Um Oh, we said close the gate. She hit the gate. She tried to hit the gate twice. She opened her door. She got out with her pepper spray. She parked right there between the gate and I didn't close the gate all the way. Okay. So, how did she get through it when we came? Um it was open. I left the gate closed the same way. What seemed like a simple argument over retrieving personal belongings suddenly spiraled out of control at terrifying speed. I was at the apartment moving out. You were going where? You were what? So, I parked the car and back there open up the trunk and was putting the bags Okay. >> back of the The bags fell on the ground. So, they came and pulled the truck. They took our Okay. The maintenance people came outside. I said, "Why y'all taking my car?" They was like, "They want to put the club on your car." So, they called the company and was like, "Okay, I bring the car back to y'all." So, I said, "Okay." So, they was like, "Well, you can't get your car because it's So, the rental car people called and was like, "She can't get it back." He was like, "She's not getting it back." He told me Oh, no. They said you could only get your stuff out. So, I called the rental car people and they said, "No. He told us that it's their policy and they're not giving nobody back their car." But, it's their policy. I said, "Okay. Well, I just need my stuff out of the car cuz I packed all my moving stuff in the car Yep. before I left. But, I packed my money first and closed the door and then they took the car. Okay. I was like, "Okay. At least I need my money." So, when I came here, I don't see nobody. I go to the side right there where I see a man. He tell me to get the [ __ ] out of his way. And he's In the end, pepper spray was deployed and a firearm was drawn right in the middle of the impound lot. The woman ultimately ended up in handcuffs anyway. officer and I was like, "Well, I tried to talk to somebody, and he told me to get the [ __ ] out of here. Yeah. The bag with the the money in there? Yeah. Yeah. So, you pepper sprayed them? And then that's when what, you reversed the car back, and you guys were trying to discuss like, hey, this could have been handled better. That's when we show up. All right. Um, all right, give me a second, okay? Watch your feet, man. She was charged with assaulting an impound [music] lot employee and criminal trespassing.
