave me. >> What else is in this front right pocket? >> I got my vape. >> The vape is right there. >> I got two vapes. >> Okay. Is that yours or is that holes? >> Where's mine? >> That didn't fall off of this. Grace, probably. >> All right. Can you step out so I can talk to you? >> Yes. >> All right. So, other than you putting that in your bra, >> what else did you take? >> All right. I'm going to search you. So, put your hands right here. Just put your wallet phone down. >> Turn around. You don't have anything else, >> correct? >> Okay. How did your friend get that? >> What? >> How did she get that when it was in your shirt? >> She got No, she got one >> and you got the other one. Put your hands behind your back. >> The watch is yours. >> Huh? The watch is there. >> Yeah, you'll take your phone. Come to the back. All right. Turn this way. All right. Towards your feet. Just going to put this right here. >> So, other than that, nothing. Nothing. I'm not like not like your friend. We're not going to start finding like random stuff everywhere. >> Going to fight you. >> Okay. No. No. Find random stuff. Okay. >> Be real with you. >> Okay. Can you step out? >> Yeah. >> All right. Um, pockets. >> Okay. >> The jewelry. >> I just have this one. >> Okay. Anything else? >> No, that's it. >> Okay. All right. Put your hands this way or lean up against the pie. All right. In addition to potential legal consequences, fines, criminal records, the case has serious implications for their reputations and futures. Next, one New Year's Eve, the police received an emergency call. A young girl was smashing windows and cars like crazy. But when they arrived, the story took an unexpected turn. >> Talk to me.
