yeah we ran through okay so just i came
out and like got the flashlight i'm like
yeah
no we're good we got him so
just causing a little wreck it's hard to
wake you guys up so no yeah i've sucked
[ __ ] wasn't awake but i was awake we
just like
yeah we see a bunch we're running back
and forth all over so okay we're good
though thank you yep
stick it down
okay
you're fine
yeah i'm good
you feel all right yeah i'm not hurt i'm
not hurting not only influence you any
medical intention or anything
no

not going to happen
okay
that's all clothes nothing illegal in
there there's a bat there's a bag of
pills but those are prescriptions okay
we can walk them to ours we're just on
the corners

all right let's stop here go and take
your seat down
yep
all right okay just hang tight
check out dylan huh
you're all right yeah he started cussing
and banging his head kicking
he seemed to calm down now okay so i
should talk about this first if he
doesn't want to talk to me is he going
to jail or what
yeah
dylan set up i didn't [ __ ] do
anything what's going on man dude
i don't want you to hurt yourself don't
be banging well i'm probably [ __ ]
gonna
okay relax
what what do you think you're just
because you're pretty i'm not gonna
[ __ ] [ __ ] at you just like the rest
of them you can [ __ ] at me all you want
but you're still gonna have to tell me
what's going on
is your head okay
no bro my head's not okay i wanted
no dude my head not okay okay okay do
you need medical attention
dylan stop
diggity breath do it on my
disappointment take a deep breath
you're not a disappointment second get
out of here [ __ ] blowing my [ __ ]
brains out
keep breathing
can't [ __ ] breathe doggy quit
don't take your [ __ ] hand off my
collarbone please can you stop lean stop
smashing your head
keep breathing
dude no
my [ __ ] wrist hurts dog i got cuts
all over that [ __ ] okay i understand i
quit moving around it'll help it a
little okay god damn it i can't stop
moving around without [ __ ] curtain
circulation after my [ __ ] [ __ ] bro
here you got me to check them
oh
let me kill him
god damn
okay
please just [ __ ] loosen them or
something bro i won't [ __ ] hit you on
one two nothing
i got that left one a little bit does it
feel any better oh no oh no it feels
worse it feels worse i got the [ __ ]
oh
can you talk to me
you gotta talk to me so i can understand
what's going on
okay is your head doing okay
what is your head doing okay
[Laughter]
[Music]
[Laughter]
all right
a little bit better
oh okay
are you willing to talk to me about what
happened tonight
oh
[ __ ] i'm not telling you [ __ ] okay
[Music]
here why don't you go ahead and swing
your left either your legs this way or
your legs that way and don't sit
straight back on your cuffs okay
that'll help you a little bit
there you go
all right
i don't know you [ __ ] okay
[Music]
yeah he's smashing his head on the
window he said he's not talking to me so
i
oh he see he's smashing his head again i
don't know
i'm not putting him in a spot i'm gonna
have to give him restraint
is somebody doing a good search for
where they ran
because the bag was all tore up clothes
all over oh my god
so the other guy was trying that's i
have he won't talk to me he said i'm not
[ __ ] talking to you so i wasn't going
to ask him any questions
i was just talking about
his um medical condition and he said
that
yeah i haven't asked him jordan looks
like jordan's not talking right now but
just based off of what i think i
remember who said it but they said
something lined with i'm sure it was
driving
okay so i'll just take him down and i'm
i'm gonna try to talk to him again here
quickly
all right we'll be in there
it's so hard to get a [ __ ] job
bro and as soon as i make the money to
get back to our office it gets totaled
by some other
[Music]
or something
so they said that there was a witness
and the witness said that the red
sweatshirt the person carrying the red
sweatshirt in the duffel bag was the one
driving when they raised this guy
they said that when officer no
this was the only duffel bag
so they said when officers or what
whoever he had the black duffel bag so
unless they switched while they're
running he said that it's possible that
the witness just
mixed him up yeah
[Music]
you gotta quit pulling around man
yeah
okay
and then of course they don't really
know abraham doesn't just double check
but yeah
all right killed
i heard you miranda if i ask you
questions because you're
in your handcuffs and you can't leave
yeah technically you know what i mean
monitor
[Music]
so you have the right to remain silent
anything you say can and will be used
against you in a court of law you have
the right to consult with a lawyer
before questioning to have a lawyer
present with you during questioning if
you cannot afford to hire a lawyer one
will be appointed to represent you at
public expense before or during any
questioning if you so wish
if you decide to answer questions now
without a lawyer present you have the
right to stop the questioning and remain
silent at any time you wish and the
right to ask for and have you learned
anytime you wish including during the
question
do you understand each of these rights
yes i understand realizing that you have
these rights are you willing to answer
questions or make a statement
okay
so start
start from the beginning where were you
guys at all right so we're [ __ ] just
cruising right okay just chilling
heading back towards uh uh
uh dylan bingham's girlfriend's house
going back there just to finally just
like relax okay because we're just
cruising and then we get a call down
here over at abdi i'm sure i'm sure you
know where that is yep and my friend
said that someone was trying to jump him
down there so we're trying to get down
there as quick as possible
where's
whoever the [ __ ] was driving [ __ ]
because i was [ __ ] just cop right there
almost just hit him
and then he's like well i ain't sticking
around because i don't know what cop it
was but lit him up and we mean whoever
was driving
you were
i'm not gonna say who's driving but well
witnesses say red sweatshirt was driving
red sweatshirt yeah and you got the red
on he has a red mozzie or had a red
monster
i don't know but yeah
i know
i also was wearing no t-shirt until i
got out of the car so that doesn't make
sense so you gotta put on that
it's cold it's [ __ ] yeah i sleep
outside dude yeah i didn't know if after
this if i was gonna have to sleep under
a bridge or some [ __ ] okay so i threw
that on as i was getting out the
passenger side
and
he went from the back right to that
duffel bag
and it just took off i didn't even he
didn't say a word to me just grabbed it
and took off
and you were just following him i didn't
follow him you know in opposite
directions i didn't know what the [ __ ]
was going on well you you were together
up until wood and livingston over here
wooden livingston yeah when i was right
behind me and then i just i i was going
back to abvi because that's where i
sleep so
i'm just trying to get back to my own
bed yeah but remember how fast you were
going
how fast i was going yeah no because i
wasn't driving so he was driving i'm not
going to say that i'm not going to throw
him on the bus but well one of you guys
know how fast the car was moving okay i
don't know
so you you're saying you're not driving
you're not going to say that he was
so we just you guys both were driving
essentially in our eyes right i mean
so it's rachel both like hit and run and
all that stuff hit hit and run yeah the
car is effed up dude
car has insurance on it doesn't it
i don't know whose car is it
uh
his his car yeah that's on so he would
know if there's insurance yeah that's
why i'm saying i don't know why you're
asking me if there's insurance you know
i don't know
like i don't know i've never seen a car
before yeah yeah it ain't my car to
[ __ ] drive and know if there's
insurance like
yeah
i'm not gonna go down for him driving
without her i don't even have a license
dude so
i don't know if he does
so
well that's why we're just trying to get
a straight story from
i don't know what he's saying right now
either so i mean that's why we're just
trying to figure it all out i don't know
but i was not pressing the gas but i'll
tell you that okay
so as far as you're concerned you're not
driving
no okay
all right
can i get some water like i don't have
bars or some [ __ ] dude like i'm i'm
[ __ ] dying out here i've been outside
i'll turn that you want the air on or
your window opener so can you just give
me like an ice water i've been sleeping
they're all closed right now
it's one it's two o'clock
dude i've been outside sometimes i can
turn the air on back there for you so
you're not getting hot or anything
nobody's got a water bottle out here i
don't have one i might have one that's
empty
so what's going on with the shotgun
shotgun
yeah about it
whose is it not my possession was it
nope exactly
okay i'm gonna tell you straight up it's
not mine i've been straightforward if
you do this all the time it's not mine
okay
so obviously we kind of know what's
going on even though we don't know like
you're not telling us yeah i get that
but i'm telling you it's not mine was it
in my possession
no it wasn't it was not much
man if both you guys
are neither one gives us any information
he's not giving you information because
he told me that if some [ __ ] happens
that he's gonna take the charge because
it's his [ __ ] shot i'm i'm telling
you he's not doing that so you both are
gonna end up getting charged for
everything okay this is some [ __ ]
[ __ ] because
it's his and he told me if anything
[ __ ] happens i'm going down for that
because it's [ __ ] mine so i'm not
going down for that [ __ ] yeah he's
not he's not taking the fall like he
said
yeah well okay hey so where do you have
it
where do you where did you find it
i'm asking i don't know it's his you ask
him all right i don't know where the
[ __ ] it was it's his he said i will take
the blame for it okay have you ever seen
it before yes i've [ __ ] seen it
before in a picture what's it look like
i i i don't know all i know is the
[ __ ] black pistol grip that's all i
know okay is it long barreled short
barrel
i think long
it's not mine dude i will promise you
that right now it is not mine okay i
appreciate it i don't shoot guns and
here's the thing i don't want to charge
someone for a crime that they didn't
commit it i have text messages of him
saying if some [ __ ] goes down you know
that's my shotgun and i will take the
charge can we look at those messages i
will show them to you but i won't let
you go through my phone okay well you
can get your phone out right here okay
we don't want to go i mean if you're
willing to show those messages you want
to cuff one of these so i can show you
you got it
yeah i got a total here how about he
holds the phone and then you nah cuz i
don't want you reading all my [ __ ]
[ __ ]
he literally said oh great now i got no
[ __ ] day to either
if some [ __ ] happens bro uh i'm driving
trust me other than that
blah blah blah blah
remember we got to get out of the car to
smoke because i don't want to get pulled
over consent search dog
it's not my [ __ ] car dude still in
his dad's name it's not mine yeah i know
not my [ __ ] shotgun either so i'm not
going down for that i'm already having a
shitty enough [ __ ] day like i'm not
trying to deal with this [ __ ] he's a
[ __ ] piece of [ __ ] i know he got
caught with two seats two sheets of
acids acid and got out in a day where's
that he's a [ __ ] ear he's a [ __ ]
snitch okay i'm not going down for this
[ __ ] bro for real well unlike and like i
said man we i don't want to charge
someone with a crime that didn't commit
the crime that's why we're talking with
you and asking you right
i mean because you've been pretty decent
with us pretty fairly cooperative yeah
that's the way he [ __ ] acts to try
and get his way
what was he saying when you guys were
what was he saying yeah he's like yeah
we got away from the boys tonight
they ain't getting this [ __ ]
like it's not my shotgun dog
where did you first remember where you
guys first saw that initial cop or
wherever that was
like where abouts in the cross
you guys are like all craps of cops and
then initially yeah he
almost hit it [ __ ] um like swerving
lanes yeah yeah yeah over by sleepy
hollow billboard sign bro can you loosen
this [ __ ] dude look at this [ __ ]
bro i was not resisting you saw me as
soon as you got to me i'm resisting
you're running it's it's resisting is
trying to [ __ ] fight back dawg i was
there and i said all right i'm right
here and i put my wallet in my phone on
the [ __ ] ground
that part
talk about chasing you through the yards
yeah cuz he started [ __ ] running was
i supposed to do just sit there and
[ __ ] be scared bro it's natural
[ __ ] instinct
[ __ ] god bro
i didn't do [ __ ] dude
i didn't have a [ __ ] shotgun on me
didn't did i no i didn't
it was him so now bro i didn't do
[ __ ] [ __ ] dawg i got you i didn't do
[ __ ]
so why are you taking me to the county
i did not do [ __ ] bro all i had was a
wallet and a phone bro i'm i've been
sober for the past month bro
so the witness originally that saw it
said red what witness dude who's the
witness
his name is brian brian who
i don't know i didn't talk to brian okay
i don't even know a [ __ ] brian dude
and i wasn't driving and i didn't have a
[ __ ] shotgun it was not with me when
you found me dude you have nothing to
charge me with
bro
he had the shotgun on him tried to say
it was mine why would it be mine if he's
carrying it think about that
because
it does nothing dude because you're the
felon and you shouldn't have a gun so
it's not in my possession he's on
[ __ ]
probation
he's a felon too and it was in on his
persons was it all my persons who checks
my whole [ __ ] dawg
oh my god you're arresting me for
something i didn't [ __ ] do
bro i did nothing you have no reason to
arrest me
because i'm [ __ ] pissed thirsty as
[ __ ] it's human as [ __ ]
and i didn't do anything and you're
putting me in the [ __ ] county dog
already
hey
arrived
here we go
okay i'm gonna i'm gonna try to enter
once i get him secured here i'm gonna
interview him
so
oh [ __ ] up there
uh
[Music]
you
