with his daughter refused to leave the
property and threatened to return and

they got him somewhere else and he's
getting arrested too I don't know who
that is um I just came from Cleveland
that's what took me so long to get here

because my officers did use force on him

I get it so and this girl he's like I

been playing with his feelings all
weekend she's been on Facebook with
another guy they've been together for
like 3 years and then she'll call him
and oh JV I I was thinking about you I
was really missing you she was just at
my house earlier today or yesterday okay
so she's back and forth between him and
this other boy that she supposed to be
messing with it's just a lot like I said
I've been calling around trying to get
my son help at everything so I I just
want to take him home I'm taking him
back to Cleveland with me I'm not even
taking to my apartment here at aan well
let me uh let me make some phone calls
let me talk to some people there there's
certain way this has to play out since
since my officers they did punch them I
get it they did punch them I get it so a
liability issue he may have to go to the
hospital down here first and get looked
at which is why the med units were here
fine and then from there I don't know if
he's got to go to if he'll have to go uh
to Dan Street which is our Juvenile
Detention Center first before they
release them to
you that's I got to I got to sort
through some stuff so if you want to sit
in your car and stay warm I'll let you
know as this goes on what what uh we're
going to ultimately end up doing okay
okay please if you can anything you can
do just want to get him the help that he
needs these kids are out here committing
suicide I'm it's just me his dad is not
we tried every every Avenue to have he
charged us I know I you know when he
squares up and comes after the officers
that's that's a problem yeah I
understand he just I like I said it's
just been me I have two older daughters
in college his dad has never been around
he's reing behind that cuz he's about to
be 18 he's going into manhood and he
know I I can only teach him what I think
I know I you know what I'm saying so
he's dealing with a lot right now so if
I can just if you can just work it out
for him to just go to the hospital then
I can just take him back to he's still
going to be charged okay okay because I
mean like I said that's you know we we
that can't be acceptable even even if he
is having a bad day you know you you
can't fight with the police because
because I just even if he's charged I
just want to take him home and get him
the the real hope that he needs well
he's going to um so what'll ultimately
end up happening and and and your best
interest will be to stick around here
but if you go down to akan if you go
down to most likely as soon as they
process him they'll release him to you
okay he really behind like he's dealing
with so much and it's just me and I'm
just trying to get the help that he
needs that's it that's all the man was
medically cleared at the scene and
subsequently transported to the hospital
where he became uncooperative and
violent he threatened to shoot up the
hospital and claimed he was only
pretending to need medical attention to
waste the officer's time ultimately his
mother declined further treatment for
him and he was arrested and charged with
aggravated menacing resisting arrest
obstructing official business disorderly
conduct and assaulting a peace officer
